The Elites were finally caught.. I may look like a traitor but they deserved it, they killed my sister and they had to pay… What surprised me was only a handful of them were caught.. Ade and his friends weren’t among and some other members of Iwonbi’s group weren’t among.. I was surprised that they didn’t show any resistance, They just surrendered freely..

My father and his accolades were exited that the Elites were caught and planned to gather every member of the Executioners from all corners of Nigeria to watch the live execution of the Elites , My father even bought a large private hall to contain the Executioners and the live execution of the Elites.
A day after the Elites were caught my sister, Destiny was buried, it was a sad day for me and I cried bitterly.. My father didn’t care, he only watched as she was lowered into the grave.
After the burial, My father dismissed any ceremony to honor my sisters memory, he suggested we should be allowed to mourn in peace.

Two days went by after the burial and I felt miserable… My sister’s death pained me a lot and I wanted revenge and justice for her… She was just a kid.. A little girl who had nothing to do with this rivalry.
After what happened, I began to despise the Elites, I hates them so much I wished I could kill them with my bare hands… I was starting to understand what my father had said about them and i felt shame being one of them.. If only there was a way to remove this ability from my body..

I wonder why my father had to wait for their execution which was going to take place tomorrow… These b-stards deserve to die.. I can’t wait just because some people could witness the execution of the Elites… If I kill them now, It won’t make any difference, they’ll still die at the end of the day.

Later that evening… While my father was entertaining all the Executioners that came to his house, I sneaked out of the house using my camouflage mode so that I wouldn’t be detected.. As soon as I got out, I went to the hall which father had bought, Underneath the hall, that was where Elites were locked up..

All I wanted was to avenge my sister, nothing more and there’s nobody that will stop me from doing that… I soon arrived at the hall and went underneath the hall to meet the Elites.. As I got there, I was surprised to see Isabelle there as well, She froze when I came into the place, I looked around and The Elites were locked in separate cells.

Eve ➡ Isabelle… What are you doing here?
.

Isabelle ➡ I was going to ask you the same thing…
.

Eve ➡ Answer me! What are you doing here alone?
.

Isabelle ➡ Your father sent me..
.

Eve ➡ LIAR!! My father never sent you.. If he did, he would have made sure you were esc-rted.. It’s better you tell me the truth now or else..

I wanted to show her claws but I was afraid she might tell my father about it.. I can’t risk letting my father knowing that I’m an Elite.. It will break his heart if he knows. In that moment, Ali barked out at Isabelle.

Ali ➡ Use your ability Isabelle.. Kill the traitor before she escapes.. She’s the reason we’re here.. Kill her now before it’s too late.

I was surprised when I heard that, I was confused and baffled.. , Isabelle trembled a little as Ali said that. Could it be that Isabelle too is an… It can’t be! …… Impossible.

Eve ➡ Isabelle… What is he talking about?

Iwonbi ➡ Tell her Isabelle.
.

Isabelle ➡ (sighs) Evelyn… I’m an Elite as well…

Eve ➡ What!? That’s… It can’t be.. There’s no way you’re an Elite. I thought you hated them.

Isabelle ➡ I was just pretending… I was just keeping an eye on your father… I’m just a spy..

Eve ➡ I can’t believe it… So you’re working with these murderers all this time… THEY KILLED DESTINY! HOW COULD YOU ISABELLE… My sister.. She loves you.. How could you?

Isabelle ➡ You don’t understand!

Eve ➡ WHAT DON’T I UNDERSTAND!? you’re nothing but a traitorous b-tch… You’re going to pay for siding with this killers.

Isabelle ➡ WILL YOU SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO ME!? There’s a lot you don’t understand… Your father is a monster!! He’s crazy and he deserves to die for what he did to Destiny.

Eve ➡ What do you mean by that?
.

Isabelle ➡ Destiny is an Elite as well.. Your sister is also special like you.. She has the ability to foresee things before they happen.. She can’t see that far, only what will happen in the next hour or minute.. Your father found out about it and he heartlessly k-lled her by injecting her with a lethal injection 💉. The Elites never killed Destiny.. They’re innocent.. You’re lucky your father didn’t know about your ability, else you too would have been dead.

Eve ➡ You’re lying… You’re LYING!!!

Isabelle ➡ Oh Yeah? Well I have proof… Hajara!

Hajara ➡ Yes?
.

Isabelle ➡ Can you link my memories with Eve?

Hajara ➡ Yes. But… You’ll both have to be in a calm state before it works.

Isabelle ➡ Well.. I’m calm.. I don’t know about Eve. Are you calm?

Eve ➡ I am..

Hajara ➡ You better be because if you aren’t and you undergo what I’m about to do.. There’s a possibility you’ll lose your memory.. Are you sure you’re calm?

Eve ➡ Yes damn it.

Hajara ➡ Okay.. You two should lie vertically opposite each other. Let me out Isabelle.

I watched as Isabelle opened Hajara’s cell, we soon did as she requested, I took a long deep breath shutting out all worries and disturbances in my mind.. After that Hajara knelt in between me and Isabelle and touched our heads.

Hajara ➡ Okay now… You both should close your eyes… Remember.. Be calm.
.

As soon as we closed our eyes,.. Something strange happened.. I was starting to see Isabelle’s memory in a flash, since from her childhood to her adult age.. Everything that Isabelle did throughout her life flashed in my head like I was watching her biography..I was shocked when I saw what she said was true… My father was indeed the villain.. He was the one that killed Destiny.. I wanted to freak out but I remembered what Hajara told me, so I remained calm..
Before long, everything ended and I was back to the land of the living.. I sat up and shouted in anger as I realized the truth behind Destiny’s death… I couldn’t believe that my father did that… How could he be so w-cked? K-lling his own daughter because she’s different… She didn’t asked to be an Elite.. She was just a kid, a kid who had done nothing to anyone.
I felt so mad with rage that I shouted, I stood and was about to leave the place when Isabelle stopped me.

Isabelle ➡ EVE! Stop! Don’t do anything rash.
.

Eve ➡ Shut up! You were there! Why didn’t you save her before she was k-lled? Why?.. Tell me.. Why didn’t you?… You’re in no position to tell me what to do.. I’m going to kill that b-stard and if you get in my way.. I’ll k-ll you too.
.

I walked out on them and left the place, as I went home, I felt so sad and full of rage, I couldn’t believe my father would do something like this.. His own flesh and blood! and because of what? Some stupid ideology and philosophy… Destiny didn’t deserve this. She never did and I swear I’m going to avenge her.
While I was heading home, some thugs intercepted me and stood in my way, the three of them held knives in their hands.

Thug 1 ➡ Fine babe… E no wise for you to waka alone for this night.

Thug 3 ➡ Guy, see as she fine…

Thug 2 ➡ I swear.. This b-tch hot o.

Eve ➡ Out of my way or you’ll all regret it.
.

Thug 2 ➡ See as she dey talk! B-tch.. You’re the one who’s going to regret.. This is how its going to go.. Give us all your money and we’ll let you walk away.

Eve ➡ And if I don’t have money?
.

Thug 3 ➡ Then.. You’ll pay us with your body instead (snickers)

Eve ➡ I see.. Well f-ck off!
.

Thug 1 ➡ Hmm, this b-tch dey crazy.. Let’s show her pepper.
.

Within the blink of an eye, The three thugs rushed towards me trying to grab hold of me.., I dodged them by somersaulting backwards, despite that they rushed at me again with their knifes.. In that instant, my defense mechanism kicked in, as soon as the first guy came, I spat acid into his eyes blinding him permanently.. He shouted in pain running around aimlessly.. His buddies ignored him and lurched themselves at me, I bare out my claws and dec*pitated his head, as the other one saw what happened, He took to his heels, I should have allowed him to go but my rage had prevented me from doing that, I squatted quickly and leaped forward high in the air, after two long mid air jumps, I caught up with the other thug… We fell hærd on the ground, the thug struggled to break free but I pinned him down holding his neck, without a moment’s pause, I snapped his neck k-lling on the s₱0t.
I soon let go and his neck and walked away back home, I was surprised I felt no emotion but it doesn’t matter anyway.. They’re criminals and they deserved their fate.
Minutes later, I snuck back into my room and laid on my bed…. I couldn’t sleep that night, I was fully awake thinking about what to do about my father. I was busy thinking about the best way for my father to die.. I wanted his death to be cruel and gruesome. After a while of deep thinking, I soon felt dizzy and decided to sleep.
Hours later in the morning, I woke up feeling miserable,.. I went to the toilet to wash my face, as I turned on the tap, I realized my claws were still out, I retract back into my hands and began to wash my face,.. In that moment, I felt this heat signature outside my bedroom,, it then came in,side my room, seconds later, I heard my father’s voice.

Julius ➡ Evelyn.
.

Eve ➡ Yes father!
.

Julius ➡ How was your night?
.

Eve ➡ Miserable.
.

Julius ➡ Look.. I know your sister’s death is painful bur you should rejoice.. Her k-llers have been caught… She will be avenged and those b-stards will be surely pay.

Eve ➡ Yeah.. Whatever..
.

Julius ➡ Look! You shouldn’t be feeling down and unhappy… Hours from now, your sister’s k-llers will be executed and I’ll give you the privilege the carry out the execution… What do you say?

Eve ➡ No father… You handle the execution.. I just want to be alone.
.

Julius ➡ Okay. If that’s what you want..but before the execution is carried out..there will be a celebration that will the held, so I’ve made plans for preparing food and drinks 🍹… This is a big day of us Executioners and everyone of our brothers and sisters around the country will show up.. So I’d like you to be in charge of the food preparation and I would like you to inspect everything. I would have given Isabelle this job but She’ll be by my side, so can you do this for me?

I wanted to say no but then an evil idea 💡 popped into my head… In fact, this was a great opportunity to get rid of my father… But wait… Why should I stop only on my father? Why not kill the entire band of executioners so that no innocent Elite should suffer the same fate as my sister?… the Elites aren’t the ones with the problem.. But the Executioners are the problem … No.. The humans in fact are a problem… They always criticize and fear what they don’t understand and because of that many innocent lives are lost because of their lack of understanding and ignorance.. They make up stupid ideologies to back up their stupid intentions…. We Elites may look like people but we’re beyond humans.. We can achieve so many things that humans only dream of and we have surpassed human limits… For so long, Elites have suffered and hidden because of people like my father but now… It is time for us to rise.. This is our time to shine.. No more hiding.. It is time for the humans to know their place and I will be the one to do that.

Eve ➡ Okay father.. I’ll do it.
.

Julius ➡ Good, that’s my daughter… Tonight is going to a night to remember… Prepare yourself daughter cause tonight.. You’re going to witness history in the making.
.

After that statement, my father left the room, He was right about one thing though.. Tonight will be a night to remember and history will indeed be in the making but like all history books, We the Elites will be the once that will reign supreme and as for the Executioners tonight will be their last night in this world.

The news of Eve betraying us struck a devastating blow to my heart… I never thought Eve could do such a thing.. Felicia who heard about it and the capture of the others swore to k-ll Eve. I knew she could but I can’t allow her to do that… There has to be a reason why Eve betrayed us..

After we met with Eze and the others we decided to make a plan of rescue…. The spirits informed me that the gusts house was ruined by my parents house was intact but we couldn’t risk going back there so, we decided to stay in Felicia’s house for the meantime.

Felicia ➡ I knew that b-tch wasn’t to be trusted.. She must pay dearly for this….let’s just go to Juliu’s house and rescue the others.
.

Eze ➡ No… I’m not going any where.
.

Chioma ➡ What? Eze? I didn’t expect this from you.
.

Felicia ➡ You’re such a coward!
.

Eze ➡ Coward!? No.. I’m trying to survive.. In case you’ve not noticed.. My abilities aren’t lethal like yours or Ade’s… Besides I’m sure Eve has told her father about us.. They may know we’re coming and they might have probably set up a trap… Besides we don’t know how many executioners are in the place.

Rollins ➡ Eze’s right… We have to be smart about this… The others are still alive, I’m sure of it..
.

Samson ➡ We must plan how we’re going to rescue them.. First all we need is someone that will go over to Julius house and see how things are.
.

Ade ➡ There’s no need for that..
.

Felicia ➡ Why?
.

Ade ➡ I’ve sent one of my spirits friends to Juliu’s house to keep us updated about his movements and plans..it turns out Julius has made plans to execute the others tomorrow in a big private hall, everyone of the Executioners around the country will be there.

Kabir ➡ It’s true… I’ve also asked the birds to keep an eye in Julius house.. They’ve s₱0tted many executioners coming into his house..
.

Samson ➡ Yeah.. I’ve also been hacking into the electronic devices around Lagos and it seems every one of the executioners is here in Lagos… It’s going to be a big gathering.

Felicia ➡ Good! We can just kill them all at once..
.

Ade ➡ Let’s not get too hasty… We are not killing anyone. We have to focus on rescuing the others but if the executioners try in any way to harm us, then we’ll strike back.

Felicia ➡ So how are we going to get into the place?
.

Ade ➡ Well… That’s.. I haven’t figured it out yet.
.

Felicia ➡ Unbelievable! You really are naive Ade… After speaking in great length about rescuing the others.. You don’t even have a plan to get us in.. You’re insane.
.

Ade ➡ Why are you beating about the bush? Your plan of entry was to storm in on our nemesis.. Everyone knows your plan is dumb.
.

Felicia ➡ You know.. It’s your fault this happened.. If you hadn’t brought that b-tch into the guest house, none of would have happened.
.

Ade ➡ Oh so now you’re blaming me! You’re such a b-tch, Felicia.
.

Felicia ➡ What did you just call me?
.

Samson ➡ Guys enough… I have a plan to get us in.. All the executioners will be gathering in the hall right? Well I’ve located the place… As to how we get in… Felicia can teleport us there… You Felicia would have to come on foot.
.

Felicia ➡ How can teleport you guys when I haven’t seen the place.. I need to know where to teleport you.
.

Samson ➡ Well, you can teleport us outside the place.. As soon as we get there, Ade will then use his phantom abilities to check out the others.. Eze, chioma and i will be on the look out.
.

Kabir ➡ What about me?
.

Samson ➡ Kabir.. You’re the calvary! I want you to use your abilities to summon as much dogs as possible to surround the place.. Anything that goes wrong.. You attack.
.

Chioma ➡ Well, looks like we’ve made our plan.. Let’s all get some sleep before tomorrow comes.
.

Ade ➡ If you all don’t mind.. I’d like to take a walk.. I need some air.
.

Eze ➡ Hold on.. What if that Terror guy is lurking around?
.

Ade ➡ Don’t worry.. The guy is dead already.
.

Chioma ➡ What?? You guys met and fought?
.

Ade ➡ Yeah but I didn’t do it alone.. Ask Felicia to tell you everything.
.

After that, I went through the wall of Felicia’s house and walked out into the street.. Tomorrow is going to be bloody.. I just hope we can save the others.
