Abbiana
 
I splashed my legs on invisible waters as I hummed and read a book, I was in my room laying on my bed. It was fun having power, it made me feel more confident, like I could do anything. Five days had past since then, Arie and Mateo are strangely nice to each other but she never stopped tormenting Zino. He would scre-m the wh0le house down thinking he’s being haunted by a ghost and his father is contemplating taking him to a psychiatrist
 
It was very funny at first but I couldn’t help how worried I was getting at his unusual jumpy and terrified behavior
 
I really wanted him to be okay
 
Anji, she had been acting really redrawn as well, always in her room concentrating in deep thoughts and avoiding talking to her mother who was always calling. She permanently turned off her phone later to ignore her, I feel bad for her
 
The knock on my door interrupted my reading moment
 
‘Who’s that?’
 
‘It’s me, Zino’ his shaky voice hoarsed from the other side, I knew Arie had pulled out another mischief on him. ‘Can I please come in?’
 
‘Sure’ he opened the door and scurried in, shut it and ran to my bed like a baby who saw a scary ghost. He got under my duvet and curled himself into a ball
 
‘Pretend I’m not here, I’ll just sleep here for the night or the rest of my life, so hey new roomie’ the tone he used was funny and it made me laugh
 
‘Zino, stop being such a wimp’ I said laughingly pulling the duvet out of his body
 
‘You’re not the one who’s being haunted, I know no one believes me but I’m not lying, why should I’ he said in fear, I sighed
 
‘You know what to do with the chance I’ve given you’ Arie whispered into my ear, it took a great effort to not jump up and scre-m too. ‘I’ve been scaring him so he would come to you’
 
I took my pen and scribbled on the back of my book
 
‘And do what?! Ariana stop being a b-ob’
 
‘I don’t mind being a **** too because I already am a idiotic b-ob brain, as long as I can make you happy by getting you what you want, then I’m fine with anything foolish thing I will be’ my eyes watered and I sniffed in my tears and swallowed the lump in my throat. ‘Abbie stop being nice and sweet, for once be selfish and take what’s yours. Zino and you are clearly made for each other, everybody knows that through your obviously felt chemistry and vibe. Please Abbie, be happy and make him yours, nobody will blame you or let them, **** em all’
 
‘Thank you bestie’ I scribbled again letting the tears flow
 
‘Anytime, now try not to mo-n too loud, I wanna go daydream about my new guys, who’s hotter between the two, Mateo or Daniel’ I rolled my eyes, I totally forgot to talk about those two bros, Daniel is quite funny and hilarious and clings to Arie and Anji a lot, I think he likes Anji but have a huge crush on Arie
 
She calls him an undecided idiot
 
I know Arie, she won’t date him because she’s starting to surprisingly like Mateo
 
‘Are you okay? You’re crying’ Zino whispered shifting closer, my door opened and closed and he scre-med. He flew out of his space and hugged me tight. ‘You know what, let me sleep like this forever’ he buried his face into my b-obs, clutching every life out of my wa-ist as his body shook
 
He had always been the ghost scaredycat but thinking about it now, who wouldn’t be… Oh yes, Ariana, that girl’s afraid of nothing
 
‘Zino, you’re hurting my wa-ist’
 
‘I’m trying to survive’ he cried, his breath and movement of his l-ips on my chest was sending unwanted s-nsations into my body, I inhaled and held the breath
 
 
‘Zino, I’m uncomfortable with how close you are’
 
‘How close am I?’
 
‘Take a deep breath and think it through’ I still held my breath, trying to ignore the rapid heat rising in places I didn’t want to think about. He seemed to have realised where he shoved his face in because his shoulders tensed. ‘See it now?’ He nodded. ‘Won’t you get off?’ He shook his head negatively. ‘Why? You’re afraid the ghost will come back if you do?’ He nodded. Every movement stirring new desire in me. I wanted to yell that it was Arie but then I would have to explain how she successfully did that. ‘Okay, if you let go, I’ll tell Arie to help me expel the ghost, you know your grandmother is a nun and he taught her a lot of things, plus she’s afraid of nothing’
 
‘Ariana has her own fear, you’ll be surprise what she’s really afraid of and no, my grandmother isn’t a nun, just a really weird church lady witch’
 
‘Huh? Witch?’
 
‘I don’t know if she’s a witch but I think she’s some kind of expeller’
 
‘Zino can you please, I beg you in the name of whatever you hold dear, get your face and mouth off my br-asts’ I snapped, he chuckled and moved his face out but he never let go of me
 
‘You know, I’ve missed having you around’
 
 
‘Me too’
 
‘This might be me intruding into your private life but have you ever dated?’
 
‘I spent two years in a coma, when did I get the chance too?’
 
‘Earlier I guess’
 
‘You know I don’t like boys, they are distractions’
 
 
‘Even me?’ He asked poutingly, he was staring at me now
 
‘Especially you. I’m really tired of acting like I don’t feel anything, you feel it too, right?’
 
‘Feel what?’
 
‘The stupid chemistry and vibe between us, the one that have been since we were kids. It’s weird to have such so early’
 
‘I know, I did try to remove it by dating Becky and Martina but I only ended up comparing them with you’ he whispered admittedly
 
‘Who’s Becky?’ I asked jealously
 
‘My first girlfriend but ignore that part, what do we do about it?’
 
‘I think that’s up to you, not me’ I said shyly biting my lip, he smiled and returned his head to my br-asts. ‘You’re still in a relationsh¡p, doing this is cheating and I don’t want to be the object of cheating’
 
‘I’m not doing anything Abbie, stop exaggerating dummy’
 
‘You are and you know what you’re doing’ I said as a matter of fact
 
‘Since you’re gonna accuse me, I better then do something and be proud of the accusation’ he said with a mischievous tone, I saw it coming because my eyesight had been enchanted to see things fast. He pinned me on the bed, if I didn’t have my power, I wouldn’t have seen it coming

I chanted over and over again in my head so I won’t feel guilty at all, he pinned my hands above my head lightly and hovered over my form with a smirk
 
‘I’m starting to prefer your ghost freaked out self’ I said with a wide smile, he laughed and got off me
 
‘I’ll be back for you Ms Axel’ he said flirtatiously
 
‘That would have been really cool if you made a dramatic exit’ I said jokingly
 
‘Do you hate me that much? I don’t want to die’ he cried, I laughed and made myself comfortable on the bed. He came back to hugging me ‘so if I dump Martina, you’ll date me?’
 
‘Depends on how fast you do’
 
‘I’ll be right back’ he said jolting away from me, he ran out of my room fast without thinking. I covered my face with the pillow and scre-med into it joyfully. Arie scre-med too jumping on me, it made me scre-m in fright and push her off
 
‘Are you kidding me!’
 
‘Oh, sorry, I’m not here’ she turned invisible and I heard her fast footsteps, she ran out of my room. I chuckled. Zino returned with a large grin on his face, he waved his phone
 
‘Done!’

Ariana**
 
The school went out for a trip, a garden whatever. The students were grouped in two, I got stuck with Mateo, Abbie and her new boyfriend….Siobhan and her friends made a huge fuss over it three days ago but I shut them up. They were terrified of me because I made their leader lose her powers, they weren’t our main problem, just some unfortunate witches
 
Anji and Helena were teamed up and they didn’t mind
 
‘So what are we doing again?’ Matt asked confusedly
 
‘Idiot, weren’t you listening’ I snapped
 
‘I was busy staring at your s€×y face’ he said with a wiggle of his brows, I bit my lip blushingly
 
‘We are to study and make a memo of any flower or the great statues’ I said sheepishly, he laughed and looked into space
 
‘So, did you get my message last night?’ He sent me a video of him singing and humiliating himself, it was funny and I couldn’t stop watching it. I laughed and nodded
 
‘I’m internet famous you know’ I said smirkingly c*cking my h¡ps
 
‘Yeah, your dumb blog for stupidly and silly cool things’ he said studying a statue of jasmines in a bowl like he knew what it was
 
‘Guess who’s my new star’ I added and clicked my tongue, he gasped
 
‘Ariana!!!’
 
‘No one told you to send me that’ I sang and skipped off. I scre-med when he carried me, he spun me around and laughed and I laughed along, he dropped me on the ground and spun me around to face him, he encircled my wa-ist and looked into my eyes
 
‘Dance with me my love’
 
‘We’re suppose to be studying’ I said nervously, my stupid heart was beating too fast. He chuckled and forced me to sway to the soft humming coming out of his mouth, I has no choice than to dance with him
 
We were alone in another quiet place in the big glass house, we danced for minutes before he rest his forehead on mine, he stayed like that for minutes before his face slowly leaned closer to mine, his l-ips were dangerously close, very close. Then my head remembered something
 
Jasmines in a bowl!
 
I jolted away from him and ran out to find the girls, the other piece is here
 
Abbiana
 
Zino went off to pee, I stood there in the centre of the glasshouse thinking and smiling, my eyes landed with a statue. Roses surrounded a fountain with doves perching on it, a rock mermaid was in the fountain, her tail was up and in her hands was a bowl of Jasmine, her tail had a long roll of heather lining up to the flaps where a baby dragon stood. The dragon’s mouth was open and it sharp teeth was pointy but one was suspiciously strange
 
I gasped and moved by to it, they were too many people around, I sighed and then heard a scre-m
 
‘Snake!!!’ It was Ariana, she scre-med continuously and everyone ran out scre-ming too. I smiled and climbed the fountain, I dragged out the teeth and fell down, the power was strong. I stood up and gasped at the surge of power running through me, I looked at my arm and read the writings
 
‘Sand and sand and crabs
 
Solid and tall and marked
 
Lift and whirl and whirl
 
A precious gem is found’ the stone teeth in my hand turned green and entered my body. My other arm glowed, another writing. ‘Feel the power of earth, feel the power to bend, receive the power to sync with the earth and be a new girl’
 
New powers, cool
