Clara, Chris and Eli man waited for the cops to return for the bodies, ” how are they now? Chris asked as they returned. “Well they will be fine, one replied. ” is it the same hospital the man shot was taken to? Clara asked. “All the injured persons are all in the hospital, he replied. ” please what’s the name of the hospital so we can visit and where is Jay?, Eli man asked. “Let’s take the corpse first, besides Jay is in the hospital with them, he replied. When they were done parking into the van, ” you can come with us, the mortuary is not far from the hospital, the police men said. “Ok we will follow at the back, they said and ran to Clara car following them behind. As they were driving a phone vibrated on Chris body and he brought it out, ” hey I forgot to show you guys Francis phone, I stole it from his body, he said. “Who is calling? Eli man asked. ” Nora, he replied. ” that’s good news then, Clara said and Chris gave it to Benny, “pick the call, you have Francis kind of voice, He said and Benny picked the call, ” hey where are you? She asked. “Why? Benny replied. ” what is that suppose to mean? Look I’m no more with my husband because I know he knows the truth about me. I went to your place but it’s locked, currently I’m at ………. Linda and Rose arrived at Markudi and went to Clara mum place to get the keys, ” what if you stay with me, won’t it be lonely there? Clara mum asked them. “What do you think? Rose asked Linda, ” it’s fine, thank you ma, Linda said Bowing her head. “You’re welcome dear, please go take your rest using the spare room, she said to her and Rose left with Linda since she is familiar to the house and they met Prisca coming out to the sitting room, “good afternoon, they greeted her. ” afternoon welcome, Prisca replied. “Ermmm those are Clara visitors, they will be staying here till she returns, Benita told Prisca. ” that’s no problem then, let me get you something to eat, I know you’ll be hungry, Prisca said and they smiled at her.

They arrived at the hospital and met Marcus who was already treated, “sorry bro, how are you feeling? They asked him. ” bad, I couldn’t save Natasha, is she seen yet? He asked and they heaved a sigh telling them everything, “is that so, we will be going with you then, Jay and Marcus said. ” huh, no you’re not strong Marcus, Chris said. “Strong for what after what they did to my friends? They are going to feel our wrath Because I’m fine, Marcus said angrily and Chris gave up. ” has anyone seen Andrea? Jay asked. “She’s with Clem, at least she’s safe, Clara replied him and his mind was settled. Eli also insisted to go, this time his friends didn’t agree to it and they left him with Tessy there at the hospital leaving Clara to watch over them with a gun.

They called Joe and met up with him which they agreed to attack at nightfall.
Linda and Rose, tired from the day journey fell on the bed weakly and dozed off. Suddenly they heard a knock on the door and it was Prisca telling them the food is ready, they went out immediately and ate to thier satisfaction while Linda took the dishes washing them even when they stopped her from doing it. They went back to thier room and Linda decided to take her bath while Rose told her she will take hers soon as she was busy with her phone. Linda went in admiring the beautiful bathroom with the bathtub in it, she couldn’t believe her eyes, ” I do see this in movies, here I am bathing in it, she giggled happily. When she was done she rushed out from it to dry her body to avoid cold but she slipped and fell on the floor hitting her head on the bath tub. Rose heard the noise and ran in to see Linda on the floor uncouncious and she scre-med calling the attention of Benita avd Prisca, “oh my God! Benita scre-med as they raised her up, wore her a nightie at least and rushed her to the hospital.

In the process of carrying her, Prisca saw the birthmark, she ignored it as she was worried for the poor girl. There in the hospital Rose called Clara, ” hello dear have you arrived? Clara asked. “Yes anut, we decided to stay with your mum instead, she replied. ” that’s good, but you don’t sound good why? Clara asked praying she should not know about her mum death. “It’s my friend, she slipped at the bath tub and we are in the hospital now, rose said. “what! Hope it’s not bad? Clara asked. ” I don’t know, the doctors are attending to her now, she replied. “Oh no, im so sorry about that. Don’t worry she will be fine ok, clara said. “I hope so, how are my parents? Rose asked. Clara was silent for a while praying rose shouldn’t ask more questions, ” anut are you there? Rose asked. “Yea seems the network is bad, I’ll call you back to know how she is OK, Clara said and ended the call immediately. ” was that clara? Prisca asked. “Yes ma, she replied. ” she’ll be fine ok, Prisca said to her. “Let her be oo, she replied. ” where is her parents? Prisca asked. “Hmmmmm she doesn’t have or should I say she has no idea about them, rose replied. ” what do you mean? Prisca asked. “Well, she was picked up on a childless couple doorpost, when they found out she was pregnant, they told her the bitter truth and left her alone, Rose replied her and Prisca quickly recalled how Joe told her he dropped the baby on the doorpost of a old childless couple. ” how old is she? Prisca asked. “About 17 if I’m not mistaken, rose replied and the birthmark came live to Prisca, ” Jesus! She exclaimed and Rose stood up afraid, “ma what is it? She asked and the doctor came out immediately. They ran to him to inquire about her, ” well she lost the baby and ermm we have arrested the situation. She’s lucky, infact it’s a miracle she didn’t have an internal bleeding, the doctor replied. “Oh thank you Jesus, Prisca said and Benita who went to get drugs came in, ” doctor how is she? She asked him immediately. “She’ll be fine ma, though she lost the baby, he replied. ” oh my, can we see her? They asked. “She’s still uncouncious for now, but you can see her when the nurses are through with her, excuse me please, he said and left while Prisca sat down weakly. ” what’s wrong? Benita asked touching her and she looked at her remembering Clara words, “please don’t tell my mum anything”. ” it’s nothing, I was only scared for her, Prisca replied. “Awww me too, I’m glad she’s OK, Benita replied too as Rose who is always quick in noticing things knew Prisca is hiding something.
Clara sat down there with her friends who fell asleep after many discussions, then Tessy woke up and saw Clara crying, ” are you still doing that? Tessy asked her weakly and she turned, “Tessy I’m scared for them, I wish I’m there Tessy, I want to kill Nora my self, Clara said. ” then what are you waiting for? Go, we can take care of ourselves, go now, Tessy said and she looked at the time, it was already past 9. “By now they should attack, Clara said. ” use your car so you’ll get there fast, since we can’t help please do that for us and please be careful, Tessy said and Clara hugged her tightly, “Promise me you will stay alive? Tessy said to her and she nodded taking the gun with her to meet her friends.

“Can I talk to you please, Rose said to Prisca after Benita left. “Yes sit down, Prisca said and Rose sat down looking at her, ” I know you’re hiding something, sorry to say that, she said and Prisca looked at her surprised. “What do you think I’m hiding? She asked. ” something about Linda, why was your reaction that way? Rose asked and Prisca heaved. “Not that i’m hiding anything from you my dear, just that the girl story looks familiar to that of Clara. 17years ago you know her daughter was kidnapped… ” I know about that, Rose interrupted her. “Good, and ermmm I was opportune to meet her maid who kidnapped her and ermm I was told by a guy whom the baby was given to kill that he dropped the baby on a childless couple doorpost, Prisca said and Rose who has this matured mind was already thinking. ” so now can it be Linda because the story sound familiar and ermmm have you guys gone to the place the baby was kept? She asked. “Yes we did and we found the lady sister who told us they ran away after they found the baby, she replied and Rose got up pacing around. “No no no, are you Anuty Prisca Clara once told me about? She said you do hold her baby together with the maid, Rose asked. ” yes I am why? She asked. “That’s because I asked her if her baby didn’t have any mark she can use to recognise her lost baby and she told me you once told her she had a birthmark but she can’t remember where, Rose said and Prisca kept Looking at her then she shook her head, ” yes her baby had a birthmark close to her armpit, she said and Rose eyes bulged out, “oh no! Rose said and Prisca stood up and held her, ” seems we have seen Clara lost daughter, she said sadly. “So she’s a daughter of a rich couple but she’s suffering so much, rose said and they saw a nurse walked out from the room Linda was, ” hi how is she? They asked her. “She’s responding, you’re free to see her, she said and left while They went to Linda room. ” she doesn’t have a resemblance of Clara but she gat her good heart, rose said holding her hand. “When I saw her, I saw Clement himself, Prisca replied. ” her father? Rose asked and she nodded. “This is so sad, I don’t know what Clara will do when she hears about this, rose said cleaning her tears and Prisca just watched the sleeping Linda. ” I hope she recovers soon, she said.

Natasha was tied up by the men and they tried thier best in getting information from her but she was not saying anything. When Nora arrived, with the anger and frustration she didn’t waste time in giving her the beatings of her life, “where is Clara and the gangs! She shouted on her holding her head to face her. ” I don’t know what you’re talking about, go find them yourself, Natasha said and Nora looked her and wished she could smash her head on the wall. “Ma it’s late, don’t worry she will tell us by herself when we will show her what we gat tomorrow, one of the men said to her and she stormed out from the room she was kept helping herself with some cigarettes to calm her nerves.

The guys who was hanging around checked the time and saw it was 9pm on the dot, ” time to go guys, Joe said to them and they drove down there parking their car far away to avoid suspicions. Nora man who knows everything about the place made it easier for them as they silent the few guys who stood outside as a security and opened up the gate. “We are going to spread, Nora man whispered to them and Joe held him back as he wanted leaving, ” make sure you don’t mess up because I’ll kill you, Joe said to him and he nodded. “Be careful please, he said to his friends as they despatched.

One of the Guys sighted Chris, as Chris wanted shooting at him he smartly hit the gun from his hands and went into boxing. The fight between Chris and the man brought a lot of noise as the men was alerted. They all picked up thier guns and Nora smiled wickedly picking hers knowing who it will be. There was exchange of bullets as everyone came out attacking, Nora man wanted running away but saw Chris overpowered as the man was on him punching him, he called his name pointing a gun at him, ” ah you came at the right time, finish him off, the guy said to him. “We don’t need you anymore, the guy quoted to him and he smiled, ” you were mistaken, that was not what I meant ok, kill him, the guy commanded and he looked at Chris who was bleeding already, he shook his head and still pointed the gun at him. The guy tactfully hit his hand making the gun to fall, “you’re so stupid if you think you can kill me you weakling, he said and smashed his head on the wall causing him to stagger backward with his head bleeding. ” go to hell, he said giving him his last blow and he fell down dead. Chris who Saw how he smashed the guy head looked and saw his gun on the ground, he crawled to it weakly. The guy then turned to Chris and saw him already picking the gun, he fell on him and they rolled holding the gun together and they mistakenly pulled the trigger…..

Clara arrived at the place holding her gun firmly as she stepped out from her car, she pushed the gate open and the few dead bodies on the ground welcomed her, she smiled at that knowing they are still in work as she heard scre-ms. She tiptoed in,side and met a guy wanted running out, she brought him down and looked to see who was pushing him and she saw Jay, “what are you doing here? Jay asked. ” I can’t stay, she replied and Jay looked at her worried as Clara left his side entering in,side, she kept opening doors looking for Natasha and she found one open. It was dark in,side and she walked in slowly, suddenly the light was switched on and she turned to see Nora smiling broadly at her. “Long time no see Clara, she said to her and Clara turned to see Natasha with her head bowed, ” what did you do to her? She shouted. “Nothing darling, just having fun. It’s so good to see you, Nora said. ” yea, because it will be the last, she replied. “You sure of that, Nora said smiling as they were turning in circles. You look so good holding a gun, I hope it will be useful for you, she said with a stern face this time. ” yes because this will bring you down, for kidnapping my daughter, for breaking up my marriage, for using another man child to send me to jail, Nora this is your last, Clara said and pointed the gun at her and she burst out laughing, “like seriously you pointing a gun at me, Will that solve your problem or will that make you see your lost daughter? Or tell me Clara don’t you want to see her? Nora asked coming close to her as she saw she was weak already. ” so you’re with my daughter? Clara asked keeping her hands down, “yes darling, I’m not that wicked anyway, I took her for you, Nora said. “Where is she? Clara asked. ” in hell! Nora shouted pushing her down and her gun fell. “You’re such a fool! You haven’t changed till now, Nora said picking her up and flung her to the other side causing her to hit herself heavily on the wall, ” you really think your daughter is alive huh! You’ll meet her in hell when I’m done with you, she said approaching Clara. Clara who fell on the ground was angry as she watched Nora approaching her with her red eyes, as Nora wanted holding her to lift her up, she held her and threw her on the ground sitting on her giving her blows. “Sorry Nora I’ve changed! She kept saying as she showered blows on her.

Nora turned and saw a plank, she gathered all her strength in pushing Clara away and picked it up using it on her mercilessly, Clara fell weakly besides Natasha and she saw her gun under Natasha where she sat, Nora didn’t notice that, she came as usual to hit her but Clara pointed the gun at her, ” that’s enough, Clara said as she staggered to get up, Nora believing she could get the gun from Clara rushed to fall on her but she pulled the trigger before she touched her, “that is for Mirabel, she said and pulled again, ” that is for my marriage, she pulled again, “that is for my friends you killed! Clara shouted as tears streamed down her eyes and she watched Nora fall dead. She threw her gun and went to Natasha shaking her, ” Dear wake up I’m here, she said shaking her and Natasha weakly opened her eyes, “it’s you? She said weakly With her eyes closing, ” yes I’ll take you out of here, she said untying her from the chair. Not too long Jay ran in,side the room and met Clara staggering with Natasha, he turned and saw Nora dead, “don’t tell me You did this, he said as he helped carry Natasha, ” she got what she deserved. Is everyone cleared? Clara asked. “Yes we cleared them but I’ve not seen Chris, Jay said and Clara ran out leaving him with Natasha. She rushed out and saw a little passage, she decided to check it Out and she saw two men on the ground covering each other, she went closer and pushed the other and saw Chris under, ” Chris! She shouted shaking him, “thank God, he said weakly opening his eyes, ” hey guys Chris is here; Clara shouted and Benny with Joe ran to the direction of the voice. Joe stopped when he saw the guy he was with dead with his eyes open, he squatted beside him and closed his eyes, “thank you so much for your help, he said and left to help Chris.

They all shared themselves into thier car smiling at the victory they had, ” Clem must hear this you know, you killed the Nora herself, Joe said. “Here is our latest hero! Jay shouted lifting Clara hands up and they laughed and drove off.
