Chapter 2

Night approached slowly with Thomas fully awake and sound as he went about securing and checking his land, before going to bed that was a normal ritual for him anyway so it wasn’t stressful surveying a massive land just by a person but it could be that his training in the force made it not stressful at all.

Morning in the life of Thomas arrived with it problems but this morning seemed to be different from the rest as it had arrived with special and multiple problems.
Thomas woke up to the sound of several cars pulling in front of his yard he stood from his bed and loaded his shot gun as he walked out to see who was there.
“Holy shit”, He grunted on seeing his brothers with their wives, children and their wives sisters too.
“So the whole family decided to show up”, Thomas said as walked to meet them slowly.
“Good morning brother”, His brothers said
“Good morning to you too”, Thomas said.
Suddenly a bull came furiously rushing towards the whole family with it pointy horns ready to hit them all. Immediately Thomas performed a front flip as he shot to the sky and faced the bull that stopped instantly.
“Let them be, they are guest”, he told the bull.

“You guys pack your things in,side the house”, He told them while he followed the bull back to the farm house.
“Didn’t know your younger brother was this awesome”, Harry wife told him.
“I myself am shocked”, harry replied while he took the luggage in,side the house with the other family members.
Thomas escorted the bull back to the farm yard while he noticed that the pregnant cow was about giving birth.
“No wonder you came running”, He said patting the bull head
Thomas loved animals a lot and knew about them more than anyone else, he helped the cow and it gave birth to a healthy calf, which was joyous moment for the whole cattle family as the mother kept licking her baby body.
“Got to go down”, he said washing his hands and taking his leave.
Harry and his brother Joseph were surprised to see how the house looked neat and modernized their surprise ended as Thomas opened the door and walked onto them.

“Let me show you all to your rooms”, he said.
“How many rooms are in this house”, a teen girl asked Thomas.
“Well when your fathers and husbands decided to go overseas it was just a total of 10 rooms but right now huh”, he said stopping as he scratched his head.
“The total number of rooms should be a hundred and fifty”, he said
“What!” harry and Joseph shouted shocked to the bone.
“Don’t be surprised I put in a lot in this house”, Thomas said
“But the house looks small from the outside”, Anita said.
Anita is the sister to harry wife while Benita was the sister to Joseph wife kind of cute right well those were the only sisters.

‘“That is because I made the whole rooms an underground kind of a thing”, Thomas said demonstrating with his hands.’ “Well you all will be staying in the guest room”.
“Need to show you though, well from 1-20 of this house are just for guests, so you all are free to go and choose what room you want from 1-20”, Thomas said
“You really put in lot of work”, said harry
“Will need to talk to you both outside”, Thomas said moving outside
“And there he goes”, Joseph said
“You guys go choose the room remember from one to twenty”, harry said giving his wife his luggage.
“Ok Hun”, she replied
The brothers went outside to talk with their fellow brother; they knew they were in for words.
“Hey Yo tom”, Joseph said
“Cut the greeting why are you all here”, Thomas asked
“Just for visits that is all”, harry said
“Really just visits or something else drove you guys away”, Thomas said
“We just got to tell him”, Joseph said
“Tell me what”, Thomas asked
“The truth is that some organization of assassins are after us”, harry said making Thomas to laugh out loud.
“Serious Thomas they want to end us so badly”, Joseph said
“Assassins after you guys, what did you both do this time? “, he asked
“We seemed to have intercepted a major plan of theirs to attain a political post”, harry said.

“But our candidate won the election”, Joseph said
“Now let me guess, they killed your candidate and gave you a death letter”, Thomas said
“Exactly”, harry said
“And you both decided to come back to the place you abandoned”, Thomas said
“Please Thomas”, they both pleaded
“We will stay here just for a few days”, harry said”
“No need for that the assassins all know that you are here”, Thomas said
“What how come”, Joseph said adjusting his glasses and shocked
“Am a 100% sure that a tracker is placed amongst you all”, Thomas said
“How did you know? “, harry asked
‘“That is how assassins roll”, Thomas sighed “You know what they will come here and you all brought them but I will see what I will do about it, for now go in,side” ‘.
“Thanks a lot bro”, they said
“Don’t thank me yet, the storm is on its way, pray you all survive”, Thomas said looking around.
“We will”, they replied
