Nicholas stopped the car and faced Kristen,,
“Kristen,,,are you okay??” He asked
“I’m good,but sleepy. Oh,,we are here,,thanks” she said and opened the door.
Nicholas also got down from the car
“Are you going in??” Kristen asked
“Yeah,,I want to say hello to her before leaving” Nicholas replied
“Acting like a good man now?? ” she chuckled
“You know I am good” Nicholas said
“Hmm”
Nicholas pulled her closer and pressed his l-ips on her neck before letting her go,,
They entered the house and met Mrs Craig coming downstairs,she felt so happy to see them.
“Son!!” She called happily
“Morning mother” Nicholas greeted and gave her a quick hug
“Wow,,it’s good to see you” Mrs Craig said
“You too mother,,”
Kristen cleared her throat and Mrs Craig faced her
“I am here” Kristen said
“Oh,,Kristen.” Mrs Craig smiled
“Don’t be jealous” Nicholas teased her
“Am not” She snapped and sat down
“I will be on my way now mother” Nicholas saud
“Why so soon??” Mrs Craig asked
“Just came to say hello to you,,” He replied
“Are you leaving with Kristen??’
“No,,she’s staying” Nicholas replied
“Okay son,,bye and be careful”
“I will” Nicholas replied and pecked Kristen’s cheek before going out.
Mrs Craig immediately sat down beside Kristen who gave her a questioning look
“Kristen,,you’re pregnant” She said
“How did you know??” Kristen asked
“I am your mother” She replied
“I was about telling you though” Kristen said
Mrs Craig sighed
“When are you two getting married??” She asked
“What?? He just proposed last night” Kristen replied showing her the ring in her hand
“So?? You two have to make things fast before the baby bump get more obvious,,” Mrs Craig said
“But,,I can’t force things right?? I don’t mind getting married after the baby is out” Kristen said
“What?? Are you kidding me now??” Mrs Craig asked
“I’m not kidding you mom,,I am not rushing either,,am still young anyway” Kristen rolled her eyes
“You’re still young and you got impregnated,,you should have told him you’re still young” Mrs Craig frowned
Kristen laughed
“Don’t worry mom,,we are getting married soon. He love me so much and I also love him so keep your mind at rest” Kristen said
“Oh Lord” Mrs Craig sighed
“I am so hungry,,what do you have home?? Am starving” Kristen said and stood up from the couch going into the kitchen
“Do you have any apples at home??” Kristen asked and opened the fridge
“Apples?? For what??” Mrs Craig asked
“For eating of course,,I really want it now” Kristen said
“I don’t understand,,you never liked it. Why now??”
“I don’t know,,I just seem to love it nowadays” She replied
“Oh,,wow,,you have alot” Kristen grinned and brought the apples out.
She sat down and started eating,,
“So,,what’s up mom.”
“Your dad came here ” Mrs Craig said
Kristen stopped eating and faced her,,,
“Why?? Did you allow him in??” She asked
“He came to apologize Kristen,,,,,”
“Apologize for what exactly?? For turning Iris into a drug addict or for failing as a father to me?? Or for his failure as a good husband to you mom?? Look at yourself mom,,you’re just f**king recovering from all his beatings. I don’t get,,what has he done to you ??”
“Kristen,,I know everything,i don’t support any damn thing about him but the truth is even if I won’t take him back,,He’s your father Kristen,,”
“I don’t have a father,,I tell everyone any damn time that my dad is dead.” Kristen Snapped and bite her apple angrily
“What?? Kristen,your father is not dead,,,”
“But he’s as f**king good as a dead man to me”Kristen replied
Mrs Craig sighed and stood up,,she sat down close to her and hugged her.
Kristen broke into tears
“I understand you,,,but he deserves a second chance,,,”
“No,,,I don’t want to have anything to do with him,,,,no” Kristen said
“Okay,,stop crying. It’s not good for the baby,,please”

*The Bill’s Company**
Andrew opened the door and entered,Nicholas looked at him.
“At least tell me to sit down” Andrew said
Nicholas scoffed
“You can sit if you want” He said
Andrew sat down and sighed
“So,,why are you here?? What do you want to talk about??” Nicholas asked
“Let’s talk about each other” Andrew said
“Each other?? Like what??”
“Let’s end all these and start over again” Andrew said
“Well sorry I don’t want to,,I am okay this way and I don’t want us to start anything over again. Thanks” Nicholas replied
“Don’t act tough,,,I know you want us to be friends again” Andrew teased
“I hate your confidence,,sorry to disappoint you. I don’t want any friendsh¡p”
“Do you want me to start begging you now??”
“Andrew stop okay?? You almost destroyed my family and my relationsh¡p,,you think I am just going to forget about everything?? Don’t be mistaken” Nicholas said
“Okay,,,I am sorry. I was,,,I was just jealous of you. I know it’s crazy but,,,I really hate it when you get things,mostly things I also want and you end up getting them easily,,,” Andrew said sadly
“That’s dumb,,really dumb. We were friends. We should be happy for each other,,but you destroyed everything even when I was always considerate for you. You f**king destroyed everything with your silly selfishness” Nicholas said
Andrew sighed and stood up,he walked to Nicholas
“Okay,,I know I was selfish. I admit everything was my fault,but can we forget the past now?? Please,,I really regret everything I’ve done” He said to Nicholas
“I am only going to accept because Kristen want us back,,I don’t know why. But that doesn’t mean I trust you,,,” Nicholas said
“I will make you trust me again” Andrew said and hugged him even though Nicholas didn’t reciprocate.

After settling with Nicholas,Andrew left without telling him about the business.
‘He’s going to think I reconciled with him because of money,,I will rather loose the contract’ he thought

*Hospital**
The sound of the machine keep on beeping gently as Magan held Shane’s hand and keep on k-ssing it in tears,,
She blamed herself for what happened to him,maybe if she hadn’t rejected him,he would be fine.
Her problem is,she doesn’t understand her own feelings. How much she want to accept him into her life,she just couldn’t get the right feelings for him. Maybe it’s love or not.
But seeing him laying on the bed unconsciously made her realize how much she love and care about him,,she was just too blind to see it.
“Shane,,,please wake up. I promise to accept your love this time. Just open your eyes,,,I love you” She said
Shane’s hand moved a little and she noticed it,,
“Shane?? Shane” She immediately stood up and ran out.
She came back with a Doctor
“I saw him,,he moved his fingers. Please check him” She rushed her words
“Calm down,,he will be fine” The Doctor said and checked Shane while Megan watched in silence
The Doctor faced her,
“What happened?? Is he okay?? Why is he not waking up?? ”
“He will be fine,,just stay by his side. I am sure he will wake up soon” The Doctor assured
Megan sighed
“Don’t you think it’s becoming too late?? I want him to open his eyes as soon as possible,please do everything within your power,please I don’t want to loose him” Megan said in tears
“Miss,,come on. He will be okay” The Doctor said
“I hope so” Megan said and sat down beside Shane
The Doctor smiled a little and exit the room.

**Silver Valley**
“Hey,,come with me” Max said and grabbed Iris’s hand
Without waiting for her response,he walked out of the class with Iris
“Gosh Max,,where are we going?? I can’t run” Iris said
“Should I carry you then??” Max asked
“Don’t you dare,,but where are you dragging me to??”
“I have good news for you” Max said
“What is it??” Iris asked
“I think My brother and your sister’s boyfriend are good now,,I heard them speaking to each other,,,”
“Are you kidding me?? I don’t think so” Iris scoffed
“I am telling you the truth,you can ask your sister if you doubt it” Max said
“Oh my God,,if you’re really saying the truth,so does that mean we,,,”
“We don’t need to hide anything anymore,,” Max interrupted and lifted her up in a hug
“Wow,,that’s amazing. But are you really sure about this??” Iris asked
Max sighed and dropped her
“Of course” He said
Iris hugged him tightly again
“I can’t believe I can be so happy just because of this” She muttered
“Me too” Max said and withdrawn from the hug.
“So,,,it’s weekend,,can we hang out tomorrow?? I’ve been waiting for this” Max said and Iris laughed
“Sounding like a good boyfriend” Iris teased
“Do I need to argue with you that I am the best boyfriend in the world?” Max asked
“Best boyfriend?? ”
“Of course,,don’t worry. Now that we won’t be hiding,,do you want me to show you what a good boyfriend is??” He whispered into her ear
“I can’t wait to see that” She chuckled
They were both interrupted by a sudden clap behind them
They both turned
Jimmy was standing there
“What” Max asked
“Can we return to the class now?? We have a class,thanks” Jimmy said and turned to leave
Iris left Max and ran to him,,
“Your face is ugly right now,,are you jealous??” Iris asked with her arms barely on his shoulder
“Of course I am,,you two spend most time together forgetting me. Remember we were friends first” Jimmy said
“Oh,,you’re so cute” Iris said and touched his cheek
“Don’t be jealous,,we are still friends okay??” Iris said
“Are you even sure of that? I don’t think so” Jimmy enounced
“Yeah” Iris said and pecked his cheek
“That’s not allowed,,,it’s a no” Max said and came between them
Jimmy scoffed
“Get off,,” He pulled Max off and grabbed Iris’s hand more closer
Iris chuckled and shook her head
“I don’t understand,who is the boyfriend??” Max asked pulling Iris closer to himself also.
“Are you guys being serious right now?? My arms are hurting” Iris complained
“Tell him to let you go first” Jimmy said
Iris faced Max
“I am your boyfriend” Max said and Iris laughed out
“Stop reminding her that,we all know you’re her boyfriend” Jimmy said
“Okay guys,,,,,,Max please can you leave me??” Iris asked
“Seriously?? You’re asking me to leave you?” Max asked
“I added please,,” She grinned
“I can’t believe this” Max bite his l-ips
“Be fast about it” Jimmy smirked
Max let go of her hand,,
“Good boy” Jimmy smiled and Carried Iris in a Bridal style,,
He winked at Max before walking away,,
“What’s going on right now??” Max asked himself and ran after them
“You two are crazy,,I can’t laugh anymore please” Iris said unable to control her laughter.

“Wow,,so you mean I can now call you mummy??” Jenna asked happily
“Yeah you can,,since daddy and I will be getting married” Kristen smiled and showed her the ring
“Wow,,daddy gave this to you?”Jenna asked
Kristen nodded
“Mummy!!!!” Jenna scre-med out and it almost scared Kristen
“What,,why scre-ming??” Kristen asked
“I’ve always wanted to say that,,I am happy I can now call you that” Jenna said
Kristen smiled and hugged her

“Goodnight Jenna” Kristen said and k-ssed her hair
“Goodnight mummy” Jenna replied
Kristen smiled and left the room.
Nicholas was waiting for her when she came in,,immediately he spread her arms for her and she hugged him
“She’s asleep now??” Nicholas asked
“Yeah,,,,” Kristen replied
“So,,how was it?”
“She was so happy when I told her,,she even scre-med out mummy ” Kristen laughed
“I know that,,she really love you” Nicholas said
“You said you have something to talk to me about” Kristen said and sat up
“Your mom spoke to me” Nicholas started
“About what??”
“Your dad”
Kristen scoffed
“You should forgive him Kristen,no matter what,He’s your father”
“He’s not,,hearing his name alone gives me headaches” Kristen said
“I understand how you feel okay?? But you can’t keep this forever,,,so for my sake,forgive him.”
“I don’t have anything against him,,but I don’t want to have anything to do with him” She replied
“You told me to reconcile with Andrew and I obeyed ,,,now it’s your turn to do what I am saying. So why is it hærd to do??” Nicholas asked
“That’s different ” Kristen said
“How is it different??”
“Okay,fine if you are not going to do what I want. Then,,goodnight” Nicholas said and laid on the bed ,he faced the other side of the room.
Kristen tapped him
“Are you angry??” She asked
“Don’t talk to me,,sleep”
“But I can’t sleep without your hands around me” She said
“Not tonight,I am mad at you”
Kristen broke into tears which surprised Nicholas,,he immediately faced her.
“Kristen?? What happened??” He asked seeing her teary eyes
He run his hand through his hair and sighed
“Kristen,,,okay fine,,,come here” He said pulling her closer.
“Don’t talk to me” She snapped and moved away from him
“Kristen,,,okay I am sorry. ” He said and pulled her closer with his arms around her wa-ist
“You cry for every little thing,is it because of the baby in you??” Nicholas teased
“Are you teasing me again??”
“I am sorry” He said and k-ssed her hair
“But,,you really need to forgive your dad. Please,,for me,,okay??”
“I will,,,because I love you” Kristen said
“Wow,,really??”
“Yea,,”
“I love you more ” Nicholas smiled and continue patting her back until she fell asleep.

**Next Morning**
Kristen and Nicholas couldn’t believe their eyes to see Mrs Bill in the mansion so early in the morning,,
“Mother,,what are you doing here??” Nicholas asked
“Morning mom” Kristen greeted
Mrs Bill ignored their greetings and sat down
“Get me water” She said to a maid
Kristen and Nicholas faced each other in confusion and turned back to her
After she drank the water,she breathe out and faced them.
“So,,,,I and my husband have chosen your wedding date” She said
“What??!!” Nicholas and Kristen shouted at the same time.
