I was advised to go home and rest for a few days, mom found it hærd to believe that a girl could have possibly healed me but I didn’t want rest, I wanted to ease this dull aching pain, not for me but for Sasha, immediately it was evening, I slipped quietly out of the house and headed to Keith Merrick’s house, the house was really easy to locate with the description Jayne had given me, a fair young woman ushers me in and I later got to know that she was thier housekeeper
” MA I’m Erica and I’m here to see Keith, I’m his classmate ”
” you’re welcome, come in, Keith is in his room but I’ll go get him for you ”
The woman said and returned with Keith, judging from the disorientated look on his face, I could tell that he had been roused from sleep, he rubs his eyes with his hands before acknowledging me
” wow, Erica it’s good to see you, are you sure you’re fully okay now ” the news about my attack hadn’t really spread like that and I was surprised that he knew about it
” yeah I am, I came here to talk”
” well I’m listening ” he said before taking a seat on the chair opposite me, I didn’t even know how to broach the subject, the only thing that motivated me to come here was because I want that glow back in Sasha’s face
” well it’s about Sasha, do you even love her, were you just lying to her, I could remember vividly the day Sasha told me she was dating you, I had felt hurt, hurt because you chose her over me and I gave her a warning, a warning that if she hurts you, I would make her cry but I never imagined that you would be the one to hurt her….

I said before shaking my head and proceeding to leave

Immediately the DPO was informed about the attack in the Peterson’s hospital, he decided to make an appearance there, he and two constables.
Immediately he got into the hospital, most of the nurses squirmed in fright
” where is Mrs Peterson ”
” she’s currently in a life and death situation, the doctors are trying to stabilize her but her husband has been informed and he is already making plans to fly her out of the country for better treatments”
One of the doctors said

” who can give a statement about what happened ”
He said to them and everyone pointed fingers at the other
” Clara you where there when it happened, I was at the backyard so I don’t really know what happened ”
” I don’t really know what happened too and I’ve been advised not to give statements again because of my bad handwriting, there was a day I mistakenly wrote kidnapper instead of kind man and I put an innocent man in trouble so please sir. I em I have to go and attend to a patient, she’s on life support ”

The DPO’s face turned angry at the gibberish this people were uttering
” so you mean you would rather be arrested and tortured before you give a statement ”
Thier faces went wide in fear , one of the nurses decided to speak
” I was there when it happened sir, there was a patient I’m treating, the name on her file is Erica, I don’t know what really happened but all I know is that an Indian girl came to take her away, the girl looks so terrifying but she didn’t hurt Mrs Peterson, it was Mrs Peterson that asked me to give her the drugs that made her slump ”
The only thing he heard was Indian girl
Could it be the girl wanted for the death of a police officer
” can you show me the security footage in the ward”
