I alighted the car with nylon bag containing food for Jasper
Cleo has package it for Jasper
She was like
“Mam this for sir Jasper,,,wish him quick recovery” she said as she gave me the stuff
I walked into the hospital
Going straight towards Jasper’s ward room
I really need to hurry up,,, after giving him this I will rush to the company because my attention is needed there
I pulled the door open and I saw Mr Cullens looking at Jasper
While Jasper was facing the other side
Didn’t he know that his father is here or what
This arrogant fellow
“Good morning sir” I greeted
Mr Cullens turned around immediately he heard my voice
Seeing his face the smile on my face faded away immediately
There was anger and disgust all over his face
“Hm” he hummed and walked out of the ward
I looked at the door he existed from with confusion
What has come over mr Cullens
Since Jasper had this accident
He has been acting strange and cold towards me
I turned towards Jasper’s bed and he was now facing up looking at my direction with smile on his face
Like the smile was like a forced one,,,seems he too was angry over something
“Hi Emmett” he greeted
“Good morning” I said and kept what I came with on the table beside him
“Hm,,,what’s that?” He asked
“Food,,,how are you?” I asked as I sat down
“Am fine,,, thanks for the food” he said looking at me intently
Why is he looking at me like that?
I looked away not wanting to meet his burning gaze
“Hm,,,I have to go now,,,make sure you eat the food,,, especially the soup” I said getting up from the seat
“Really?,,, You are leaving,,,but what will happen to the food because I can’t eat on my own,,,my hands are heavy” he said
“What do you want me to do now?” I asked
“Feed me” he said
“What?” I said with a creased brows
“Yes,,,I can’t really move my hands and am starving” he said as he lazily yawned
Is he serious right now?
Like I should feed him?
Why did cleo even gave me this food am really confused now
“Please” he said
“O…okay” I said blinking my eyes as I took the packaged food from the table
I sat down and unpacked them on a small table I placed on the bed
I also helped Jasper to sit up
Why doing so I felt his eyes all over me and i did my very best to avoid his gaze
“Thanks” he said as I made him sat up
“Hm,,,now time to eat” I said as I opened the cover of the hot soup
I took one spoonful and blewed air on it with my mouth in other for it to cool off
Jasper watched as Emmett hot lips blewed air on the soup
He swallowed immediately looking away
“Ahhhh” I said bringing the soup towards his lips
I can’t believe am doing this,,,this is so embarrassing
Well let me say am treating a sick person
Come on Emmett you aren’t a physician
I can’t wait to be through with this feeding of a thing
Jasper slightly open his mouth taking the spoonful soup in his mouth
“Hm, nice” he said nodding his head,,,his eyes still glued on me
Is he gonna stop looking at me like that and concentrate on the food or what
Jasper watched as Emmett feed him with fascination
I smoothly fed him all the soup
“Do you want some scrambled eggs” I said pointing at the eggs
“Yes” Jasper said nodding his head
“Fruits?” I said pointing at the fruits
Jasper nods his head smiling
I chuckled slightly
“I can’t believing am feeding the almighty Jasper” I said giving him the scrambled eggs with a chopping stick
“What to do huh?,,,my hands are numb” Jasper said
“Whatever” I said rolling my eyes
“Don’t tell me you aren’t enjoying feeding me,,,no woman had fed me before,,,so is an honor feeding a hot dude like me” Jasper said with a smirk as he gently chewed the eggs
“Really!, So arrogant,,,seems you are full now,,,maybe you will call your girlfriend,,,that skimy stick to feed you next time” I said as I dropped the chop sticks on the plate
“Skimy stick huh!!, Are you jealous huh?, Just tell me you wanna be my girlfriend” Jasper said with a grin
“Girlfriend my Butt” I gasps as I got up immediately
“Are you leaving?” Jasper asked
“Yes I am” I said picking my bag
“But am not full yet” Jasper said
“That’s your business not mine” I said
“Atleast clear this up please,,,my hands are numb” Jasper said
I didn’t say anything as I quickly packed up the stuffs
Jasper watched as Emmett left with anger
He smiled as he lifted his hand rubbing his face
“Why does it feel good to be fed by her,,,I can’t believe I actually lied in other to be fed by her,,,no this can’t happen Jasper,,, you are just been friendly with her nothing more” Jasper said to himself
He dropped his hands and said again
“Hope I did the right thing by giving up on this quest of revenge”

I alighted the car switching my mode back to a serious one
I dropped down all the playful and easy going Emmett
I walked into the company so majectically
I was wearing a blue trouser, milky shirt, with slightly blue heels, I also packed my hair in bun
Not skipping this part,,,I also wore a black goggle
“Good morning ma!”
“Good morning mam Emmett!”
The workers greeted me
I just nod my head in response
“Good morning ma” my secretary greeted with a smile walking towards me
I slightly removed my shade and scanned her from head to toe
“Is this a motel or a company?” I asked
“Is a company ma” she replied looking down slightly drawing down her short skirt
“Are you here to seduce guys or to work?” I asked but she didn’t reply me
“Answer me!” I said with a commanding voice

I walked towards her,,,she slowly walked back still looking down
“The next time I see you on this type of cloths you will get fired that very day” i said
“Am sorry ma” she said
“Sorry for yourself. Is the investor here?” I asked
“Yes ma,,,he is here” she said
“I didn’t ask for the gender,,,just bring the person in” I said and walked into my office
Emmett’s secretary Exhales looking down at herself
“I just wanted to get his attention” she said
“Hello dear, has she come” some one said to her
“Ye…yes she is here follow me” she said to the handsome tall man blushing all over
“Thanks” the man said to her smiling
She blushed even the more walking away while the man followed suit
She stood at Emmett’s door and knocked
“You can go in sir” she said smiling at the man
“Thanks once again” the man said and showed her his most cutest smile as he walked inside
“Oh my oh my,,,what the hell,,,hold yourself dear,,,I have to get myself outta here,,,I nearly jumped at him,,, his is so damn hot” she said holding her crimson flushed red cheek

“Good morning sir,,, please sit” I said pointing at the chair why going through my laptop

I looked up immediately because that voice sound familiar
“Jerry?,,,what are you doing here?” I asked
“Am the investor” Jerry said as he sat down
“You are the owner of Watson group of companies?” I asked with a creased brows
“Actually is my father’s which means am his successor” Jerry said
“Oh nice,,, back to business,,,so what’s the main reason you wanted to invest In Jecobs company?” I asked
“Actually is because of you” he replied with a serious face which means he isn’t joking
“Please Mr Jerry,,,this is business not child’s play” I said
“Am serious miss Emmett” he said
“Mrs actually” I corrected him immediately
“All I see in you is miss” Jerry said
“Mr Jerry,,, am a legally married woman” I said getting annoyed
“Does he love you?” He asked
I instantly blink my eyes,,, I never expected that question
“Does he look at you the way I do?” He asked again

“Excuse me,,,are you hitting on me or what?” I asked confused on where this is leading to
“Actually Emmett…” he trailed off placing his hands on my own
I looked at his hands that were on mine then back to his face

My brain became numb and wasn’t processing at all

I was speechless and cut short words to say

Immediately this realization hit me,,,my mode changed instantly
“Jerry,,,I don’t wanna be rude to you but please am not in for what you are asking from Me” i said
“Why Emmett?” He asked
“Because am a married woman,,,and I don’t wanna disgrace my family name by accepting to date you” i said
“Don’t you like me?” He asked
“I don’t like you neither do I hate you,,, infact I don’t like anyone” I said

I got up from my seat immediatey
Am already fed up and my brain is scattered
“Your time is over,,,you can leave my office now,,,I have other things to attend” I said with a serious tone
“Emmett…” He tried to talk again but I caught him off before he can attempt
“Leave” I said pointing at the door
“Alright,,,just think about it Emmett,,, about the…”
“Our company is no longer interested” I said cutting him off again
“That can’t be,,,our company is really interested on investing in this company” he said getting up
“Jerry” I said looking at my wristwatch
“Okay okay,,,see you next time MISS Emmett” he said as he stretched out his hand for a handshake
But I didn’t take his hand neither did I look at it
He smiled giving me a wink before walking away
Immediately he left I slumped on the chair
All the boldness I had before went down flat
I need to call Bella***
Jerry walked out from Emmett’s office all the smile he held on his handsome face were instantly replaced with an unfathomable Expression
“Nice move Jerry,,,you will soon be mine Emmett,,,you will soon be mine,,,your heart and body will soon belong to me,,,nobody will dare come across us not even Jasper Cullens” he muttered to himself as he walked away
