Its been two days to that Fredrick staryed his exerxise.

Leo along with Ronald was helping him out.

While Ivy didn’t see him for the last two days.

Eva told her to avoid him so he would value her.

Ivy was doing his every chore but in the background not coming in view.

It was a sparkling morning when Frederick was having breakfast with leo, Aaron Ronald and Michael while Ivy and Eva were in the kitchen.

“Hey it was my toast!!” Michael slapped Fredrick’s hand who mistakenly took his toast.

He whined feeling a sharp pain in his arm.

Ivy wanted to go to him but Eva held her arm.

“Ignore!!!”she said sternly.

” but Eva… he must be in pain” ivy said worridly.

“IGNOREEEE!!!”

She sighed and nodded while Eva winked in her mind looking at her restlessness.

Frederick looked here and there unkowningly but he somehow knew that she must come listening upon his whinning.

He kept on waiting but when she didn’t come he sighed and shoved Michael’s toast again in his mouth.

What’s the problem? Can’t you eat your breakfast? ” micheal whined.

“Shut up” Frederick punched his back and turned his wheel chair.

A maid came and started moving his chair to his room.

“Damn! Sometimes I think that I was sent to earth just to get abused” Michael whined looking at the ceiling dramatically.

“Can’t you eat quietly?” Michael was still whinning when someone smacked his head from behind.

Aaron and Leo burst into laughter while Ronald choked on his food.

” Who the hell…” Micheal turned around shouting but kept quite looking at Eva who was standing there with narrowed eyes.

“It is alright ” Michael grinned because he knew if he try to confront her, she will again punch him.

In these two days everyone got to know that Eva can’t live without punching someone.

“Don’t you think that you are getting way too much along with my Eva?” A voice brought their attention towards the main door.

“LUCASSSS!!!” Eva shouted and ran towards him hugging him.

Lucas suppressed a laugh and swung her around in air.

“Awwn. how much I missed you Eva. Home look like a jail without you!!” Lucas pouted.

“Awwn !! Same for me!!” Eva said pinching his nose.

“But now when we both are together again we will do alot of fun!!” Lucas said excitedly.

All these years passed but the love between this duo didn’t change a bit but enhanced more.

Leo cleared his throat.

“There are other people too in this room except my Eva” leo said rolling his eyes.

” Don’t be jealous” eva glared at leo while everyone laughed.

Lucas greeted everyone one by one.

“I don’t know but I am just too much excited!!” Lucas said.

” You are not here on picnic but to take care of your friend who got injured badly.” Leo said.

“Thank you so much for sharing this precious theory!!” Leo said making faces.

“Lucas, where is Edith? Didn’t she come?” Eva asked and Lucas’s mouth hung opened.

“Edith! Damn! She was sleeping and I left her in the car. She will slau.ghter me for sure.” Lucas shouted running outside.

Everyone jaw dropped to ground.

After some moments he came back with edith who was throwing daggers at him while mumbling.

“Hi everyone” Edith greeted everyone.

‘We heard about Fredrick accident, so we came to check on him” edith said as soon as she hugged Eva.

“Awwn my babies” Eva pouted.

“What are these voices?” Ivy, who was still unaware of their arrival came out and stood there dumbstruck.

“Ughmmm….hello” Ivy said slowly smiling.

“So here guys, meet my cat” Ronald said putting his arm around her shoulders.

At word cat, Ivy glared at him.

“I mean the wife of the house. Meet Mrs Fredrickson !” Ronald quickly corrected himself sensing her glare.

She punched him slightly.

” You are so beautiful and cute” edith said hugging her.

“I didn’t think that, that Jerk Frederick can get such a beautiful wife” Lucas said hugging from side.

Ivy was smiling genuinely after a long time.

I was sleeping when I felt a slight pain on my leg.

I opened my eyes feeling burden and saw someone sleeping beside me.

“It can’t be her” I whispered to myself and took the sheet off that frame and my confusion faded when I saw a manly frame.

I couldn’t see the face because his face was not facing me.

Chapter 45

FREDRICK

“Michael? You this aid.iot get off me” I whined pushing him off of him.

“I am not Michael and you are the id.iot!” He turned around shouting.

“Lucas?” I smiled.

” Yes me. Your daddy!” He held his collar dramatically.

“When did you come? And why are you sleeping here?”

“I came by morning and I came to see you but you were sleeping. Looking at sleeping you I also felt sleepy and lied here and slept simply”

“Simply? The way you used to sleep is what you call simple?”

“O cut the crap but…. ”

I was taken aback by his scre-m and before I could react, Lucas engulfed me in a hug.

“I was dead worried for you. How are you now?” He said in teary tone.

“Oh hi, I am all okay. Get off now. You are hurting me” I shouted and he pulled back wiping his imaginary tears.

I glared at him rubbing my arm.

“So this is what you call formality. Now tell me coming back to your limits that when are you going to end this your drama?” He said grinning innocently while my mouth hung opened.

“Okay don’t tell me but stop glaring or else your eyes will pop out” he said punching my stomach.

“What the hell?” I cried in pain.

“Oh that means you are really injured.”

“Huh? Or what do you think? That I am acting??” I wanted to ki.ll him right that instance.

“No it is not like that but I was jealous that everyone was caring for you.” He said rolling eyes while I looked at me.

“Anyways I met your wife. I must say that you got what you don’t deserve. She is way too much cute” he said grinning.

I rolled my eyes cusring him.

A week passed by blur.

I was recovering due to my regular exercise.

For the past three days, I had started exercising twice a day.

Sometimes I was feelutter sadness deep down as if something precious was lost or was not at my side.

I was also angry at Ivy but I was hating that I was somehow missing her carelessness.

“Up!!”

“Down!!”

Leo was helping me while doing exercising.

“Oh you stay aside. Let me tell you how to do exercise like a real physiotherapist!!” Lucas said pushing Leo aside.

Leo fell aside and glared at him who was rolling his elbows.

” Look this way…”

With one swift Lucas pulled my leg up and a ear piercing scre-m left my mouth.

“Damn! Leo, Pull him aside or he will surely end me !”

“I was just helping” lucas shrugged.

“Your greatest help to us is that you don’t help us at all !!” Lep glared at him m-ssaging my leg.

“Fine!!” He rolled his eyes.

Just then Lucas heard Eva calling him.

“Coming baby Eva”

” I will ki.ll this guy. Frederick, I will be right back. Need to get that dude away from my wife!” Leo said leaving me alone before I could even say anything.

After ten days, I saw her.

Not properly but got a glimpse of her while she was dragging Ronald to car for shopping.

I couldn’t see her face as her back was facing her but I could tell that she was laughing due to her movement.

she must be happy because of seeing me suffering.

If she comes in front of me, I get angry and I still get angry too when she is not around.

🌹Frederick🌹

I was sitting against window looking at the dark night sky blankly.

I wasn’t feeling like sleeping.

My head was pinning badly.

Suddenly a sharp pain erupted in my stomach.

I drag my wheel chair to the washroom and started throwing up.

I was having difficulty while breathing and was coughing badly.

I was continuously tossing on my bed unable to sleep.

It was two in the morning but sleep was far way from my eyes.

I am feeling as if something was missing, something was disturbing in me.

Just then I remembered that I didn’t go to see Frederick today before sleeping.

I quickly jumped out of bed and without a second thought ran towards his room.

I peeped in but didn’t find him.

I entered in thinking taht he must be in the balcony when I heard coughing sounds and uneven breaths.

My head snapped towards the washroom and I saw him sitting with his head leaning on the wash basin.

“Frederick” I quickly ran towards him.

I couldn’t believe my ears so I opened my eyes.

I looked up and saw her standing in front of me in her all glory.

I felt sudden peace empowering over me.

Deep down I felt as if my heart got what it was yearning for the past two weeks.

May be a glimpse of her was enough to flutter my heart.

” Are you okay?” She asked stepping towards me.

Instead of saying anything I nodded and started to drag my wheel chair when she stopped me, coming in front of me.

I raised my brow at her.

Ivy bent down and took water in her palms and help me wash my face and then my hands.

Then she dragged my wheel chair and made me lay on the bed.

“So you decided to show up after fifteen days?” I said bitterly with a hint of disappointment in my voice.

She smile and sat on her knees beside my bed.

She took a corner of her gown and wiped my face and then my hands softly.

This was the thing I was missing after a long time.

In the morning after my exercise there was no one to wipe my sweat lovingly as she used to do.

We were this close that our breath was mingling with each other’s.

Eyes met and moment froze.

No one was speaking but still we were having communication.

An intense one within our eyes.

I averted my gaze first and lied straight on my back.

She sighed and sat cross legged on the floor.

” Why aren’t you sleeping?” Dhe asked calmly.

” Why should I tell you?” I asked sternly.

She hummed and kept on playing with her fingers.

“My head was hurting me.” After couple of moments of silence I finally spoke.

She smiled and started m-ssaging my head.

” Why aren’t you sleeping?” I asked with my eyes closed.

” How could I sleep when someone was missing me this badly” She said grinning.

I coughed and opened my eyes on her statement.

She turned her gaze dramatically whistling.

I starred at her for a while and then averted my gaze.

After sometime unknowingly again my gaze landed on her and something like bright and sparkling caught my attention.

I looked briefly at the nose pin that was giving her nose a lavish look.

“When did you got this?” I asked.

” What?” She asked.

“This..” My hand moved on my on and landed on the top of her nose.

“This nose pin!!” I said still gazing at it.

“Oh yeah. I got this two days ago when I went for shopping with Eva”

He hummed.

“Did you like it?” She asked with hopes in her eyes.

“That is nothing very special. People do pierce their nose. There is nothing to be like there.” I said and she nodde.

I lied.

I lied to myself.

I lied to her.

Infact it was getting hærd for me to avert my gaze from her face.

Even that nose ring was looking more shimmering due to the glow of her face.

I was thinking about my life and my incomplete missions when I felt a burden on my chest.

I opened my eyes only to see her eyes closed and her hand which was on my head previously was now laying on my chest.

I looked at her petite frame.

Just then I realized how beautiful she is.

As much as I will deny but I couldn’t take my eyes off of her sparkling skin.

I saw some marks at the side of her neck and I couldn’t fight the urge to touch them.

I traced those marks softly and all those memories of that night flashed in front of me like a telefilm.

I withdraw my hand after I noticed she was awake.

She quickly straightened her cloth.

” You must have condemenated me that night when I tried to get my right on you that is why I got in that accident.” I said out of blue.

She looked at me unbelievably.

She stood up and was about to go whenI grabbed her wrist.

“Well I don’t have to answer you when I know that you won’t believe me. God knows my feeling and that what is happening in my heart. I don’t have to clarify myself.” She sighed and put my hand on the bed and went out of room.

I looked at her blankly.

First time I was made quite with lost of words by an ordinary girl.

I was sitting on my bed when a maid brought a tray of breakfast.

“Sir, your breakfast”

“Who send this?”

“Madam Ivy”

“Can’t she come by herself? Take it back. I don’t want to eat” I said sternly and the maid went back.

I was making tea when the maid came back with the untouched tray.

“What happened?” I asked and the maid narrated the wh0le story.

“Oh this man!”

I took the tray from her hand and went towards his room stomping my feet.

“What is this?” I said sternly when I approached him.

He was pressing his phone.

He averted his gaze and kept on doing whatever he was doing with his phone.

“I am asking why you didn’t have breakfast?” I asked gritting teeth and placed tray on table in front of him.

He didn’t answer and I glared at him dumbstruck.

Just then an idea poped in my head and I smirked.

I quickly grabbed the phone away from his hand holding it up in the air.

“What the…” He looked at me with his jaw dropping to the ground.

“Try and ignore me as see if I won’t smash this phone right here and right now.” I said pinching his cheek.

He looked at me with his mouth hung opened.

I took the opportunity and put a piece of Apple in his opened mouth.

Before he could say anything I put the glass of juice on his l-ips and making him drink forcefully.

” What the hell?” He coughed when I pulled the empty glass back.

“Are you trying to choke me or feed me?” He asked with gritted teeth.

“Well clearly I was feeding but your nonsense got stuck in your throat which made you choke on your juice.” I said grinning idiotically.

” Dont you dare to show your wifey attitude to me again” He said glaring at me.

“Oh dear husband!! You forget so easily! Let me enlighten you that I am your lega wife. So I have every right to show you my wifely attitude.” I said slapping his arm playfully and said tgey last part with heavy tone trying to mimic him.

“Get out”

“Yes,yes i was about leaving.” I said standing up while shoving imaginary dust from my hands clapping them.

“Well dear husband!! You look cute when your little nose turns red.” I said smiling and pinched the tip of his nose while he threw daggers at me.

” You.. ”

Before he could say anything I winked at him and ran out with the utensils.

I shoke my head unbelievingly.

I touch my cheek and nose which she pinched previously and my l-ips curled into smile
