Camila held her breathe as she stared directly at his l-ips

Xavier’s eyes suddenly started to ache as he winced in pain and fall back

“Hey, are you okay?” Camila asked him
He was rubbing his eyes and gro-ning like someone who was in serious pain

“Are you okay? You are scaring me” Camila said in a worried tone
After some minutes he stopping gro-ning and Camila heaved a sigh of relief

“Hey, what happened to you?” She asked and got down from the bed
“Use honorifics when talking to me, how dare you use hey for your boss” Xavier said as he also got up and took his walking stick
“Get ready, I will be visiting the hospital in 30 minutes” he added and walked to the bathroom

Camila walked back to her room and leaned on the wall as she stared blankly
She could still feel her heart beating so fast as she recalled how Xavier pinned her on the bed

“Why would he do that to a girl? He has no conscience” She smirked and was about to enter the bathroom but she stopped again
“Why is my heart beating so fast? I should get myself a medicine when we get to the hospital. By the way, why does he wants to visit the hospital…. I don’t have time to waste” She said and finally walked to the bathroom to have her bath

AT THE HOSPITAL…..

Camila stood in front of the pharmacist who was a female
She has explained her situation about 5times but the lady didn’t seems to understand her and she refused to get her some medicines too

“Lady, Why can’t you understand me ugh?” She said, frustrated

“Well……you said your heart keep beating fast, but you don’t look like someone who is sick to me” The Lady said and Camila scoff

“Do I have to inscribe it on my forehead I’m sick”She said and the lady shrugged
” you shouldn’t be doing this to a patient, at this rate I might die of heart disease” She said, holding her chest

“Patient….you have to go for a test then the doctor in charge has to send a note of the drugs you will need to me, I can’t just sell the drugs to you” The pharmacist said and leaned forward

“Patient….. Let’s be sincere since we are both females, Is your heart beating because of a guy”the Lady said and Camila looked at her surprised about how Smart she was to notice that

” how did you know? ”
“If its because of a guy then you don’t need a drug, Tell me…. What happened between you two?” The pharmacist said, now looking all interested

“So….this was what happened, I went to his room and he……” Camila paused and arched her brow “Wait…..why am I telling you this?” She said and sighed “I shouldn’t be telling you this….. Its not like you will get me a medicine after telling you my story” She added and walked away

Xavier sat in the doctor’s office with his leg crossed and a cup of coffee in his hand

“Xavier….. Its been a while, Why are you here tho” the doctor asked and Xavier dropped the cup of coffee on the table

“Doctor, you said I have no chance to see again right?” He asked and the doctor nod
“Sadly yes, why do you ask?”
“Its just…..Sometimes, I do see things blurry” he said

“You do see things?” The doctor asked shocked
“But they are blurry” Xavier completed the sentence

“But they are blurry? When do such happen?” The doctor asked and Xavier kept quiet for a while trying to remember
The first time was when Camila got the job as his manager
The second time was when he grabbed Camila by her wa-ist
The third time was just that morning, he barely saw her
Everything was related to Camila

“Well….I’m not sure” he said after the silence “I think it just coincidental”

“Then….you have the chance to see again” the doctor said, smiling
“Really?”
“Yeah, you should visit the hospital often so I can know what to do, we might be able to restore it with an operation” the doctor said and Camila opened the door and peeped in

“Are you done? I’m going to be late for school” She said

Late in the night after school, She sat in a playground busy with her phone
She was on Xavier’s Anti fan group reading all the bashing words people posted
She scrolled down and saw a post someone asked why they hate Xavier, there were so many people who replied with their reasons

‘I once saw Xavier in the airport and I asker for his autograph but he just ignored me and went his way’

‘I am one of Xavier’s producer, I once asked for a picture but she collected my phone and smashed it with his leg’

“He’s so rude” She shook her head
Then she wrote hers too

‘He’s rude, proud and arrogant, he’s so selfish and self-centered, for those who wants to know him, he’s not worth knowing” She typed Laughing to herself “this is so fun” She said

“What’s so fun?” She heard Drake’s voice behind her and she hid her phone
“Nothing” She replied and Drake smiled

“We meet again in this playground” he said and sat beside her
“How did you know I was here?”

“I didn’t know, I only came here to have fun” he replied and Camila looked around

“Where is your manager?”
“Its late, I told him to go home” Drake said “You should go home too, Xavier will be worried” He added staring at the stars

“He’s not someone who worries over a mere manager” Camila said and looked at him
“I’m curious about something”
“What?”
“Why did you refuse to collaborate with Xavier? Do you hate him that much?” She asked and Drake scoffed

“No” he replied
“Then what?”

“I declined him for his own sake, Xavier doesn’t like me so it will be uncomfortable for him if we collaborate together” he sighed “Xavier is a worldwide star, he has collaborated with so many great Rappers like Eminem, Cardi b, Nicki minaj, Lil Wayne, Tyler James Williams, and do you know this Korean Rapper, Suga? They released a song together Two years ago…but…..I’m different, even if I want to collaborate with international stars, they won’t approve me” he smiled but it was so obvious it was a forced smile

“That’s more reason why you should collaborate with him, international stars will start approving you if you Sing with Xavier” Camila said

“No, Xavier will be made a fool since people think I am the one behind his lost of sight ” he said
“Beats me, I used to think Life is always easy for celebrities but I don’t think that’s the case” Camila said as they both stared at the sky

They saw Fireworks on the sky but it was so far away from them so could barely see it

“Its pretty” Camila said smiling and taking pictures

“Why are you taking pictures when we can barely see it” Drake said

“Its my first time seeing fireworks” She said and Drake arched his brow

“What?”

“I know it’s weird but I lived in the orphanage for a very long time and I rarely have time to have fun when I started living alone, I’ve always wanted to see it too and I wanted to go with someone” She said and Drake stared at her for a very long time

“Why are you staring at me?”

“Do you wanna go with me?” He asked and Camila gasped
“Really?”
“Yeah,let’s go together tomorrow night” He said
Camila jumped up excited, scre-ming too

“I’m so happy” she said and Drake grinned
“Let’s meet here tomorrow by 7pm, I will pick you up”
“OK” Camila said still smiling

The next day…..
She got back from school so early and she started dressing up
“What should I wear” She said, standing in front of her closet and tapping her chin
Unfortunately, she saw nothing to wear
Her clothes were so Boyish
“Poor me” She sobs

“Camila, are you in there?” Anita said knocking the door
“Yeah, come in” she said and Anita entered
“Where are you going? You seems so interested in your closet today” Anita said and sat on the bed

“I need your help, I’m going to see Fireworks with Drake today” She said and Anita looked at her with shock

“Are you crazy? Drake is Master’s greatest enemy”

“I know, which is why I want you to keep it a secret”

“OK, but you have to back early” Anita said
“Thanks”
“By the way, why are you hesitating on what to wear, from what I know, Drake doesn’t seems interested in what girls wear with him to a date” Anita said and Camila gave her a weird look

“I’m not going on a date, I’m going to see fireworks and I’m not hesitating on what to wear because of him, I’m doing this because I might have to take pictures” She said, raising her voice

“OK then” Anita scoffed

Hours later…

Drake and Camila were already at the place where the fireworks was gonna take place
Drake had a cap on and his nose mask on too

“Why do you have to cover your face every time? Isn’t it suffocating?” Camila asked

“I’m okay since I’m already addicted to it”
“Its really tough being a celebrity” Camila shook her head

“The firework will Begin in 18minutes, we should be at alert” Drake said, checking his wristwatch

“Hey, Squirrel” they heard a very familiar voice behind them
They turned and saw Xavier and Anita
Xavier was also hiding his face with a face cap and a nose mask but they knew it was him since he had his walking stick and Anita holding his arms

“What are you doing here?” Drake asked and Camila sighed
“Seriously!!, I told you to keep it a secret” she said to Anita

“I’m sorry, he threatened to Fire me if I didn’t bring him here” Anita apologized

“Squirrel, Let’s go home” he said and Camila clenched his fist

“What is it now? Just go, the fireworks is about to start” She said and Xavier hit her on the head with his walking stick
“I said let’s go home” he said again

“I can’t go until the firework is over, please do me the favour this time” Camila said In a pleading tone

“Even if you are gonna see fireworks, it won’t be with this prick” Xavier said and Drake scoffed

“Hey Xavier, don’t cross the line and leave” Drake said
“It seems you need another round of punch to set your manners, you are so rude” Xavier said and and pulled Camila by her hoodie
“Let’s go while I’m speaking nicely” he said
Drake grabbed her left wrist and looked at Xavier

“She’s going nowhere” he said and Xavier scoffed
“Who are you to decide that?” Xavier said though he had this frown on his face
“Why are you guys doing this to me”Camila said and checked her wristwatch

“It will Start In the next 10minutes, just go please, go!!” She yelled at him

“Camila, I said let’s go home” Xavier said and they all looked at him Surprised especially Camila
