CHAPTER TWENTY: TRIP TO THE OTHER SIDE 1( APPEARANCE OF ZULU 2)
Right after the assembly Elia stood in the garden, watering the flowers and thinking, they sure is a lot to think about, Alexander weird way of living, his likes, dislikes, Lucian sudden change of mood last night.
Since these two men came into my life I just discovered I can’t think properly anymore, things are starting to be difficult and hærd for me, I do know fully well I do not like Alexander, he scares me but then being around him is fun and interesting.
Lucian on the other hand is so sweet that it hurts to break his heart, every woman needs someone to take good care of them right, a man who shows love and consideration to his partner, someone that treats his woman equally ” Elia!!” Rose yell from behind me making me flinch.
” oh my god rose, do you plan on killing me from fright ” turning around I meet her furrow brows ” what is it ”
” rumors have be going around Elia ”
” what rumor”
” you’re sleeping with the boss” rose mumble calmly but it made me think, that’s why when I step in they all give me disgusting expression ” is it true ”
” of course not ” I growl then went back to watering of the plants ” I don’t care what anyone thinks about me but one thing is clear, am not sleeping with the boss ” I talk loudly enough for every one to hear, they all turn their gaze to my direction ” and you know what rose, these maids should stop putting their nose in situations that doesn’t concern them ”
” Elia calm down ” rose move closer ” but then something confuse me ” looking at her, I give her my full attention ” yesterday, you didn’t come to work with your uniform, you weren’t yelled at nor punished ”
” yea, we went to wonder wheel”
” you mean a date?” She lower her voice and gasp at me out of surprise, nodding my head I exhale ” it does seem like a date, doesn’t it ” mumbling I smile ” but nothing is happening between the boss and I, we are just friends ”
We stopped talking the moment Alexander step into the mansion, putting on a black trouser and black T-shirt, haven’t seen him wear a t-shirts before, he look good.
Surprisingly he is walking towards my direction, all the words of not having anything to do with the boss will go unbelievable if he touch me right now ” come ” he hold my hand and drag me with him.
So much for keeping my respect.
Not saying anything to him, I remain quite till we step into his room, do he plan on spankings me right now? Is that why he rush over and brought me here, will I be spanked?
Lifting my head I watch him stare at me with a different expression ” please do not spank me, I shouldn’t have speak to you the way I did yesterday, I drank too much ”
” what did you drink?” He furrow his brows reminding me that I didn’t drink anything, we went to an amusement park not a bar.
” nothing ” biting my lower l-ips I mumble ” don’t spank me ”
” I won’t ” his reply took me back, he told me nothing is forgiven but now he said he won’t spank me? Then why did he bring me here?
” am I allowed to go now ”
“No” he shove his hands into his pocket, pull out a cigarette, light it then inhale and I have to say, it made him look really hot ” I didn’t spank you because I need you to assist me on a journey. ”
” a journey? ”
” yes Elia, I realize if am to go alone, it will take days and I will miss you ” his words brought a blush to my face ” I like watching different reactions play on your face, they entertain me so I need you to come with me ”
” I can’t ”
” you can and you will ”
” my mother will not agree on this trip ” I rush my words ” she doesn’t like it when I move far away ”
” then I must have a word with her ”
” what!”
” I will like to ask your mother permission before taking you” I watch him take off his shirt and put on a white long sleeves shirt, I was about congratulating him on his change of colour but he grab a black jacket and put it on before I could and then it hit me.
He is dressed like he is going to strike a business deal, he doesn’t know anything about my mother, I pray she gives him a hærd time.
“Okay.”
Alexander remain seated in his car, he didn’t think this through, how can he say such a thing, meeting her mother is serious, the cigarette must have tempered with my brain, for the first time in a long time am nervous ” is it still far?” I asked Elia but didn’t look at her direction, my gaze fixed outside the window.
” yes” she mumble ” master, am not sure if you should meet my mother, she is really not that friendly to men ”
Hearing that made me frown ” why is that ”
She pause for three minutes before answering me, just that pause made me realize what she is about to say is a lie ” she just made it hærd for men who plan to date me that’s all ”
“Date you?” This time I turn to look at her which made her stammer
” I don’t mean anything like you and I are dating or you are planing to date me is just that Lucian has gone there before and now my……” Lifting my hands up I stop her before she could continue.
Her words ring in my head, Lucian, Lucian, Lucian….her former lover is back in her life? ” who is this Lucian?” Furrowing my brows I turn my full attention to her ” tell me about this boy ”
” you mean man ” she smile ” he was the one that text me before you throw my phone away ”
” you like him? ”
Elia remain still for awhile before nodding ” yes” smiling she look up at me, meeting my gaze ” I think I like him, he is caring, supportive and…” Lifting my hand up I stop her, my anger boiling.
” silly girl ” I growl ” do not praise another man in my presence, you might just be setting his grave if you do ”
” you asked ” she pout her l-ips and I exhale, sometimes I just feel like locking her up in my room and not letting someone else lay eyes on her and to think that Lucian is already making a move on my woman.
She already likes him and hates me, is something wrong with the way I treat her, it seem this Lucian of a guy is already winning over her again, even if we are bounded I want her to love me.
” we are here!” Elia mumble and I look at her not moving, swallowing I watch her furrow her brows confused ” master? What is it ”
” how do I win your heart ” from the look in her eyes she is confused and set back, surprise and not sure of what to say, before she could mumble I cut in ” forget I say anything ” and with that I step out of the car, covering my mouth with my hand, shocked that such words left my mouth.

CHAPTER TWENTY ONE: TRIP TO THE OTHER SIDE 2( APPEARANCE OF ZULU 3)
“Master?” Elia called for the fifth time, I did hear her but to answer her seem like a lot of strength, I suddenly feel weak to walk in that house and meet her mother ” am opening the door now master ” nodding my head I watch her move towards the door and open it.
She signal me to follow and I step in before shutting the door ” mother!” Elia mumble running upstairs, using the little time I have I look around the place and all I have to say is that, this place is small.
Only two couch, a small television, three photos hang on the wall, that of little Elia looking chubby and cute, holding an ice cream, hair tied in two ponytails then putting on a yellow dress.
The other is that of a little boy, that must be her brother, he looks more like the father ” who wish to meet me?” Hearing her mother voice I turn around and watch her step down, Elia behind her ” and who do I have in my home without my permission? ” she is harsh.
” forgive my intrusion madam ” bowing my head I mumble ” am Alexander the fifth and I have come here just to lay eyes on you and I must say….its worth the drive ”
” a flatterer aren’t you ” lifting my head I watch her smile a little before speaking further ” have a seat ”
” thank you madam ” sitting down I wait patiently for the both ladies to sit down before urging further ” I will definitely not like to beat about the bush, I want your daughter to come with me to a business trip ”
” and why is that?”
” she will be needed”
” I remember my daughter working as a maid not your personal assistant ”
” you’re right” exhaling I look at Elia grinning widely, she is enjoying this” I like your daughter and I can’t bear staying far away from her for a very long time ”
” how long are we talking about here?”
” three days ”
” that doesn’t seem long, surely you will be able to survive ”
” ple…ple….” Swallowing I know they are all watching, I find it really hærd to mutter these words am not use to, they make me feel weak ” please ” forcing the words out sweat could be found on my forehead ” I need her to come with me ”
” No ” her mother growl ” she can’t spend three days with you when she has no relationsh¡p with you, you may have money and be her boss but it will always be no and no unless…”she stopped and I push on.

” unless you’re married but you two aren’t so forget about her traveling with you ” she stand up and start moving upstairs ” it was nice meeting you Alexander the fifth ” relaxing on the couch I close my eyes, feeling defeated, am not use to such things, I always get what I want but this woman is difficult.
” master?” Hearing her voice directly at my ear I didn’t bother in moving away or turning to meet her gaze ” do you really need me to go with you?” I nod my head ” then permit me to start calling you Alexander ” what she said made me open my eyes wide and stare at her ” if you agree yes to that then I will come with you ” she is smiling, feeling victorious.
” No”
Her face fell ” but you said you want me with you ”
” I did ”
” so why are you now rejecting that ”
” wanted to see your reaction ” turning my head to her direction our face is one inch away from each other, her cheek stain red ” you can call me whatever you like silly ” biting her lower l-ips I give her l-ips a quick k-ss before standing ” let’s go then ”
” you mean now?”
” yes now” inching my right brow high i stare at her ” do you need to talk to your mother?” She nod and I exhale ” alright, I will be waiting for you in the car and don’t bother packing, you won’t need it ” with that I step out of the place, shove my hands in my pocket, grab my phone and make a call.
” Alexander the fifth, Anna at your service ”
” tell that old man am on my way home”
Anna laugh at the other side ” coming for Zulu aren’t you ”
” shut up ”
” ohhhh, he is shy ” she giggle ” hurry home, I miss you big brother” cutting the call I turn around, still don’t know what she told her mum that convince her to let Elia go.
” you better take care of her” Elia mother growl and I nod.
” I will, thanks madam” watching the mother leave I give way for Elia to step in the car before I did and shut the door ” end of the road ” telling the driver I avert my gaze to Elia who surprisingly look calm ” you’re not asking questions?”
” No”
” hmmm”
” do you want me to?”
” No, I like you quite ” it only took her three minutes before she start bombarding me with questions after questions.
” where are we going Alexander ” my name roll from her tongue and to be honest I like it ” Alexander? ” looking at her I said nothing, she frown to show me she didn’t like my silence.
” you look beautiful ”
” am not asking that ” she sounded angry but blushed anyway.
” do you trust me?”
” No ”
” that hurts” holding my chest I watch her chuckle, she laugh and I must say, she look beautiful while laughing ” trust me, harm won’t come your way, I will take good care of you ”
” oh really ”
I nod my head and touch her cheek ” yes Elia, I plan on taking care of you during these days because we won’t be alone”
” okay Alex ” she giggle softly ” is nice calling your name, am I the only one that do that, call your name?”
She look ready to hear yes from me ” No, my relatives call me by my name ” before she could talk more I mumble ” we have arrive” holding her hand we step down and I watch the confusion playing on her face.
” that’s a cliff, they is nothing here”
” do you trust me”
” of course not!” Smiling I didn’t give her time to think before pushing her off the cliff into the water, her scre-m made me chuckle then jump off it myself.
Elia feel her body fall into the water but it didn’t stop there, she kept falling like something is pushing her but then she can’t hold her breath for ever, a little light below gave me the hope I had that I won’t die.
Alexander won’t succeed in killing me, I will survive.
Arriving there I suddenly find my self on a ground, flowers everywhere ” where am I” coughing I look around the place is so huge and then a palace is ahead, carriage move around, no car here but carriage?
This place is ancient.
” you’re alive ” Alexander chuckle and I stand to my feet to give him a piece of my mind, moving towards his direction I lift my hand and slap his face, wishing to repeat the same action he caught my hand, throwing the other he caught that too then move them behind me before pulling me closer ” let me go you bastard ” I yell ” you tried killing me!!!”
” shut up Elia, its the only way to get here and it won’t kill you”
” let go of ….” Before I could complete my sentence he k-ss me and unlike the other k-ss, this one seem deep and rough, gasping for air gave him the opportunity to dive his tongue to meet mine.
I couldn’t help but to mo-n, I have never felt anything like this before, all my body feels like am on a fire, a kind of fire you wish not to turn off, a kind of fire that gives you enough pleasure, pleasure that run you insane.
” hello there ” hearing someone voice made me to jump back, I turn and look towards that direction, he has long red hair, blue eyes and tall ” Alexander, you should have asked for a room not back of the palace ” my face must be heated now ” do you plan on killing the young lady from cold, her clothes are w-t ”
” shut up Giles ” Alexander gro-n grabbing my hand and pulling me close to him ” where are they?”
” the dining hall for breakfast ” Giles smile which means it still morning here ” you came right in time ” Giles eyes move to my direction ” and I must say, you have a fine lady ”
” watch your eyes Giles” Alexander growl” this is my woman, stop staring at her n-pples or else I will pull those rotten eyes of yours out of your skull” what Alexander said made my wh0le face red, of course the water made the dress a little transparent.
Giles on the other hand chuckle ” how foolish of me” he wink at me before Alexander pull me away.
My days in this strange land sure will be interesting and embarrassing.
