📍Suzette’s POV Continues📍

Amber wasn’t fast enough to dodge, receiving a resounding slap from Kimberly.

Amber held her cheeks and tried to retaliate but I came in between them.

“Stop please! It’s enough!” I half yelled.

“Stay out of this brat. You caused the wh0le fight in the first place.” Pearl snapped at me.

Oh yeah! Now the blame’s on me. I never asked them to fight in the first place. Besides, Amber was the one who looked for trouble first.

Why am I even trying to separate them, I will leave them to fight. I pray Kim beats the hell out of her. That should serve her right for all the sufferings I’ve been going through in the hands of her and her devilish mother.

I shifted to the side and let them pounce on each other. Amber slapped Kimberly and both started fighting. Kim was fast enough to fall Amber on the floor, beating and pulling her hair aggressively.

All efforts of Lucas and the rest to stop her proved abortive.

Kingsley sat there watching everything quietly.

After Kimberly had beaten Amber to her satisfaction, she stood up and cleaned invisible dirt from her hands while the class hailed her.

I looked at how Amber was sprawled on the floor and almost laughed. She looked worse than me. Her face was swollen and she already had a black eye. Her mouth was swollen as well.

She looked horrible.

I walked slowly and gave the girl the math notes before she left the class.

“Kim, that wasn’t cool.” Lucas said to her.

“I don’t regret doing what I did to her right now. You’re free to hate me if you still have feelings for a devil like her but trust me, I don’t regret a bit.” Kim replied, looking at Amber with disdain.

Pearl rushed to Amber and picked her up.

Soon, Amber and Kim were summoned to the principal’s office.

Oh No! Hope they aren’t gonna call my name.

I have no hand in all these.

Kim catwalked out of the class while Amber dusted her body and followed her. She was limping a bit.

Kingsley was about to stand up but when Lucas came to me, he sat back down.

“Come, let me take you to the infirmary. I don’t want your face to swell like bun.” He teased.

I managed to laugh.

“Thanks.” I smiled.

“My pleasure.” He smiled at me and my legs almost gave out.

He was dreamily cute.

“Let’s go.” He said.

I was about going on my own but he held my hand and led me out.

☂️Kingsley’s POV☂️

I clutched tight to the pen I was holding and felt like breaking it to pieces. This Lucas of a guy is starting to irritate me. Why must he be the only one acting all goody goody around her?

I was about standing up to help take her to the infirmary but he had to beat me to it. For fuçk sake, what’s his problem?

I sighed and opened my notebook to see the sketch. I smiled on seeing her name. Her name alone sends butterflies down to my stomach but how can I get close to her when I’m not even being nice to her?

“Maybe if you try being nice to her then she would get to spend some time with you.” My inner mind told me and I snickered at myself.

Be nice to her? How am I gonna do that?

So far, she is the only one that considers my presence in this class. The rest would just go about their daily activities like I didn’t exist while she tries to talk to me. How do I reply in a cool and calm tone without being rude?

I used my hands to brush against the name I wrote on my notebook. She was really desperate to see what I was doing but I just couldn’t let her. I don’t wanna embarrass myself.

💄Trevor’s POV💄

I don’t know whether I should be laughing or crying about today’s fight. It was one in a century. I have to admit, I enjoyed every bit of it. Imagine Amber, getting beaten to a pulp by her ex best friend few days to her party.

I stared laughing.

“Dude, seriously?” Noah asked.

“What is it?” I faced him.

“Amber just got beaten up and you’re laughing?” He was surprised.

Shouldn’t I laugh when I see something funny?

“Should I be crying?” I asked him back.

“You really are a bad dude. I thought you liked her.” Noah said.

I chuckled hysterically.

“Yeah, I like her but wait till I fuçk her.” I licked my l-ips.

Noah shook his head.

“How about the new girl?” Noah asked sand and I frowned.

“What girl?” I asked, even though I knew who he was talking about.

“Suzette.”

“What’s with her?” I asked uninterestedly.

“She is very pretty.” Noah said.

“So?” I frowned “I get that she is pretty but she is too ski-ny and dirty for me. I don’t even know if she’ll last 30 minutes.”

“Must you always have a naughty idea towards every girl?” Noah frowned.

“Meaning?” I glared at him.

“Nevermind.” He looked away.

I sighed and looked round the class. I hissed in dissatisfaction because most of the chicks here were already used.

💎Lucas’s POV💎

I held her soft hand and took her to the infirmary. The nurse took her in and asked me to wait outside.

I stood outside waiting for her as my mind drifted back to the fight that took place in class today. I couldn’t help but feel it was all about me.

What am I even thinking?

It was obviously because of me. Partly because of the new girl.

The new girl?

So beautiful and innocent. She is also naive and hærdly flow in conversations. It isn’t her fault though. Living with a devil called Amber is something even I shudder at.

That girl is really going through alot. And I’m sure she was maltreated this morning which is why her face is bruised and her mouth is swollen. I wish I could take her out of there.

She is too pretty to suffer. I smile on visualizing the way she smiles. Her smile is mesmerizing. I will make sure I get her to smile everyday.

Few minutes later, she came out looking more better than before.

Her face had been cleaned and her swollen l-ips had gone down.

“Now you look better.” I pinched her cheeks playfully.

She smiled.

“Thank you so much. I’m grateful.” She said.

“Don’t mention dear. You deserve it.” I winked and she smiled again.

I held her hand and led her back to class.

👠Amber’s POV👠

I’m aching all over my body now. I will make I get back at Kim for doing this to me. I never knew she could be this strong and fiesty. How I hate her guts and it’s all because of Lucas but mostly because of Suzette.

Wait till I get home today.

We entered the Principal’s office and she looked at us sternly.

“So, you two had the guts to fight in my school.” She said.

I and Kimberly exchanged looks but said nothing.

“I’m sure that it’s Human beings I’m talking to and not logs of wood right?” She asked.

“Yes ma.” We answered.

“Now tell me, what brought about the fight?” She asked.

“It was this good for nothing brat. I was only having a friendly argument with one of our classmates before this she goat brought herself in and started fighting me.” I snorted.

“Mind your language Amber.” The Principal said and I hissed.

“Ma, Amber is lying. The only reason why I fought with her today was because I couldn’t take her impudent attitude any longer. Amber thinks she’s the most important person in the world and looks down on others. She insults everyone and maltreats the like ones especially the new girl. Amber practically turned the girl to her maid. I only stood up to defend the girl, one thing led to another and we fought.” Kimberly said.

I felt like tearing her to shreds.

“No matter how bad someone behaves, fight can’t change that person at all. You should have reported her instead of fighting. I have heard all you girls said but there isn’t a misbehaviour without penalty. You two are gonna be on lunch duty for 2 weeks.” She said.

“Lunch duty!” I yelled angrily “No, j can’t stay and be serving the students lunch. I’m bigger than that.”

“Then get ready to be expelled.” She said.

“But_”

“Leave my office.” She ordered.

Kim catwalked out like she wasn’t bothered by anything. How can the daughter of an influential man serve low life’s? For what?

I hissed at the mention of it.

Suzette is the reason why I faced all these.

My hands went to my face and I hissed in pain.

Just look at my face, How will Trevor look at me now?
