Mandy’s POV

Here’s the queen of ‘make Mandy feel inferior’. And she’s fuming.
“Baby it’s not what you think okay, I was just—”
“Shut up Nick, how dare you cheat on me with her?! What is so special about her that you can’t just stay away from her?!” She yelled.
“At least am not a wh-re like you” I replied which made the devil angry.
I guess I’ve said too much, so right now I think I gotta run.
“What did you just say?” He asked me.
“See? She just called me a wh-re. Are you still gonna defend her or are you gonna avenge me?!” The she-devil yelled.
What a matching pair, devil and she-devil.
“How dare you say that to her?! Apologize on your knees at once!” He roared making me flinch.
Oh God, now I’ve really gone too far. I’ve brought out beast in him, I’ve never seen someone so angry before.
What do I do? I can’t kneel for her, but I’m so scared. Only a miracle can save me now.
“Didn’t you hear him?! Kneel before me” miss she devil added.
“No she won’t!” A voice said from nowhere.
It’s princess Christina, talking of a miracle, this is a huge one. Thank the heavens she came right on time.

I know am not supposed to be awake but I heard a scre-m earlier and I’ve woken up since.
I pretended to be asleep when my brother came in but I followed him later to see what happened.
I was way beyond shocked that my brother could treat her leg let alone care about her.
There seems to be some sort of chemistry between them. Nicholas will never laugh with her if there’s nothing going on which am going to find out.
Just then that evil witch came out, I just hate her.
If it wasn’t for my brother, I would have finished her since the first time I set my eyes on her.
She is the reason my brother is into hærd drugs and is violent with innocent people especially girls.
I like as the event planner is fearless but I better help her out now before they kill her.
“No she won’t!” I yelled and came out.
Mandy looks relieved but Davina is more than furious but what do I care? She’s not my problem.
“Chris stay out of this” Nicholas warned.
“Or what? You gonna mistreat me like you do to others?” I asked.
“Christina stay out of this and go back to your room!”
“No I won’t let you mistreat this special person because of this evil witch!” I yelled back and Davina gasped.
“Don’t you dare call her that!”
“She is an evil witch! A she-devil!”
“I said stop–” my brother raised his hand to slap me but he stopped.
I smiled inwardly, no matter how hærd he tries, he is still a good person deep down.
“Christina… please go to your room now” he said calmly.
“Yes but I’m going with her” I dragged Mandy’s hand and we run off.
We stopped in front of my room, breathing heavily.
“Phew! That was close” I said.
“Thanks a million princess” She said.
“Christina or Christy, and no I have to thank you for putting that witch in her place”
“It was my pleasure. Your brother really loves you no matter what you do to make him angry”
“He’s a good person deep down, all he needs is the right woman to make him happy”
“I hope he finds one” she said.
I nodded, this one doesn’t know what I have in mind.
“I have to leave now before they come back, good night and thanks again” she said and run off.
She and her little funny voice.
I entered my room and fell on my bed, tomorrow is such a long day.

Davina’s POV

I can’t believe what is going on.
How can Nicholas be so weak in front of her? Does she have an effect on him my or what?
Is he gonna leave me for her?
No he can’t cos I won’t let it happen even if it means getting rid of her.
“Let’s go back to the room” he said after they left.
“After you let her humiliate me? You think am your toy and you can just play with me at anytime you like?” I asked angrily.
“Suit yourself then” he said and left.
What? I can’t believe he just said that to me. I can’t lose him just because of some girl who just moved in today.
I went to his room, he was already sleeping. So quick?
I won’t let this happen to me I promise.
You’re in trouble bitch, big time.

Today is such a great day.
Yesterday was so much fun and hot but I’m not going to do that again.
I just don’t want to get hurt.
The maids and company workers are doing great with the decorations.
“Break time everyone” I said and they all cheered.
They all left one by one till I was left alone. Just then I saw a shadow in front of me.
I looked up and it’s none other than……..
“Ximena!” I called and hugged her.
“Yes little sister, it’s me” she said still hugging me.
“Come sit, I said and directed her to a chair and also sat beside her.
“How is Dad?” I asked curiously.
“He misses you but he’s fine” she said, ” so tell me what you have been passing through in the Lions den”

She’s laughing really hærd after I told her all that happened yesterday.
“He’s not so bad after all” I added.
“Hmm….I think someone likes the prince” she teased.
“What? No way!” I protested.
“You better confess to your loving sister”
Someone walked in with a big picture in a frame, she gave it to me and left.
It’s the picture I requested for, I will put it in the decorations.
I placed it on my laps, Ximena gasped.
“What is the problem sister?” I asked worried.
“Who is this?” She pointed at the picture.
“Prince…”
“Nicholas?” She cut in surprising me.
Why is she acting so strange like she’s seen a ghost.
“Ximena are you okay?”
“Yes, I…I need to leave now— I will call you later” she said and hurried off.
I ran after her but she didn’t stop. What’s her problem with the prince?
