A year ago,

I met Sandra on a Halloween party down town, she was wearing a creamy red dress and red heels too, her hair was styled to one side of her neck

She was the most beautiful thing my eyes ever met, but I couldn’t speak to her because I was with Bella then
But my eyes never left her side

She smiled a lot, laughed a lot and touched her ear a lot maybe to reveal that sexy neck of hers the more

We went away joked and laughed but still my mind never left Sandra which I met earlier on

A gentle breeze blew her hair and her back neck was bare cuz the breeze carried all the hair up enticing them to follow him
I saw her neck, it had become cuter than I used to see it

She turned to look at me
“And I think you’re that star beside it Nicc”she said pointing to a star near the moon
I smirked when I spotted the star beside the moon on the sky

“Why do you say so? “I asked her
“Cuz you’re always around the moon, i will be watchful of that star for the rest of my life to know when that star will leave the moon’s side and never watch over her again “she said and I gave a short laugh

“Really? Star and moon? Rest of your life? “I asked her really surprised by her words

“Yes, if the star leaves the moon, the moon will be lonely likewise the star”

I laughed again, she’s been funny tonight

I watched the full moon which filled the sky with so much brightness but I was looking for something beside it

I gulped hard feeling my heart thump harder glaring at the moon as if the star will appear again to stay by its side but none surfaced

So definitely the star left the moon at last, I made my discovery

I had been watching it for many months thinking and wishing that the star never left the moon but now its gone!

Tears gathered around my eyes but I held it back

My eyes fluttered open before I yawned loudly wandering my eyes around the room to spot where that jerk slept since he wasn’t on the bed with me

My eyes danced to the window side, he was there lying his head on the window pane and sleeping like a jerk he is with his ass seated on a chair

I smirked getting out of bed and going to where he was, I slapped his neck slightly and he sprang up

He brushed past me

He danced his eyes around me before scoffing and going into the bathroom to freshen up

An hour later,

Bella’s POV

I hopped down from the bus running into the school

I turned to look at the person who did that to discover that it was Min Soo

“Bella wait! “I heard him call me from behind, I looked back to see that he was running after me

“Bella wait! “He shouted again this time he caught up with me holding me by my hand and stopping me from running

“Oh I said what Nicc! Am I some fool to you?some kid whose feelings can be toyed with? I know i! am a nerd which you can’t love… “Tears gathered around my eyes

He made to hold my hand,

I finalized turning my front to another direction to leave when I noticed that Chloe was standing behind us all these while

I held my tears inside me, I didn’t want him to see me crying
I ran past trying to find solace somewhere

Chloe’s POV

I saw Nicc running after Bella and I was curious on why they were running about like that, at first I was jealous thinking it was one of their childish play until I saw the angry expression written all over her face, then I knew it was no joke to them at all

My curiosity led me to go and eavesdrop on their conversation and what I heard broke my heart

I was short of words staring at Nicc as he was staring at me too
I couldn’t speak, I just stood where I was looking at him until after ten minutes, I ran after Bella

There was silence for a while
“I know you heard everything “she spoke up after ten minutes of silence between us

I turned to look at her face which she was trying so hard to cover up with a cheerful smile but it wasn’t working out

Cuz tears will stream down her face at intervals
“I know you did Chloe but that’s how I feel, yeah… Loving someone who doesn’t care is painful ”

If only if she knows that she’s saying those words directly to me
“Its okay, that’s not why you should cry”I tried to sound comforting

“Don’t pity me Chloe, I deserve it. Loving him was like that
Have you ever been in love before? “She asked taking me off balance

Stutters again followed by rubbing of my hair

“Yeah, watching that person smile at you, laugh, play, chuckle, giggle, almost everything makes you happy but then its someone you can never have… Do you know the pain of that? ”

Watching her everyday come to school makes me happy, seeing her laugh and smile brings joy to my wretched soul

But is she really someone I can never have like she said? I asked myself
“Well, sometimes its possible you can have that person “I replied and she chuckled

My mouth wanted to say something but no words came out
