Niniola walked towards Shanaya, she could tell that they had a lot in common just by her quietness, she was a silent person and she knows that silent people are the most dangerous.
” hi I’m Nini, are you an Indian, what’s your name ” she said flashing a smile at her but she was surprised when the girl didn’t answer, in fact the only reaction she got from her was a lazy roll of her eyeballs.
” hey I’m talking to you!!” she said raising her voice a notch higher, Niniola felt snubbed, was it because of her pale skin that this girl decided to ignore her, does she think she is better than everyone else because she has nice creamy skin, she hated her instantly.
” you know what, you’re nothing but a proud foolish idiot, I greeted you and the least you could have done is answering my question, do you think you’re better than me because I…
barely had she said the words when she felt a slap delivered across her face, her cheeks felt like it was on fire, the girl only had a self satisfied smirk on her face like she was saying ‘I hit you bit*h so what do you want to do? ‘ 💁
Monica and the others must have heard the slap because they all turned to look at them.
” what’s wrong sweetie, why did you slap her uh ” Monica said softly that one would have thought she was just chiding a couple of naughty kids, although she was the youngest of the mean girls, she had always thought of herself as a queen, with the way she walked with her shoulders upwards, her head held high, giving off an unmistakable aura of royalty.
” Nini, why did she slap you ” Niniola was enraged, how could Monica be asking her such a foolish question
” I think you should be asking this weird stupid girl and not me, jeez! What gave her the audacity to slap me, I was only trying to be nice to her and she….
And another slap followed, this time Niniola felt like her face was cracking up into two, she stumbled blindly, even Erica was stunned, she had never seen Shanaya slap anyone, it was only scratching, she didn’t even know which one hurts the most, the slap that made this girl stumble or clawing people’s face with her long finger nails
” Shanaya, it’s… okay ”
Tori said softly, she didn’t want a situation where a fight would start between them and the mean girls.
” Shanaya please leave her alone ”
Sasha said
Niniola was beyond infuriated, she was the victim and they were all begging this girl, she felt someone steady her to her feet and she finds out that it’s Emerald, her best friend.
” hey! You don’t have the right to touch my best friend!!!, how dare you!!!! ”
Emerald yelled and Niniola started feeling a little better, if there’s anyone that would always fight for her, it’s Emerald. Although her face hurts like hell
” hey I’ll advice you to keep quiet while Shanaya is being nice, or else you’ll regret even opening your mouth ”
Erica said, she high-fived Shanaya and the Two of them grinned at each other like idiots
” Erica, you should be trying to calm Shanaya down and not encouraging her to fight ” Sasha said and Erica only glared at her
” unlike you! Shanaya doesn’t go around hurting people unnecessarily, were you dumb when she called her a weird stupid girl ” Erica lashed back, there was still this simmering tension between Erica and Sasha, it was like Sasha was doing everything to gain Erica’s trust and Erica was still holding on to the past.
” come on Shany, these chickens aren’t worth your stress ”
Erica cooed and the mean girls gasped and scre-med in unision
” did you just call us chickens!!!!!! ”
” yes I did! Come and beat me! You know I’ve been looking for an opportunity to beat all of you, especially you ( she pointed at Monica) you this black witch ”
Monica knew Erica was baiting her, she only shrugged and smiled
” I already apologized for the other day, we shouldn’t be fighting, in fact I’m apologizing to you girls, Niniola can be a reckless talker, we shouldn’t fight, at least let’s wait till the auditions before tearing each other apart limb to limb ”
She finished with a wink
Erica didn’t trust the girl a bit, she was being too nice and she hated it when people were being too nice
” Emmie, my face hurts, I think I’m having an headache ” Niniola confided to Emerald
” I’m sorry bestie, I don’t like that girl at all, look at how she is looking at you like she wants to kill you”
Emerald said in a whisper
” girls apologize to them, they are our guests and we must be nice to them ”
Monica said with authority, Aminat, Emerald and Niniola were annoyed but they conceded, they knew it was only a strategy
” we’re sorry ” they said with a false look of sincerity but Shanaya wasn’t fooled, she didn’t know why she just hated Niniola.
” I need to get home now, Mr Rogers would be waiting ”
Sasha said, she wanted to be as far away as possible from this place, she hated the looks that Emerald was giving her, in fact she could tell that all these girls are schemers.
” yeah, Erica, shanaya let’s go ”
Tori added
The girls were walking out of the school when Aminat waved at Tori
” bye Tori! ”
She smiled warmly and Tori waved back with a smile

The mean girls made sure they walked out of the school before dropping the mask of fake smiles they’ve been wearing all along
” Monica, you know I’m not as nice as that, how can you tell us to beg those girls, that’s wrong! ”
Emerald said
“chill Emmie, you and I know it’s a strategy, let them feel safe first, Aminat! I think you already know what to do, find all the information about those four girls,
Emerald! I think you saw those girls dancing skills, you can’t afford to slack off, you need to improve your dancing and Niniola, I know you’re not dumb enough to let that Indian girl off after what she did to you ”
” far from it, science will never fail me, all I need is a drop, just a single drop will ruin her 💧 ”
Niniola said, so far, she had only ruined twenty seven people, she made some deformed, she disfigured some people’s skins and this Indian girl will be the twenty eight.
” Emmie, help me trim my nails ” Aminat said

Emerald said and started trimming Aminat’s nails, she couldn’t understand why Emerald was always eager to do Aminat’s merest bidding, even when it wasn’t convenient for her, there was a day she had gone to Aminat’s house to handwash all of her clothes simply because Aminat asked her, she didn’t know if it was foolishness or niceness
” what about that girl with parrot mouth that was calling us chickens ”
Aminat asked
” oh! You mean Erica! just leave her with me, I’ll handle her”
Monica said with an evil grin, she was the master planner, she was only awaiting the day of the auditions so she could show those stupid girls that she was boss and she would only use them as a stepping stone to rise to the top

That’s what Sasha said and I keep recalling how hurt she looked when she was saying the words, she was hurt even though she was trying hærd not to show it
Now that I don’t hate Sasha, what do I feel for her.
I thought I had lost Erica, but I found out that she and Viktor weren’t together anymore, then why couldn’t I give her a positive response when she asked me the question.
Is it because I’m falling in love with Sasha all over again

I decided to go for an early morning jog, the weather was a bit cold, just perfect for jogging
