Luna’s POV
Jayden rubbed his fur on my face passionately and in a comforting way
Then he walked towards Kilan, Andre and Brie and tore of their chains with his fangs
He howled again, this time longer and louder
His people recognized their Alpha’s howl and they all howl too in unison, each going wild, transforming into their wolf forms and tearing apart whatever stood in their way
Andre, Kilan and Brie transformed to their wolf forms too and they leaped into the fighting crowd
Jayden turned to Landon who has finally gotten up from the ground
“You want to do it this way? You want to fight in the wolf form, I shall grant your wish then” Landon said as his fangs grew out and he transformed into a big brown wolf
Jayden and Landon leaped at each other and clawing at each other and tearing each other with their fangs
I looked to my side and Richard was on a fight with the priestess of the moon goddess, a fight which he seemed to be winning
He threw the priestess and she landed on the ground with a final thud, she didn’t have enough strength to stand on her feets again
Richard turned towards me and a smirk appeared on his face
“No, stay away from me” I said as I moved back
“You shouldn’t be running away from your father” he said
“You are not my father!!!” I yelled “I have no father”
“Your words are breaking my heart Luna, what did they tell you to poison your heart so much against me?” Richard asked
“No one needed to tell me anything, you are obviously a crazy lunatic and a power monger, Mom’s only mistake in this life was falling in love with an abomination like you!!” I yelled and a hard slap landed on my face and I fell to the floor
“Since you despise your father so much, I shall do you the honours of removing you out of this world since I brought you into it in the first place” he said as he angrily advanced towards me and I crawled back
“Stay away from me” I said as I moved back quickly trying to get as much distance as I could between us but I knew it was of no use
“I was going to teach you how to use the amazing powers you inherited from your mother and I, I was going to make you powerful and we were to rule the world together but you threw that away for a bunch of weak wolves, you’ve been a prodigal child Luna so I shall end you today
He made to grab me but there was sudden thunder strike and he fell to the ground
The Sisters suddenly appeared between me and Richard
“What…..I thought you guys refused to help?” I stuttered but nevertheless grateful for their perfectly timed appearance in saving me
“We changed our minds” they said in unison “We didn’t want to make the same mistake we made with your mother with you” they said
“Stop acting weak Luna” one of them said
“You are very much powerful” the other said
“You just need to channel your anger with your powers” The last sister said
Richard stood up from the ground
“Finally” he said “The Sisters finally decided to come out of hiding, what brought you out of your shell today?”
“We are on a quest-”
“-to eradicate an abomination like you-”
“-From this Earth” they said
“An abomination? I was given birth to like you, I am part of your clan!!!” he yelled
“You were supposed to die at birth, due to your mother’s foolishness the death was prolonged, you’ve been living on borrowed time, you shall die today” The Sisters said
“Fine, come get me then” Richard said and a fight broke out between them as the The Sisters ran to attack Richard
One of Landon’s wolves looked at me and started moving towards me
“You are very much powerful”
“You just need to channel your anger with your powers” The Sisters voice echoed in my head
“I am powerful, I can do this” I breathed heavily as I slowly stood
Channel your anger, I said to myself
The wolf brought out his claws and directed them at me
“Stay away from me!!!” I yelled and it came out in a form of echo sending the wolf flying faraway
I looked around me, everyone was engaged in a fight, but I couldn’t see Jayden and Landon
Where are they?
My mind suddenly darted off to my vision
No, I have to find him, nothing must happen to Jayden
I have to find him
Fear and anger laced my mind at the same time
I moved through the fighting crowd, throwing away any wolf that came my way with just a wave of my hand
My only concern was finding Jayden
I have to find him
A wolf came towards me with a sword
I snatched his sword and grabbed him by his throat
“Am not in a good mood” I said as I threw him away like he weighed no more than a piece of paper
I bumped into Kilan fighting a few wolves and I helped him out
“Jayden, have you seen him?” I asked
“No, wasn’t he fighting Landon upfront?” he asked
“Yes he was but I can’t find him again, I need to find him, I have to!”
“We’ll find him” Kilan said and he joined me in the search for Jayden
We finally found Jayden and Landon, far in the back away from everyone
They had transformed back to their human form and they were still fighting
Jayden had a long deep slash across his chest while Landon was bleeding profusely from his leg
We made to go help Jayden but Landon’s wolves encircled us
“A death wish, you all must have a death wish” I said angrily
Kilan and I fought the wolves but more kept coming
I could see Jayden struggling with Landon from where I was
Jayden had cut Landon across his face with his claws
Landon leaped on top of him and pushed him to the ground
No, he’s going to kill him, I wanted to run and help him but the wolves grabbed my two hands
“The sword, Kilan give him the sword” I said to Kilan
Kilan broke free from the wolves and grabbed Landon’s sword that was laying on the ground
“Jayden!!” Kilan yelled as he threw him the sword
Jayden quickly pushed Landon off him, caught the sword and swiftly plunged it deep into Landon’s chest…..

Jayden’s POV
Landon gurgled out blood as he looked at me in disbelief
“Jay….. Jayden” he stuttered
“For Bella, John, Audrey and everyone else that has met their ends by your hands, you shall die today and rest assured, just like you planned to do with me, I shall cut off your head and hang it on a spike for everyone to see what became of the lone wolf that overestimated himself” I said to Landon and I let him go
He crashed on the ground with a thud and all his wolves around got scared
“Alpha Landon is dead” They screamed as they all ran out retreating into the woods and my wolves chased them
Luna ran to hug me but she was suddenly still unable to move and she started bleeding through nose
“What is going on?” I looked around and saw The Sisters on the ground and Richard chanting some spells and advancing towards Luna
“What are you doing to her?!!” I yelled and he flicked his hand
I flew back and hit the trunk of a tree
Luna winced and groaned in pain as her nose bled out and I quickly stood up
The sisters stood back up too and one of them quickly drew a circle
“We need him inside this circle Jayden” they said to me and I nodded
I leaped at Richard but he raised his hand and I hanged on the air midway
Kilan tried to move too but he couldn’t
Brie suddenly leaped out of nowhere and fell Richard to the ground
I fell to the ground too with a thud
I quickly stood up and went towards Richard
Before he could stand back again, I gave him a poisoning bite on the neck and he let off an agonizing scream
“You!” he fisted his hand and my blood felt like it was boiling and I groaned
“Leave him alone!!!!” Luna yelled throwing Richard back to floor and releasing me from the agonizing pain
I quickly grabbed Richard by the throat and threw him into the circle The Sisters had drew
Richard wanted to step out but he couldn’t, he was confined by the circle
“What are you guys doing?” Richard asked as The Sisters began chanting a spell together
The circle suddenly caught fire and advanced towards Richard
“No! Stop!” Richard yelled but The Sisters continued
“This is unfair! I never choosed to be bad, you all made me this way! It is an abomination for a Sister to give birth to a male child but it’s not my fault I was I birthed, it’s not my fault my mother ran away with me preventing you guys from killing me at birth and it is certainly not my fault that I was born with greater powers than I could control!!!” Richard yelled as the fire burnt him
“Stop the fire” I said to The Sisters
“We can’t, it’s better he dies, if we release him now, he will continue to cause more havoc! He is a malignant tumor that must be removed now!” the Sisters said
“He never asked for those powers, he was born with it!!” I yelled
“Do not let your emotions get the better of you Alpha!!!” The Sisters yelled “His death is for the best”
I heard Luna sob and I embraced her
“You don’t have to watch this” I said as I placed her head on my chest “You shouldn’t witness this horrifying scene” I patted her back and she cringed when Richard let out a last scream before finally burning to ashes
The Sisters moved close to us and spoke in unison
“It must have been hard watching your father burn to death but I assure you, this is for the best, life isn’t a bed of roses Luna, only the strong can withstand and survive the journey of life and you are strong Luna, you are the strongest of us all and we know you shall live up to your potential, you already have” They said and turned to leave but they stopped and turned
“If you ever need us, Daisy will help you find us” they said and looked in my direction “It was nice fighting by your side today Alpha Jayden, we shall meet again” They said and disappeared into the thin air…………
I sat in the woods, on the spot John and I used to have our morning trainings
“Still mourning John?” Luna asked as she came to sit by my side and I remained silent
“I just came back from checking on the priestess, she’s healing well, she’ll be on her feet in no time”
“Brie is leaving today, she says everything about this place reminds her too much of Bella and she’ll go crazy if she remains here, she wants to leave, find herself then return” Luna said and I remained quiet still
“You don’t have to worry, Kilan will accompany her till the end of their flight before they finally go on their separate ways so she’ll be fine” Luna continued
“Are just going to let me continue talking to myself?”
“I thought killing Landon and ending his tyranny will bring back our happiness but I was wrong, how can we be happy when those we lost can never return” I said
“You are the strongest man I know Jayden, I know it must be agonizing for you but I also know you’ll continue to be strong just like you always have and this time you don’t have to be strong alone, Andre is still here, you have the whole Crescent Moon pack and you also have me by your side” she held my hand tightly “You have your personal assistant by your side” she said and I chuckled
“Thought you wanted quit” I said
“You told me I can never quit” she smiled “And I don’t even to since I can’t bare being apart from you even for a day” she said and I hugged her
She slowly patted my back
“We will heal from this Jayden, we will come out of this stronger” she said and I smiled
I couldn’t be more thankful to the goddess for blessing with a strong and supporting Mate
“So shall we go bid Brie goodbye now?” she asked and I nodded
“Hand?” she said as she stood up and I gave her my hand
She held my hand and we walked back to the Mansion together…….
