I pulled that stuff off my face and examined it.

Oh my gosh!

An underpant!!

My stares went to Carson’s immediately and he had his mouth cupped looking at me,

I was too dazed to speak as I stared at the under pant and that’s when my gaze met the floor.

The mess came from the floor!

Look at clothes everywhere!

I cleared my throat holding that underpant in between my index finger and my little finger.

This is the highest embarrassment that I’ve ever seen!

But Carson isn’t like this with his things,

Its Ben who did all this?

I hope its him…

“Ben!

Come get your underpant… “I mumbled feeling so disgusting when I recalled how the under pant hit my face.

The weird smell.

So annoying!

I tried so hard not to make my disgusting look show on my face but it wasn’t working out at all.

“I’m talking to you Ben”I repeated pointing at him and he turned his gaze to Carson who looked away to another direction.

Soon,

Their gaze turned to each other again,

“Whose own is this? “I asked fed up with their silence towards me.

“Uhm… “Carson mumbled looking so embarrassed and ashamed,

“Its mine! I’m sorry “Ben put in coming closer to me and took it away.

Its not his… I know it from the looks on their faces.

Its Carson’s.

“You shouldn’t keep your personal belongings so careless like this ” I said to him but actually referring to Carson.

“Well,

It was urm… A mistake “he replied nervously and we smiled at each other.

He turned to Carson,

“I will be heading out”

“To where? “Carson asked him and he shrugged.

“To get some food for my stomach”

“Okay”he nodded and they waved at each other and he left banging the door closely behind him.

It was now the two of us in the whole house.

Silence,

He’s so embarrassed and I know it.

He don’t have to,

He couldn’t even look at me straight in the eyes without looking away.

He just stood up without sitting,

I wonder if he’s that shy.

Arent I his girlfriend in the first place?

Why so embarrassed?

“Carson… ”

He looked up as I called his name,

“Are you going to be standing there all day? “I asked

“Oh.. “He mouthed looking down to the floor once again,

“Carson… “I called cackling now but he won’t still look at my face.

“Come sit with me”I patted a spot beside me but he didn’t bulge.

“I came all the way from my house to see your face and you’re hiding it away from me” I pouted and he looked up to my face dragging his feet towards me.

“Riley am so sorry about what just happened, ”

He nodded childishly so shy and I giggled.

“You don’t have to worry about that… Come sit with me”I patted a spot once again and he came to my side.

He sat down and I glared at his face.

“I missed this face of yours so much! “I mumbled and he blushed while his cheeks turned so reddish.

“I want to kiss your temple”I said and he came closer,

I kissed his temple smiling,

“I missed you too”he replied and I hugged him so tenderly with his head buried on my chest.

I patted his back a bit before we disengaged from the hug.

“Let’s have fun for the whole of today,

Ready? “I asked and he nodded.

“Are you dressed? “I asked and he sprang up to his feet,

“Let me wash up and dress… ”

“Want me to help you? “I interrupted winking and I saw his cheeks flame up again.

Is he this cheeky??

I love seeing those painted reddish color on his cheeks.

Even though we’ve known each other for a long time,

It felt like it was yesterday that we met,

It felt like we’ve been there from the start,

I can’t believe my stupid heart is beating for a blockhead like him.

“Uh..”he was mumbling and scratching his head which almost made me ask him if I were his first love else he won’t act so kiddie around me.

“Need some help? “I repeated my question and he didn’t even move an inch or say a word to me.

“How about I give you a kiss then? “I asked again and he nodded slowly,

I stood up and stood on my toes so I could reach up to his tall height,

He bent a bit too and I kissed him on his lips.

It was quick but hot!

I smiled to him and those flames stood there on his cheeks once again.

“Don’t keep me waiting for you to dress up”I said and he nodded running off to his room….

Oh my gosh!

What was that?

I closed my bathroom door and leaned my back on it trying to calm my beating heart.

My heart was thumping to the extent that I was gasping for breath.

What was she doing back there?

Jeez!

Am so hot!

I took off my top blowing at myself.

Need-some-help- question gaht me thinking weird.

What was she going to help me with?

Probably help me wash or what?

I closed my eyes placing my hand on my chest and listened to my heart beat.

I took off my jean pants and under pants.

How did that happen?

I don’t want to recall that… It gives me goose pimples and make me so shy and embarrassed.

I turned on my shower and the warm water ran through my skin and my hair.

I scrubbed my body, my hair….

Few minutes later,

I was inside my room with a towel tied around my waist,

“Carson… ”

Riley called from somewhere inside my room and before I could know it,

I saw her sitting on my bed and my towel can’t see the perfect to loosen up and fall to the ground if not infront of her.

Another embarrassment!

I screamed in my thoughts as I grabbed my towel and wound it around my waist hurriedly.

“I didn’t see anything”she said sharply with her eyes closed.

What was she doing inside my room?

I thought she’s going to wait for me downstairs?

I gulped unable to say a word.

How can she say that she didn’t see anything when she clearly saw it?

Oh my!

And my towel is so wicked!

Why must it be now?

Huh?

“I really didn’t see anything”she repeated opening her eyes and then closed them again.

“Is that your abs? “She asked with closed eyes and I advanced towards her on the bed.

“Carson… Why are you so quiet… I didn’t see anything… “She opened her eyes to see me ontop of her looking into her face.

Her face turned red with her lips parted a bit.

“I didn’t… I… Was… I… “She stuttered looking into my eyes.

“What are you doing inside a guy’s room? “I asked her and she smirked,

“Guy’s room?

You’re not some guy,

You’re my boyfriend remember”she said in a kind of whisper and I brought my face closer to hers,

She gasped sinking in to the bed the more,

“Boyfriend??

Let me show you what its like to be in your boyfriend’s room then”I mumbled rolling my eyes romantically at her and she gave a loud shout.

“No!!!! ”

“I really didn’t see anything “she rattled nervously,

I pulled my face closer to her neck area and she screamed in pleasure kinda turning me on,

“Carson… ”

I laughed getting off her holding onto my towel just in case it falls off again.

She sat up immediately running out of my room and I smirked.

That was really crazy!!

I laughed forgetting about her seeing my divk or blaarr!!

I went to my wardrobe and began to dress up….

What would’ve happened?

After seeing his divk,

I was trying to balance my feelings when he came at me.

I shouldn’t have gone to his room to look for my book which I left with him two days ago.

I shouldn’t have gone there in the first place.

I thought he is now my boyfriend and I had every right to his things and see where it landed me.

What even attracted me to sit on his bed?

Why am I feeling somehow?

I checked my body temperature and heartbeat and it was more than normal.

I gulped pacing about his living room when I saw him appear looking so neatly dressed and handsome.

He came close to me ,

“Ready! “He shouted into my ears giving me a nose peck which got me super nervous.

Why?

Isn’t he my boyfriend?

Why do I feel so different in a space of two days?

“Riley.. ”

He called my name and I jerked going into his arms,

“What are you doing Riley?”

I smelled the sweet scent of her hair as she clung to my body.

I won’t have believed if they told me that am going to date Riley.

How we first met,

Her grumpy yelling towards me cuz I bumped into her.

And then,

We bloomed into each other the more.

She’s grumpy in some way but she’s the best girl I’ve ever met.

I touched her hair and played with it while she kept clinging to my body not wanting to let go.

“Aren’t we going out again? “I whispered into her ear but she held me tighter.

“Your skin is so warm,

Want to hold you tighter Carson,

Don’t move”she said breathing hard into my skin.

I kissed her hair smiling,

“It might feel so awkward to say this but I love you so much Riley”

She disengaged from me hearing me say so and then smiled wildly showing her crazy teeth.

“I love you too Carson,

I wish I can dance so I will dance to the rhythm of my heart beat for you”she mumbled and we held hands flinging it from side to side.

“Let’s go! “I yelled happily and she concurred by nodding her head.

“Yeah! Can’t wait to spoil my boyfriend! ”

We came out of the house and entered her car.

She drove off after ten minutes to the best site meant for skiing in town.

Twenty minutes later,

We were at our destination.

“Here! “She beamed killing the car engine and came out of the car alongside with me.

Why must it she spend so much on a park because of a ski?

I always wanted to come here if I ever have a boyfriend “she giggled looking into my eyes.

“You don’t like it?

I can get another arranged just for the two of us”she added,

She doesn’t seem to understand why am getting so worried about this ski.

“It would’ve been more fun,

If there are plenty couples here with us “I pointed out and she frowned.

I shook my head staring at her,

“No, I like it!

I really do! ”

I rephrased.

I didn’t want to get her angry all because she tried to impress and make me happy.

“I wanted it to be only the two of us all day long,

I even reserved a restaurant, a swimming pool for us both”

A restaurant!!

Swimming pool??

I gulped.

I drew her to myself.

“It didn’t show on your face”she pouted looking into my eyes and I kissed her cheeks.

“I really love it! ”

“Are you sure? “She asked and I nodded smiling into her eyes and she beamed suddenly.

She dragged me into the change room where we got our ski boots on;

“Oh!

I’m so stuck with this Riley”I mumbled as I tried getting into my boots but can’t.

I’ve never been to ski park or went skiiing before.

And I never dreamt am going to do it someday with my rich girlfriend.

“What? “She asked already on her boots.

“I can’t get them on”I mumbled and she smirked.

“Let me help you”she said squatting in front of my legs and then began to help me into the boots and even tying the laces.

I looked on at her really grateful.

I was a fool to even think that Daniel was better off me.

She’s my girl and will always be mine.

Why did I hesitate at first in telling her how I felt about her?

“Done! “She announced standing up and dusting her hands.

“Thanks”I said and she held out her hand so I could hold on to it,

I did and she pulled me up to my feet.

We almost fell but I was quick to hold her from falling.

“Can you do it? “She asked me and I felt shy.

I can’t,

I really can’t.

“I will try”I mumbled and she drag me along with her.

I almost fell cuz I wasn’t comfortable with what I was wearing on my legs.

She dragged me to the center filled with colored lights and then let my hands go.

Oh gosh!

I’m gonna fall!!

“Riley! “I screamed as I watched her slid away laughing at me.

Oh my!!

I tucked my hands into my coat pocket but it didn’t seem to solve my ski case.

I let them out of the pocket and made them fly about in the air to balance my stand but can’t.

“Riley! ”

“Try and catch me”she screamed at me giggling and I frowned.

I can’t do this!

I give up!!

I can’t even move away from where am standing.

She slid to my side rolling her tongue and smiling.

“Try and hold my hand”she said holding out her hand as she rotated around me.

I stretched out my hand to hold hers but it was so impossible,

“Riley I can’t! ”

She slid to my side and then held my two hands,

“Going to be fun for you now! “She screamed and began skiing holding onto my hands.

Oh!!

It was scary but soon became fun!

I softened my face laughing so loudly.

The next hour was spent on skiing until we both got tired falling to the ground.

“The ground is so cold! “She screamed as she got her head on my chest with our faces to the air.

“Yeah”I wrapped my arm around her neck,

“We should be in school”I mumbled looking at her face,

She shrugged.

“Sometimes,

You have to get some fun,

You have only one life and its so short… You might die someday and you won’t be able to do what you wanted to do so much”

“Really? ”

What she said kinda made sense tho.

I always wanted to ski but can’t cuz I felt I was an unwanted child coupled with the fact that I don’t have a girlfriend.

And now,

I’m here skiing with my girlfriend!

“Of course,

I always wanted to ski with my boyfriend on a winter like this and it seemed to work out! “She said giggling and I kissed her head.

Silence fell between us as I kept on digging my hands into her hair and kinda combing them with my fingers.

“Carson… ”

“Yes?? ”

“Let’s go swimming”she said sitting up,

“Its cold, ”

“I made the water to be warm for our skin ”

I trembled.

I can’t swim.

For christ sake, what have I been doing for all the twenty-three years of my life to the extent that I didn’t learn how to swim!

“You can’t swim? “She asked as if she read my thoughts and I nodded shyly.

She began to laugh.

“Hmmmmm,

I have a baby for a boyfriend!

Don’t worry,

Blockheads are always like that and you’re no exception “she said seriously nodding her head which made me frown.

“I thought you stopped calling me that? “I asked getting up on my feet and she did same thing jumping into my back.

“I didn’t stop calling you that”

“Why? ”

“Cuz its one of the reason why I like you”she replied twisting her legs around my waist.

I blushed.

“How? ”

“You’re a blockhead but… You want to be more than that,

But… You will still come back into becoming the same block head whom you’re “she said scoffing.

I frowned but she clung to my back,

I thought she was saying something sweet to me,

“Don’t worry Carson,

I love the way you’re,

Blockhead or not,

You’re the best guy I’ve ever met”

“Am I? “I was beaming once again,

“Yes… So give me a piggy ride”…
