Chapter 2

Ara’s pov

Nervousness!!

My hands became sweaty and glued to the papers in my hands. She opened the door and I walked in behind her.

“Wow ” I said lowly.

The class was superb. The class was noisy but stopped when they all turned to me. I was standing in front of the whole class.

“Hmm.. Hmm.. Class, this is Ara and she’s a new student here. I hope you guys…. ” A girl cut her in.

“Did we ask you to introduce her to us? She should be the one to introduce herself not you fool. Poor church rat. ” She rolled her eyelashes and sat properly on her chair.

Immediately, the whole class laughed like they haven’t done that for years.

“I was only trying to help her out, she seems nervous to talk ” She defended, with tears building up in her eyes.

Gosh! This girl just disgraced my new friend? So it really true, the rich ones bully the poor ones. Not when am now in this school.

“Excuse me please, you don’t have to downgrade like that. You just disgraced her in front of the whole class ” I said, clutching my bag tightly.

“Wait! Are you daring me too? You’d better watch your mouth cause this school is gonna be hell most especially the poor fools like you ” Her voice was hoarse.

“Young Hee, that’s okay. Let’s continue what we were discussing and leave the little frogs alone” A red haired girl spoke and she obeyed.

Young indeed. I turned towards my new friend, a tear had dropped down from her left eye but she cleaned it immediately.

“Am sorry for causing this ” I apologized pitifully.

“Oh! It nothing Ara, you know what? There’s a vacant seat beside me, so you gonna be sitting beside me” She smiled and dragged me.

We got to the back seat and we both sat down.

Luckily, a teacher walked in and began teaching and throwing questions at we the students.

I was glad he didn’t call me cause I wasn’t concentrating.

His time is up and he’s still teaching.

Soon, he went out and another teacher came in apologizing about been late to class.

We did two subjects and now we are having our break. I packed my books into my bag and followed Soo Bin to the cafeteria.

We ordered two burgers each and began doing justice to it.

“It like the 4HB aren’t in school today, perhaps they might be having a private class ” Soo Bin shrugged.

“4HB? You mean 4 HB pencils or what? ” I asked, confused.

She laughed wholeheartedly, “Ara, you are so funny. I didn’t say 4 HB pencils, They are humans and the 4HB am talking about means 4 Handsome Boys. Do you understand now?” She explained.

Like seriously?! 4HB? Why on earth are they given that name? Are they handsome? Guess I can’t wait to see them.

“Can you tell me about them? Please ” I pleaded making a puppy eyes.

“Every one leave now, the 4HB are here ” We heard someone yelling.

And immediately everyone stood up heading out of the cafeteria, some where even running.

“Ara, let’s go. The rude brats are here and they mustn’t see anyone here or else you gonna get punish for this ” She said, dragging me up from my seat.

“I thought you said they aren’t coming? Moreover, I can’t leave here until I finish this burger and the break isn’t over yet.” I replied perfunctorily and sat back.

“Ara stop been stubborn, this boys are not like the normal people you see around you. They are devils”

“Fine! I will leave, not until I finish this food ” I began chewing my burger.

She sighed.

Without saying a word, she left.

” You really love playing with fire Ara.” I turned and saw the fool Young hee or what her name and her red haired friend.

I gave her no response.

” Well good for you, oh! Yoo nah! My crush is here! My handsome Tae! ” She cried, as her friend handed her a handkerchief.

Fool! 😏

I turned and saw four angels coming in, Young hee and Yoo nah ran out leaving me to my fate.

The one in the front look more handsome than the three. No wonder they are the 4HB.

As the crazy girl I am, I continued my food. Am the only one left in the cafeteria.

They walked closer to me and stopped, Their hands stuck in their pockets.

The one in front climbed the chair I was sitting then the table.

” Didn’t you hear when Leo said everyone should be out of the cafeteria? ” He asked, and
kicked the burger in my front.

I gasped. “Hey! You shouldn’t have done that ” I said, trying to calm down.

Unleashing my anger on this mannerless boy here won’t be good.

He arched his brow and turned to his brothers I think.

“I guess she’s the new student here, she look pretty stubborn ”

“She look disgusting bro ” Another handsome fool said and squeezing his face in disgust.

“Hey! Give me two coffees there ” He yelled and it was immediately bought to him.

He drank one and opened the second one to drink but he didn’t instead, he poured everything on my uniform.

My jaw dropped.

It was a hot coffee. Anger surge into body that made me want to slap him but I won’t.

‘Ara calm down, calm down, calm down’ I glanced at him then his brothers.

I walked two steps away from them but he held my hand causing me to stop.

“This is just the beginning for you dear.” He whispered in to my ear and pushed me away.

I fell down and hit my arm on a pillar. I yelped in pain.

“Guys, she just made me lost my appetite already ” The one who look younger said then walked away.

“Same here too ” Another one said and walked away too.

“Tae, let’s just go home. You knew I hate eating in the school cafeteria but you were the one who insisted we eat here.

And now, this poor baby rat just made me hate this place the more. Gosh! Am out of here ”

Good for him. The one who poured coffee on me is Tae, the one Young hee is crushing on.

He’s just too handsome but has no manners. Too rude.

I stood up and dusted the dirts on my clothes off.

He scoffed and began humming a song.

I limped out of the cafeteria, to the hallway then to the class.

“OMG! Ara! Who did this to you? ” Soo bin asked, scanning my whole body.

“Humm..it nothing, I fell down and had to hit my hand on a pillar” I smiled ruefully.

“Oh.. And your shirt? It smells like coffee ”

” Let’s leave that for now Soo Bin ” She nodded and sat down on her chair reluctantly.

I stood up and went to the restroom to clean off the dirt but it got worsen. I sighed.

I got out and flinched when I saw a pretty girl with a cardigan in front of me.

“I was asked to give you this and remember to return it first thing tomorrow morning ” She said and turned to go.

I was glad. But wait! Who sent her to give me this?

I shrugged and wore it. It looks baggy. I got to class and everyone’s eyes were on me.

What?

The bell rung and a teacher came, then another three teachers came and now it closing hour.

I waved Soo Bin good bye and walk towards where I parked my bicycle but got the greatest shock of my life.

My Bicycle!! 😭😭My precious bicycle!! 😭😭

Chapter 3

Young Hee’s pov

Who the f**k park this useless bicycle here? In front of my car and the bicycle was even resting on it. I need to teach the owner a lesson.

First, I entered my car, start it and began driving slowly.

I made sure I crushed the bicycle, and reversed back again doing the same, then the third time before driving towards the gate.

I saw the nuisance girl, hmm.. Ara staring at me in shock. I guess she’s the owner, well that serves her right.

I winked at her and waved her a good bye.

Ara’s pov

My bicycle! 😭 my precious bicycle!!😭

I walked up to my crushed bicycle, there’s no point in taking this home. I turned and saw Soo Bin coming.

She got to me, then to the bicycle “Young hee did this? ”

“Yes, but don’t worry it fine. I can trek home ” I answered.

“Seriously, this girl won’t stop been a fool. I wish I can beat the hell out of her but I don’t want her evil troubles after that ” She signed.

“Come on let’s go, I do trek home too. We can trek together ” She added.

I nodded and we both walked out of the school.

Few Minutes later, we kept chatting and laughing as we walk down the street.

We got to Soo Bin’s house first , it really a good furnished apartment though small.

I got home too, and walked to my room but my mom’s voice called me back.

” Ara, welcome back and how is school today? Wait! Who’s the owner of the cardigan you’re wearing?” My mom asked.

“Mom, school is fine and the cardigan am wearing was lend to me by someone cause I mistakenly poured coffee on my uniform ” I lied.

“Ohh! But how could you be so careless huh? I really appreciate the student who gave you the cardigan.

Make sure you returned it tomorrow. The maids will serve your food, am going out” She said, and took her bag to leave.

I got upstairs, pull off the cardigan and my uniform, and placed it on the bed.

I grabbed my towel and walked briskly to the bathroom to take my bath and go eat.

I need the maids to help me wash the uniform and the cardigan.

Soo Bin’s pov

“Mom! Mom! Where are you? ” I searched the whole house looking for my mom but I can’t.
I got to her room, she isn’t there.
I heard someone groaning in the bathroom.

“Mom!!! ” I ran there and saw my mom rolling on the floor, she held her tummy and a bottle of poison was beside her, opened.

“Don’t do this to me mom, please stay strong for me. Am taking you to the hospital ” I held her arm and struggled to lift her up.

She wanted to talk but can’t, she doesn’t have to kill her self for that man I called father.

I will never forgive him for what he did to us in the past. I managed to take my mother out of the house.

Fortunately, a taxi was coming. I signalled to the driver and he stopped.

We entered and he drove us to a near by hospital.

At the hospital 🏥..

“Doctor!! Doctor!! Please help my mom ”

The nurses rushed towards us and took my mother inside.

I followed them in and soon, the doctor came in and attended to my mom.

One hour later, the doctor was through and he turned to me.

“Your mother Is fine now, the poison didn’t affect her too much. She need rest now.

So you have to go home and rest then, you can come back with her food. ” The doctor said with a smile and left the ward with a nurse behind her.

Thank God, she’s alive.

Tae’s pov

“My sons, we are going on a dinner with the Kim’s family on tomorrow ” My dad announced.

“OK father, but why are we having dinner with them? You know they are the richest in the country or do you have a deal with them? ” Jae, the youngest one among us asked.

Silly question 😏

“I don’t know why you took after your mother, always asking questions” My dad said, hoarsely.

“It good he took after me, since the elder ones took after you ” My mom answered, as she poured her self a glass of wine.

“Whatever, you are coming with us too ”

“Huh? Me? Hell no, am planning to go for shopping tomorrow ” My mom screamed.

She shouldn’t have screamed, mom and shopping everytime.

“Then you have to cancel that plan and come with us or else… ”

“Fine! Am coming. Arrgh.. No shopping for me!” My mom whimpered softly and ran to her room.

I laughed, “Mom’s such a comedian ” Seo said, and laughed too.

“I heard the Kim’s are having a daughter, am sure she’s beautiful just like the Ara girl in school ” Seo added, and moved back his hair stylishly.

“If mom is such a comedian, then you are such a flirt. ” Jae answered and gave him a knock on the head.

“Ouch! Don’t worry am gonna see her tomorrow, you know she’s with my cardigan.”

“I know you want to have her in your bed, playboy ”

“Thanks. So mind your business now”

The girl is pretty stubborn, she hasn’t seen anything yet.

Ara’s pov

I heard the car horn outside, my father and my little brother is back.

I got outside, and waited patiently for them to come out.

The driver parked the car and got out to open the car door for dad and Min Ho.

“Sister! You are back from school, I hope you didn’t get bullied? ” He asked.

“No little prince, you know your sister too well ”

“Good, cause I will beat anyone who tries to do that ”

“Hmm.. Superman of our time ” I teased.

“Thanks, am going in. I feel so famished. ”

“Welcome dad, how’s work today? ” I asked

“Good Ara, we are having dinner with Park tomorrow and he’s coming with his sons and wife”

“OK…But I don’t know them”

“You will know them soon, his sons are the rightful owner of the school which you are schooling. You should know them.

Humm.. I only know the eldest son’s name. Tae”

I gasped. Oh my!

They are coming to my house tomorrow for dinner. Those four fools. What do I do? I don’t want to show myself to them.

Geez!
