His voice when he voiced out that name shows how shocked he was but at the same time, his voice held joy and excitement
She slowly stood and they stared at each other for what looked like forever till he took steady slow steps towards her
His hands traveled to her cheeks as if to verify if it’s really her and Immediately his palm rested on her cheeks, her eyes became glassy and tears fell from them
“V…Val” he stuttered and tears escaped his eyes too, flowing down his handsome face
“It’s really you” he said, smiling
She held his hands on her cheeks and more tears fell from her eyes
“Grumpy bear….baby love” she said slowly as if her voice will break if she says it louder
The comfort of his chest was the next place she found herself at, he hugged her so tight, the type of tightness that almost caused suffocation
Their tears kept streaming down their faces non-stop and their hearts kept thumping on each other
He stroked her hair gently and his breath kept brushing her shoulder, that alone is soothing on it’s own
She let her hands tangle behind him and never wants to let him go anytime soon
The song playing in the speakers has changed, it’s now “I WANNA GROW OLD WITH YOU” by Westlife and it’s just the best for this kind of time
Their tears w-t their shoulders as they stood still in each other’s arms,…yeah at last, they found each other again after a year..

” I would have gone back to Paris but then I thought; ‘what if she hates me now for telling her how I feel and then running away?’, ‘What if she has moved on?’, What if I’ve been forgotten?’…I know I’m a coward for thinking that way but I just can’t help it, showing up and getting rejected will kill me I swear” Dwayne said
They’re both sitting at a quiet place in the city, a playground beside a school that’s just quiet with bright lights around
Dwayne is sitting on the tiled ground while Valerie is sitting between his legs, coiled like a cold kitten on his chest with her eyes closed
Her breathing is soft and gentle, typical of someone taking a rest, he’s gently stroking her hair like a caring mother will do to her pretty daughter, their minds are busy thinking of nothing but not leaving each other again and she kept snuggling closer every minute though there’s barely any space between them
“Fool” she mouthed, opening her eyes and sitting up so she’ll face him, their faces radiated newfound happiness as they stared
“I know I’m a fool” he replied
“Do you know how hurt I was?, Despite that I never stopped loving you, I never stopped hoping for you to come back to me after everything came back to normal, I never stopped hoping for a day we’ll meet again, I never stopped reminiscing about our memories together and I never stopped kssing the bracelet every blessed minute… you’re my all and I mean it” she said with lots of emotion in her eyes
He held her hands and sighed
“I never stopped thinking about you too, and that’s why even when I know a lot about surgery already, when I was invited to perform surgery on a kid, I rejected it cos if I try it, I’ll end up killing cos I won’t concentrate while operating, I lived all the days I’ve lived apart from you in sorrow, and my nights are always teary cos I always imagine us kssing and… Melting in each other’s arms, Val I love you so much” he said, raising up her hand to kss it
She smiled and he returned it
“I’m glad we met again, under the snowflakes like you said in the letter” she said.
*Yeah, I’m the happiest person right now Val, butterflies won’t stop flapping their wings in my stomach,.. by the way happy Valentine” he said
” Happy valentine baby love” she replied…
She can’t ever forget the taste of his l-ips and neither can he, so when their l-ips met each other in a gentle kss
“And you’ll forever be my one and only snowdrop, right now it’s always and forever, never to leave each other” he replied and claimed her l-ips hungrily again

“Sara is such a crybaby, why will she cry over every small thing” Robin complained when Sara started crying again when Melanie was busy cooking dinner
“Just play with her, she’ll stop crying, or bribe her with something dear” Melanie replied from the kitchen
” Oh…her feeding cup” he thought, getting it from the warmer
He placed it on her l-ips and she s-cked on it hungrily
“Whoa! So this is how it works, at this rate you’ll like food a lot when you grow up like me” he said, smiling as Sara continued feeding on the milk
“Your big brother is now eight years old, and should I tell you a secret baby sis? , I had my first kss” he whispered
” You had what?” Melanie said behind him, she has actually been watching him quietly
Robin looked back in surprise
“When did you get there?” He said
“You had your first kss?, At eight?, Go$h Robin” she said, picking up Sara from the cot
” I actually kssed Michelle, it was a short one anyways” he replied slowly
” You both are still so young for that, why do you always act older than your age dear* Melanie said
“I’m grown up , I turned eight just last month” he replied
“I know, but do you know young adults like you will have cooties if you kss at this age” she replied
” Cooties?, eew!” He remarked
” So now if you don’t wanna get cooties on your body, it’s better not to kss again till when you’re grown up, promise?” Melanie said
” Ok , I promise mum” he replied with a wide smile
” My cute little Sara” Melanie said, stroking the back of the hairy beauty
“I have to do my assignments mum, I’ll be in the study” Robin winked and rushed upstairs
Melanie’s phone buzzed, it’s a call from Valerie, she smiled and picked gladly
“Cute sis!”
“Sis I’m so happy, I’m too happy” she gushed loudly
” Ok at the risk of losing my ears, what really happened?” She asked
“My Grumpy Bear..I found him here”
” You must be kidding” Melanie replied
” I can’t possibly kid over something like this sis, I found my baby love right here, we met last night and I can’t just stop being happy since then, after so long” Valerie said, booming with happiness
” Wow, that’s great news and I’m so happy for you dear, you deserve happiness now that you’ve found your one and only” Melanie replied happily too
” Yes sis, I’m too happy, I won’t be able to attend MV’s live concert this time, I’ll watch it when he releases the video and I can’t wait” she said
” Ok baby, you should tell Daddy about it too” Melanie said
” Of course I’ll ring it all-over the world that my love is back to me” she replied
” And now you can stop being a crybaby” Melanie laughed

” Bye cutie” Melanie continued laughing till she cut the call…
“Surprise” Sally entered the house Immediately with Leo behind her, she took leave from work till she’ll conceive and Philip had to hire a temporary manager
“Sally!” Melanie gushed, gently placing baby Sara on her cot before going to embrace her though her protruding stomach is being an obstacle now
Leo went straight to Sara and pecked her
“She’s so cute” he smiled
“I know right?” Melanie smiled, breaking the hug with Sally
Sally came to peck Sara too and the little baby smiled to their surprise
“She just smiled , my baby smiled” Melanie said
“I want my baby to be cute like her” Sally said, rubbing her stomach
Leo bent in front of her and peck her stomach
“Yes, we’re gonna have a cute baby, but he’s gonna be a cute naughty baby like Robin,…I want a boy” he said
” Any gender is fine” Sally smiled
*By the way dinner is almost ready” Melanie said and almost immediately, Philip returned from work
“Love!” Melanie gushed, he w¡dened his arms as he walked in fully and she hugged him tight
“How’s my baby doing?, Hope she didn’t stress you too much?” He asked
” Nope, you know she’s the cutest baby you’ll ever find, she’s so calm, except when it comes to food” she replied
“that foodie” Philip smiled and carried Sara who pouted cutely
He kssed her cheeks and she smiled again
“OMG she just smiled for me!” He said happily
“We received ours earlier” Leo said
” Dude* Philip replied and they winked at each other
“Sal” Philip waved
“How’s the temporary manager doing?, Hope she’s competent?” She asked
” Of course” Philip replied..
” Dad” Robin said, coming downstairs and straight to him, he hugged Philip’s wa-ist
“My boy” Philip said, dropping Sara back on the cot to carry him
Robin pecked him and he smiled widely
“Guess what I got for you”
“Candy?, Cupcakes?, Chocolates?, Barbeque?, Pizza?, Shawarma?” He said all at once
” Waffles, your favorite buttermilk waffles, but it’s a bit different this time, the company has started adding raw honey” Philip replied
” Yay!, I can’t wait to taste it” Robin replied
“It’s in the car, you’ll have it after dinner” Phil replied, placing him down
Melanie quickly served dinner and they all settled down to eat
“So your shoots is starting tommorow” Melanie said
“Yeah and by the way, Justin has arrived this evening” Philip replied
” Whoa!, I can’t wait to meet him” Sally said
” Me too” Melanie replied
” Sure, you guys will meet him soon, and I’m thinking of featuring Robin in the music video” Philip said

Meaning Carolyn and Zayn investment company, it’s starting work today and a lot of cars are following Carolyn and Zayn’s car behind as they drove to work
Their cars stopped in front of the company and they stepped out of their respective cars regally
Zayn smiled and used his fashion glasses before facing Carolyn
Carolyn adjusted her polo and smiled, Zayn kept his hand in his pocket stylishly before they both walked in with the esc-rt of guards behind them..
Carolyn is the chairwoman, Zayn is the chairman…
They got to office and the introduction started in earnest..
Within a month, the company is already prospering with a lot of successful stories to tell.

Fido heard everything and tears rolled out of his eyes at his wretched life
He pushed away his loving son and didn’t train the other one properly, turning him to a jerk and encouraging his bad character, now he has pushed him to death and his guilt blocked air from entering his lungs
He started gasping for breath and when the doctors arrived, nothing can be done again, he has breathed his last..

MV’s concert was shown in almost every cinema in Singapore and the wh0le street is going nuts with the collaboration…
“YOU & I” is the title and the video was bam!
Robin was the star of the video though he didn’t sing, he kept giving adult swags and Justin lightened up everything with his tiny voice, then MV’s magic voice did the completion with his manly cute voice…
Dwayne and Valerie were just coming out of the cinema where they watched it from with smiles on their faces
“That was… awesome” Dwayne commented, holding her hand

They entered the car and he started the drive

They came out and he pulled her by the hand into the building

Too many lights shone in a flower garden and the flowers are just so beautiful, different species and scents
The scents filled her nose and she can’t stop inhaling as she walked around, touching the flowers delicately as if they’ll spoil if she touches too much
“You like it here?” Dwayne asked, walking behind her, licking his l-ips sxily
” I love it, I love flowers” she replied and continued checking it out..
” Flowers or me, choose one” he suddenly asked and bit his lip
She stopped and looked at him
” You of course” she said with a big smile
“Me or your career?” He asked
“You” she replied
“You’re crazy, how can you choose me over your career?” He said
She came closer to stay in front of him
” Ask me to choose between you or my life” she said
“That’s crazy” he replied
” Just ask” she said seriously

“You” she replied , still smiling.

“Yeah, that’s the level of my love for you, I might sound stupid but that’s just how far my love for you can go” she said
” All for me?” He asked at the point of tears
“You can’t let those tears fall, and yes, I’m all for you….I can die for you Dwayne” she said and her smile grew w¡der
“You’re crazy” he said, smiling too
“I know, I’m aware” she said
” Valerie what kind of a lover are you?” He said, touching her cheek
” A crazy lover Who won’t mind going any length just to save the one she loves, and now that we got each other again, get ready to be stuck with me forever cos you’re the star who can’t escape from me, the moon” she said, bringing up her hand to show the bracelet
“This brought us together so don’t ever lose it” she said and kssed the bracelet

“Everyone is talking about YOU AND I” Melanie said as Philip took the little baby Sara in the cot
“I know right?, Justin will be going back tommorow, you’ll see him before he leaves” Philip said
” Sure” Melanie replied
” So now, we finally have a happy ending right?” Philip said, facing her
” Yes, I have a handsome popular caring husband, I’m a caring pretty, brainy wife, we have a naughty handsome smart son, and a cute little daughter to crown it all”
” Your mum is doing great with my dad at C&Z investments, Sally will soon put to bed, Leo is now a star at J-bliss music industry, Valerie met her baby love again, what more can we ask for?” Melanie replied
“that the Joy and happiness should last till forever and ever” Philip replied
” Yeah, it’ll surely last love” Melanie smiled
Robin came downstairs , changed into something comfortable already
Melanie carried him immediately
“You’re becoming heavier these days” she said , k-ssing his cheeks
” I’m growing up” he smiled
Philip kept carrying Sara and took Robin’s camera that’s lying on the couch
He snapped a picture of the happy family with smiles allover their faces
So at last, they had an happy ending, crowned with cute kids and a sweet future ahead

She sat on the dinning chair and her phone rang , it’s a video call from Grandma Carolyn
“Hi Grandma” she waved when she picked
Carolyn smiled on the screen, old age is finally taking it’s toll on her, she’s currently sixty-one with strands of white hair despite the fact that she dyed it
“My precious Sara” she beamed
“Good morning grandma, you look cute than usual this morning” Sara replied, giving a gummy smile.
” Thanks daughter, you’ll always look cute , do well in school today as usual, by the way where’s Robin?” Carolyn asked
” That annoying brother, he’s still preparing for school upstairs, I still can’t believe a final year highschool student is still going late to school, I wonder how his girlfriend tolerates him” Sara said and Carolyn smiled
” You both behave like cat and rat, go$h!”
” I prefer Ellis to him” Sara replied

” How funny, just be good ok?” Carolyn said

She hung up and Melanie came out of the kitchen with her meal

“I’ll drive with her” Ellis said and quickly joined her in her car, they attend same school
“Bye!” They both waved as Sara’s driver drove off
Leo bent in front of Sally and pecked her belly as usual
She smiled as he stood and they had a side hug

” Oh, we can read it together but before that”, he took her coffee and the book from her, he placed it on the floor with his own coffee
He faced her, took her hand and kssed it
“Who am I to you?” He asked

“I’m sure you saw my cheeks just now” he replied
“Yeah, you obviously blushed” she said, getting serious, she held his shoulders and kssed his chin
