I stared at Aramis as he paced around anxiously, mentally encouraging himself that he was doing the right thing. I don’t understand how people would see something good for them and go fie the bad one. He was killing himself and he didn’t seem to notice that.
‘I’m doing the right thing, she needs to hate me. I’m doing the right thing, she needs to hate me. ‘He continued his worthless motivation. Being a devil is fun, in such times, tormenting with his mind makes life fun for me. ‘I’m doing the right thing, she needs to h….what if she’s cold? The rain is too….she likes cold, she’ll be fine. She needs to hate m….what of she gets sick? What would I…..no no no, don’t care Aramis, ignore the fact that you tied your girlfriend, the only woman you love to a tree outside, in the disturbing weather, upsidedown, WITH RAIN!!!’ He gnaw his teeth and pulled his hair ‘I’m doing the right thing.’ He said distraughtly, he was hanging on tight to the strand of thread holding his confident and stupidity together.
‘If you want her to hate you, why not remove the mark from her back?’
‘Are you insane! Some other idiot would come and claim her, she’s mine!’
‘But you don’t want her.’
‘I will after the ecl¡pse.’
‘But she’ll hate you by then…’
‘I can win her heart later.’
‘Oh I’m sure she’ll forget how you glued her to a tree to die,’ I said ironically. His eye twitched. ‘She’ll be so happy and grateful….’
‘I’m doing the right thing.’
‘Yes, since it’s the right thing, you won’t mind her cursing the day she met you, wanting to love someone else than you, thinking…..’
‘Stop!!! Please!!!’ He scre-med and p-nted. I licked my paw with an innocent smile.
‘Stop what?’ I asked innocently. ‘You’re doing the right thing after all so you shouldn’t mind.’
‘I don’t mind, I don’t care, I won’t care.’
‘You shouldn’t care, you are right.’ I taunted and licked my paw again. ‘Of course she won’t get cold and cry all night, she won’t be there at your birthday tomorrow, you’ll be absolutely happy knowing she will be bitter at heart.’
‘What am I doing! Aramis you’re foolish!’ He cursed himself and hit his head. ‘She’ll die!’ He disappeared. I love myself.
Anjiála
I was a shivering mess, I couldn’t feel my body at all, I was damn cold. I actually thought he was bluffing but he was serious, he really did leave me there to die. Maybe he didn’t love me after all, maybe it was just infuriation.
Yes, it is. Aramis don’t love you, he’s only using you.
Something said in my head.
“Think about it. How he came, how you feel for him, you don’t even know how you ended up falling in love with him. There must be something he’s trying to achieve, something he wish to steal from you. Maybe he knows you’re way more powerful than him and wish to…..’
‘No, that’s not true! Aramis love me!’
‘How sure are you? If he really love you, then he would never have left you alone for so long, think it through princess. If you want to know if I’m right, denounce your love for him and you’ll break free from his powers. You’re stronger than him so he wants to chain you down. Just say it out that you don’t love him, you don’t want to love him anymore and the feelings should go away, say it.’
I was curious, I wanted to know if he really loved me but I felt like I was forgetting something, like something was blocking me out from an important I information. You tried to remember but everything was hazy, blank. All I could see was how bad my years had been, how I drank out of frustration, all the crazy things I’d done because of the same guy. Why should I love him anyways! He doesn’t even care, he doesn’t care about me one bit so my subconscious must be right.
“That’s it Aurora, accept it. Be bitter about it and break the force pinning you down.’ I huffed and opened my mouth to speak but stopped. I still felt like I was forgetting something very important.
‘Anjiála,’ I heard a very familiar but unknown voice. ‘Anji listen to me, it’s Zander.’ Who’s that? ‘Anji, don’t believe what is being said to you, Aramis loves you, you’re the only thing he cares about….’
“Are you a thing princess? You’re not. Don’t listen to that voice, he’s lying. Listen to me, listen t…..” The other familiar voice growled. The wh0le place suddenly started quaking, the sky thundered and flashed with lightning. I was uncertain if to be scared or relaxed. From a distance, a clear clearing far from the tree I was tied to, the wind hit the earth and formed into ruthless tornado.
The tornado grew more bigger and intense, it golden lightning becoming more dangerous. My body felt light, I fell down from the tree in time to avoid the gush of lightning upon lightning that struck the tree. A force dragged me back, I scre-med as my body plunge sideway until two hands caught me. My quivering body wasn’t helping matters, I knew who caught me from his touch and scent.
‘What is going on?’ I asked stammeringly.
‘Your brother, he’s probably angry about me tying you to a tree or something else.’ He carried me up bridal style. ‘You feel weird, what is wrong with you?’
‘I don’t know, I’ve been upsidedown for hours and….’ I paused when a boy jumped out of the tornado. Was he stuck there? He stretched looked at me with a frown. Do I know him? Why us he scary?
‘Aramis, let me have my sister.’ Aramis’ shoulders tensed, he held his breath.
‘I can’t,’
‘You will because I can’t stay here for long. Let me have my sister since you don’t want her.’
‘I….’ Aris shook his head like he was battling with something. In a blink of a eye, the boy was in front of me. ‘I….argh….I can’t, I can….’ He dropped me on the ground. I was beyond confuse. The boy kneed and touched my forehead. Immediately his hand made physical contact with my head, an unbearable burning s-nsation attacked my head. I scre-med in pain along with the voice convincing me that Aramis was bad. My body jerked violently and tried to get away from him.
‘Hold her down!!!’ He shouted. Aris bent and pinned me down. I tried to get away as continuous hissing and screeching sound left my l-ips. My body twisted and rolled on the ground like a worm who got sprayed with salt. It felt like my mental system was crashing and tearing into tiny pieces. ‘Get out of her head!!!!’ He yelled furiously and added his second hand. The fire in my head increased, I shook more violently than before, I couldn’t breath well, I couldn’t see. All my mind told me to do was get away. I used my long nails to scratch and punch their hands but nothing was working.
‘What’s happening to her?’ I heard Aris asked faintly, it was like I was far away from them but there.
‘Mamuwei’s serpents are in her head, they live in,side her.’
‘How is that possible!’ Aris exclaimed. The boy glanced at him and sneered
‘Like you’re any different,’ he scoffed. ‘Instead of you asking, rey to reach out to her.’ He was so rude…wait, who’s Mamuwei.
“Mamuwei is your mother, Aramis will kill her by using you. Fight them Aurora.’ My mother?
‘Hey Aurora, listen to me, please.’ Aris tried to speak, something hissed in my head and I couldn’t hear a thing again. He was speaking but all I was thinking about was getting rid of them, the fire was spreading through my entire body. I cried bitterly, hissing and screeching, kicking and squirming but they won’t leave. A new fire surged through my body from my back, Aris’ eyes were shut and I knew he was using the mark to get to me.
The pain was hitting at my chest, affecting my heart.
‘Anjiála! Wake up!’ Aris yelled in my head.
Anjiála! Wake up!
The words echoed in my head repeatedly. Images flashed in my head, a black and blonde haired girl laughing.
‘Anjiála! Wake up!’ The blonde one shriek excitedly and slapped me. The me in the picture scre-med and woke up.
‘Ariana!!!’
‘Oops?’
‘I’ll kill you!’ I stood up ad chased her around the pool. The black haired girl was laughing as she watched us, she sat by the pool with her legs in the water.
‘Nani nani na na, you can’t catch me,’ the blonde girl sang as she laughed and ran. The image changed, different images flashed in my head exquisitely. I scre-med, it wasn’t ending. The image finally stopped at a sea, I was standing there p-nting, a woman was staring at the sky with eyes closed and hair flying. She looked like me but older.
I walked closer to her, I moved to her front and touched her face but my hand passed through her.
‘Mom,’ the words left my mouth. She smiled and opened her eyes. ‘Mom?’
‘Shhhh, remember who you are Juanita, remember.’ The sea swallowed me into another painful flashes of memories, but this time, I knew them, I knew what the were. I heard the hisses in my head and growled.
‘Get out of my head!!!!’ I yelled, like something heavy was ripped out of my soul and body, I felt light after a momentary minute of pain. My body stopped it violent jerks, my eyes opened to see Zander tossed some large snakes into the tornado before I passed out.

I p-nted holding my knees, I had used up a lot of my energy trying to get the stupid thing’s out. Aris used up a little, I still had small left to finish what White told me to do through Luna. He didn’t mention how stressful it would be.
‘Does it mean Mamuwei will leave her alone now?’ He mused car-ssing her cheek.
‘Yes but she will return. The ecl¡pse is not strong enough to kill her because a little of her backup life force live in you.’ I said calmly gathering my remaining energy into my left hand.
‘Wait what!’
‘As long as she lives in you, she will always return, as long as she isn’t killed physically, she will reincarnate.’
‘No one live in me,’
‘Sure, you’re right.’ I hit his chest when he wasn’t expecting it, he roared with the voice of White, I knew he could feel the pain too. With all the strength left, I pull the pixie connecting Aramis’ lifespan to Mamuwei’s and three her into the tornado. I staggered backwards, I felt lifeless, helpless and weak. Aris exhaled and fell in top Anji. A soft whimper behind me rang in my head.
‘Don’t worry, Gold us here for you.’ A female voice whispered. My body fell into a warm furry bed or maybe something. Golden wings wrapped around me, the energy from the bed or thing was refreshing me. ‘Climb on my back, I’ll take you home.’ I used my last strength to climb in as blindly. The next minute I heard the heavy flap sound of large wings and the air around me becoming colder. ‘Hang on master.’ With one hissing wh¡p of the wings, I was carried into he tornado.

To be continued.
Zander try. Serious try.
If it wasn’t for him, Anjiála would have still fallen into the trap.
