CHAPTER TWENTY SIX: TRIP TO THE OTHER SIDE 7( APPEARANCE OF ZULU 8)
Alexander couldn’t stop worrying, he forgot how to breath the moment his eyes couldn’t find Elia, where have she gone, who is she with? She knows no one here, who might have taken her from me ” Mr A” Zulu grab my hand and pull me to the bed ” calm down ” Zulu has always known the way of calming me down but this time it doesn’t seem to be working ” she will be fine ”
I have cross checked everywhere expect Fedor and Josephine, Josephine did ask for Elia presence this morning but Elia rejecting it might have made her angry.
Is mother capable of killing someone just because of that??
Before I could think further Zulu sit on my lap and k-ss, this is nothing new between us, she usually do this to make me think straight but right now her k-sses seem to disgust me.
Breaking the k-ss I frown ” not now Zulu, my silly little girl is missing and what you are thinking of is s€×….get off me ” shoving her off I stand to my feet and grab my jacket before walking out.
” you calle….” Before Giles could complete his sentence I punch him, a hærd one that send him to the ground ” what the f-ck Alex ”
” I told you to keep an eye on her didn’t I?”

” I wasn’t” kicking him in the stomach I hiss and move towards the king chamber, mo-ns were generating from the room but that’s the least I care about right now, kicking the door open, Fedor swiftly use the blanket and cover his wife body since he is still putting on his trouser.
” Alexander the fifth!!! ”
” lower your voice Fedor ” I growl, my hands shaking ” my woman is missing and I need answers from you and that bloody wife of yours ”
” you will not disrespect your mother in my presence!” He growl, those dark eyes of his turning even more dark.
” spare me the drama, if I don’t find Elia before tomorrow morning, you two will be dead ” I growl ” and I mean it” turning around I head out of the palace and into the only place I haven’t checked yet, the forest opposite the market.
She might have run there for heavens knows why.
Watching them chuckle around the fire I remain still, nothing seem to be making me laugh, I remain still knowing fully well Alexander will be worried and angry, I shouldn’t have move from that s₱0t ” Elia?” Turning to my left I meet Lucian worried gaze.
” are you okay ” he try touching my face but I flinch, I watch him squeeze his hands and return them to his lap, he smile but I know its fake ” what’s worrying you?”
” I need to leave ” standing up I step back ” Alexander will be worried if I don’t return in time ”
” who is this Alexander? ” mumbling he step closer ” is he the one touching you?”
” stop that Lucian ” folding my hands I mumble ” you do not own me ”
” but you’re mine ”
” I do not know anything about you Lucian, I just discover you’re a vampire ”
” and you didn’t freak out Elia”
Moving into the woods Lucian hold my hand stopping me ” it’s late Elia, wait till morning and I will take you back to the village market ”
” I want to leave now Lucian so please, let go of my hand ” he didn’t let go but tighten it instead, turning around I meet his stubborn gaze ” Lucian ”
” let me take you ”
” I can handle myself ” struggling out of his grip I frown ” stop treating me like a weak little girl ”
” you are Elia, you’re just human now and this world you’re in is fill with vampires, lycans, demons, curse,ghouls and other unthinkable creature ” he gro-n ” to top it up, its late…something might happen to you there ”
” how are you so sure ” when he frown I give up ” fine, you can come along ”
” you’re not going anywhere Elia, change my mind”furrowing my brows at him he pull me to a tent and push me in ” stay put, you can’t escape, is not safe for you ”
” what is wrong with you Lucian ” tears are threatening to fall ” I don’t want to be here, I want Alexander not you but him!!” The words came out before I could hold it in, is that how I really feel? Maybe is just the heat of the moment.
Lucian look shock standing and I use that moment to run, run into the woods and away from him, he scares me, Alexander no longer scares me but Lucian does, I don’t know why but my body do not like being close to him.
Whatever reason that is.
” Elia!!” Hearing his voice I turn side way and fasten my steps, I don’t want to go back there, I want to be away from Lucian, he won’t hurt me but what he did earlier scared me and I don’t want to feel that again.
Glancing back I smile when I saw no body but before I know what’s happening, my leg can’t touch the ground again and i fell into the river close by, it hits me….I don’t know how to swim, I have never bothered learning how to.
” help!!” Yelling the moment my head came out and at the same time am back into the water, trying my best not to breath ” help!” Same thing happened again and when I lost hope of surviving, someone jump into the water and grab me up and out of the water.
The hands that rest on my chest were strong, must be a mans hand, he press and I cough water out of my body through my mouth, opening my eyes I stare at the dark eyes at burn into mine ” Alex?”
” silly girl” he growl, he sound pissed ” do you plan on killing yourself?”
” No” coughing I sit up and look around, that was the river I drop the ash in ” I went into the forest to bury someone ” smiling, he is still frowning, looking at him I notice how his body is trembling, water dripping from his body ” you’re trembling ”
” I am”
” why?”
” because of you silly ” he lean close ” I thought I lost you, don’t go running around like that Elia ” resting his head on my shoulder, he inhale my scent and graze his teeth on that same s₱0t he always lick, I wonder why ” you scared me Elia ” his l-ips move to my ears as he whisper ” I couldn’t breath ”
” am sorry ” his l-ips move to my cheek then my l-ips, the k-ss slow but before he could deepen it someone pull me away from him and I know its Lucian.
Alexander look up and I have never seen that look on his face before, those black eyes turn even dark, not a single white line around it, his wh0le eye is black and am scared.

Elia watch Alexander stand to his feet ” who the hell do you think you are to touch what’s mine ” Lucian place me behind him then chuckle.
” don’t think I don’t know who you are, you mean to say what you stole ” Lucian growl ” she was mine, my bride to be before you show up and murder her ”
” murder her??” Alexander chuckle ” I thought you have brains but now I see how much of a fool you are, I never murdered her…if I did she won’t ever show up in this world ”
Not understanding a word these two are saying I step back confuse, who are they arguing about? ” do not use your foolish words on me, you might have fool others but you can’t with me ” Lucian step closer ” this time around I will protect what’s mine, Elia is mine ”
” that’s the kind of dream I won’t advice someone like you to be dreaming ” Alexander chuckle and that only angered Lucian, Lucian move at incredible speed punching Alexander on the face but he didn’t step back nor did his face move a little.
I watch Alexander grab his hand and I know he intend to break it ” stop!” Hugging Alexander I cry ” please don’t hurt him, he means good ” what I said seem to make Alexander let go and step back.
Looking up to stare at his face all I could see in those eyes of his are shock and disappointment, no I don’t want to disappoint him in anyway ” Alex?”
” let’s go Elia ” Lucian try touching me but I step back and shake my head ” Elia??”
” am sorry Lucian but am going with Alexander ” I mumble, Alexander didn’t look happy, that seem expression on his face as he hold my hand and pull me away from Lucian and the forest, moving towards his horse he lift me up then sit on it.
The ride back to the palace was quite ” what’s wrong??” I asked but he didn’t reply ” Alexander!!” Still no reply, what happened, I didn’t say anything wrong did I?
Arriving in the palace he step down, help me down but instead of going to our room, he took me to some other room, this look bigger.
Shutting the door I hold his hand, stopping him from moving ” what’s wrong, you can’t just bring me to this strange land and not talk to me ”
” let go Elia ” he look at me, his eyes back to normal but he still look angry.
” what did I do?”
” you begged me for another man?” When he said that I could feel how angry he is ” he did punch me, that didn’t matter to you but when I was about to do same you stop me….do you care about Lucian that much ”
” No is just that…” Before I could continue my sentence I sneeze thrice ” is just that he was too…” Squeeze again, Alexander still look angry when he lift me up and take me to the bathroom ” what are you doing??” I question when he unzip my dress.
” you’re going to catch a cold ”
” I don’t need you seeing me unclad ”
” you don’t have a choice ”
” of course I do, I can bath myself ” growling I hold the dress but that didn’t stop him from unhooking the b-ra, his hands on my back ” you can leave ”
” Elia?”
” am not going to stand here and let you bath me Alexander ” my face is completely red so I make sure my back is to him, what happened next surprise me because his hand rest on my arse and its not just a normal touch…he spank me and it hurt.
” ouch”
” turn around ”
” No” another slap came and I fight the urge of robbing my arse because if I did, the dress will fall to my wa-ist ” stop it Alex”
” turn around Elia”
” go away ” I growl then move away, the bathtub is big enough to leave space between us, turning around I still see that angry expression on his face, he run his hands through his hair before taking off his clothes and my face must have redden the more because am staring at his man hood.
He didn’t say much, pick up a soap, rob all over his body, take his bath, grab a towel and then he is out of the bathroom, he didn’t even try anything funny with me, I did expect him to try and touch me, not like I will give in or anything of that sort.
Taking off my dress, I take my bath slowly, thinking about everything that happened today, what were they talking about, Lucian and Alexander knows each other, the way they were speaking only signifies that they knew each other for a very long time.
But what cause such huge grudge between them?
The look on their face was pure hatred
It was the first time I saw Lucian looking so angry, so angry that he wants nothing else but to kill Alexander and Alexander on the other hand seem pissed that he pull me away from him.
What this two men need is Jesus and nothing more.
Standing up I pick a towel, tie it around my body and step out, Alexander sitting on the bed with a book, with my favorite book…reading ” what are you doing ”
” what do it look like am doing?” He bark back at me and I roll my eyes before putting on one of his shirt, long sleeve but it like a long dress to me.
Opening a drawer I pull out his underwear, wear it and find some needle to sew the side and then it fit me perfectly.
Climbing the bed I snatch the book from his hand ” why are you reading it, I don’t see why the great Alexander fifth will read just a silly book ”
” why do you think a man like me will read it ” he shoot back, he still seems angry ” I will like to know how Lucifer dealt with women as yourself, jiao wasn’t hærd to get like you and definitely didn’t beg for another mans life in his presence”
” am sorry, I couldn’t stop Lucian from hurting you because he move so fast for me to detect it but I knew you will listen to me and I don’t want any of you two getting hurt because of me ” mumbling I drop the book
“silly” growling he stare at me ” I can’t believe you made me punch Giles on the face, what were you thinking running off like you know anyone here? What if wolves caught up with you and killed you, what if ……”
” am alive and kicking, you worry too much ”
” come here ” holding my hand he pull me close to him ” you truly need some spanking Elia ”
” am not a child ” pouting my l-ips he chuckle, his hands move to his wa-ist as he drop his head on my neck, inhaling my scent, he said nothing, just remain that way ” Alex?”
” if you leave me I will die ” he withdraw a little, our face one inch apart, eyes burning into one another ” promise me you won’t level me for someone else even if you don’t love me, stay with me or I might lose my mind” his words feels heavy ” promise you won’t leave ”
” I can’t ” my words wasn’t what he expected ” am confuse with my feelings Alex, I can’t promise anything ”
His hands tighten around my wa-ist as he nod ” I understand ” a fake smile appear around his l-ips ” even if you wish to leave I won’t let you” moving me from his lap he stand to his feet ” go to sleep Elia, I will like to receive a bit of fresh air ” watching him move to the balcony, he pull out a cigarette, light it and place in his mouth.
His face void of expression, I couldn’t get what he is thinking…..is he really in love with me or just a heat of the moment.
Who do I Even want.
