LINDY’S POVS 🧚
I rapidly got down from the car and ran towards Mr Dominic.
“Please! Wait for a while!” I smacked stopping the military men they turned slowly towards me as the instantly halted.
I rushed up to Mr Dominic landing him a dirty slap across his face.
He was dumbstrucked…
As he glanced at me in bewilderment.
“That is for all the horrible things you did to my daughter..” I uttered and gave him another slap.
“And this is for Lionel! You’re such a shameless old man! Before you go! Don’t you think you are forgetting something behind?” I said as he stared at me speechlessly.
I waved at bush who brought down the wounded Dora and Mona from the car.
“Those are you collaborator! You all are gonna have nice time in jail!” I uttered sneering.
He stared at me with remorseful as some of the military men Walked to where Dora and Mona was laying helplessly on the ground and handcuffs them.
Few seconds later.
They were all taken away, I run to hug dad tightly as I weep in his arms.

“I got to the hospital with some plates of ice cream for my baby girl.
I was about heading into the ward when I started hearing voices, dad and daughter conversation.
I halted on a s₱0t.
“Hey! Mister can I call you daddy?” uttered Heaven to Lionel.
“Sure….. You can call me all that Okay?….. Uhmm! I’m so sorry Heaven! I know you have been into some pretty troubles, and bully all because I wasn’t there for you.
“But believe me…. I didn’t intentionally left you guys,all these years I had been without you guys, especially Lindy, was like leaving in hell! I missed your mom so much.
“I was always praying and wishing she shouldn’t move on without me, cos I can’t imagine a life without her, but since she’s made up her mind then I have to respect her opinions.
“Once I get better! I will travel far from hee… I will always come check on you” Lionel uttered coldly and sadly.
“No daddy! Please… I don’t want you to give up on Mum too soon. I need you to win mummy’s love over again! Maybe she’s just being hurting due to what she passed through.
“Please dad! Don’t go, I know mum still love you!” Heaven said like a little adult.
Lionel was speechless for sometimes before speaking up.
“I will try one more time! But if she turned me down then I will travel far” Lionel uttered while feeding Heaven some fruits salads.
I walked in pretending not to hear anything!
“Mummy!!” Heaven shrieked in excitement.
“Oh baby! How are you feeling today?” I questioned as I walked towards the hospital bed.
“Am getting better mummy! I am so happy having mummy and daddy by my side!” Heaven blurted childishly.
I smiled faintly.
“Here Heaven! I bought you some vanilla ice cream!” I said handing her the fancy bag.
“How about daddy mummy? Didn’t you get anything for him?” Heaven snorted.
“Why not…. Uhmm! I got some pasta and chicken sauce!” I said as I handed the food flasks to Lionel.
He looked up and our eyes kept peering into each other.
I felt a cold chill run through my body.
He was incredibly handsome….
I blushed so red at the thought. But I won’t lose my gaurds so quickly.
“Why blushing so hærd when you no longer have feelings for me?” He asked graining naughtily.
“Uhmm…. Me?… I… I wasn’t blushing okay?” I said pushing the flask into his hands, I fell like disappearing right now.
“You weren’t blushing right? But your cheeks are all red like tomatoes 🍅… I never knew I had such a huge impact on you?” He said sniarking and I was so embarrassed.
“Mum the doctor said I will be going home today! Don’t you think dad should come along, since grandpa went to the camp to take care of somethings?” Heaven asked with a mouth full of ice cream.
“I think Heaven is right! I also need someone to tend to me! until I get better!” Lionel pouted and I felt like strangling him.

HEAVEN’S POVS 🧸
After so much pleading mum let dad come with us to the house.
Dad went to his company to put things in place.
I have no idea of where mummy went to.
I was doing some act work in my materials when I heard a noise from the passage.
I left what I was doing and peep through the window.
I saw mum having a heated argument with uncle Eric.
I smiled broadly as I watched with Keen interest.
“Eric! You are the only one I told about the raw gold necklace… You’re the only that knows where I hide it.
“How come I can’t find it anywhere?” mummy uttered coldly.
Uncle Eric blink constantly..
He was shock I guess.
“I Don’t get it honey! What are you driving at?” He asked.
“Oh please! Don’t tell me you have no idea of what am talking about… My gold necklace is missing all of a sudden!” mummy blurted out.
I saw Eric gasped…
“Are you being serious right now?” he asked and was about touching mum’s shoulder.
“Dont touch me Eric until you tell me where my precious goldstone is!” mummy said slapping Eric’s hands off her shoulder.
“Belive me Lindy! I didn’t stole it from you?” Why don’t you ask your dad or your daughter.. maybe they might have a clue.” Eric said.
“No Eric you’re wrong! My dad rarely gose to my room, and my baby girl can’t do such…” mummy defended.
“We have been through a lot together Lindy! You know I can’t possibly do that.. I only want your love and nothing more” Uncle Eric uttered coldly and composed as he could and I could see mummy countenance calming down.
I rushed downstairs toward them.
“Eric I am not accusing you, but am just being furious. That necklace mean so much to me, I couldn’t sale it out Even though it of so much value cause it’s something giving to me by my mom.” Mum said sobbing as Eric hugged her and petted her softly.
I moved towards uncle Eric’s car bringing out his bag from the car.
I opened it and started tossing all his stuffs out of the bags.
“What the hell are doing to my bag?” He shouted as he rapidly disengaged from the rom-ntic hug.
He run towards me.
I kept searching hurriedly and instantly I opened the smallest inner bag…. there the goldstone was.
He was gobsmacked…
And dumbstrucked…
As his jaw dropped…
“Hahah… Awwwn! You’re such a cute smuggler!” I smirk and smiled raising up the necklace.
He eyed me disdainfully..
“Er… Eric what? Isn’t that my necklace?” mum questioned in awe and disbelieve.
“Uhmm… Ye..s! Bu..t I have no idea what it’s doing in my bag!” He uttered scratching his head in confusion.
“I thought you just said you didn’t take the necklace? What then is it doing in your bag?” mum asked unleashing her anger by hitting Uncle Eric’s chest vigorously.
“Calm down Lindy! Let’s settle this amicably” He said freeing mum’s hands from his chest.
“My mum can’t settle anything with a smuggler like you… What is there to settle huh?” I said beaming up with excitement atleast mum is gonna put him in his place.
“You… Yo.. u..you.. plotted all this to frame me in the presence of your mother” He uttered fiercely pointing towards me as he kept moving to me.
“I didn’t plot anything against you, but I saw you taking it earlier today when Mum was bathing” I defended myself cos that’s the truth.
“Am gonna so kill you and fold life out of you” He said and charged ruthlessly towards me.
“Enough Eric! You can’t threaten my child that way” Mum said and was about holding him but he pushed mum away violently.
I could hear Mum winks in pains as he fell so hærd to tiles floor. Since our mansion compound is made of tile.
“Wht have you done to my mummy!” I cried as I rushed up to him and bite him so deep in his wrist.
“Ahhh!.. ” He cried and raised me roughly from the floor and was about throwing me like some piece of rag doll.
When a strong hand pulled me away from his grips.
“How dare you lay your flirty hands on my family?” The person said dropping me down as he kicked uncle Eric so hærd in his stomach sending him flying several meters away.
His body collide with the wall as he Instantly vomited some blood.
I swallowed hærd in fright.
“Go to your room Heaven” Daddy uttered his eyes were so cold and dark this the first time I am seeing Daddy like this.
Without saying a word I hurriedly leaped to my room after glancing at the mutteles mummy.
LIONEL’S POVS 🦁
I walked ruthlessly toward him I raised him up and lunch him another kick.
“I don’t want to see you close to my family again” don’t say I didn’t alert you?” I said as I drop him roughly on the ground.
His eyes were slightly closed. He nodded faintly I dragged him outside the gate and trashed him there.
I hurried in and raised the unconscious Lindy up from the ground as I took her in,side.

It was evening I was pressing Lindy’s head with a fresh towel and cleaned cold water.
She shrink as she opened her eyes slowly.
“Heaven! Heaven!.. are you okay?” She said as she widely opened her eyes.
She looked up and saw me she w¡dened her eyes and gluped nervously breathing heavily.
“Uhmmm.. Lionel? What happened to me?” She asked.
“Like seriously? You don’t know what happened to you? Okay! Let me brife you then.
“You pick up a fight with your lover…. At the process your were beating like an infant” I said sniarking as I chuckled loudly.
A little frown settled on her face.
“Stop it Lionel!” This isn’t funny.
“You say you love me! Then where were you when I was being bullied by Eric? Where were you when he almost killed?” She asked with a serious face.
I was becoming confused.
“What the hell are you talking about?” I asked her.
“You know that Eric is in the mansion and you left us all alone in the house with him.” She pouted.
“I know you don’t want us in your life.. for so long now you want us dead? But your plans will keep failing she cried.
“What the hell? When I left home Eric wasn’t here at that time.. so how am I supposed to know he has such a plan? So why shifting the blames on me beside he’s your boyfriend” I uttered.
“All the same you’re to be blame!.. And you need to apologize!” She said wrapping her hands around my wa-ist.
I w¡dened my eyes as my body reacted to her soft touch. Instantly my sleeping monster that has been sleeping for four years now rose to life.
