I slammed the door open and I see he’s was angry to see the intruder who slammed his door In such manner.
Brandon POV
I raised my head to look at the intruder who slammed my door and barged into my office without a knock.
“You” I said surprised to see Darrell with Everett at his back.
“little baby” I called seeing Everett.
Darrell didn’t allow me to complete my words. he moved closer to me and use his palm to cover my mouth.
“I think I should join you” Everett said and come closer to me.
she covered my nose.
“nooooo” I shouted but my voice was down. I Everett release me and drag my legs.
the two carry me on my table. “Do you guys wanna kill me what’s my offence” I said when Darrell removed his hand from my mouth.
“I think the reason you can still talk is because you we haven’t kill you but you will be dead in few seconds” Darrell said.
“I swear he needs to die. dad and mom need to start preparing for his funeral” Everett said.
“Are you guys crazy. what’s my offence” I shouted trying to release myself from their grip.
“I will leave you only of you tell me the reason you don’t seem to care about me” Everett said.
“That’s her own part I will leave you if you tell me the reason you suspended my friend for work without my consent” Darrell said.
“I can see you guys are really crazy and you really need urgent treatment as soon as possible” I said.
“Kill him” Everett shouted.
“Ok sorry. I will answer your questions one after the other” I said.
“Very good boy” Darrell said and slapped my cheek.
“Guy it hurt you wanna spoil my handsome face.
what will those ladies be crushing for if you ruin my face like your friends did to Ronnie my new staff” I said.
I can see the expression on his face and how he’s interested in what I just said.
“Really how did that happen?” he asked.
“Not until you guys release me” I said and he quickly release me.
“Tell her to leave my legs I said pointing to Everett.
“My pretty damsel please forgive him” he said to Everett.
she shake her head in disagree.
“I will only leave him he answered my question firstly” she said.
“okay my baby. I do really love you I promised” I said with a babilish voice.
“That’s a lie you don’t. if you really do you would have come to pick me up like you promised” she said.
“Am sorry baby doll I was hook up with work. sorry please” I apologise because I know she will not leave me if I didn’t do that.
“You are now forgiven” she said with a pout.
she released my legs. I stand up and hug her tightly.
“I love you girl I really missed you. common smile at me” I said.
“Don’t try to bribe me am still really angry at you but my half mind have forgiven you” she said with a smile.
“I think a will manage that half mind for now till the full one forgive me” I said playing with her cheeks.
“Guy you’ve forgotten you have a case with me” Darrell said and I turn to him.
“So you wanted to kill me because if Ainsley?” I asked.
“I am not only going to kill you, I will just make sure you are dead” he said.
I swear you guys are really vulnerable. I almost die the some minute ago.
I have start to think if I will go an inch closer to heaven” I said.
“I don’t think you will have that chance.
Hell fire straight” he said.
“But I won’t be going alone I will take whoever have hand in my death” I said.
“cheap lie you better stop deceiving yourself” Everett said.
“Guy am listening why do you suspend Ainsley?” he asked.
“She deserved it. I don’t think the person that told you I suspended her told you the full details of what she did” I replied.
“No they didn’t and it’s not bad if you tell me yourself cause am really angry right now” Darrell said with little seriousness.
“Really I think you have her phone number you can call her to asked” I said less concerned.
“I think you have a die wish” he said.
“It is not written in my eyes which means I won’t die anytime soon” I said.
“Common guy joke apart what actually happened” he said with much seriousness.
“Buddy do you think you are okay because the way you sound you seems to care about this Ainsley more than I thought. Or you’ve fallen for that ugly girl” I said teasing him.
“Stop calling her ugly she’s my friend. just tell me what happened” he said.
I could see he is very interested in this.
“wow you must be her soldier. well let me brief you about what happened” I said.
“listening” he said.
I explain everything to him.
“wow I really love that person named Ainsley.
I think I have start to like her without seeing her.
But you should have just warn her instead of suspending her that not nice of you” Everett said.
“You should atleast have informed me I will have speak to her about this but you just go ahead with your decision” Darrell said.
“Really!!!. you sound so serious why will I have to call you.
if I could remember she came here alone and when she’s was showing the rule and regulation she never make mentioned of who we are going to report her to if she breaks the rule” I said.
“But atleast you should have informed me about this” he said.
“this a company guy and there are rules and regulations that govern everyone no matter the relations we might have with them. So bussiness apart friendsh¡p apart” I said.
“But sometimes friendsh¡p needs to be respected. you should sometimes consider your friendsh¡p” he said.
“Guy your point of view is different from mine.
To me if you allow what you aren’t supposed to take because of friendsh¡p then you will be taking for granted” I said.
“I fully understand you but atleast little respect should be there” he said.
“Moreover this girl in particular isn’t my friend.
we aren’t close not even a bit.
She just my staff and that’s all so why all this preaching.
I think I have a better idea you can let her work with you for a week since you respected your friendsh¡p with her” I said.
“No Brandon that words is too harsh. he’s your friend not you errand boy” Everett said.
“Oh you small chick don’t even have respect for me again” I said looking at my sister with a funny face.
“Just trying to be naughty like you are. you are speaking to him the way you shouldn’t be” Everett said.
“Oh boy so you are taking his side.
am very sure he’s not angry that’s our usual habit of speaking to ourselves. he’s used to it” I said.
“Am really angry. I won’t be angry only if you call her back” Darrell said with a pout.
“Yes I will take all my forgiveness back if you refused to call her back” Everett said.
Am stuck now. the two of you are challenging me because of Ainsley” I said.
“Yes is better you call her back because without that we won’t forgive you” Darrell said.
“I don’t think that’s can be possible. do you both heard me well. my rule is my rule and it govern everyone including both of you” I said.
