Chapter Twenty Six

Lydia pulled away from the hug and he held her hand

“but Tracy said Santa doesn’t love Lydia”

“ohh ignore her Lydia I love you and on this camp am going to prove my love to you and who knows maybe we will end up getting married?”

“really?”she asked really happily and he nodded

She hugged him again and he quickly pulled away

That was strange to her

Freddie was always willing to hug her for a very long time without letting go

Immediately it was some minutes to five Tracy walked out of the house hurriedly and entered her car

Her driver drove her to Alec’s house and she quickly got down

She walked to the door and pressed the door bell

Alec opened the door and rolled his eyes on seeing her

She walked in and let Lydia with a lap top and a girl was beside her

Lydia was really focused on what she was doing and her fingers were moving really really fast on it

She pressed a button and the laptop beeped

“see I have hacked into all wifi networks in this area which means you can browse as long as you want and also I have deactivated the security to everyone of it and also here is your school’s year report card and have made everything easier for you to do so any thing else you want me to do?”she asked and Chloe giggled and hugged her happily

“I love you so much Lydia”she y*elled and Lydia laughed

Tracy cleared her throat and Lydia looked at her

“Tracy”Lydia called happily and dropped the laptop

She stood up and ran to Tracy and hugged her tightly

“thanks a lot and we have to go now”Tracy rushed her words and pulled Lydia out

They entered the car and Tracy turned to her

“tell me everything Santa told you Lydia”

“okay he said he loves me and he is going to prove it to me in camp and he also said he wants to be my special someone and surprisingly when we hugged he quickly pulled away and if Fred hugs me he always hug me in a comforting and special way but Fred hasn’t really said he loves me like how Santa told me so maybe Fred is just joking with me”she said and Tracy smiled

“should I be bothered Tracy?”

“no not at all Lydia”Tracy answered with something else going on in her mind

She is going to make Freddie confess to Lydia in the camp and show Lydia he actually loves her before Alec wins it

DAYS LATER

“and give Freddie this”Tracy’s mother said and hugged her tightly

“yes mum”

“and also tell him I love him”

“jeez mum we might not even see him all the time”

“I know but I miss him and you guys already”

“bye mum”Tracy hurriedly said and pulled her bag and Lydia’s as they walked out of the house

They entered the car and the driver drove them to school

They joined other students in the bus and they sat beside each other

“Tracy I don’t really feel like going to this camp”she said sadly and Tracy held her hand

“why Lydia?”

“I don’t know”she giggled happily

“so are we going by road?”Lydia asked

“nope we are going by air Lydia”

“am so excited”she y*elled as the bus took off and everyone turned to her

“sorry”Tracy said and they all turned back

“so which dumb school are we welcoming this year?”Freddie asked his friends as they made arrangement on how to teach them how to survive in wide life

“Tristan high”his best friend Beck said and he froze

“which Tristan High?”

“the one in New Jersey”

“oh boy”he muttered and ran his hands through his hair

“what?”Beck asked

“that’s my sister’s school”

“yeah so?”

“you can’t understand Beck, I ran away from home cause of something and now it’s coming to me”

“I don’t get you man”

“you will, very soon”he muttered and Beck shrugged

The bus drove into the camp and the students scre-med happily

They have always heard camping with Beacon hills is the always the best and they were all looking forward to it

They students got down and Tracy gave Lydia her bag and held her hand and they both got down from the bus that drove them from the airport

They were all standing on a field as a man and a lady walked to them

“good evening Tristan high”the man said and the students yelled

“so as we all know what we are all here for, it’s the camp out of this year and luckily your school was chosen by us and am assuring you this is going to be your best camp out ever”he said and the students cheered

“right now I know you all will be exhausted from the trip so we will all give you your room keys now and tomorrow we will talk more about this camp out”he said and they all nodded in response while some talked

“so three students are going to be staying in a room, boys should form a single file here and girls on the other side”

The students all separated and the man smiled

The lady started giving out the keys paring them up in three

It got to Lydia’s turn and she got paired up with someone else

“ma’am please you have to put us in the same room”Tracy said behind her

“why?”

“cause she is m*entally unstable and she I am the only one who understands her”

“you are lying”

“am serious ask her anything”

“okay why are you a p’sycho?”the lady asked and Tracy held Lydia immediately cause she was about to knock her out

The man walked to them and Lydia was trying to loosen Tracy’s grip on her

“what is going on here?”

“sir this girl here said that her friend is m’entally unstable and they….”

“yeah I got a call from the school saying on of their students isn’t m,entally okay so she must be the one”

“ohh okay”the lady said and the man walked away

The lady paired Lydia and Tracy alone in a room and Lydia glared at the lady as Tracy collected the key

Tracy laughed as she pulled Lydia towards the direction of the girl’s dorm

Tracy looked for room one four nine as Lydia kept playing with her hair and was giggling

“yes”Tracy said happily when she found the room

“yes”Lydia also yelled and Tracy shook her head as they both walked into the room

They finally settled in the room and Tracy brought out the snacks she packed

She offered Lydia some and they both ate it when it was almost dinner time

They were all served dinner that night and Lydia and Tracy are to their satisfaction before going to sleep

MORNING

A loud bell woke all the students up and Tracy jerked up from her sleep

The bell was so loud it could wake anyone

Tracy suddenly turned to Lydia’s bed to still see her asleep

That bell was so loud

And it’s not yet fully morning

Tracy gro-ned and rolled her eyes

“Lydia”she muttered and Lydia jerked up

“Jesus Tracy why did you yell my name like that?”

“but….”Tracy wanted to say something but sighed knowing there is no point arguing with Lydia

“lets go I think they want us all out”Tracy said as they wore matching jackets

“Tracy you look exactly like me”Lydia y*elled looking shocked cause of the jackets and Tracy laughed

She shook her head and pulled her out

They joined the other students as they walked to a direction

They got to the field where they stood yesterday and still met the same man who spoke to them yesterday and surprisingly with Freddie and three guys

Girls giggled seeing them and Tracy rolled her eyes

“isn’t that Fred?”Lydia asked and Tracy nodded

“good morning”the man y*elled

“morning”the students replied sleepy

“for your first camp activity you all are going to run round this while college seven times and report back here”the man said and they gro-ned

“this boys are going to guide it round it”he said and the girls giggled

Freddie looked around trying if he could see Lydia or his sister

“go”the man y*elled and blew his whistle

Two of the boys led the students by running in front of them and Freddie and his best friend Beck waited for the students to run so they could stay behind them

Tracy and Lydia joined the run with Tracy holding Lydia

Daniel suddenly ran to them and Tracy smiled

“hey”he said staying in between Lydia and Tracy

“hi”

“how are you?”

“am fine”

“want to run with me?”Daniel asked and she smiled

“I can’t leave Lydia”

“sure you can, I will be fine”Lydia said and Tracy turned to her worriedly

“are you sure Lydia?”

“yes I am”she said and Tracy smiled

“sure”she said to Daniel and he held her hand

They ran together and Lydia slowed down

She was getting exhausted already and she stopped running

She sat on the floor and crossed her legs breathing heavily

“Lydia?”Freddie called getting to her with his friend

Lydia looked up at him and smiled

“Fred”she called happily and hugged him

He smiled happily and wrapped his hands around her wa-ist.

Chapter Twenty Seven

She giggled happily as he hugged her

He missed her so much and he wasn’t willing to let go

“okay?”Beck said as he watched them

They finally pulled away and Freddie smiled

“first of all why are you alone Lydia?.Where is Tracy?”

“she went with her boyfriend”

“what ?.. and she left you all alone?”

“no I told her to go that I will be fine”

“why can’t she leave her alone?”Beck asked and Freddie turned to him

“she is m*entally unstable”he whispered to him and he gasped

“ohhh”

Freddie turned back to Lydia and smiled

“hi am Lydia”she said to Beck and he smiled

“am Beck”he said and she nodded

“lets go Lydia”Freddie said and held her hand

They all started running together and Lydia suddenly felt dizzy again and as she was about to fall Freddie quickly caught her

“Lydia are you okay?”

“yeah I just keep feeling dizzy sometimes”she gro-ned in pain as he helped her up

“will you wait for sometime Lydia?”

“no lets go”she giggled and he nodded

He held her hand and they continued running

They finally got back to the field and everyone was waiting for them

All eyes turned to them as Freddie slowly let go off her and whispered in her ear that she should join other students

She nodded and she joined them and Freddie ran back to meet his friends

The man blowed the whistle and opened a book

“you all should go and freshen up and report back here in five minutes”

“five minutes?…that’s so early”the students gro-ned and he blowed the whistle before walking away

Lydia looked around waiting for Tracy

Freddie’s eyes was on her and he walked to her

“Lydia what’s wrong?”

“am looking for Tracy, I don’t know where she is and I can’t walk alone”she said sadly and Freddie held her hand

Tracy saw her and ran to her breathing heavily

“Lydia am so sorry….”

“are you out of your mind Tracy?.. why will you leave her all alone?”Freddie y*elled and Tracy flinched

“am sorry I really am Lydia”she apologised and held Lydia’s hand

“it’s okay I told you to go so how was it with Daniel?”

“Daniel?.. you are dating Daniel?”Freddie asked and she smiled

“mum said I should hug you”she said and quickly hugged Freddie

“bye”Tracy said and pulled Lydia but Freddie didn’t let go off her and Tracy gro-ned

“come on Freddie we have five minutes”

He looked at Lydia and she smiled at him

He smiled back and let go off her

Tracy sighed in relief and pulled Lydia as they ran to their dorm

Freddie stood on a s₱0t and ruffled his hair

“dude are you crushing on her?”Beck asked behind him and he scratched his neck nervously

“don’t even bother denying it cause what you just did now has proved it to me, dude you love a p,sy,cho”

“shut up Beck”

“how do you expect me to shut up? You are in love with a psycho”

“stop it Beck she is not a ps,ycho”

“whatever, does she love you back?”

“I don’t know man, just forget about it, I can control my feelings and I can definitely forget about her”

“keep on dreaming man”he laughed and pat his back before they both walked away

Tracy got Lydia ready for the day and they both dressed in matching outfits that Tracy’s mum got for them

They served then breakfast before they all walked out and head to the field

“Tracy”Lydia called and Tracy turned to her

“yes Lydia?”

“I haven’t seen Santa”

“yeah me too Lydia, maybe we will see him soon”

“okay”

They got to the field and the students were waiting for the man

This time Freddie and his friends weren’t there

The man walked to them with a smile

“so let’s get this started, am going to be dividing you into four teams with four colours which are red, blue, yellow and green, there are four flags in this wh0le college and whichever team that retrieves the four flags first wins and you will get help from them”he said and Freddie and his friends walked to the field

“to make it really fun you all will be given paint guns and other equipments, this boys here will be your leaders and whoever picks the flag personally gets a price”the man said and the students cheered

They started grouping them and luckily it was Freddie and his friends doing the grouping and he picked Lydia on his team but didn’t pick Tracy and that made her somehow angry but Beck picked Tracy and luckily Daniel was on her team, Debbie did her possible best to be on Freddie’s team and she was picked but Alec and Edward were on other teams

They were given equipments and the guns they are to use and Freddie turned to Lydia

The man blew the whistle and Debbie slimed evilly

She has a plan to get rid of Lydia once and for all

Freddie’s team was red while Beck was blue and the other two picked the rest of the colours

The game started and Lydia was confused

Freddie was about to hold her but a guy suddenly pulled her and ran away with her

Freddie ran after the guy immediately but he couldn’t see him as the students kept running around

“fu,ck”he gro-ned and turned beside him to see Debbie smiling at him

He recognised her immediately and he rolled his eyes

“come on team leader”she said cheerfully and held his hand and they both ran forward

Lydia bit the guy’s hand with her teeth and he let go off her immediately

They were away from other students and at the silent side of the college

“where are we?”she y,elled at the guy and he sighed

“am really sorry ps,ycho but she made me do it”

The game ended and Tracy’s team won with a random girl holding the flag

Freddie couldn’t concentrate through out the game as he kept looking for Lydia around

“Lydia”he yelled worriedly as he looked around

Thy all returned back to the field and Tracy ran to him

“where is Lydia?”

“I don’t know”

“what?… you lost her?”she yel,led and some students turned to her

“stop shouting Tracy….”

“you lost her?”Tracy ye,lled in fear and the man walked to them

“what is going on?”

“nothing”Freddie said quickly

“no it’s not nothing Lydia is missing”

“who is Lydia?”

“the ps,ycho girl”Tracy yelled with tears rushing to her eyes

“whose team is she on?”

“my team sir”

“I knew you to be responsible Freddie, why didn’t you stay with her when you knew she was on your team and she is mentally unstable?”

“am sorry sir but I…”

“keep the excuse, am really disappointed in you”

Freddie sighed and looked away

“we have to look for her, she has not been feeling okay for a long time now and she is missing and she doesn’t know anything she will probably…..”

“hey hey we will find her okay?”the man said and Tracy nodded in tears
