EPISODE 5
“Goodbye mom” Gina squeaked as she rushed to meet up with her siblings already walking to school.
She ran and caught up with Marie.
“Thanks for yesternight Marie” Gina beamed
“For what? ”
” Your soothing words, I had a good night sleep and didn’t have any more nightmares” she said again still smiling
” Oh” was all Marie muttered
” What nightmare?” Freddie asked, eavesdropping on their conversation as they all kept walking
“The other day I had this strange and spooky nightmare. And yesternight I couldn’t sleep but Marie comforted me and I slept well without anymore nightmares”Gina replied grinning
” Marie, what’s wrong? ” Freddie asked curtly
” I…….I had a nightmare last night” she tensed
” Also spooky, weird and strange” Marie added
” Just like mine?” Gina asked
” No a bit”
Marie replied remembering the night mare. It suddenly dawned on her that the figure she saw in her dream was putting on a gown with blood stains on it just like Gina described
“Gina” Marie called
“Yes?”
“The girl in your dream, was she putting on a tattered gown with blood stains?” Marie asked
“Yes”
” She was the one in my nightmare too”
“What really happened?” Freddie asked
“She was talking about a mirror in the playhouse and……..” then she stopped
” What?” Gina and Freddie half-yelled
“Just forget about it, I’ve gotten over it anyways” she replied after remembering that the nightmare girl mentioned Freddie. She couldn’t say that in front of him.
They finally got to the huge school and parted ways.

“Marie!!” Laura scre-med on sighting Marie at her locker.
“Hey girl” was all Marie could mutter
“Good morning” they both said simultaneously and giggled
” How was your night?” Laura asked
“Scary and yours?”
“Scary?? Tell me all about it” Laura said in curiosity as she led Marie to the gym room.

“So you mean a girl in your dream asked you to get a mirror and give it to your brother?” Laura asked again wanting to be sure
” Yeah. Creepy right?”
“Very creepy” Laura half yelled “So what do we do now?”
“I don’t know, it might just be an ordinary night mare. I don’t want to get too deep into it” Marie replied
” But it could……”
” No buts Laura. I’m over it already” Marie interrupted
” Okay” Laura muttered under their breaths.

“Am sorry Freddie, I won’t be going home now. I’ve got some things to do with other prefects and the Vice Chancellor” Ronnie explained
” Oh so I should get going then” Freddie replied
” Yeah and Rainbow could go with you. Right Rainbow?”
” Yeah sure” Rainbow replied beaming

Rainbow, Freddie and his two sisters were already on their way home without Ronnie. And as usual Maire and Gina kept their pace far and were far ahead of Freddie and Rainbow.
“You know we do have annual beauty contest in our school” Rainbow began
” Really?”
” Yeah,and Ronnie’s always participating” Rainbow added
“She comes first?” Freddie asked
” Yeah,how did you know?” Rainbow beaconed
“Well she’s still the most beautiful girl I’ve seen since I stepped into that school. And am not surprised though, she’s just like Snow White” Freddie chuckled
.” Oh yeah” Rainbow muttered in a fading smile
” What about you? Do you participate?” He asked bluntly
“Well No,am not so attractive” Ronnie murmured awkwardly expecting him to say she was attractive and encourage her to participate. But he kept quiet and was still walking
‘Very true’ Freddie thought within himself
“I saw you talk to Wayde the other time during lunch break” Rainbow began again as they both kept walking
“Wayde? Oh yeah. He was trying to know me better and be friends” Freddie replied
“Well I’ll advice you stay away from him. Like very far away from him” Rainbow said plainly
” Why?”.
” ‘Cause he’s one of the baddest guys in school. You know those four boys at the back of the class always putting on black or blue jackets?”
” Yeah, Wayde is one of them” Freddie replied
” Exactly, they are extremely bad guys. They don’t talk to anyone except if they want to be bullies. And if they talk to you nicely, then they want to get something from you or they want you to join them ” Rainbow explained
” Really?”
“Yeah. I’m just tryna be a nice friend by warning you on time, so you’d be careful” she added
” Okay thanks. I’ll surely be careful” Freddie replied

Marie and Gina had gotten home,they took the house key from where their mom told them she’d drop it. She had told them she’ll be going out before they came back from school.
They both walked into the house,no one was home. The doors to the house all suddenly locked by itself. It became windy in their own living room!
Strange!!
“Marie ……….I want you………Gi…na…play….house” a windy but echoing voice said
Gina whimpered in fear
“Marie what’s happening?” Gina asked
“I don’t know,but it looks just like my nightmare” Marie whimpered too
” Go get the……..mir….ror. Mirr……or…..play.. house…… revenge” the windy voice said again
” Get away from us and our lives” Marie yelled abit still scared
Then they heard a knock on the door
“Marie, Gina. Open the door” it was Freddie. The wind stopped immediately and they couldn’t hear the voice again
They both rushed to the door and unlocked the bolt. On seeing Freddie they felt relieved
“Why did you guys lock the door?” Freddie asked
“We didn’t lock it Freddie. I think…….I think this house it HAUNTED” Marie said in fear
Gina had started whimpering again
