“You want us to date?” I asked puzzled by his words.

“Yes, let’s start dating.” He paused and moved closer to me. “I really can’t wait no more, Tina I really like you.” He said and held my hand.

“Are you ok? Feranmi it’s me Tina.” I asked beating my chest to Indicate it’s me

“I know it’s you Tina, and that’s what surprised me the most, I don’t know what has gotten into me, am going crazy for you.” He replied with his face beaming with sincerity.

“I need to go.” I said and stood to my feet.

“No, don’t go, Tina, please.” He begged holding my hand.

“To be honest with you feranmi, I have this feeling of uncertainty towards you, am not sure what it is yet, just give me time to think it through.” I said and exit the room.

It’s now or never, I know Tina and feranmi has grown more close and I can’t stand that fact.

I can’t lose Tina to feranmi. Never!.

I need to come up with a plan.

*The next day*

The following day, I was in my room when the door bell rang.

I head to the living room to get the door but, surprisingly I saw seyi in front of me smiling excitedly.

“What are you doing here?” I questioned him.

“To apologize for my wrongdoings, I know I was wrong, would you let me in please?” He asked diligently.

“Of course.” I responded and invited him in.

He’s here to apologize?

For his wrongdoings?

If he thinks that’s going to make me fall for him, he’s definitely wrong.

I might not be sure yet, but my heart doesn’t beat faster for him but for someone else.

“Would you like a drink?” He asked bringing out a bottle of an expensive beverage from the package he was holding.

“Seyi, please go straight to the point, and one thing you need to know, all this can never make me fall for you.”

“Just as you can see am here to apologize, I know I was wrong, and the best way to do that which is known to me is this, would you like a drink?” He said followed with a convincing smile.

“Ok.” I replied sitting close to him.

“So, am sorry for playing with your heart, it wasn’t intentional.”

“Apologies accepted.” I replied back.

“So, a drink to toast to our reunion?”

“Of course, I will be right back.” I left him for the kitchen to get a cup and soon re-emerged sitting close to him.

“Here, you go.” He said and poured me a drink.

I sipped on it and my ears became blurry, my head heavy, I felt dizzy and so I slept off.

RINNGGGG!!!!

my door bell rang which drift my thoughts from the game I was playing.

I strut to the door aimlessly only to meet seyi at the door steps.

“What are you doing here?” I asked unfriendly.

“Won’t you invite me in?” He asked with a smiles.

“Come in.” I said and invited him in.

“I really miss you feranmi and I want us to get together as friends.”

“Is that why you are here?”

“Of course, we should not let a mere girl like Tina come in between us, well I wouldn’t say she’s a mere girl.” He said and shrugged.

“What do you mean?” I asked looking at him suspiciously.

“Hmm… I don’t know how to tell you this, but as proof take this.” He replied and hands over his phone to me.

“What’s this?” I asked bewildered to see him lieing on the couch with Tina half naked.

“That’s proof that am dating Tina.”

“What?”

“Yes, Tina is my girlfriend so stay off.”

“Don’t you dare lie to me.” I said aggressively and punched him.

“That’s it. You are just too scared, she doesn’t like you, you know what she said? She hates you, every of your actions towards her was disgusting, or do you think she will actually be yours? After everything, after all you did?”

“I said shut up.” I yelled at him and grabbed him by his collar.

“That’s a lie.” A voice said behind us and it was Tina’s. “People never change, I don’t belong to you Seyi.” She added and moved closer to me.

I woke up to find myself half naked, what the hell?

Was I drugged? If not I wouldn’t have fallen asleep after I took that drink.

And now I found myself half naked.

What exactly did seyi do?

I really hate that bastard, how could I have trusted him.

Could feranmi have known about this too, was it planned by them.

Without a second thought I grabbed my bag and boarded a car to feranmi’s place.

I arrived at his doorstep only to hear the conversation between them.

So, it wasn’t feranmi but seyi, why is he doing this?

It’s not like it made me like him more or something.

I entered the room and gave him the shock of his life.

I don’t like him and it’s about time he knows that.

“My heart beats for one person and that’s feranmi.” I said and his jaw dropped.

“Tina.” Feranmi muttered surprised.

“Tina.. what.. are … you doing here.” He stuttered and we all stared at each other in that awkward atmosphere.

“I like you feranmi, I told you I have some uncertain feelings towards you, I think am certain about it now, I like you.” I replied facing feranmi and they both looked bewildered.

“Tina, you shouldn’t talk like this, you don’t like him stop saying that!” Seyi yelled at the top of his voice.

I know what I want and that’s feranmi not this arrogant fool, a player.

“I like you too.” Feranmi replied walking towards me. “No, it’s more than like.” He added as seyi just stood to a spot watching us.

“It’s more than like?” I asked and my heart skipped a beat just looking into his eyes.

“Yes.” He replied and moved me closer to him within a second he crashed his lips on mine.

Is this for real? He kissed me? Lost in that joy I couldn’t help but to respond to his kiss and we both devoured each other affectionately not minding seyi.

“Let’s see how this goes.” Seyi threatened and left.

“I can’t believe this.” Feranmi said and gave a sigh of relief.

“I can’t too.” I replied then hugged him.

“Tommorow is going to be a very good day.” He said stressing the last word and we both chuckled.

Am i finally dating? I thought I would never date.

So it has finally gotten to this, how could he kiss her?

I won’t let this go, I promise to get her.

No matter what? I will use any way known to me.

👱🏾‍♂️ Feranmi’s pov 👱🏾‍

“I really don’t want you to go.” I said to Tina holding onto her on her doorstep.

“But I’ve got to, mum will be home anytime soon and she knows I have no class today.” She replied holding my hands tightly.

“Ok, guess this is where we say goodbye right?”

“Yes, I guess so too.” She replied smiling with her hands on her door handle.

“Ok, bye.” I replied and made to leave.

“Wait.” She stopped me halfway.

“What?” I asked turning back to her.

“This.” She said giving me a quick kiss which fluttered me. “A goodbye kiss.” She added and winked at me as she rushed inside.

“Oh my God!” I said with heavy breaths.

What was that? I thought as my heart became heavy and wouldn’t stop beating fast.

I stood still for a while looking at the door if she would come out again, but it was effortless.

I couldn’t stop thinking about the kiss and turned to leave when I heard her door open.

“You are still here?” She asked which startled me, her face and her lips just sparks up my heart in some ways.

Would I say I love her? Is it that easy to fall in love?

I just want to touch her body and hold her would it be too early?

Would it be too early to tell her I want her.

I stared at her face as I gulped on nothing and she glared back.

My whole body feels on fire, I felt so tensed.

Suddenly, she smiles at me and it got me lost in her epitome of beauty.

Fuck shit!! I just want to hold her, have her body in my arms and that’s what am gonna do.

I walked towards her fearlessly and gripped her by the jaw.

“Tina, I love you.” I said boldly and her face broadened with excitement.

“You love…” Stopping her from talking I held her waist and draw her near to me.

I stared at her face for a sec and crashed my lips on her affectionately and passionately.

I held her face and tightened the kiss on her, she kissed me back and opened the door.

We rushed inside kissing each other roughly, she reclined her back on the wall while still kissing, and I reached for her boobs and we both looked at each other surprised.

Am sure the question on our mind is are we going to do it?🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️.
