“Mom!” I yelled running into her wide open arms, it didn’t take long for me to start crying, I missed her so much, Blake entered the room few minutes later staring at us.

“Shhh baby…I’m so sorry, i’m so sorry for not always being around, this would never have happened if I was home more often…the police are after him, they will soon caught and I will make sure he rot in jail for what he did to you” Mom said, tears running down her face, I felt worst even though she was kinda right.

Mom happens to be a busy person, I couldn’t blame her though, she just wanted to achieve something in life, she had Blake when she just finished high school then had me during college, most times it was Cole parents who took care of us while mom get her degree.

“It’s not your fault mom” I told her still hugging her tighter.

She pull away from me “I don’t know how I’m ever going to look at you now Ariella, my career took the better of me, I’m quiting” Mom replied fishing out for her own, I spun around to look at Blake who’s eyes were typical red now.

“You have to stop her…we can’t make her quit, we knew how much she works hærd to get where she is today please Blake do something” I pleaded.

“Mom” Blake pull the cellphone from her. “Please don’t do it, it’s simply going to make us feel bad what happened is no other than dad’s fault I mean he’s your husband the father of your kids so naturally you’d trust us with him, so don’t feel bad” Blake tries to convince her.

“Ariella I hope you and your brother would forgive me someday? I’m such a terrible mother” She burst into tears.

Half an hour later I join Blake downstairs who look confuse and pacing around the room.

“Has she fallen asleep?” He asked.

I nodded pouring a glass of water for myself, my throat felt dry from all the crying and convincing I did today, eventually she fell asleep with tears in her eyes, it really broke me to see my mom that way I knowing I was the reason for it.

I hope the police catch up with that man! the sooner he’s cut the better it is for everyone.

“Are you and Cole together?” Blake suddenly ask out of the blue making me drop the glass cup I was holding, I panicked did he find out? how did he know?

“And don’t you f****ng lie to me” He snapped suddenly angry.

“No we are not together so stop it” I reported.

“Ariella! you’re lying to my face!” Blake said completely shocked, then I knew right there Blake already find out the truth and there’s no use lying, my eyes came alive again with tears.

“Yes yes! Cole and I are together” I confirmed it.

“You…you guys kept this from me? you guys particularly lie to me, you made a fool out of me, and someone I call my best friend as been dating my sister behind my back” Blake yell reaching the the handle of the door.

“Cole wanted us to tell you, I didn’t want him to cause I was afraid of how you would react it’s totally my fault and not his” I pleaded.

“Don’t you dare make excuses for him!” He shut the door on my face.

“What is that?” I turn around at the sound of mom’s voice.

“Blake just find out Cole and I are dating” I blurted, biting my lower l-ips so I don’t cry.

“Ah I knew something was gonna happen between you two anyways, Blake knew it too why do you think he’s trying so hærd not to let you date? he will come around he’s just being a big brother” Mom giggled.

I smile it was so nice to see her smile. “Why does have to be so worked up about me dating Cole? I mean I wouldn’t mind him dating Bella as long as they don’t make put in front of me” I made a disgusting face, I’d poke if I saw them doing that.

Mom laughed “That’s how Blake feels too, boys definitely don’t like their friends going after their sisters”

I smile sadly knowing I have never had a boy conversation with her or anyone, I guess if I have I would have understand Cole and Blake more than I did.

I just hope my brother wouldn’t kill my boyfriend plus I do owe Cole I big apology for reacting the way I did earlier, I was just so freaked out by Allen now thinking about him.

I think I should press charges against him, I bet I’m not the only girl he’s been harassing, guys like him and my father belong only in jail, such an excuse of a human.

I guess my mom realize that we never had a boy-talk before cause we both just started crying again.

Chapter 37

Ella

“Boy I’m so scared and nervous Blake came home last night, he didn’t even speak to me just went straight to bed and I haven’t seen Cole” I told Bella right after I had told her Blake found out Cole and I are a thing.

“sh*t! let’s just hope he hasn’t kill him” Bella giggled.

“This is no laughing matter” I glare at her and she immediately stop just as Jennifer stood between us glaring at us. Now what?

“What do you want?” Bella beat me to it by asking.

“I’m having another party this weekend, I want you two to stay far away from my party or else…” I interrupted her, the last thing on my mind right now is attending one of her foolish party.

“Please don’t flatter yourself. Why the heck would you think we want to attend a clown party? no thanks I’m eighteen not eight” The wh0le class burst out laughing at my statement and Jennifer looked like she wanted to cry.

“How dare you!” She yelled.

“You’re embarrassing yourself so I suggest you leave right now before you make a complete full out of yourself” I gave her a sweet–fake smile.

“We are not done yet” She threatened then walk away.

“Wow glad that was over” I gesture towards the direction Jennifer went, only then did I realize Bella staring at me in awe.

“Damn! I love you” Bella yelled, crushing my body against her, I giggled softly hugging her back.

“I think you should keep that to yourself!” Isabelle snapped, giving us one of her disgusting looks, I wanted to speak but decided to leave it to Bella.

“Geez what with you and thinking all girls are l-sbian? Is that what you do with your girlfriends?” More laughter, I couldn’t help it. Gosh I guess we were both in savage mood.

Isabelle look like she was speechless for a while. “So? at least I don’t go around displaying it”

“So you admit you’re g-y?” I almost choked on my own spit.

“Of course not!” She snapped then turn away from us.

“What was that for” Bella and I exchange weird looks.

Some peeps can be really weird.

“What? why are you picking me up!” I gro-n when I realized it was Blake picking me up and not Cole, and a little bit worried, I have decided to pay Cole a visit after school if he doesn’t show up to pick me. At least to know if he’s okay.

“You better get in before I change my mind” He glare at me.

“It isn’t that bad” Bella chuckled, sitting beside me at the back seat of the car.

“So where’s hot guy Cole” Bella purr, I shot her a cold look which she just laugh it off.

Blake ignore her and she sank back on the seat with a disappointed look on her face.

“I hope you didn’t hit my boyfriend” Bella and I exchange a grin, c’m on it’s okay to want to mess with your over protective brother a little.

No reply.

“Even if you hit him, I hope it wasn’t that bad? we have plans tonight” I press further.

No answer.

“I can’t believe Cole is gonna be the one taking your V-rginity” Bella chidded.

The car suddenly span! omg!

“Blake are you trying to crash us! I’m way too young to die please!” I yelled.

“You. better. stop. right. now!” Blake grit out, I tired not to laugh.

“That was a joke obviously” Of course it was no joke.

I saw him relax immediately then send the car back in motion, Bella couldn’t help it she just started laughing and Blake seems too happy throwing us dirty looks from the review mirror.

He’s such a brother.
