The next day, Irene, Mj and Leo walked into the class and everyone started to clap
“I can’t believe you are back Irene ” Zoey said as she ran to Irene
“Leo and Mj are standing together, could it be they have reconciled? ” Sage whispered to Sophia
“Do you think that’s possible? Those two are sworn enemies ” Sophia whispered back
Mj looked at Leo and pat him on the shoulder
” I will be back, buddy ” he said and walked out of the class
The class opened their mouth with shock
“Did he just say buddy? “Jane, the vice president said
” I can’t believe it, I really can’t believe it” Sophia said shaking her head
Zoey looked at Irene and sighed
“We really thought you guys are not coming back ” she said and Irene held her hand
“We are back now ”
“Thanks for saving Mj, everyone has been talking about you for saving him ” Zoey said and looked around
“But where is Ella? Mj’s cousin, I thought you guys live together ”
“that’s right, she left very early saying she has something to do ” Irene replied
“Its hærd to believe Mj and Leo reconciled, it’s just unbelievable ” Zoey gushed and Irene smiled

Mj walked to the rooftop to meet Ella
“We could have just talked at home, Why did you want us to talk here? ” Mj said and Ella moved closer to him
“Your house is no longer a save place, I figured out how the news about you having heart disease and about you k-ssing Irene got out ” she said and Mj arched his brow
“How? ”
“There’s an hidden camera at every single room In your house ” she said and Mj scoffed
“Hidden camera? Who is playing such immature game? ” he asked and Ella smirked
“Who else do you think it would be? ” she said and folded her arms
“Who?”
“It was Riele, your first love whom you cherished so much, and she told me she has her eye on Irene . I know you like Irene that’s why I’m telling you this, please protect Irene ” Ella said and walked away
Mj couldn’t believe what he just heard
“Riele? Why would she do such a thing? ” he thought to himself and walked to the school garden

“We should have a welcoming party for the four of you including Ella ” Jane said to Irene and she smiled
“It’s okay ” Irene said and Zoey stood up
“No, it’s not, everyone go to the cafeteria and eat whatever you want, Mj will pay for everything ” Zoey yelled and the students ran to the cafeteria
“Did you just say Mj will pay? ” Irene asked her and she nod
“Of course he should, he is the richest actor in this country after all” she said and sage shook her head
“you are so dead when Mj finds out ” Sage said and sashayed away
“What’s with that drama queen? ” Zoey murmured and looked at Irene and Leo who were still seating
“What are you guys still doing seated? Hurry up let’s go to the cafeteria” she said and drag the both of them

Irene ,Ella and Leo sat on a table eating but Irene kept looking back for Mj
“Why isn’t he here? ” she asked
“Who? Mj? ” Ella asked and she nod
Leo stood up and dropped his chopstick
“I will be back ” he said and walked outside
“How did you make them reconcile? ” Ella asked
“Ugh? It wasn’t me ” Irene replied
“I heard our test is coming in two days, we have to study, we missed class ” Ella said and Irene nod

Leo walked to the garden and saw Mj seated there
“What are you doing here? ” he asked and sat beside him
“It was Riele ” he said and Leo looked at him
“What do you mean? ”
“The one who revealed My heart disease to everyone was Riele ”
“I thought it was only Irene who knew about it ”
“Riele planted a camera in my room ” he said and Leo scoffed
“She hasn’t a bit ” he said and Mj sighed
“Everything is over now, why do you look so down ” Leo asked him
“Because I didn’t believe she would do something Like that ” he said and Leo threw his hand across his shoulder
“Hey Buddy, Everyone is having a welcoming party, why don’t we join them? ” Leo said and they both walked back to the cafeteria
“Mj is here ” a student announced and everyone looked at him
“Zoey told us to eat everything we want, she said the money is on you” Jane said and Zoey nod
“Are you crazy? Do you expect me to pay for everything you are gonna….. ” Leo pinched him before he could complete his statement
“be nice for once, will you? ” he whispered to him
“Well, what i meant was that you should eat everything you want, I’m going to pay for everything, I mean everything ” he said and faked a smile
After school, the four were on their way back home when Some group of girls from another school ran to Mj
“I told you it’s Mj ” one of them said and gushed
“Mj, we are your fans, I can’t believe I’m seeing you in real life ” another girl said as they all brought out a pen and book
“Could you give us your autograph? ” one of them asked and touched His clothes
“Who said you can touch me, Irene what are you doing? You are my manager, you should be preventing them from………. ” Irene stepped on his toe before he Could complete his statement
“Ouch! ”
“They are your fans, treat them well ” she whispered to him and he collected their notes Sharply
” I will gladly sign this autograph ” he said and faked a smile

Mj walked to Riele’s house and rang the door bell
She opened the door and smiled when she noticed it was Mj
“I’m glad you came to pay me a visit, I miss you ” She said and wanted to hug Mj but he moved back
“Why did you do it? ” he asked and she sighed
“What do you mean? ”
“You planted a camera in my room and revealed it to everyone that I have heart disease ” he said and Riele stared at the ground
“Why did you kept it from everyone? That you were born with the disease? ”
“Because I hate getting attentions ” he replied and Riele grinned
“You are a celebrity mj, there is no way you won’t get people’s attention ”
“What’s your point? ”
“People are always over stressing you because you are an actor ”
“Don’t tell me you did that so that I will stop acting? ” he asked and Riele nod
“Are you crazy? Without acting, I won’t be able to feed myself ” he said and Riele scoffed
“I should have known, you are someone who loves his job than his girlfriend ” she said and Mj turned to leave but she hugged him from the back
“Don’t leave me ” she said and Mj jerked her hands away
“Don’t touch me! ” he yelled at her
“Are you going to start avoiding me now? Why? Because of who? Is it because of that girl called Irene? ” she said and Mj looked at her
“How did you know Irene? ”
“Don’t tell me it’s because of her.. I knew it, you are always looking at her, you are always”
“You are right, I’m in love with that girl ” he said and grinned

Irene sat on the couch waiting for Mj when Leo walked to her and sat beside her
“Hi ” she said and smiled and Leo responded by smiling back
“What are you doing here alone? ” he asked
“Nothing ” she responded and there was silence for some minutes before Irene broke the silence
“Thanks for making up with Mj ” she said and Leo stared at the ground
“Have you thought about it? ” he asked and she looked at him
“ugh?”
“My feelings for you, have you thought about them? ” he asked but Irene couldn’t say anything
“Why aren’t you saying anything? ”
“Leo, I……. ”
“Were they just empty words to you that day?” he asked staring directly into her eyes
“Leo ”
“Are my feelings a joke?” he said as he stood up
“Then why did you lie that day? ” Irene asked and he arched his brow
“What? ”
“That day when you gave me back my necklace, Mj was the one who brought it out from the pool not you” she said and Leo looked away
” i never said i was the one who brought it out…… I” he paused and looked at her again
“Why are you suddenly changing the topic? ” he asked
“What about my feelings? What about me? ” he asked and Irene sighed
“I am good at waiting so I will wait for your answers, until then, don’t ever look at any guy ” he said and walked back to his room

Leo walked to his room and slammed the door
He recalled the day He saw Mj and Irene k-ssing
“You can’t give him a place in your heart ” he said stared at the ceiling

“I’m sorry Leo ” she said and held his hand
“I like another person ”
“By another person do you mean Mj? ” he asked and she slowly nod
” Why him? ” he asked and she slowly released his hand
“I fell in love with him at first sight ” she said and Leo scoffed
“What about me, what did you think of me? ” he asked
“I think of you as a friend i can rely on, a trustworthy friend, and a true friend to Mj ” she said and walked away

Mj sat on a bench outside and Irene walked to him
“Why are you sitting here alone? ” she asked and sat beside him
“I heard your conversation with Leo ” he said and stared at the sky
“Do you like him?” he asked and Irene looked at him
“Why are you asking me that? ”
“Just because………. ”
“Just because? ”
“I was curious ” he said and looked at her
“Why are you suddenly curious about my rom-nce life? ” she said and Mj grinned
“I feel like I’m a bad friend ” he said
“Why? ”
“I’m not sure too. Everyday I’m always sorry to him, because I stole his first love ” he said and Irene giggled
“Don’t laugh, this is not funny ” he whined
“You didn’t steal his first love, Riele was the one who chose you ”
“I know ” he said and stared at the sky while Irene did the same too
“I love watching the stars, don’t they remind you of something? ” she asked and Mj nod
“Of course, whenever I see them, they remind me of my mom ” he said and Irene stared at him
“Stop staring at me like that, you didn’t kill her ” he said and Irene looked away
“What killed your mother? ” she asked and Mj closed his eyes before answering
“It was an accident, a car accident ” he said Irene stared at the ground
“That day, I was standing at the roadside but i couldn’t do anything when my mom got Hit by a car” he said and this made Irene more sorry
She wanted to tell him the truth but was afraid of the consequences
She suddenly felt Mj’s head on her shoulder
“What are you doing? ”
“Let me sleep like this for a while ” he said and closed his eyes
“I’m sorry Mj, I’m really sorry ” she thought to herself
The next day………….
Leo and mj sat in the garden during lunch break
They were both busy with their phones
Leo was playing a game while Mj was searching for something
“What are you looking for? ” Leo asked
“I took a picture of some cars, I’m looking for the one that hit my mom five years ago ” he said and Leo stopped and looked at him
“What? ”
“Don’t mind me and continue what you were doing ”
“Why are you bringing up that again, you never did all these for five years ” Leo said
“That’s because I thought the police would help ”
“But they caught the culprit ” Leo half yelled and Mj looked at him
“Why are you yelling at me? It wasn’t that man who hit my mother, he looked so innocent ”
“Criminals do look innocent at something like this ” Leo said and sighed with frustration
“Then let me ask you, if it turned out that the person is innocent, What are you going to do to the real culprit? ” Leo asked and Mj dropped his phone and looked at him
“Since you are curious, I will tell you ” he said and Leo nod
“I’m going to kill that person, and everyone else who knew about my mother’s death ” he said with a deadly glare
