I took some of my stuff and left the hotel after I got my self and stopped crying ,I arrived at a nearest hotel and lodge there,I’m in the room now I just showered because my cloth was ruined with my tears.
stop crying Carl it would be fine .”I thought staring at the stars from my window .
I sigh and brought out my phone I scroll through the call logs and dial my mom’s line and immediately she picked up.
hello darling how are you ? ” I heard her ask over the phone ,with the way she sounded you would know she’s very excited,I smiled.

*** IN ZARL HOTEL ***
Zarl drove in and parked his car ,he alighted from the car same with ivy.

he reached their and open the door and enter but the room feels so empty.

he took his phone and dial Carl’s number but his not picking up but it’s going through, after some minutes of calling the number became switch off.
he sigh and sat on his bed ,he removed his shirt and enter the bathroom for a cool bath the stress is already too much and it’s too much,Carl where the hell are you ,you supposed to have known me by now I didn’t mean that , please be fine wherever you are I don’t have the strength to search for you again please ,I don’t understand why you hate ivy that much but I scolded you because I care for you,who would count the stars with me. “he mutter.
*** IVY HOTEL ROOM ***
ivy walk into her room feeling very sad and useless ,I can’t believe he ditched me to go check on that stupid fool .” ivy mutter and sat on her bed angrily.
I’m the one who was there for him when all his damn family abandoned him ,that spoilt brat humiliated him many times and lied against him but I didn’t I was the good one here ,I can’t believe his this mean to me,he just left me at the down and rush up stairs to meet him,I know Carl already left his not that kind of person that withstands yelling he’s fragile but his foul mouthed actitude would make people think his strong and able or something. “ivy thought and roll her eyes angrily.

*** THE NEXT DAY ***
Zarl left earlier than expected ,he went to his site where his almost complete project is ,he stood aside and was staring at it in admiration ,the equipments and goods for the shop would be delivered today his just lucky normally for goods to arrive it takes days but luckily because of him everything went smoothly,he entered into the building

what are you producing ? ” his mind asked.
producing good services I guess.he mutter and walk out of the building after getting enough ,he entered the car and was about living when someone knocked on his car window ,he opened it and came out.
hi any problem ? ” he ask the lady who wore a mask on her face .
hahahahaha question , you’re just so unlucky and unfortunate to be here early this morning nobody is here you can go to hell you know. ” the lady with masked mutter with a smirk .
what do you mean ,are you mistaken me for someone else ? ” he ask feeling so scared already.
silence I know it’s you ,”the lady said and shot at him immediately and he felled down and the girl left hurriedly after looking around and no one was seen there .
*** Carl’s pov ***
I woke up and found myself on the floor ,sh*t this cold floor. “I thought and went to my room for a bath ,after that I remembered what happened the other day I felt really sad ,I can’t believe the girl lied.
I won’t be seeing Zarl this time I will try and avoid him I have caused him much troubles anyways ,but what I know I would never harm nor betray him ,”I thought and decided to scroll out.
I left the hotel ,after almost an hour of walking I saw zarl building
wow it’s almost done. “I said with a smile ,I was about to start viewing more when a car stopped and Zarl came out from the car I hide immediately ,he entered the building ,after few minutes he came out with smiles on his face and entered the car ,which also made me to smile suddenly a girl with mask came out from no where and knock on the his car window.
who’s that ? ” I wondered as Zarl came out ,they seem to be talking but the next thing I saw broke my heart ,a gunshot ! , I watch as the girl hurried out a Zarl fell down .
I rushed to him immediately the girl left.
Zarl , Zarl. ” I scream his name as he smile at me.
Carl is that you. ” he mutter touching my face.
stop talking ,I will save you ,I said and manage to put him in the car ,he wouldn’t stop bleeding.
Zarl please hold on please don’t leave me .”I cried out as I enter the car and drove off to the hospital roughly.
few minutes we arrived at the hospital and I rush and call on the doctors , and they took him away on a stretcher to the operating room.
Zarl please be fine. ” I cried at as I pace at the front door .
who the hell did he offend ,I know him,his a good person. “I thought and brought out my phone I need to call his dad ,I have their numbers don’t be surprise.
I dial his dad’s line and he picked up .
good morning uncle is Carl…”I said.
hi Carl how are you ,are you okay ,are you with Zarl ? ” he ask .
that’s why I called he got shot uncle..” I cried out.
what ! , he screamed. which hospital ? ” he asked.
