aaah what was I doing…fine she tying a wrapper on her nightwear, I wanted her to remove it so I can admire the woman i seek for but on second thoughts I can’t do something Ife might not want,

it is even scarce to see her shoulder not to talk of her entire body but I can’t control that need…you’re the first woman I would hold and touch like this.

she poured water into another golden cup,she dropped the flask and turned sideways like that to tie the wrapper,
I saw everything,

I smiled as I opened my mouth,she put in the drugs then use her right hand to give me water to drink.

I got a call again!!

Adeife stood up and went to bed,
I dimmed the light and went out.

everyone was happy,most especially Rhoda. I don’t know what she sees n ife,she won’t stop saying her name.

A new person was brought to replace Ife,her name was “Adarupuche”.

the queen entered,nneka sat back and akuna pretends to be sleeping.
behind the queen was Mrs okafor carrying a gold tray,
on the tray were so many royal accessories.

The queen didn’t even look at Akuna, she faced the physician.

“getting better” the physician replied.

the queen looker at Akuna one last time and left with the tray.

the cold breeze from the window made my sleep more sweet but I got scared the queen hasn’t still said anything about me.

now I wish she can love me half of what her son loves me.

I slept,I didn’t dream of my mother instead i dreamt of onome.

“Adeife!!! she shouted my name.

Mrs okafor dropped the tray and left.

“you again”she said.
I shakes my head… negatively.

“that wrapper remove it” she said.
I hastily untie my wrapper,

finally,she look away and locked a chain in my hair.

“yes ma’am” I nodded quietly still looking down.
“if something happebs to my son,you know what it means” she said.

I nodded again.then she moved close and picked another brand of wa-ist chain,
my eyes w¡dened.

“just turn”she said, I turned side ways she brushed her fingers into my wa-ist line to lock the wa-ist chain but stopped.

“what’s that mark!! she asked as she pointed to a place at my wa-ist.
I nodded negatively.
