CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO:
I slapped Lora by the cheek as I got close to her. “Ouch, what was that for?” She asked, rubbing her cheek.
” That… “I pointed, “That was for letting him kill you.”
“Who? What are you talking about?”
“Dionne.”
“Okay guys calm down, people are watching. “Flo whispered, dragging us out of the class. ” What happened in your dream?”
“I saw Dionne.” I grunted, slapping my face. ” I mean, his other self. He was so big and.. and ugly. He killed a lot of students in a goddamn second. He almost killed me, yes almost, until Lora here had to sacrifice herself for me. ”
” I don’t know why I keep saving your ass, even in your dreams. ” She chuckled.
” Ha ha, that’s because you love me and I really appreciate it.. a lot. But not to that extent. I know it’s just a dream but guys, it was so real. ”
” Okay, okay. So you mean this Dionne of a guy is an animal? “Flo asked.
” Yes, a big one. A Lycanthrope, I thought I told you that before.”
” Did I say anything before I died? “Lora asked, searching for an answer in my eyes.
” Yes, you did. ”
” What did I said?”
“Something like; ‘ I’ve been waiting for a day like this, not only to be feed on, but to be killed by the one I loved. You’re not going to win, Dionne, no matter how hærd you try. ‘”
” I said that? “She asked again.
I nodded.
” Awwn so sweet of you, Lora.”
I gave Flo a hærd gaze. “What? Just saying.” She shrug.

Night approached so fast. The wind was calm but stood a perfect fit for the night.
I couldn’t stop from thinking about what Elise told me. I couldn’t believe I could say those.
It’s a dream, you might say that, but it’s more of that to me.
I covered myself with my thick blanket, sighing tiredly before letting myself pulled by sleep.
You know all those times when you find yourself dinning with Jesus in a bouquet? Sometimes you also end up seeing yourself dinning with Lucifer in a war.
Hmmm…
I woke up, heading to the kitchen for a glass of water. I poured a full glass, gulping it all at once.
I took a deep breath, sighing tiredly.
The wh0le Elise’s weird dream was still bothering me. Hearing myself dead twice was so scary enough to my bones.
Ever since Dionne fed on me, I’ve grown this deep hatred for him. I’ve cursed myself a lot of times for ever falling in love with him… a monster for that matter.
I just hate him as much as I hated the devil. If he had fed on me, why then does he still wants Elise’s blood?
I keep asking myself this all the time, what’s so special about her blood?
She’s a human, just like me, why would he want her dead?
And for all I care, he’s never going to win this fight… Never.
“Hello, Lora.” Said a voice from behind, a voice I can’t forget.
“What now, Dionne, what do you want?” I asked not wanting to look at him.
He touched my shoulders, placing a k-ss on my neck. “I want you.” He said.
“What do you want from me?”
“We never talked about a breakup, you just made the choice. Well, I don’t think I’m ready for a breakup now, why don’t we come back together? ”
I laughed. ” Come back together? “I repeated, ” That’s trash, Dionne, nonsense. Don’t act like you care about me, you just want my blood that’s all. ”
” Why would you think like that? ”
” Because that’s the truth, Dionne. You don’t love me! You never did! ”
” Look at me, ” he said, ” look at me. ”
” No. ”
” Lora, please, look at me.”
I still didn’t make a turn. He turned me, my gaze fell to the ground not wanting to look at him.
“Look at me.” His voice sounding authoritative and I saw myself doing so.
“Is that what they made you believe? To think I’m the bad guy here?” He scoffed.
“No, you made me believe that the night you bit me.” I rose my eyes at him. ” I loved you, I was there for you but you ended up calling me a fool! I’m nothing to you, Dionne, I’m nothing to you anymore. Just.. go away! ”
He held my chin up, ” You are something to me.”
“Please, just leave my life alone. I don’t want you, I don’t need you!”
” You still love me, Lora.”
” No, I don’t!”
” I can’t leave you when I’m just beginning to love you the more. So, I still need you, as well as your blood.”
I pushed him away, ” No, you’re not gonna have my blood anymore. You can’t have me back, okay! Love me as much as you can, I won’t love you back. Hold me in your arms for eternity, I won’t feel a thing for you, k-ss me a long as the time goes by, that won’t take back what you’ve done. Take me wherever you want, Dionne, that still won’t change anything in me. What more can you offer to change my mind? Nothing. Now, leave my house. Go away!”
” No matter how much you push me away, I will come for you, Lora. I will always come back for you.”
He k-ssed my l-ips, I tried to struggle but he held me tight. He broke free, staring into my eyes. “I promise.” He whispered.
“Just go, okay. Just go away.”
Lora? Lora?” I heard mom’s voice.
“No!” I woke up. “Mom?”
“Hi, sweetie. ”
I hugged her so tight. She just doesn’t know how happy I am for her waking me up. “Thank you, mom.”
” What are you thanking me for? ” She asked in-between a chuckle.
“Just.. thank you.” I hugged her even more tighter.
The more he keeps trying to get me back into his life, the more I keep hating him the most.
And no matter how hærd he keeps trying to win my heart, he’ll never get it back.

CHAPTER TWENTY-THREE:
“Nooo!!!”
Someone scre-med from afar and every students ran out to where the voice came from.
“Oh my gosh!” Was what came out from almost everyone’s mouth.
I pushed my way to the front, to see what had happened clearly. “Oh Jesus.”
The bloods… The dead bodies, just like in my dreams. They’re all coming to reality. They weren’t two not there, not even ten, they were…
“Everyone back up.” Miss Martin said from the back as she too pushed her way to the front.
She looked at me for a while, then at the dead bodies on the toilet floor. “It’s happening, isn’t it?” I muttered in a way that she could hear.
Another scre-m was coming from a different direction and everyone ran to the scene. More dead bodies of our students were seen lifeless on the ground.
“How did this happen?” Miss Martin asked the junior student.
“I don’t know, I.. I was just walking in when I saw this.” She said, trembling in fear.
The walls were boldly written in bloods. IT’S TIME…
” Now everyone, I need you all to pack your stuffs and go home. Classes will be no more for the meantime. So, get going.. now! ”
All the students all went to get their stuff ready, those who didn’t have much to pack, left the school premises immediately.
Miss Martin left to her office. I followed her, stopping her on her track as she got closer to her office.
“Miss Martin?” I called.
“Lora, you too. You have to go home.”
“I know. But I was wondering how this happened. Do you think he’s in the school, somewhere? ”
” I don’t know, but with the inscription on the wall, the blood looks dried. I’m guessing he had done that to the students who had come for night class. ”
” Did you just said night classes? ”
” Yes. Students do come for night classes, every school days. Is there a problem? ”
” My last nightmare happened in the night. But during that time, everyone were present in school. I think my dreams are beginning to happen, and it all started from last night. ”
~ Writer’s POV ~
” Miss Martin… ” Flo called.
“The three of you must leave, Bay Hills is not safe anymore. Nowhere is. ”
” Miss Martin… “Lora called too.
” Where is Mr Noméd? ” Asked Elise.
” He’s been out for a while, probably he will be returning any day from now. ” Lora tapped Elise by the hand, still looking at the direction of incoming beast.
She followed the direction of her eyes, staring at the same monster in her dream. “Miss Martin…” She called.
“What?”
Elise pointed out, ” Behind you.” Her voice sounded like a whisper.
Miss Martin slowly turned, frightened at the creature. “Girls, I guess it’s time you leave the school.”
The creature rowled, running towards their direction in full speed. “Now!” Lora and Flo dragged Elise’s hands as they successfully made it out of the school, zooming entirely out of the school premises.
He threw himself high, his two hands also up, landing it on her but she was quick to dodge it with he hands, her leg sliding on the tiled floor.
“Hello, Miss Martin. It’s a pleasure to meet you again.”
” A pleasure to see you in your real form, Dionne. What do you want?”
He chuckled. ” I want everyone.. dead. I want to watch everyone… the wh0le world to live in fear. And of all, I want Démon dead.”
” What makes you think you can kill him?”
” As far as I get Elise’s blood and become a true lycan, everything will be possible. Killing him will be possible.”
” That can never happen, okay? ”
” What do they say a lycan is again? We are stronger, fast and smarter and not even your kind can take mine down. Stop wa-isting your time around him, join me and I promise, you will never regret it. ”
” Thanks for the info but, I’ll pass.”
He smiled. “Fine by me.”

” Oh, my gosh. What was that thing?! “Flo scre-med from the back of the car.
” That is Dionne Lawford, Bay Hills doom.” I answered.
“Jesus christ, did you see how huge and ugly he looked? I don’t think I’m gonna sleep with this in my head. I feel like he’s gonna hunt me tonight. ”
” Flo, no one is gonna hunt you, okay? All we have to do is to hope that nothing much happens. ” Lora sighed. ” Do you think Miss Martin is gonna be alright?” She asked, looking at me.
I nodded. ” She will. ”
” How do you know? ” Flo asked, terrified. ” You saw how mighty that monster is, and Miss Martin… ”
” Miss Martin is a vampire, she’s gonna be alright. ”
” What? “They asked in unison.
” You knew all these while yet, you never told us? ” Flo queried.
I sighed heavily. ” It’s a long story, Flo.”
I just know this is my dream happing. But all I fear the most is loosing my friends.
Cos, I’m definitely not ready to lose any of them. Not now… Not ever.
