Sabrina rushes into the class room SABRINA: uhm..good morning ma’ am TEACHER: what is the time?
SABRINA: ( looks at her wrist and forgetting that she wasn’t wearing a wrist watch, the wh0le class laughed at her) uhm ..am sorry ma’am TEACHER: get in and sit down SABRINA: thank you TEACHER: who can solve the math on the board?( the teacher wrote a new topic on the board..) SARAH: you are late SABRINA: I know what the topic is all about
SARAH: I don’t get u SABRINA: I studied this topic two days ago. let me try it.( raises her hands up) TEACHER: you? okay fine. come out Sabrina and work on the problem. ( Sabrina goes to the board , she solves the math and looks at the teacher) are you sure this is the answer? SABRINA: yes ma’am.I think I arrived at the right answer. TEACHER: that’s good of you Sabrina.an applause for her( they students claps) I’m so impressed. SABRINA: thank you ma’am
TEACHER: you can go back to your sit.
AT BREAK at the school’s cafeteria.. Sarah and Sabrina bought some snacks.. they sat down and discuss. SARAH: how did u do that? SABRINA: I studied that. .you know that am really good at math SARAH: yes I know that SABRINA: ( smiles) so check it. SARAH: oh goodness! SABRINA: what is it Sarah?
SARAH: the three witches are here SABRINA: ( turns and sees kiki,gabby and qwyneth) uhm .kiki..I hope u aren’t here for trouble GABBY:( frowns) you wrote our test when we weren’t in class right? SABRINA: I only wanted to help QWYNETH: you want to act as the good girl here right? SARAH: hey SABRINA: ( stops Sarah) listen am not..
GABBY:( cuts in and smiles) and you are really the good girl Sabrina SABRINA: what? QWYNETH: thank you very much Sabrina, you helped us a lot.
KIKI: we are so grateful. if you hadn’t helped us we would have failed the text and our parents would be mad to hear that. GABBY: we are so sorry for the ways we’ve been treating you. despite our attitude towards you..you still helped us.you are so kind Sabrina.
SARAH: is that it? unbelievable. so devils do repent SABRINA: that’s enough Sarah.it’s okay..you are welcome KIKI: we would love to be your friends GABBY: yes.we promise to be good friends to you sab

____________ Ruby and Brainy returns from the club house after they sang for the people there. RUBY: we earned a lot today brainy BRAINY: that’s true RUBY: I think we should always sing in the club House so that we could earn a lot BRAINY: yes I think so
RUBY: what a terrific day! BRAINY: the guy who wore the brown dress sitting close to nico was staring at you. RUBY: me? that’s not true BRAINY: I noticed it.listen Ruby, you shouldn’t let any man court you now.you have a lot more important than that. RUBY: yes sir.
BRAINY: any man who is going to be your boyfriend would pass through me first. RUBY: this is wonderful brainy BRAINY: I want to protect my beautiful little sister. and you will only have a boyfriend when you are 23 RUBY: what? that’s rude brainy BRAINY: okay when you are 21 or do you have a crush already?
RUBY: I don’t have any. I’m not interested in any. BRAINY: come here.you little girl. RUBY: hey! am not little. BRAINY: you are just 16 Ruby so you are little.
RUBY: and you are also little ( both laughs) brainy worked really hærd to save up some money for Ruby before she enters college. one day RUBY was cleaning up brainy room and found a gun in there.
RUBY: what? a gun?what is a gun doing in brainy’s room?( stares at the gun shocked and confused) a gun? what is brainy doing with a gun?( brainy enters his room and sees Ruby with the gun, he took it quickly from her) BRAINY: give me that( scared) RUBY: brainy what is a gun doing in your wardrobe?
BRAINY: ( mute for some seconds) its nothing RUBY: what?tell me, are you doing something illegal? ( brainy is mute) answer me brainy! are you doing something illegal? BRAINY: ( shouts back) am not doing anything illegal. RUBY: then why do you have a gun?
BRAINY: it is for protection RUBY: what protection? BRAINY:( doesn’t know what to say) uhm…uhm..uhm..from uncle Fred RUBY: uncle Fred? it’s been long we heard from him and while now? BRAINY: are you doubting me? okay fine doubt me.you don’t trust me Ruby.
RUBY: I do trust you.but I hope you aren’t doing anything illegal because if I find out about it, I will tell the police ( leaves) after some minutes , brainy leaves the house he goes into a warehouse. NICO: you came late brainy BRAINY: I know that NICO: thank God the boss hasn’t arrived yet.
BRAINY: Nico, I want to quit NICO: what? quit? are you crazy? ( looks around to check if someone is around) mind what you say brainy. you know you can’t quit. the boss won’t take it lightly with you.make sure you don’t say this to him
BRAINY: my sister is suspecting me.am so scared now. I feel that am deceiving Ruby, if she finds out that all the money she used and the ones I gave her for her tuition fees are gotten illegally, she will hate me
NICO: then you have to be careful around her.you accepted the group , it’s policy and terms when you joined us.so you can’t leave. the only time you can leave is death. do respect yourself.
BRAINY:( confused) brainy returned very late from the operation they had.Ruby sat at home waiting for him. RUBY: what is the time brainy? BRAINY: uhm..
RUBY: this is 12 am.look at the time you returned home. BRAINY: I had a delivery RUBY: delivery? brainy I want to know the job you do. BRAINY: I told you Ruby. I deliver goods to costumers. you have to believe me.but if you don’t believe me fine.( goes in , Ruby stands confused)
CHAPTER 15&16
Jake started studying in the united States. he was happy because he was far from his family especially his mom .His mom would never want him to study law but he was happy because his grandma approved his decision in studying law, she had to send him abroad to study international law and then practice it in their country. JAKE:( enters the lecture hall)
PROFESSOR: I will be delighted if you write 50 logics in law and explain them. and it should be submitted this afternoon unless you lose your marks. JAKE: what? this afternoon. I only know few( to himself) oh my God!
PROFESSOR: make sure you all do that ( leaves) JAKE: ( didn’t know what to do) I didn’t even bring laptop and mobile phone with me. MATTHEW: excuse me JAKE: hey MATTHEW: am Matthew Starvey JAKE: hi Matthew , am Jake. Jake Max. you can call me JM. MATTHEW: that’s nice dude JAKE: am just confused now
MATTHEW: that’s what professor ken wants JAKE: can we work this together? MATTHEW: okay fine. I don’t mind. come over here. from that moment Jake and Matthew became close friends. At night the go to the club House together for fun.They helped each other in their studies and other things.
AT THE CLUB HOUSE JAKE: hey Matthew that’s enough. you have taken to much alcohol already. MATTHEW: this isn’t to much Jake. it’s fun. JAKE: hey dude., look over there MATTHEW: wow! she’s pretty JAKE: ( smiles) wait here, I’ll go for her( goes) hi MIRA: hi JAKE: do you love alcohol? MIRA: I don’t but I do take it whenever I want to forget my problems. JAKE:( smiles) so people like you do have problems MIRA: of course JAKE: I don’t mind if you share your problems MIRA: ( smiles) my parents wants me to study business but I don’t want to.
JAKE:( laughs) my mom did that to me too but all thanks to grandma she intervened for me. MIRA: so? JAKE: that’s it MIRA: yours better you have someone to intervene JAKE: still in high school? MIRA: yes finals JAKE: wow! that’s nice. so you are drinking out your problems? MIRA: something like that JAKE: that’s cool.anyways am Jake. MIRA: Mira
JAKE: it is nice meeting you Mira MIRA: same too Jake JAKE: my pleasure. you aren’t an American right? MIRA: my dad is a Filipino, mom is an American .so the blood JAKE: wow! that’s my friend over there. he’s Matthew ( Matthew waves) MIRA: uhh..( waves too) . JAKE: so can I have your contact number? MIRA: sure( gives it to him( after the night, Jake and Matthew talks about Mira JAKE: she’s damn pretty Matthew MATTHEW: that’s true JAKE: she’s going to be my first girlfriend.
MATTHEW: wow! so your first.gosh! if I were to date her , she’s gonna be my eighth girl. JAKE: I won’t give you that privilege. she’s mine. MATTHEW: am not planning to steal her. JAKE: Mira! Mira! I love that name mira ___________________
AT Sabrina’s school at break GABBY: (runs to Sabrina) sab, sab SABRINA: Gabby GABBY: quess what SABRINA: am not good at guessing Gabby
GABBY: oh no! okay. The school prome will be taken place on Friday next week after our final exams. SABRINA: oh that’s good GABBY: is it not good? oh! thank God am done with high school. mom is going to send me to the UK to study SABRINA: that’s wonderful
GABBY: and that will be after the prome .I’m so happy. SABRINA: am so happy for you too( Sarah comes) SARAH: hi Sabrina, hi Gabby. GABBY: hi Sarah.are you prepared for the prome? SARAH: yes I am ( smiles) SABRINA: my sister jasmine might be my chaperone because I don’t have an excort.
GABBY: that’s poor.we all have an excort.Kelvin is going to be my excort.I have always had a crush on him since first year in high school and now he asked me to be his date.wow! SABRINA:( all laughs) wow GABBY: I need to inform kiki and Gabby about this. SARAH: okay( Gabby runs) SABRINA: do you have a class after school? SARAH: yes Sabrina. I have a chemistry class
SABRINA: okay SARAH: I have to go now.I have an experiment to work on in the laboratory SABRINA: okay AT SABRINA’S HOME SABRINA: ( greets her mom) hi mother .Good afternoon OLIVIA: how was your exams? SABRINA: it was okay JASMINE: what’s the look on your face?was it math? SABRINA: no it wasn’t. our school prome is on Friday next week .I won’t attend. OLIVIA: but why? SABRINA: I need a nice gown, an excort and I can’t dance mother OLIVIA: ( laughs)
JASMINE: then I’ll teach you how to dance. stand up.( drags her up)I am the excort, you are my date.you hold my hands up and put the other one on my shoulder while I hold your hands up and put the other round your wa-iste, then we dance, raise your foot up, bring it down like you are hopping then you turn around with your hand on MY hand. OLIVIA: oh my God SABRINA: I can’t learn OLIVIA: but wait a second.. who is going to be your excort? SABRINA: that’s the problem mother. I don’t have any. JASMINE: those three crazy friends of yours are too social. am sure that they can talk to one of their male friends to be your excort. SABRINA: hmm OLIVIA: don’t worry about the gown.I will sew a pretty pink gown for you.I will make sure you look like a princess.
JASMINE: princess Sabrina Anderson the second ( all laughs) SABRINA: thank you mother, thank you sister JASMINE: I will tell disay to put on make up on you.you are going to be pretty. am sure that you might get a boyfriend there SABRINA: ( laughs) boyfriend? am not interested in that now. I will only have one when am done with studies. JASMINE: can you hear that mother? OlIVIA: that’s a good decision SABRINA: so am waiting for my Mr Right OLIVIA: or your Mr super hero SABRINA: hey stop it..( all laughs)
