Being trapped in this force field for 38hrs has been nothing but sheer misery and psychological torture. Staying in one spot for a long time can affect someone’s mind to the extent it can lead to a mental breakdown. The mad genius really went all out to build this machine that was generating the forcefield containing me. I tried all I could to escape but nothing worked and the worst thing was, I was being watched.
However being trapped inside this force field wasn’t my main concern, what bothered me was Prometheus’s next move and the safety of those who meant a lot to me especially my son. It may seem hopeless for me to try another means of escape after so many failures but spending those hours alone has led me to a number of useful options and one of them is my long time demon ally, ATLAS. Since I couldn’t communicate with any of my spirit friends here, I decided to contact ATLAS to help me out and the best part was, he and I communicated somewhere Prometheus can never reach and that was my subconscious. So presently as I lay inside the force field falling asleep, I summoned Atlas to help me find out what Prometheus was planning and a means for me to escape.

ATLAS ➡ What is it this time Ade?

Ade ➡ Atlas, I need your help.
.
ATLAS ➡ I see.. So someone managed to build something that can hold you. Impressive.
.
Ade ➡ This is not the time for you to be impressed. I need you to find out what Prometheus is planning.

ATLAS ➡ They’re planning to attack your friends staying at your house but they have one target in mind, Felicia. They want her dead.

Ade ➡ I can’t stay here, I need to get out of here.
.
ATLAS ➡ Sure, go ahead. (chuckles)

Ade ➡ You know I can’t for now.
.
ATLAS ➡ (laughs) Oh Ade, I’m disappointed in you. Despite having such great power, you still have a hard time figuring out how to use it.

Ade ➡ Look, I don’t have time for your cynic remarks.. I have to get out of here before Prometheus makes a move.

After ATLAS disappeared, I woke up from my sleep and began to think about what he just told me. I never knew that I could unhinge myself from my physical body and the thought never occured me. Nevertheless, I didn’t waste time to give it a try cause as of now time is running out. I just hope that I figure out this ability in time.

One of the basic truths about life is that everyone in life has limits even us Elites. Despite the fact that we Elites have awesome abilities, there are feats that we cannot achieve. It’s not like we’re perfect or all powerful, we too have flaws and limits.
Presently, here I was alone with Chioma on the verandah of Ade’s guest house using my super enhanced sight to find Ade. Thanks to Sonny’s plan, everyone else had left the house trying to use their own possible way to find Ade but even with that, we had to be careful because of the Executioners who have now appeared unexpectedly . It’s been hours since our manhunt was called off and still there was no sign of Ade. Searching for him has been extremely difficult for me cause not only did I not get any sleep but my eyes were starting to get hurt and watery. Never in my life have I overused my ability to this extension and as strenuous as my task is for my eyes, I endured and pushed on with the search.
Chioma who was by my side through out began to get worried about me, she saw how exhausted I saw and tried to make me rest but I told her I was fine. At first Chioma decided to let me be but after a while, she realized that I was pushing myself too much and feared the worse ; so she decided to use force on me.

Chioma ➡ Eze, that’s enough. You’re falling apart.

Eze ➡ Relax babe, I’m good.
.
Chioma ➡ Biko, enough of this macho nonsense!! Have you see yourself? You’ve spent hours using your eyes without rest, what If yo go blind? Tell me. Abeg enough jare. Don’t make me use my abilities on you.

Eze ➡ Okay, take it easy. I’ll rest for a while.
.
Chioma ➡ For a while? Mr. Man, you need a good night’s sleep. I’ll be by your side to watch you so don’t even think about trying to wake up halfway in the night.

Eze ➡ Okay.. Okay.. I’ll rest.
.
Chioma ➡ Come on, let me take you to the toilet. You need a bath to cool down.

Chioma may look like some over-obsessed, money-monger, self-centered lady but down she’s a loving and caring lady. Considering our relationship in past, I’d never thought that she and I would hook up and be romantically involved. Life is surely full of surprises.
After I left the verandah, I headed straight to the toilet where I took a nice hot bath. Chioma was right when she said I was going to cool down, the hot shower made me feel alive and relieved. After the bath, Chioma escorted me to the bedroom where I dried myself up and slept with her. I wished that I had enough strength to make love to her cause it’s been a while since we got hot and sweaty plus Chioma was always looking so hot that not a day goes by that I have naughty about her.
With my arms coiled around Chioma’s waist, I slept like a baby. Feeling the warmth of her curvy body was a feeling of paradise not to mention the sweet smell I perceived from her. I must say that this was the first time I had a great feeling from a woman without making love to her.
Hours had passed since Chioma and I cuddled on our bed, everything was at peace and everywhere was dead silent. It was what one might call the perfect kind of solace but as much as I would like to believe that it wasn’t, especially not for my bladder that was ready to burst. By 3:00am, I woke up from sleep and headed to the toilet to ease myself and while I was urinating, something incredible happened.
My eye’s ability has telescopic ability and X-ray abilities both of which has been very helpful to me. I thought for a long time that this were the only things I could do with my eyes but I never thought that there were another things that my eyes were capable of until now. While I was urinating, my sight began to change steadily making me see things differently like night vision. At first, I was scared that my eyes were suffering from the exhaustion and strain due to the search of Ade but then I realized it wasn’t that at all.
After the night vision, another one emerged instantly and this one was ultraviolet vision but in a rather specific way. Unlike the normal ultraviolet visions, this one allowed me to see and differentiate those that are humans and those that are elites. The humans have this yellowish energy within them and we elites have this sky blue energy within us. To confirm this new vision of mine, I had to use my X-ray vision with the ultraviolet one to see outside and It was fantastic. The amazing things was, nearly everyone in Lagos especially the youngsters are elites. Not only did this show that we’re plenty but this is a clear sign that the age of being human is getting to an end and the age of the elites is just beginning.

Just when I thought that the ultraviolet vision was cool, another vision emerged and this one was beyond definition or description. This new vision allowed me to see things clearly but instead of seeing only people and objects, I began to see other things as well ; that’s right, I began to see what Ade usually sees. Normally when some people say they’ve seen ghosts or sports, most people would say they’re crazy but my own case was different, I was seeing these spirits and ghosts as clearly as day. When Ade said that his spirit friends were all over the house, he wasn’t kidding. These ghostly entities were everywhere like mosquitoes and what’s shocking was that they were watching us 24/7.
As cool as this vision is, I decided that I wouldn’t be using it cause I wouldn’t like to see something that will frighten me for the rest of my life. Let Ade deal with the supernatural stuff, I’m more content with dealing with the normal ones. Before I could leave the toilet, another vision emerged again and this vision was also beyond words. This new vision allows me to see things before they happen, in other words, this new vision granted me the power of foresight, even if it’s just for 5 seconds. Ace said we elites could surpass our limits and I didn’t believe him after the first endurance test we took but now it seem that I was wrong and he was right. It seems like the difficulty I went through while searching for Ade unlocked my other potentialities and now searching for him would be a breeze but first I have to let the others know.
The next morning, I sat with Chioma, Kabir and Eve telling them about my new found abilities. Chioma was the first one I told earlier that morning before I reaching out to the others. Both kabir and Eve were shocked when they heard that I could see spirits but they didn’t believe me. Luckily for me, I got the chance to prove them wrong.

Eve ➡ You expect us to believe that you can see spirits and ghosts?
.
Kabir. ➡ Eze, you’re my friend but what you’re saying is just impossible.
.
Chioma ➡ Eze isn’t lying? You believe he has foresight and now you don’t believe that he can see ghostly entities?
.
Eve ➡ No.. There’s no way.
.
In that very moment, Denise emerged into the living room with Ade’s son Richard looking for Felicia and in that same moment, my ghostly vision kicked in allowing me to see the infamous demon residing in the girl’s body but this time, Abyzou was out in the open hovering around the girl like a dark shadow. Seeing this demon made me shout and jump with fear, it was very terrifying and hideous. Abyzou who saw my reaction glared at my direction staring at me intently. It didn’t take long for her to realize that I could see her and she didn’t hesitate to show her surprise.

Chioma ➡ Babe, what’s wrong? It’s like you saw a ghost.
.
Eze ➡ The demon…Abyzou…I can see her.
.
Eve ➡ Stop this pretense because you can’t fool me.
.
Richard ➡ Aunty.. He’s not fooling you. He can see her. Abyzou confirmed it.
.
Kabir ➡ Unbelievable. Eze, sorry for doubting you.
.
Eze ➡ It’s okay.. Glad I could prove you wrong.
.
Chioma ➡ So what now?
.
Abyzou ➡ Richard, tell this fool to use this new found abilities. I have a feeling that your father will be found this time.

(~OMNI-POV~)
The latest broadcast on Elliot’s public announcement didn’t only shocked the Executioners, it also shocked Prometheus but unlike the former who took the announcement likely, Prometheus was pissed and filled with rage that their plan to ruin their elites rivals had failed. 24hrs after the announcement had been made, Zeus instantly called for a meeting to decide on what to do next. Every member of Prometheus was in attendance and they each gave their own opinion.

Moses ➡ There’s no doubt that Chioma had something to do with this. She must have manipulated the ACP.

Joshua ➡ How did she manage to get to him?
.
Athena ➡ It doesn’t matter now, what we need to do now is strike.
.
Ares ➡ I agree. Let’s strike now.
.
Mary ➡ It’s easier said than done. Even if we’re to go there and attack, they’ll know we’re coming. Don’t forget about Rollins and Eze’s abilities. They can easily spot us.

Hephaestus ➡ So what do we do then?
.
Susan ➡ We have Ade right?
.
Moses ➡ So?
.
Joshua ➡ Don’t tell me you’re itchy to get knacked right now?
.
Susan ➡ Watch your tongue fool.
.
Joshua ➡ What? I’m just saying it as I see it. You may have helped in capturing Are but doesn’t mean that you don’t have feelings for him. I’m pretty sure that he showed you a hell of a good time. Who knows if you can still be trusted.

Angered by Joshua’s words, Susan uses her telekinesis ability to levitate Joshua and strangle him in mid air. Joshua gasps continuously as he struggles to break free but his efforts were futile. Seeing that Susan was on the verge of choking Joshua to death, Zeu intervenes before things could get ugly.

Zeus ➡ Medusa, that’s enough. Let him go.
.
Susan ➡ Okay (releases Joshua).. Next time you try to label me as a traitor, I’m going to flatten you out like a tomato. Scum.
.
Joshua ➡ (coughs) Whatever.
.
Athena ➡ Continue medusa, you said something about Ade?
.
Susan. ➡ Yes, as I was saying… Since we have Ade as o ur prisoner, can’t we use his power to sneak upon the other elites.
.
Hephaestus ➡ We can’t get. His power is too unpredictable. From what I can say is that we can’t mess around with him until we know the roots and possibilities of his powers.
.
Athena ➡ In that case, can’t we force him to use his power?
.
Susan ➡ I doubt if he would. His son is in his house.
.
Moses ➡ Ade has a son?
.
Susan ➡ With Felicia.
.
Joshua ➡ Wonders shall never end, so he managed to get her pregnant. Lucky b-stard. (Chuckles)
.
Ares ➡ We don’t need Ade to get to the others.. We have Hades, don’t forget he can get anywhere he wants to.
.
Moses ➡ Will he be able to transport all of us?
.
Ares ➡ There’s nothing that he can’t transport.
.
Hephaestus ➡ Let’s not forget about our primary objective. Felicia must be destroyed.
.
Zeus ➡ She will be but first, we need someone to keep us informed of the other Elite’s activities. Attacking them blindly might be catastrophic.
.
Susan ➡ Hades can handle that. Besides, where is he? I haven’t seen him.
.
Mary ➡ Quiet.. I’m hearing something.
.
Susan ➡ What?
.
Suddenly in the blink of an eye, all the lights and electronic devices goes off instantly making the whole place to go dark. Fearing that it might be Ade’s group, Prometheus hurriedly take their positions guarding themselves from any unexpected attack. Zeus who’s at the fore front uses his ability to light up the room so as to see what is going on.

Zeus ➡ Hephaestus.. Bring back the lights.
.
Hephaestus ➡ I can’t….. Somebody seems to be controlling what is going on. We’re stuck.
.
Zeus ➡ Damn! Mary, use your hearing to inform us of any movement.
.
Mary ➡ There is and it’s heading towards us.
.
Athena ➡ It?
.
Mary ➡ Yes, it’s one person.
.
In that moment, the members of Prometheus began to hear steady but loud footsteps heading towards the room they were in. Zeus fires a powerful blast at the door hoping to destroy whoever that’s behind it but to his surprise there was no one.

Ares ➡ What is going on?
.
Joshua ➡ Someone is messing with us.
.
Moses ➡ Yes but I don’t think it’s Felicia or any of Ade’s group.
.
Hephaestus ➡ What makes you so sure?
.
Moses ➡ Because Felicia doesn’t like to play around. She’s ruthless.
.
Susan ➡ If she’s not the one then…. OH NO…
.
Athena ➡ What is it?
.
Susan ➡ This is a distraction… The lights are out.. Someone is here for Ade.
.
Zeus ➡ Let’s get out of here.
.
Susan ➡ What about Ade? He’s our hostage!
.
Zeus ➡ Forget him. Ares.
.
Ares ➡ Zeus.
.
Zeus ➡ Destroy this place completely. Medusa, help him. Reduce this place to rubble. I don’t want anything to be salvaged here. DO IT NOW.
.
Meanwhile here in the room where Ade is held captive, a mysterious white lady appears in the pitch black darkness with a bright flash light in her hands. Staring down at the unconscious Ade with interest, the lady smiles to herself and then bends down to rub his head. Whilst the lady was doing that, a red Indian arrives into the room warning the lady about what is about to happen.

Red Indian ➡ It’s time. We need to move, the building is about to be destroyed. Is this the target?
.
White lady ➡ Yes. Get us out of here.
.
Red Indian ➡ Where to?
.
White lady ➡ Take us to the island.
.
Immediately after that statement, the room starts to shake and the walls starts to crack and within a matter of seconds, everywhere starts to rumble. Despite the situation, the red Indian and the lady remain calm as they prepare to leave the place with Ade. Amidst that rumbling, the red Indian brings out an old rusty coin and throws it on the wall in front of them. As soon as the coin hits the wall, a mysterious door way opens. Seeing that the door way was opened, the white lady orders the red Indian to carry Ade and as soon as that was done, they both leave the room in the nick of time just as the building structure began to collapse.
Minutes after the Prometheus’s building had collapsed, Eze, Felicia, Habib, Eve, Kabir, Rollins and Ali arrive at the place only to be shocked and surprised.

Felicia ➡ What happened here?
.
Eze ➡ Felicia, what are you doing here?
.
Felicia ➡ Exactly what you’re doing. How did you find this place?
.
Kabir ➡ Eze’s sight has been boosted. He saw Ade here and so we came.
.
Rollins ➡ Well, somebody must have gotten here first because this looks new. I hope it’s not the EXECUTIONERS.
.
Habib ➡ There’s no sign of Prometheus either.
.
Ali ➡ Maybe they’ve been taken out.
.
Eve ➡ Hold on.. I sense something (sniffs)
.
Felicia ➡ What is it?
.
Eve ➡ Prometheus are still alive. These footsteps look fresh. They must have gotten out of the building in time.
.
Kabir ➡ So Ade is still with them?
.
Felicia ➡ Eze, use your sight again and see If you can find Ade.
.
Eze ➡ I’ll try. Let’s hope the he’s okay.
