One week later Yakubu travelled to school, as he got home Bunmi just came back from the market where she sell her petty business and she was looking so worried sitting down on the chair . Bunmi was so lost in thought that she didn’t no when Yakubu entered the house.

Am no happy Yakubu, I haven’t heard anything from you concerning our son, you promised he will start school last year and he didn’t, now this years is almost running out, still no word from you.
I can bear it that I will not be able to go to school for now but my son will no experience the same thing, I want the best for him. ..you need to do something, new term starts in September, I would like him to start with them. ..he is growing bigger everyday ..

Episode seventeen
Bunmi was so devastated, she didn’t know what to do or who to turn to, she was crying bitterly in silence.
Yakubu had left her with just the 5,000 naria, the money he gave her for foodstuff. Their rent is due and her shop is almost empty , she thought.
How could she not know Yakubu after all this years together. The promises he made to her and her son, all the things they shared together. Despite the warning from her mother she refuse to listen to what people said and follow Yakubu ‘
She remembered discussing with her friend Sarah about her decision to go and live with Yakubu .
Sarah advised her not to listen to him and told her she may regret it…because her mum was willing to train her and take care of the baby despite all that has happened but she didn’t heed to Sarah’s advise. See where the Journey of love has brought her to…
Most of her classmate back in school has entered into the University and things were going on well for them.
She was so deep in thought that she doesn’t hear someone knocking at the door.

Hmmm you know do well oh, I must tell you the truth, I look am say you be small girl, you for stay with your people till him pay your bride prize, no be him go give you conditions, he no get right to do that, when him never see your people officially ….
Sometimes e good make woman do shakara and use wisdom so that no man go take you for granted.
My sister its not too late, you can still amend things when there is life there is hope for you, you can still go to school ,get married and live your life the way you want with the God’s help.
But first of all you need to apologize to your mother. You have really offended her… you now see its not easy to train and take care of a child because you now have one.
So your mother has tried so much for you because she loves you and wants the best for you but you didn’t heed to her advise.
I will also advise you to sell everything in your shop add the money Yakubu gave you to travel back home.

After some days she traveled back home. ..but only to find out another person is now staying in the apartment they lived in. ..
