🤡🤡 Bridget’s POV 🤡🤡

Getting down from the car I walked into the big mansion where juliet is living. My sister is surely a lucky girl, I thought as I admired the beauty of the house.

I met one security on my way to the entering door and he stopped me.

Sorry who are you? And who are you here to see? He asked nonstop.

I’m Bridget I came here to see my sister.. I replied

Your sister? Who is your sister? He asked again am I really here for this kind of introduction .. I thought

Juliet! She stays in this house and she is my sister… I answered all together before he would ask me another question again.

Well without any other word coming from him, he allowed me into the house. But not without describing the way to follow properly to me.

I entered the house following all the path the security explained to me, I finally got into the living room, I knocked but nobody was answering. I tried entering and at the same time yelling out GOOD AFTERNOON to anyone that would hear my voice.

Getting into the parlour everywhere was empty and just when I thought of going back to ask the security about everyone’s whereabout bethel entered the parlour.

Speaking of bethel I know her very well before, she’s my sister’s friend. She came towards me and hugged me. I greeted her and she helped me to sit.

Seems we’ve gotten our AUGUST visitor now, even though this is APRIL … she joked and I laughed

Yes sis, I’m here to see juliet can you get her for me please.. I pleaded and she looked shockingly at me. Why is she shocked?

Wow!! So you are here to see juliet. It’s nice.. I mean that’s a nice thing coming from you… she said and laughed with her forehead sweating continuously and this made me to wonder if at all everything was fine with her.

Thanks please can you tell her I am here or if possible can you take me to her room or Maybe where she is? I asked again and this time around she stood up and I did too.

Well Bridget the thing is that juliet isn’t at home.. she said

So juliet isn’t home that means I wasted all my energy coming over here..… I lamented

Please where did she go? When will she be back? Can I at least wait for her to come? I asked her repeatedly

No you can’t wait for her. And the reason why is that she can’t be home anytime soon? She said and with the look on her face and the way she talked I sensed it that my sister might be in some kind of trouble.

What kind of journey is that? Please is my sister fine? Hope nothing happened to her? I asked her fearfully

Well… it’s not like.. it’s not what you really think… she stuttered so my mindset was right something indeed was happening to my sister.

Please can you speak, I am her sister. Tell me whatever happened to her please…. I pleaded with tears running out of my eyes already.

What Happened is that she had an accident at the school, and this gave her some injury, she is still at the hospital, but don’t be scared it isn’t really much… she explained and my leg became weak instantly.

I didn’t know how I landed on the floor, I lost my mind and cried bitterly, NO!! nothing must happen to you juliet. I quickly faced bethel who was holding my shoulder preventing me from rolling on the floor.

Is she going to be alright? You know my mindset has been disturbing me that she is in trouble? But I doubted it without thinking twice? I didn’t know that it was right. Please can you take me there? Please I want to see my sister? She is the only one I have left.… I begged her and sobbed really hærd.

I will take you there, but not like this. You have to hold your tears and be fine for her. Just be going outside I will meet up with you. Let me quickly get my phone… I will join you outside…. And with that she hurried into the house.

I stood up from the floor and walked outside…. I entered the car andet the driver on call…

Yes ma, she is here now… he continued talking and this made me to wonder if at all I was the one he was talking about… he turned to me and offered me the phone…

Hello I said into the speaker with my voice shaking… I was too tired to speak

Bridget my dear, how are you? Have you seen your sister now? Are you on your way back home now? ‘mom’ rushed her words and I wondered how she expected me to remember everything.

No ‘mom’ I can’t come home yet, I am going into the hospital to see juliet… I replied simply and the way she shouted made me to take the phone away from my ear before returning it back.

What happened? Why are you going there to see her? She asked and I explained everything to her

Sorry about that.. Should I come as well?

No you don’t have too I will go and see her.… I told and I sighted bethel coming out of the house.

‘mom’ I have to go now I will talk to you when I get home… I told her and gave the phone back to the driver.

Bethel entered the car and the driver drove off, with many thoughts going through my mind, I can’t wait to see my sister and ensure it that she is well and healthy.

Getting to the hospital I had to wait for bethel to get down from the car. If not because I don’t know the way to Juliet’s ward. Maybe bethel would have been running to meet up with me.

She came down from the car and started walking into the hospital, I dropped my hang bag on the car seat and followed. Her walk isn’t satisfying me but I can’t even tell her to walk fast. I started walking ahead of her and she only called out to me when she saw it that I was following the wrong path.

I waited for her to get to where I was. And we started walking together, after having little discussion with the nurse in which bethel did the talking actually, she started moving towards a narrow passage.

I kept on checking the windows on my way maybe I will get to see a glance of my sister, but nope I didn’t see any sign of her. Bethel stopped infront of a door which I assumed to be my sister’s ward and of course it is.

She entered and I followed her, entering the room ( ward) I saw Adrian helping my sister to sit on the bed. I ran to her and hugged her, I started sobbing. Bringing out all the tears I’ve been holding in me. Juliet didn’t talk she just kept on stroking my hair. I raised my head up from her chest when I saw it that I could control my emotion a bit.

I’m very sorry Juliet.. I didn’t.. I didn’t know that you are here..m I sobbed, sniffing second to seconds and time to time.

I’m really sorry please, I’m just glad I could reach you on time, but why didn’t you bother to inform me, you didn’t think of how worried and guilty I will feel whenever I heard. I complained bitterly returning my head bad to her chest and continued sobbing.

It’s okay Bridget.. I’m fine.. look at me now.. I am fine…. And Adrian has been helping me to get better.. Juliet said and I’m sure she said that to calm me down.

No you are not fine, juliet just look at you. You are looking pale and weak. See wounds all over your body. How did this happen?

Bridget just try and hold yourself okay, trust me I am fine. And as for the wounds they are healing very fast, nothing really happened dear. It was just little accident, but don’t worry I will explain everything to you later but for now. You have to stop crying or do you want me to cry too? .. she explained and joked

No don’t cry! I won’t cry again for you to know that, look at what I’m doing… I told her and cleaned my tears off my face and she smiled.

That’s my baby girl , now come sit beside me.. she offered and I went to sit beside and that was when I finally noticed Adrian since I started talking to my sister.

Hi adrian.… Thanks for staying with my sister. I greeted him even though I knew he might not reply.

You are welcome… he replied simply and went to stay beside his sister, guess today is a lucky day for me, that’s why he replied.

Hey juliet. What’s up? How are you feeling now? Getting better right? Bethel asked and I wondered how she expected my sister to answer those questions at the same time.

Yeah I’m getting alot better, thanks to the nurse and at the same time Adrian.. juliet said and I turned to look at Adrian whom is blushing underneath but immediately when our eyes met each other he changed his face back to his usual blank expression.

I moved closer to juliet and hugged her tight, I’m glad I could make it here, at Least now I can be rest assured that she’s fine. And now that Adrian is the one staying with her. There is alot of assurance that she is doing well . Don’t be surprised because I know that my sister is crushing on Adrian.

Okay now! I’m bored can we just find something to cheer us up? Bethel said all of a sudden and everybody looked at her with uttering any word.

Ohh.. maybe it’s only me that is bored then… since nobody is answering me… She said bitterly

Im bored too, what do you want us to do? I said and she smiled.

Oh baby girl, I have my phone with me, how about us playing game on it together, what do you think about that Juliet?

Oh.. game… okay them I’m in… juliet replied

And what about you Adrian? Bethel asked and Adrian looks shocked

No… I mean yes… no sorry NO .. I don’t want to play… he stuttered

But you know how to drive the car faster than me so why won’t you play… Bethel said and pretended to be crying.

Okay then… I.. I will.. I will play the game… Adrian stuttered and bethel laughed, in which I and Juliet joined her in it. Adrian gave her some grumpy look and she brought out at tongue to him

We started playing the game transferring the phone to each other, I played first but I lost, I gave the phone to bethel and watched her play it.

She lost too and now it’s remaining Juliet and ADRIAN.

Juliet collected the phone from bethel and started playing it, she was close to losing when Adrian suddenly shouted..

JULIET TURN TO THE LEFT.

She turned and won. But immediately bethel slapped Adrian’s head. It’s a competition why would you tell her? Bethel asked as she continued slapping his head forward. And this made me to laugh out loud, even juliet didn’t know when she laughed.

I’m sorry I didn’t know when I talked.. Adrian apologized but Bethel didn’t stop hitting him. He had to run away from her before she stopped slapping his head.

We are laughed with the way Adrian ran, Adrian felt shy and walked out of the ward.. oh my gosh this is fun.

I stayed with Juliet two hours more and finally decided to start going back home. But until juliet assured me that she is going to call me, and inform me about her health.

Bethel followed me to the car because the driver still has to drop her at home, we dropped her infront of their gate and after having little discussion with her. The driver drove off to my house 💖💖💖💖.
