she was about to turn back when saw a guy was about to be shot.

she ran has possible has her leg could carry her. she pushed him and the bullet me her.

she goes down and hit her head on a stone. she pass out. They guy saw this and his eyes flashes in shocked of what just happened. she was rushed to the hospital.

Everett POV

“Everett have you seen Ainsley and Brandon anywhere?” Darrell asked.

“No I didn’t see Ainsley. the two are here few minutes ago” I said and looked around and didn’t see this Ronnie of a girl.

My heart pound. “Check upstairs why I check outside” I said.

Damima and Darrell went to check upstairs.

I and Chad went outside.

when we couldn’t find them. I became so scared.

Damima came to meet us they found Brandon in his room sleeping.

“I can’t find so Ainsley.

did she go home so soon” I said.

“I don’t think so” Damima replied.

“was it the girl in yellow all through?” Chad asked.

“Exactly” I replied.

“Her bag is in there I saw her when she was going upstair” Chad said.

we both rushed upstairs.

we tried to find her but we didn’t see her traces.

“we need to stop the party” Darrell said and go downstairs to demise the party.

we called I doctor immediately to come and check what was wrong with him.

The doctor arrive and carry out s test on him.

“he was given a very hærd drug that make someone weak.

he only need to rest so you should leave him when the effect of the drug is gone, he will be okay”the doctor said.

“Okay doctor thank you” Darrell said.

“I will be going now. don’t disturb him. he will be alright” the doctor said and Leave.

“Ainsley bag is here and she’s not where to be found” Darrell said.

“That’s what am thinking about. I don’t think something is okay with her” Everett said.

“You should go and check her house” Damima said.

“Yes I think that will be a better idea” Darrell said.

I didn’t believe Ainsley knows about my plan since all this while but I became sure when she was running after me.

I didn’t know the road to take but my friend came with a car to take me from there.

“This girl ruin everything” I yelled angrily like an hungry lion.

“Have you given up for her” Lizzy my friend asked.

“Never I will make sure I take my revenge no matter what” I said with a evil grin.

Darrell drove off to Ainsley house.

The twins rushed out to see if it was Ainsley.

but was surprised to see only Darrell.

“Uncle Darrell. where’s hero?”Jemmy asked.

“You mean Ainsley isn’t home yet” Darrell asked.

The twins look at each other confused.

“What are you saying, didn’t she come to the party?” Jemima asked.

“she came but I can’t find her. I even saw her bag so I was wondering how could she drop her bag and come back home” Darrell said.

“Stop playing hide and seek with us uncle. we know our hero is in the car” Jemmy said and went to check the car.

“where’s our hero” Jemima barked.

“what’s going on here” Mrs Addie come out with her husband.

“Good evening ma and sir. I came to check if Ainsley is back home because I couldn’t find her in the party. but Jemmy and Jemima said she haven’t come back” Darrell explained.

“She’s not back. we even thought she was the one you came to drop not until we heard Jemima shout.

“So where could Ainsley have gone to” Darrell said.

“My daughter don’t have any other place to go than work and home” Mr Addie said.

“Ma’am my hero. I have that feeling when she was leaving. I was her missing her badly. hope everything is okay with her” Jemima said with tears form in her eyes.

“Please bring back our hero for us” Jemmy said with tears dropping from his eyes.

“You shouldn’t cry I am sure she will be back soon. maybe she branch somewhere” Darrell said with less assurance.

“You said she left her back. how could she drop her bag and be coming home” Jemmy said. ”

That’s what got me confused” Darrell said.

“Wait a minute. are they shooting a movie here because I don’t get everything you guys are saying” Mrs Addie said.

“Have you tried her number?” Mr Addie asked.

“No I forget to do that” Darrell said.

“How could you forget such thing” Mrs Addie said with so much grief.

Darrell bring out his phone from his Jacket.

He dial her number.

her phone rang somewhere around. he went to his car to check. and found the phone in her bag.

“oh Gosh her phone is here in her bag” Darrell said.

Mrs Addie couldn’t control the heat she start feeling from in,side her.

she sit on the floor uncomfortably.

“please I need my daughter. bring her back to me” Mrs Addie said crying.

“Dear you need to calm down. am sure she will be back soon” Mr Addie try to pacify his wife.

He also felt the pain but he was trying to be strong for the sake of his family.

“Uncle, Aunty I will go and report in the police station. please be strong for Ainsley sake” Darrell said.

“Uncle we will follow you” the twins said.

“There’s no need for that i will come back soon” Darrell said.

Darrell phone beep.

he checked the ID and see it’s Everett.

He picked it up.

“Hello, is she home?” Everett asked from the other end.

“Nope she’s not home yet. I am going to the police custody right now” Darrell replied.

“okay please do that has soon has possible” Everett said and hang the call.

Police station

“Sir we are sorry we can’t do anything till it complete 48hours. we aren’t sure if she’s missing so wait till two days if she didn’t return. that’s when we can do anything” the DPO said.

“Sir this a case of someone missing and you are here splitting trash” Darrell yelled angrily.

“That’s the Constitution sir and we can’t change it” The DPO said.

“I think that Constitution need to be changed immediately” Darrell barked.

Damima call enter his phone. he picked it up and explained everything to her.

“I think you should be coming. don’t fight with them” Damima said From the other end.

“Okay” he said and hang the call.

“You all are disgusting” Darrell barked and leave Angrily.

The next morning

Brandon company

Everett and the rest drive into Brandon company.

Everett get down from the car and rushed to Ronnie table..

she drag her by her shirt and land three resounding slap on her face.

“Where’s is she, how dare you, I know of you plan since. that’s why I keep away from Ainsley maybe you will leave her out of this.

you want to ruin my brother so how does that concern her.

tell me where she’s now before I strangle you” Everett barked.

“Get you freaking hand off me.

how do you expect me to know where she’s. like you said I came here to take revenge from you brother” she said and point to Brandon who stood speechless.

“Yes I came here for him I would have leave Ainsley out of this if she hasn’t been getting on my way.

trying to protect her one sided lover.

well I came here to ruin you BRANDON ERNEST. do you want to know why” Ronnie said and laugh wickedly.

“How dare you” Brandon want to charge at her but Darrell hold him.

“Well well well. let the story begin” Ronnie said with an evils grin.
