Mandy’s POV

I followed Ximena back home, she has to explain why she did such a cruel thing to Nicholas and why she kept such a huge secret from me, her very own sister.
Dad was asleep so we just quietly walked to her room so as not to wake him up. I dropped my purse on her bed and folded my arms, she sighed and took a seat.
“Am listening Ximena” I said impatiently.
“I know you are mad at me right now but hear my own side of the story before judging me” she pleaded with a sorry face which am obviously not buying.
“Get straight to the point Ximena, why did you hurt a man who was willing to give his life for you so bad?” I yelled.
“I thought he didn’t love me!” She yelled back.
I scoffed, “c’mon Ximena, you’re talking about someone who obviously still cares about you. Am really confused so can you please shed more light?”
“The thing is, Nicholas always showed me so much love, so much that I never wanted to leave him. But one day I found something I didn’t like, a friend of his showed me some pictures and videos of him cheating on me with a lot of girls”
“What?! And you believed it?”
“Well basically I didn’t until I saw him myself, he was having a great time with the girl on top of him. So I decided to pay him back by doing what I did”
If Nicholas did all that, then why is he so mad at my sister? He hurt her feelings too.
“I wish he could forgive me” she said getting me more confused.
“I don’t understand, why should he forgive you” I asked.
“It was all a lie”
“What was a lie?” That’s me asking again.
“The pictures and videos, the pictures were edited, he was drunk in the videos”
“Didn’t you say you caught him earlier?”
She sighed, “I thought I did, turns out it wasn’t him. The guy who did it came to confess, I didn’t really see his face. That’s why the girl was on top, they wanted me to see what I wanted to see. I never trusted him enough and I feel so stupid for doubting his love for me” she said sobbing, I hugged her.
“It’s okay sis, am glad you realized your mistakes. I understand how you feel, I think someone tried to ruin your relationsh¡p with Nicholas and technically, they succeeded. But don’t worry, he will still have to forgive you” I assured her.
She smiled, “Your eyes are sparkling little sister, could it be love?”
I stood up shyly and faced the window, “I don’t really know sister, but it could be”
“So is the lucky man Nicholas?”
“Well—- Don’t you have a problem with that?”
“As long as he doesn’t hurt you, I wouldn’t want my only sister to suffer so be careful with him”
“Thanks a bunch sis” I said and hugged her again.
Nicholas’ POV

Argh!
I just ruined my TV, I actually mean my wh0le room because I’m so angry.
I can’t believe Mandy is related to her, why didn’t I think of this before? Their eyes are the same, how could I let this happen to me again?!.
I should have just listened to Davina, now I fell into their trap, of course! They planned this together, they haven’t won yet cos I’m gonna have my revenge.
“What the hell happened here? Is everything okay?” I heard the familiar voice of my little sister.
“It’s obviously not! And I don’t wanna talk about it” I yelled.
“Whatever it is, you can tell me when you’re calm. Mom called to tell us she was coming tomorrow, she said she can’t reach you and now I see why” she said holding my phone which I already destroyed.
“Whatever it is, you can always count on me, I love you and I don’t like to see you like this. Please don’t hurt yourself” she said leaving.
“Christy wait” she stopped and faced me.
“Yes”
“Please sit” she sat down and I told her everything, the reason I became heartless and what has recently changed.
“I can’t believe you kept all these to yourself, why would you take Davina’s advice and not talk to me about it, your own sister” she scolded me hurt and upset.
“Am sorry little sister, I just didn’t want you to feel sorry for me”
“Well now I do cos you’re in love with her sister now, and I don’t think they planned this. Besides you should talk to Mandy and hear her own side, you should also confront her sister”
I stood up, I don’t think I can ever forgive her for what she did, and I should probably forget about what I feel for Mandy. But I will still have my revenge on her.

I heard a knock on the door when I was about to sleep, who would dare disturb me by this time?
“Who the heck is that?! Come in already!” I yelled.
And it’s none other than Mandy, I stood up and walked up to her.
“What are you doing here?” I said rudely.
“I’m sorry about my sister but don’t let that affect our friendsh¡p”
I laughed, “Let’s see about that, your sister hurt me but you’re gonna pay for it”
I dragged her and pushed her to the bed, “what are you doing?” She asked scared.
“Getting my revenge” I got on top of her and tore her clothes, she tried fighting but isn’t strong enough.
“No! Get off me! Please I’m begging you!”
I didn’t answer, I k-ssed her neck and roughly k-ssed her l-ips but she bit me.
“Ouch! You’re gonna wish you didn’t do that!”
“You’re an animal after all, I honestly thought you were a good person and that you are worth loving but I was wrong! I can’t believe I fell in love with you” she cried making me stop.
Her tears are really making me soft, and I am getting back to my senses.
I got off her and she quickly stood up, I guess my anger took the better of me cos I almost raped her due to my stupidity.
“Mandy I— I am so sorry, please forgive me” I apologized.
She shook her head holding her torn clothes and still sobbing, “No! Thanks a lot for this, now I’m the one who doesn’t wanna see you. Don’t worry cos am going to be done with everything tomorrow and I will leave so you don’t have to see my annoying face that reminds you of my sister again”
“No Mandy wait, I—” *Bang* she’s already out the door. I just blew it, am the dumbest person in the world.
How is she ever gonna forgive me for what I just did, you’re an idiot Nicholas.

**THE NEXT DAY**
I can’t seem to find Mandy anywhere in the palace, could it be that she really left.
I went to Christina’s room and met her playing a dumb make up video game.
“It’s not dumb if you’re about to say that”
“I can’t find Mandy anywhere in the palace, have an idea where she went?” I asked.
“She left two hours ago”
“What?!”
“Apparently, you almost raped her last night, so she left because she’s heartbroken and tired of helping you. Nice work, you sent her away so soon” she said sarcastically and faced the game.
“Do you have her home address?” I asked.
“No can do, although she did say she was going to work first”
Work? But why— wait a sec, that’s a great idea, her workplace. Am going there right now, I rushed out banging her door.
“Break down the door!” She yelled.
I have to find her soon, am sorry Mandy please forgive me. I realize that I really love you so much and I can’t deny it anymore, you did it, you succeeded in opening up my heart again.
Mandy’s POV

He really can’t be changed, I just fell for the wrong person and I am really going crazy. I left immediately without saying goodbye, just to Christina and the maids alone. I wanna forget all about him and never see him again, I was so scared when he tried to– rape me yesternight.
I couldn’t just believe it, now I know he’s a beast on the in,side and—
“Mandy dear, you’ve got a visitor” I heard my dad say downstairs.
“Coming” I shouted, who could that be?
I went down only to find—-
“Nicholas?”
“Hi” he said nervously.
What is he doing here now?
