MAX POV
I woke up feeling good, yesterday outing with Andrea had gone well, ever since I went to Nick grave and told him how I felt have felt relieved and it’s all thanks to Andrea suggestion.

I was thinking of first and how I will see her when I remembered that she was going on a date today.

That got me feeling angry, why the hell will Beatrice set up a date for that novice.

Just then an idea popped into my head and quickly I took my phone and log into Facebook.

She didn’t log out, I thought as I went through her messages

Just then a new message propped in and it was from that guy.

“Plan has change sweetie, I can’t come and get you cause am pretty busy but you can come to my house first and then I will take you to the cinema, I look forward to your answer”

As soon as I read it,I got so mad.

This guy is nothing but a pervert, I thought as I stared at the message

“Sorry but I won’t be able to make it today, some thing urgent came up” I texted him back and then switched off my phone.

Then I went in search of Andrea, the little room that had been given to them was empty.

I found myself remembering the night I had brought Andrea here and she had decided to empty her vomit over me.

I smiled as I remembered her uneasyness the next day.

I left the room and went to the kitchen and luckily I found her mom there.

“Oh young master, you must be looking for Andrea right?”She asked

“Yes, you see we have some important assignment to finish”I said

“Well she went to church,it’s just a morning mass, she will be back soon” she said

“Okay, once she arrives can you tell her that ,I have to speak to her”I said

“No problem young master, I will deliver your message”She said

“One more thing, can you just address me with my name, I feel rather odd to be called Young master”I said

If am to court her daughter in the nearest future,it won’t be proper if she keeps on calling me young master, I thought silently to myself

“But you are the boss son and I ……….”

“Please ma’am just accept call me Max, I will feel honoured if you do “I said again and she gave me a smile.

“Fine then Max ,as soon as Andrea arrives,I will let her know that you want to see her”she said

I thank her and left the kitchen, I went to my room and wait for Andrea to show up .

************************************************It’s been three hours since I went in search of Andrea and still she is not here

What happen or has she find on her blind date? I thought as I put down my book and went downstairs.

I was just entering the kitchen when I saw her walking out of the back door.

“Andrea!”I called but she didn’t answer

I ran after her ,calling her name severally but she didn’t answer.

It wasn’t until I pulled her that I realised that she had her ear phone in her ears.

“What’s going on Max”she asked

“Where are you goin?”I asked

“Am heading for my blind date” she said with a smile

“Did he call you or send you a message”I asked

“What do you mean, we chatted yesterday and he said that he will come and pick me up”She replied

So she doesn’t know yet that he had asked her to go to his house instead and she doesn’t know that have given him a reply,I thought as I kept on starring at her

“But I told your Mom to tell you that you should come and see me”I said

“She did but you know that in this great mansion of yours, they are limits to where I can go to, I can’t just go to your room with out reason” she said

“You can come up to my room,no one will dare stop you”I said

“But I don’t think it’s right, oh Max, I will be late for my blind date, see you later” she said as she turned to leave

What can I do! What can I do to stop her, I thought as an answer pop into my head

I fell on the floor, crying out for her help and quickly she ran back to me.

“Are you okay? What’s wrong?”She kept on asking

“I think it’s my leg cramp”I said as I held my leg tightly

“What can we do”she asked looking so worried

“Just help me to my room, the only thing I can do right now is to get my leg to be layed down”I lied

“Fine, I will just get one or two if the workers to help you up “she said but Quickly I pulled her back

“Your help alone will do, I just have to hop on one foot” I said as I rest on her while I hopped with one foot until we got to my room.

ANDREA POV
“How are you doing right now?”I asked as i gave him a glass of water to drink

“A bit better”he replied as he layed on the bed with his leg propped on one of the pillows

“Really? Do you not feel like you need the doctor to come check you”I asked

“I will be fine as long as you are here to watch over me”he said softly

I kind of felt bad for Max, he is the only one who is at the mansion, his mother as always went off on her business trip, leaving him alone with the workers only..

Now more than ever he needs his mom but she is not here, I thought as I watched him silently

I looked at my watch and thought about the blind date, I won’t make it and as much as I would love to be there, I can’t leave Max on his own, I thought as I stared at him.

“Andrea are you still there”he called softly

Quickly I went back to him and sat on the empty chair.

“Are you sure that I should not call your doctor”I asked

“Yes I am, I will be fine soon, enough rest will get my leg back on track “he said

“Okay, but is it okay for me to stay in your room”I asked as I stared around

“It is, have told you that you can come and see me as much as you want”he said

“As much as i want, i doubt that will be right, I will just stick to being downstairs”I said

“Why dont you give me your phone”I asked suddenly and he stared at me with his eyes wide open

“What?”

“Your phone, I just want to tell the blind date guy that I can’t make it”I said

“Why can’t you make it?”he asked and i laughed gently

“Are you kidding me? It’s because am taking care of you”I said as I gently hit his leg

“Ahhhhh……..but you know you can leave, my leg is not a big deal”he said

“It is to me, I can’t leave you at a time like this, I have to take care of you, so just lay back and let yourself be pampered by Andrea and warning,this pampering will end as soon as the blind date ends, Mom doesn’t know that I didn’t go out”I said

It was quiet for a while and I looked back at him only to find him starring at me, looking all serious.

“What’s wrong?is some thing on my face?”I asked

“No,it’s just that you are the first person who put my needs first for the first time”he said

“What are you saying”I said as I tried to stand up,only to find that my hand have been held tightly by him

“You know, I never Grew up with my parents, Nick and I lived in an orphanage home, the workers there had always put the other children first over us, I had been the senior and so I had put Nick needs first over mine, even when we got here and started living here with our parents, our parents had put their work first over us, I had a selfish ex girlfriend who had put her needs over mine”

“So you see am practically putting every one needs over mine but you are the first! The first who had put my needs over hers and am really grateful for that”he said and before I could stop him.

He pulled me down on the bed and I found myself laying on the bed beside him

“Max I……..”

“Just stay still”he said as he pulled me close to him

“This is the only way I can sleep peacefully”he said softly and I layed In his arms trying to calm my raging heart.

What is he trying to do to me,I thought as I layed still in his arms for a long time.

It took a while for him to fall asleep and as soon as he did, I pulled out his hands slowly abs stared down at his sleeping face.

“You still don’t get why I put your needs over mine, that’s because I………..” I stopped what I was about to say when I heard his phone beeping.

I took it from the bed,so it’s noise wouldn’t wake him up.

I was about low the volume when I saw what the message entail of

I never sent this texts to him, I thought as I read what was said there.

It could only be Max and am sure that his leg cramp is just a lie too.

Why did he have to lie to stop me from going to the blind date.

MAX POV

I woke up only to not to find Andrea beside me on the bed.

Where could she have gone?I thought as I sat up, the room was dark and the lights hadn’t been switched on.

I got out of the bed, walking perfectly to the switch to turn the lights on.

I stood still when I saw her sitting on the couch staring at me

“My gosh you scared me”i said

“I can see that the cramp has totally disappeared,”she said as she walked towards me.

I had totally forgotten about my leg, I thought as I looked at her in shock

“Why did you lie to me?”she asked, looking a bit hurt.

How do I get myself out of this kind of mess,I thought as I stood staring at her.

“You even went far as to tell the blind date guy that I wouldn’t be coming, why?”she asked

“Okay,I used the leg cramp excuse to get you to stay and that’s because the guy is a pervert, didn’t you see that he was asking you to come to his house first, what do you think that mean”I asked

“Nothing, he just wants me to come there so once he is ready we can leave together” she said

“You are just so gullible, that is not the real reason why a guy will ask you to go to his house, don’t you know that he wants something else”I asked

“Something like what? You are the one with the dirty mind Max”she said

“You are too trusting Andrea”I said

“And what if am too trusting, you are a guy right, yet here I am in your room and nothing has happened”she said and for a while I stared at her

Doesn’t she know how hærd I am fighting not to take her in my arms and k-ss the hell out of her, I thought as I clenched my hand.

“Don’t be too trusting with Men Andrea”I said instead.

“I won’t and thanks for the advice, I better head back, you seem all fine to me” she said and began to head to the door only for her to stop when she heard my mom’s voice.

“Max are you in?Are you okay son? I heard you had a leg cramp, can I come in to see you?”she said

“Your mom can’t see me here!”Andrea mouthed at me.

I didn’t want her to be caught too,so I went into the bathroom and pushed her in and I also went in.

She stood by the wall and I stood towering over her.

We heard the door opened and I knew that my mom had walked in

“Max where are you?”She called softly

“Am in the restroom mom, am taking a dump and my cramp is all gone, you don’t have to worry”I said out loud

“But can i come and see you, am very worried you see”she said

Andrea stared up at me in alarm and quickly I thought of something to say

“Don’t mom! how will you disrupt your son privacy, just leave mom, as soon as am done, I will come see you myself”I said

She was quiet for a while and then she finally spoke

“Fine then, I will be waiting for you “She said and when we heard the door close, we both drew in our breaths.

“That was close”I said and it was then that I noticed how close I was standing to Andrea.

She too noticed it because the smile on her face vanished, she became all serious as she stared at me and I too was so very serious because I wanted to k-ss her, to know what her l-ips would taste like.

I bent towards her and she stiffened a bit, i held her hand with one of my free fingers and then I held her face with the other,lifting her face towards mine.

I stood still trying to fight the temptation but I knew that I couldn’t, I couldn’t stop myself from not k-ssing her and so I took my chance.

I bent forward and put my l-ips on hers, she stiffened again but I pulled her close and k-ssed her again.

Then I couldn’t seem to stop, I found myself wanting more and so I deepened the k-ss,plunging into her mouth and meshing our tongues together.

This is very different, different from all the k-sses I have had with other girls. Compared to the rest, this feels like heaven, I thought as I kept on k-ssing her while I car-ssed her body.

What I will give to always have her like this, I thought as I kept k-ssing her.

One thing I noticed was that she wasn’t disgusted by my k-ss and from the way she held me by the wa-ist, she was enjoying it as much as I did.

Suddenly she jerked off from me and stared at me in horror.

I stood there for a while wondering why she pulled away, wanting more but I realised that she was taken by shock just as I have also been taken by shock.

I moved back from her feeling lost for words
“Am sorry”I finally said and her response was to leave the room in a rush.

Have I just made things worse for myself, I thought as I stood in the empty room.

ANDREA POV

I ran straight to our little maid quarters and sat on the bed.

I still can’t believe that I had my first k-ss with Max.

Why didn’t I stop him, why did I let him k-ss me, I thought as I car-ssed my l-ips.

I always wondered what a first k-ss would be like and now I know, I thought as I layed on the bed still feeling shocked by what we just shared.

Just then the land line kept in the room for all of the workers used began to ring.

I picked only to hear the voice of Max mother

“Can you come and see me”She asked

“Yes Ma’am, I will come and see you now”I replied and as soon as I put down the phone, I checked my appearance and I went to the study to see his mom

“Have a seat”she said after I had greeted her

“I called you here to know something about my son?”She said

“What do you wish to know ma”am “I asked

“I want to know how my son treats Rose”she asked

“Rose?”

“Yes Rose the most beautiful girl in your class”she said softly

“Well from what have seen, their relationsh¡p doesn’t look good”I said

“And why do you think so?”

“They hærdly talk to one another” I said

“That’s odd but they were inseparable before”she said

“Is there a reason why you are asking me this ma’am”I asked

“Well there is! You see I need you to help me get Max close to Rose, you see my husband and I want Max to get engaged to Rose”she said and my heart broke into shreds.

“What?”

“You look a bit lost Andrea, hope there is no problem”She asked

“None at all ,I will do as you say and get Max close to Rose”I said as I stood up quickly to leave the room before his mom asked me more favours.

Max mom sat down still staring at the door for a long time

Then slowly she picked her phone and dialled someone number

“I need you to come back home soon, I think we will be having a problem with Max’s love life” she said, having an angry look on her face.

THE NEXT DAY

I woke up feeling depressed, just yesterday I had been k-ssed by the guy I love,only for me to find out that he will be getting engaged and i had to help his mom get the Max and his future bride together

What was I thinking when I set my eyes upon him, I should have known that what I felt for him would only be a bad omen

I got dressed for school and left him as usual, luckily I was saved the chance of seeing him in the morning

I still don’t know how I will behave when I see him in the morning.

I walked into Jupiter high with less enthusiasm and I know that I was being such a bore but who cares.

All I kept on thinking about is Max and his engagement to Rose.

If he knew this was going to happen, why the hell did he k-ss me, he got confused the more, I thought as I put my head while I kept on walking

Just then a bike was driving past and if I hadn’t been pulled out of safety, it would have hit me

But the problem is that the person who pulled me out of danger pulled me straight into his arms.

I looked up to see Max staring down at me, the first thing I remembered when I saw him was the k-ss we shared and also what his Mom had said.

I tried to pull away but he held me back giving me a wide grin,unknown to us Jack stood not so far away staring at the two of us and he was seething with anger.
