CHAPTER FORTY: TRIP TO THE OTHER SIDE 21 ( FIRST TEARS )
The moment Elia step into her room, her stomach grumble so loud Sebastian chuckle ” shut up!” Growling I move to the bathroom, shutting the door and taking off my clothes.
” I can steal some food for you Elia” he speak, his voice kind of low, like he is eating something ” when you and Lucian was fighting, I stole some plates of chicken, I know you will be hungry ”
” well aren’t you the helpful one” giggling I take my bath then put on a short I find in a closet with a black shirt, the people that lived here must have been wearing this.
Stepping out I tie my hair in a ponytail, Sebastian open his mouth ” you are putting on shorts??” I nod ” you can’t dress that way, only men dress that way ”
“Why is that ”
Sebastian shrug ” I heard is unladylike ”
” am not a lady Sebastian” I smile looking at myself in the mirror, with this I can run properly because I plan on doing that today, escaping from here and with the help of Sebastian, it should be easy ” am more of a man”
” a weak man ” when that left his mouth I turn around and shoot him a glare ” forgive me milady but everyone knows humans are weak and well, you are weak ” snatching the plate of chicken from his hand I frown.

” we are not ” cutting a piece from the chicken I rob it in the soup a little then shove it into my mouth, I must say, its delicious ” wow the food is amazing…I love it, to think I almost left this because of anger ”
” thank God I was there to take them right ” I nod at his question still eating before the door open, Lucian standing right there, it felt like I was frozen, the meat in mid air, about entering my mouth and Lucian smiling when he notice.
Curse Sebastian, no body can see him ” you’re eating?” Lucian said it in the form of question but I have nothing to say in return.
Clearing my throat I drop the meat back into the plate ” I was but not anymore”
Lucian furrow his brows ” why?”
” lost my appetite I guess” dropping the plate I look at him ” what do you want ”
” I will be heading out, do you like to join me ”
” No ” my answer short and sharp, I can see he is not happy with that ” I have things to do, things better than having your company ”

” I love you ” I watch him smile after those words left his l-ips ” see you evening ” with that he step out and lock the door, sound of the key made me frown, he is keeping me against my will, slap me, threaten to rape me and say he love me?
Give me a break Lucian.
Picking up the plate I finish up the food then look at myself in the mirror, the blue shorts hug my body like a second skin then the shirt has two buttons at the front and unfortunately my br-ast are too big for the button to meet so I left it this way.
In short, this cloth seem sed-ctive.
” are you going to keep staring at this cloth forever or tell me to break you out of here ” Sebastian growl obviously tired of lady staring ” all women are the same ”
” excuse me!!” I turn to his direction ” not all women are like me ”
He look at my tits for up to a minute then nod ” obviously, I mean… damn, Alexander is a lucky bastard ”
” shut up and help me out of here ”
” your wish is my command ” he jump to his feet and open the door, so easy that if I didn’t see the light that emit from his hands I would say Lucian didn’t lock it up ” let’s go ” nodding I walk behind him, we move to the living room and it looks like the wh0le place is empty ” walk a bit faster Elia ” following his direction we quickly move to the exist ” wait” he pass through the door then come back ” five men were out but I already silence them…let’s go ”
” wow, you’re handy ” giggling I walk behind him as he open the door ” run!!!” His voice startle me but I didn’t wait to look around, I just start running, I can feel his presence behind me, when I look back I notice up to ten men coming my way ” look ahead and keep running, do not turn back no matter what…when am done I will come find you ”
” thank you Sebastian, I owe you one!!!” Yelling I fasten my steps when I enter the forest, jumping the branches I try catching my breath, my legs already giving way to fatigue but no, humans aren’t always weak, we can push pass our limit and survive so that’s what I need, I didn’t reduce my speed nor did I stop.
Looking back three huge men got my attention and their speed was insanely fast, they must be vampires ” stop right there!!” They yell but I didn’t stop, my legs hurt and its hærd for me to breath but I was determined to keep running.
Missing a step I fall, rolling down and hitting my hand on the tree so that that it dislocated ” Ahhh!!!” I scre-m, tears dropping from my eyes, their footsteps caught my attention so I did the only thing I was thought in my sword fighting lesson.
Stand to my feet and hit my hand on that same tree till it went back to its normal position and then I continue running, my hand hurt, legs hurt, head hurt and I find it hærd to breath ” help!” My voice low and I know fully well no one can hear me ” help me”
Before I could jump the next branch one of the men hold my hair pulling me back to the ground, so hærd that the moment my head touch the ground blood gush from my mouth because my back happen to hit one of the laying branch hærd ” shit” one of the men mumble ” lord Lucian won’t be pleased ”
” he will definitely kill us ”
” then we should kill her, bury her and no one will ever know ” the third suggested and from the look on their face, they all agree.
One of them grab me by my hair lifting me up ” wait I…” Before I could complete my sentence I receive a punch in my stomach, yelling the other punch my face, it hurts, it all hurts, everything happening hurts.
Another punch engage my stomach, my eyes already closing, maybe it’s death, is this death? Am I dying now?
Someone might have approach because the men let go of my hair I fall down on the ground and all I could see was someone putting on black, black hair, tall and Scarry tearing the men to pieces before I pass out.
Giles remain still as he watch Alexander cut those men into tiny pieces, no words can be said whenever Alexander is in this form, watching him move towards Elia, his wh0le body seem to be trembling as he bend down.
Alexander gather her in my arms and for the first time in Giles life he saw a tear fall from Alexander eyes as he yell in anger.
This is not over, whoever did this will pay, Alexander isn’t someone to back down and I am not someone that won’t watch how all these will happen.
Giles eyes didn’t move from Alexander” what an interesting world ” mumbling to myself i smile, things sure is heating up.

CHAPTER FORTY ONE: TRIP TO THE OTHER SIDE 22 ( DEATH OF A KING AND QUEEN)
Alexander remain still, standing at the hallway, the only thought running through his head is that all what has happened was his fault, if only he was able to locate her sooner, if only he didn’t let her off his side, if only he was stronger and wiser to find the right antidote to dissolve that black magic of his.
” Young master” hearing the physician voice Alexander didn’t waste time in turning around and waiting for what he has to say ” her vital org-ns are back to normal, though the hit on her abdomen did a major damage to her ribs….I can’t say if she will survive this, its all up to her now ”
” is they any other thing you can do “if anyone could hear my voice they would know i am on my way to losing my mind, if anything is to happen to my woman, I swear to God I will kill Lucian and all his armies, every single one of them will be dead, not even the children will survive.
” like I said young master ” the physician bend his head ” we have done all we can, it is up to her to fight for her life ”
” leave my presence ” turning around I listen to his footsteps as it fade away, this is the third day of Elia being unconscious, I have never left this way before.
It feels like am dying, am dying along with her ” she can’t leave ” trying to breath I look at the growing flower ” she can’t leave me now that I find her again, I can only be free with her, I can only laugh around her ” looking up I frown ” if anything happens to her, I will curse you Zeus, curse you and try killing you myself ” after mumbling, i chuckle because I know for a fact that Zeus is way stronger than I am.
Trying to kill the man that made you is absurd ” Mr A!!!” Averting my gaze to my left I watch Zulu run to my direction ” I heard what happen ” I could see worry in her eyes “are you alright ”
Furrowing my brows I frown ” I am fine Zulu, Elia is the one you should be worried about ”
” I care only for you Mr A” she fold her hands ” you know fully well I do not care if she dies ”
” if she dies ” I point my finger at her ” I will kill you ” the word hang in the air, the moment she process what I said she frown for a slight second then nod.

Before I could say something Anna run towards my direction, breathing hærd, eyes fill with tears which alerted me, something serious has happened ” what is it Anna?”
” brother Alexander ” she try catching her breath ” father and mother…..they are dead” the words ring in my head, why will they die? “I found them in their room, looks like they were still sleeping before that happened”
” take me there ” fastening my steps towards the king room I open the door and frown, the room smell of a dangerous toxic, a toxin that can kill the moment you breath it in ” stand outside Anna, I don’t need you dying ”

Moving towards their bed I touch their hand, checking to see if they are alive, the heart already stop beating but then Anna entered this room before announcing to me their death.
Turning around I frown, she looks healthy, what is the meaning of this ” isn’t this too dangerous for you too?” Anna asked and I chuckle.
” am not that weak boy you once knew Anna” moving back I look at their face and smile ” am something no body knows of yet ” this stupid Fedor is trying to trick me but then, he doesn’t know what I have under my sleeves.
I anticipated this all along ” announce to the council that they are dead “walking out of the room Anna try catching up with me.
” what about the war at hand, the vampires are winning and now we have no king ”
” shut up and do as I say Anna, announce to them and make sure they appear in the palace tomorrow” smiling I look at her ” things are going to change and trust me, you won’t like it ”
” why will I do something I don’t like and won’t benefit from”
” because I said so ” shooting her a death glare she flinch ” I want what I said delivered, I expect to win this, those stupid vampires has crossed their limit ”
” wait??? You mean you will be fighting ”
” I said no such thing”ignoring Anna, i walk towards the ward Elia is placed in, I step in and shut the door, my gaze move back to her, face pale, eyes closed, sitting next to her on the bed I hold her hand, it feels so cold ” am sorry” robbing her hands with my mine I frown ” I let this happen to you, I let them hurt you, I let those bastards touch what’s mine” moving her hand to my face I k-ss them closing my eyes ” am sorry ” a tear drop from my eyes at the process.
My body won’t stop bringing out this watery substance and its starting to freak me out, why the hell am I crying? I have never cried for anyone in my life before, not even aqua.
I was able to watch aqua die without sending a single tear, was it because she betrayed me? She left me for that bastard….these days I can’t help but ask myself if I loved aqua? Maybe it was just obsession.
She came out suddenly, claiming she never met me in her life before, just because of that Lucian she forgot about me…so easily?
Dropping Elia hand I shake my head trying to stop old painful memories from coming back ” with you Elia” I smiling k-ssing her forehead ” with you, I know its love” withdrawing I exhale ” wake up soon ”
