Chapter 4️⃣1️⃣

Continuation from the last Episode:

Emerald paused as she made a magical blue pot appear in midair, in front of her, and she put the herbs in,side the pot and magically, it began to boil.

“With such powers, she became greedy for more powers and wanted all powers to herself. But then the good head didn’t support her idea which angered the evil head. Since the evil head holds a greater control over the body, she did as she pleased and went ahead with her plan. Savina forced a male to mate with her and kill him afterwards and she bore a daughter. Ares came down to challenge her and she defeated the god of war. That is why up till today, the gods never visited our Realm again.

But you know the saying that goes, evil doesn’t last long. Savina died.” Emerald concluded.

“She died? Just like that? How did she die? What actually happened?” Arabella asked with curiosity.

“Nothing much just that the good head found a way to control the body and stabbed herself. The evil head made a vow to come back and finish what she started. The good head removed all the powers in the body and handed it over her daughter and that daughter gave birth to two daughters, I and my sister Jade. The powers which Savina took forcibly from the witches, elves, fairies, mermaids, especially those who are gifted are the powers in that diamond.” Emerald told Arabella and gave a short dry laugh. “My mother knew I wasn’t a good witch and decided to give my sister those powers, I was angry and declared war against the whole supernatural, me against the whole supernatural. I thought I was strong but my sister and the others proved me wrong and killed me, no, they thought I had died but I did not. I managed to survive and met moloch who gave me dark powerful powers. Jade left for the human realm after I went back to kill her and she took away my beauty and gave me this hideous look, I wasn’t born with one eye, Jade made me like this and only the powers from the diamond can restore my beauty.”

“I am so sorry to hear about what you went through in the hands of your sister, but has the witch of Old been reborn?”

“Yes, I am the witch of Old and I will make every supernatural pay.” Emerald answered. “That’s all, now give me the diamond.”

Arabella put her right hand in her mouth, trying to choke herself, she removed her hand and vomited, vomiting the diamond to the ground.

Emerald was shocked. “How did you do it? Don’t tell me it has been in your throat?”

“It has, and for your first question, it’s my secret. I am an expert In hiding things.” Arabella answered. “That’s your diamond as promised.”

Emerald picked the diamond fastly with a smirk on her l-ips, ignoring the rubbish that came out with the diamond.

Her smirk faded away once she held it, she stared at Arabella. “This is not the real diamond.”

“That’s impossible.” Arabella said, moving closer to where Emerald sat and collected the diamond from her. “This is the diamond my grandma gave Aurora.”

“Are you playing on my intelligence Arabella?” Emerald demanded getting angry.

“No I am not, that is the diamond.”

“It’s a fake one, can’t you see that this is an ordinary diamond.” Emerald said. “Arabella, I will kill you if you don’t give me my diamond.”

“Do not threaten me Emerald, I gave you the diamond you asked for and now you are claiming it’s fake?”

“Give me my diamond Arabella or you won’t like what I will do to you.”

A cough from Willow drew the attention of Queen Lucia, Aurora and Oracle.

Willow opened his eyes and looked around him, seeing the worried look on his mother and Aurora, he quickly sat upright on his bed.

At that moment he realized he was shirtless.

“What happened?”

Aurora was the first to hug him before Lucia hugged him from the side.

“I thought I lost you son.” Lucia said, crying and released her tight hold from her son to stare at his face.

“I don’t understand you mother, why do you say such a word?”

“Don’t you remember what happened earlier today?” Queen Lucia asked.

“I remember fighting Jay and was the first person who drew the three blood out and then felt this pain….. that’s all I could remember.” Willow said, his body was no longer pale.

“Well, Jay stabbed you from behind multiple times and you lost a lot of blood. To worsen it, you weren’t healing until a few minutes ago when you suddenly heal and you are awake.” Aurora explained lifting up her face to stare into his eyes.

“Oh, I remember now, though I am not feeling any pains.” Willow said and asked right away. “How long have I been out?” He asked.

“Few hours ago, you and Jay fought earlier this morning.” Oracle responded.

“I was declared the winner, right?” Willow asked, staring at his mother and Aurora’s face.

“No, I don’t know how your father was able to do it but he managed to convince all the elders to allow another rematch between you and Jay tomorrow.” Aurora answered.

“First of all he is not my father and secondly why will I have to fight Jay when everyone sees how I was the first person who had drawn the three bloods out first.” Willow said angrily getting up to his feet with Aurora. “I need to speak with Henry.”

“We are coming with you.” Queen Lucia said and Aurora nodded her head in agreement.

“No, I need to talk to him alone.” He said and left his room and headed towards the throne room.

The lava circles the body of the beast, preventing it from moving.

Lucifer tried to stop the lava from reaching his neck but couldn’t. They were fast.

He stopped struggling.

“I sense the presence of the holy one close by, go now!” He ordered.

King Mirror disappeared and at the same time Angdra came like a lighting bolt in the cave.

“Trying to escape again Lucifer?” Angdra said as his mocking eyes met Lucifer furious ones. “Sorry to say this but you are not leaving here anytime soon.” He added.

Lucifer tried to use his claws and hold Angdra neck but the lava prevented him.

“I will be free one day Angdra, I will be free with my Angels and when that day comes, it will be my turn to mock you and your Creator.” Lucifer spit out the words in anger.

“You seems to have forgotten the teachings of the Creator so soon Lucifer.” Angdra said moving closer and touching the lava didn’t burn him, it transformed into a thick chain and once again, Lucifer was chained to the wall of the Cave. “Heaven and earth, breath of all life. Ceaseless honing, magic abounds. Demons wither, monsters shrivel. Evil expires, drowned by Heaven. You and your Angels are going to be drown by Heaven….again.” He told Lucifer.

Angdra turned to leave but stopped and faced the beast with a lopsided smirk. “Oh, and tell your Vampire friend our path will soon cross.” He was gone just like a lighten bolt.

Lucifer gave out a loud howl which shook the whole Cave.

His first plan to break off the chains failed, but his next plan won’t.

Opening the door that leads to the throne room, Willow saw Henry and Jay eating together from one plate. Henry, who was laughing at what Jay was telling him, stopped when he saw Willow, hale and hearty.

Jay was surprised when he saw Willow, he has no bandage on him and wasn’t bleeding.

Willow who was bare chested slam the door shut behind him.

“Don’t you have manners anymore Willow?” King Henry demanded, ignoring his food to glare at Willow.

“I will not fight with Jay tomorrow, I won fair and square.” Willow told him.

“You did not win, you cheated.” Jay ch¡ps in. “Everyone saw it and that is why they asked for a rematch.” He added with a lopsided smile.

“I wasn’t talking to you, whatever permission you thought you had to speak to me, I hereby remove it.” Willow said as he stared at Jay before returning his gaze to Henry.

“You don’t tell my Son that Willow and just like what my son says, you cheated and you are fighting him tomorrow if you refuse, then Aurora belongs to him.” King Henry told him.

“You know what Henry, everyone has the right to be stupid, but you’re abusing the privilege.” Willow said.

“What!!” King Henry exclaimed in anger getting up from his seat. “What did you just say?” He demanded in anger.

“You heard me Henry. If I say something that offends you, let me know so I can do it again. Your l-ips are moving, but all I hear is blah blah blah.” Willow said, rolling his eyes.

“You’re overstepping your boundaries Willow.” Jay said darkly.

“You first did when you stabbed me in the back today Jay. And Henry and the elders couldn’t punish you for breaking one of the rules, jealousy is a disease, get well soon.” Willow told him.

Snorted loudly. “I am not jealous of you.” Jay said standing up to his feet. “We will get to see who wins tomorrow.” He added.

“And like I said, I am not fighting you tomorrow, I won and Aurora is mine.” Willow said. “And as for you Henry warned your son to stay clear of my path and Aurora.” He added with a growl.

“So you now have the guts to call me by my name.” King Henry said in anger.

“You’re not my father, so what do you expect, Henry?” Willow said and continued. “I will be leaving your kingdom with Aurora before the sun rises tomorrow to my grandfather’s kingdom, I hope you enjoy the company of your son.”

“You’re scared to fight me tomorrow that is why you are running away Willow.” Jay said with a smirk.

The door to the throne opened before Willow would respond back and Aurora stepped in and went to stand beside Willow.

“I thought I said you should stay behind.” Willow said staring at her, though not angry.

“Yes you did but I am here now and I am not going back.” Aurora told him.

“If you have courage in the right place and if you have the guts in your courage… then fight me tomorrow for Aurora’s hand.” Jay said, bringing their attention to him.

“Do you know what courage is, Jay? Pretending to show no fear. I’ve already seen the fear in your eyes. I intend to slowly and patiently draw it out and introduce it to you.” Willow told him. “I have said what I came here to say, take it or leave, I am not fighting you tomorrow because I have won.” He added and grabbed hold of Aurora’s hand. “Let’s go.”

They turned to go but the voice of Jay stopped them.

“You’re a fatherless boy who doesn’t even know who his real father is. I wonder what Aurora sees in you to make her fall in love with an ugly duckling like you. You are ugly Willow and it irritates me.” Jay said, and spits out on the floor in disgust to support his words.

Willow turned to look at him, and slowly looked at Jay, from his smirking face down to his black boot and shook his head grinning.

“You’re so ugly Jay that when you cry, the tears roll down the back of your head, just to avoid your face.”
