That night I couldn’t sleep a wink,how am I supposed to when everyone around me go ahead and betrayed me? I can’t still accept the fact that Darby turned against me!.
“Are you crying?”My crying must have woken Jake up from where he was sleeping on the couch.
“No”I shook my head”Sorry I didn’t mean to wake you up”
“Well you didn’t cause I can’t sleep,I understand what you’re going through but you can’t give up….not just yet so I came up with a plan”I could hear a smile behind his voice making me turn around to look at him.
It has to be a good plan to make him smile like that,well as for me I’m ready to do anything to have Jason back.
“So tell me what your plan is”I said eagerly.
He pretend to think over it for a moment “Nope you just have to wait until tomorrow”He smirked,is he purposely getting me curious? I stalk over to him and snatch the pillow I had given him earlier.
“Tell me”I orders glaring at him,e doesn’t seems at all offended all he tried was trying to snatch the pillow back from him.Few minutes later we were both laughing our asses out as we chase around the room.
At least I was able to forget my problems even for a few minutes,I slump down to the couch relaxing my arching muscles,he lay on the floor next to the couch.
Either of us talk,just continue to listen to the sound of car and all but soon I was fast asleep.

The next morning I woke up to an empty space an empty room I wonder where Jake had gone,I use the opportunity to shower and did my business as if on cue he walk in carrying several shopping bags.
God let it be food please please please I pleaded helping him to set the bags down”What was so important you had to left this early”I asked glancing at him with a grim expression.
“Looks like someone misses my ass”He teased struggling off the question.
“You wish”I reported,emptying the content of the bag on the bed,my eyes w¡den when I saw a uniform which I recognized almost immediately cause savants at the pack wore the same thing.
Black wig,spectacles,die I look at him demanding her answer and all he did was smile before sitting g beside me.
“I’m gonna give you a make over! Okay it parts of the plan.You have to be a different person…at least she didn’t forbidden anyone else just so…you can pretend to be a servant and keep an eye on things”He explained.
“Wow that a brilliant idea”I jump on him knocking us both over.”At first I thought you were some creepy dude trying to get close to me…turns out you’re the only friend I seems to have”.
“Don’t make me blush”He frown pushing me off him,but I could try he’s trying g to stop himself from laughing.
“Anyways it high time you start to make use if that brain of us”I teased.
He rolled his eyes and push me I unto the couch “Be a good girl before I change my mind”
And the next few minutes he proceed in giving me a make over which I think is actually weird! Like a guy giving me a make over?.

“So what will you be doing while I am here”I ask nervously,we just arrived at the pack house but we aren’t in yet.Just standing outside the gate and I must say I love my new black and red hair.
It kinda makes me look like a bad bitch wearing spectacles more like a cute little girl Jake was trying to turn me into.
“I will be looking for solution..only a witch could tell us what’s going on…oops gotta go take care and don’t get discourage”He pat my head and walk off while I glare after him,he turn around and winked over his shoulder before crossing over.
“Hey who are you!”I spun around at the sound of the entrance guard who I had become used to.
“Uhm…am the new maid haired by Miss”I said trying to remember the name of the woman is charge of the servants.I forgot her name.
“Never mind I get it…you can go in,side”He stare at me from head to toe with an interesting look,such a guy,I shook my head am smile flirtatiously then fling my head backwards before walking into the pack house.
To avoid suspicious I went to the servants quarters straight and most of the servants seems busy so I stood there observing everyone then when I least espect Darby and Madison walk in.
I qiuckily look away making sure I stay close to them to hear every conversation they are and honestly am so nervous.
“So does Alpha Jason suspect anything”Darby asked looking around,I quickly find something to do.”Hey you!”She yelled at me.
I freeze on the s₱0t and slowly turn around and walk towards her.She eyed me for few minutes”Get me something to drink.Tea alright”
I wanted to rip her ponytail off her head,how did she sleep at night knowing she betrayed me? Her best friend,without me knowing the tears were trailing down my cheeks.I hurriedly brush it away.
“Are you okay?”Darby ask.
“Yeah..just that my mom pass away this morning so…”I try hærd not to crack again.
“Don’t waste your pity on a servant girl…I have to find a way to make Jason reject Kelly…he isn’t warming up to me….she told me to do that”Maddie cut in.
I wonder who the she is in question and she wanted Jason to reject me? It means Jason haven’t completely believe her,even though he’s under a spell which gives me enough time to figure out something.
“You know what? Bring the tea to my room”Darby ordered and walk off.Geez surprising how she and Maddie took control of everything I wonder how Nathan is gonna handle this.
Poor guy! He has no idea what’s going on.
“What are you staring at?”Madison growled at me.
“Kelly?”My eyes darted towards the doorjamb when Jason called then walk in,I wanted to go to him but I have to stop myself with great difficulty.
“Jason what are you doing here”Fake Kelly ask k-ssing him,I have to turn away,my hands grip the tray I was holding hærd.I can’t watch them but I have to listen to their conversation.
“You! Ma’am Sliver wants you in that servants quarters! All the servants are there…so why are you here”One of the maid yelled at me.
I glare at her before following her out of the door,Now I can’t listen to their conversation anymore.
I turn around to look at Jason one last time but he wasn’t paying any attention to me,in fact he seems to be contented with staring at Madison!
I quickly left,and dried my tears as we approached the servant’s quarters.

I could feel a present in my room,the light was out but I could see a shadow move around the move.
I shared the room with four other girls and are they such a heavy sleepers they can’t figure out what’s going on,I look around the room,I try hærd to look for any weapon and I found a mob.
I guess that would do…I tip toe and grab the mob,the person in question turn around quickly and hold it back before it made contact with his head,I scre-med but a hand clasp my mouth.
“Shh! It me Jake!”He whispered yelled turning towards the window so I could sew his face,I glare at him in the darkness and sighs in relief.
“You scared the day light out of me! What are you doing here”I whisper yell back.
“I didn’t mean to”
“Why are you here so soon? And how did you get pass the guards”I asked.
“By dressing like you?”He chuckled”I saw he’s a fan of yours so…I took advantage of that”
I glance over at the four girls who seems to be snoring away.Pardon me I never knew girls snore.
“So any news”
“Not really I will be leaving town tomorrow someone told me about a dark moon…well she’s a witch,I heard she’s powerful and I hope she would be able to help us”He explained.
I hug him,well this is the best news have received since today…soon Jason and I will be together! Soon everything will be okay.
“Thank you so much”.
“Alright gotta leave take care”Before I could ask anymore question he was gone and the light switch on.
One of the girls was staring at me like I have gone mad.
“Who are you talking to”She asked looking around.
“Myself”I reply.
“Weirdo”She muttered before falling right back to sleep.
Bless Jake,he’s doing so much for me! Something Darby or Leo would never do…after all they are relation so I guess betraying people is what they do.
I will be fine.
Jason would be..
And we would be together soon.
Then I will make sure Darby and Madison pay for this.

Then I will make sure Darby and Madison pay for this.
The next morning I was woken iup early in the morning I wanted to yell at them and scre-med then I remember things are different now and am actually pretending to be a maid.
If only they knew how much I hate to be woken up early in the morning.
The first task I did that day was washing the dishes and do you know when I f-cking get to eat breakfast? Ten in the morning! I was dying by then but the rest seems unaffected since they were already used to it.
“You better get up before Tanya gets here”The girl who had woken up yesterday to ask me who I was talking to told me when she notice I stop working.
I haven’t get to know her name yet and I don’t really want to be close to anyone…I don’t trust anyone well not after what Darby did to me and the only person I trust right now is Jake and I have a feeling he won’t let me down.
“Who’s Tanya”I asked not at all interested.
“She’s the new mistress in charge and believe me she’s very strict so….”She suddenly cut off as and hurried away.
“You!”I heard someone yell and I turn around to see a woman in her mid thirties staring at me,I gulp nervously and aproched her.I hate to be yell at and people around here seems to be doing it often.
“Yes ma’am”I shuttered.
“What are you doing there”She growled making me flinch,she was staring at me with anger.I don’t know hot to handle that.
“I just finish washing the dishes so…I sat there resting for a while….”She didn’t let me finish before grabbing me by the hair.
I gro-n in pain trying to get her to leave my hair but she just pull h-rder,so I stop struggling and decided to let her pull it.My head felt as if they’re on fire.
“Do you think am paying you to sit around? Oh? So you’re the new servant…then you need a proper lesson”She push me on the floor and my head hit the kitchen table.
Few seconds later alarm shot through me as blood started dripping out of my forehead but she doesn’t seems to care,she just stood there glaring at me.
“Come with me”She ordered walking off.
I had no option but to follow her,my knees were bleeding too I couldn’t walk properly and I was hungry as hell,will have plenty of time to cry later not just now.
She hand me a bucket and a tooth brush leaving me in the corridor with one order “Wash the floor clean”
With a toothbrush? I wanted to protest but seeing the way she had pull my hair I shut up immediately and proceed to do what she ask for.
Half an hour later,I was tired,hungry,frustrated and without even trying the tears started coning,I couldn’t make them stop so I just bow my head and cry my eyes out.
I regret the day I sat with Darby during math class…I regret the day I told her to sit with me at lunch…
[Flash Back]
It was in second grade,Darby had walk into the cafeteria looking for a place a sit,the entire table was taken and when I recognize her as the girl I sat with in math I wave at her.
She approached me smiling and I told her to seat with me.
“Am Kelly”I introduce immediately.
“Darby”She replied smiling.
I brought out my pizza which I hate so much…I told my mom to stop giving me that,when Darby pull out her lunch which happens to be my favorite.
“Give me half of your burger and I would give you half of my pizza”We both said at the same time then laugh.
From that day on we had been in- separable.
[End of flashback]
And right now am wishing it never happen,I should have ignore her like everybody else and eat my pizza in peace.
Suddenly I felt a familiar hand touch me sending sparks throughout my body,I look up sharply starting at the dark gaze of Jason leaning towards me.
The face I have miss so much,I wanted to jump on him but caught myself quickly.It was the hærdest thing have ever done I stood up immediately bowing my head in respect.
He frown for few seconds staring at me”Are you okay?”He finally asked.
I wanted to cry again.I’m not okay but how can I tell you that? “Yes Alpha”I answered anyway.
“You don’t look fine to me”He look down at the toothbrush I was holding and chuckled softly “You must be kidding me”
I find myself smiling in return,I couldn’t stop.
“Uhm”He observe me for few minutes then Tanya came hurrying towards us then it drawn on me he must have mind link her…I wish I knew how to use mine.
And I wonder if it still working,immediately she stop I’m from of me I became scared but I tried not to show it.
“After giving her something to eat tell her to clean my office”He ordered and walk away.
“So you went crying to the Alpha!”She yelled.
“No”I cried as she grab me.
Once everything is fine,I swear I will fire her.
“For that no dinner for you”She hissed pulling me towards the kitchen.
At least I get to eat breakfast and lunch.

After eating to my full I immediately went to Jason’s office,I first sweep,mob then finally proceed in arranging the files.
Everything in here smell of him making me miss his scent,I yawn of him just by being around his chair I wanted to cry…why is this happening to us? Well I guess that what happen when you are around fake people.
I hope Jake find a solution soon cause I don’t know how I will endure Tanya’s torture.
I heard footsteps approaching and quickly hide under the table I could tell it was Maddie,she look around the office before going through the files on the table.I wonder what was so important in them.
“No trace of Kelly! I wonder where in the world she is or did she go back to the human town? Either way once my men find her…they must kill her”She said to herself.
I shuttered under the table,she still want me dead so badly but why? Isn’t the magic working?
The door open again and another person walk in.
“Kelly?”It was Jason!
Oh God help me.
“Jason! I came here to look for you..you’ve been out all day”She stood up and the next thing Jason sat down…I try to move way from his legs but I was stuck.
What a lair! She said she’s here to see him,hell I knew she’s snooping through his files.
“Busy”He sighs.
“I can make you feel better”She purr leaning towards him.
Oh God no no..I don’t want to witness this and most importantly I don’t want her doing anything with him right in my present.Am gonna die.
So I have to cough,I will rather let them kill me than to watch them.
“Who’s there”Maddie yelled.
I crawl out of the table”Am sorry Alpha…I was cleaning….”I paused.
“You may leave”He wave me off.
It actually hurt that he didn’t even look at me so I left with my dusting rag and other stuff.
I hope I will get to sleep tonight.This is killing me! The thought of Madison being with Jason makes me go mad but I guess I have to endure it.For us.

I’m finally done for today most of the servants had gone to bed and as for me I can’t wait to relax my tired body.
I was walking towards the servants quarters when some drag me and slam me against the wall,when I regain my balance I stare at the person and realize it was Madison!
God I hope she hasn’t find out and seeing my face on her makes me rage in anger! Why does she have to be me to spell my mate! How low will she really stoop to be with someone that’s not even her’s.
“Am going to ask you some questions and you better answer me real quick”.
“Yes ma’am”I replied.
“Who are you?”
I am Kelly you dummy.I wanted to tell her “Victoria the new servant”I said the first name that came to my mind.
“While you were under that desk what did you heard”She glare at me.
Oh she must be talking about her plans to kill me”That you won’t make Alpha feel better”I answer sarcastically.
She seems not to notice but she look unconvinced.
“My eyes are on you”She threatened and walk away.
I sigh in relief.
