Gregory had let her go instantly wondering what sort of lady she thought she was in the first place. Had x thought she was so special that she could open her large mouth and talk toc anyone anyhow.

“What the hell is wrong with you? Who are you to be touched in the first place? You are so embarrassing ” He insulted.

“Just go away. I am not in the mood to speak to you now”

“Why? Because you are all alone. Your friends abandoned you in a puff. Now you are feeling scared being all alone in a party like this”

“Why will I be scared? Of course I am not. I am just not use to the loud music”

“Well suit yourself” He walked off to join his friends leaving her all alone to herself. She felt herself get nervous again and tried getting herself together.

“No Felicia! They are your mates. There is no need to get nervous. They are your friends ” She tried calming herself but the more she tried the more she wished she could be swallowed up by the ground. The Afro music got faster and louder and everyone was in the damn spirit. The party didn’t really look as simple as she expected. Some guys were getting drunk while some lingered around the premises smoking. ‘Was that the birthday party Blaire org-nized?” she thought. She never expected this from Blaire at all. Looking towards Blaire direction, she realized the girl was drunk herself. She spinned in circle dancing like crazy. Felicia began to feel her head ache.

“I really have to get Felix and get out of here ” She thought searching her eyes for Felix. She caught sight of Felix seated on a seat speaking to Lola. She brushed her way through the crowd of animated students and tried reaching out to him but someone pulled her off the crowd into a separate corner which got her confused and nervous. It was actually Anthony.

“My eyes weren’t deceiving. You are actually the one Felicia”

“Why did you pull me that way? Are you in your right senses that all? ”

“All the while my gaze couldn’t get off you. You are really beautiful Felicia ” He complemented brushing his arm against her hair. She brushed it off with an irked look.

“I have more better things to do. I am leaving ” She tried walking away but he’s seize her arm so tightly making it hurt.

“Give me a chance Felicia. I really love you so much. Give me a chance to be your boyfriend. I promise not to let you down ”

“Leave my arm! It’s hurting ”

“I Won’t Leave it until you agree to be my girlfriend ”

“You are crazy! You are insane!”

“Yes Felicia. I am definitely crazy for you. Why don’t you see that? Please Felicia give me a chance” He pleaded grabbing the other arm now. Tears filled her eyes as she got nervous. She kicked him off with her heels expecting him to let go of her immediately but he didn’t. He laughed evil and propelled her into an abandoned room which was opposite where they stood. Felicia got a red signal on what was about happening and began scre-ming for help.

“No one will hear you here idiot! The music is so loud” She felt so stupid realizing he was right. The music was played louder now and it had only drowned her voice instead. She felt helpless and realized she had no other option but to act herself.

“Why did you bring me here? ”

“As if you don’t know. I love you so much Felicia and I want you to accept it ”

“By locking me up here? How do you expect me to accept it? ”

“You seem stubborn Felicia. You are so beautiful and still you try keeping all boys away from you. You feel you can keep all your pretty curves to yourself right. I love all of them and I want them. I know you will give them to me” He took a step closer and then another. The room was small in size and in no time he arrived to where she stood getting her to begin trembling.

“Don’t come near me Anthony. Don’t come near me! She warned but she knew it was pointless. She furiously scratched him on the face and ran towards the exit. But his strong arm seized her and pushes by against the wall before a punch flew into her face causing her to bleed.

“You have caused m enough pain already Felicia. I am tired of pleading to you all the time. Now it’s your time to let me have you if you like it or not. I swear after this night, I won’t bother you again ” He pleaded and began coming closer to her l-ips.

“You are sick Anthony. You need help” He ignored and retreated to k-ss her causing tears to sprinkle down her cheeks now. She felt so irked and tried pushing him off but he was too strong for her and he had rested his body against hers. car-ssing her, he reached for her zip and tried unzipping it but she pushed him off with her wh0le energy.

“Get away from me bitch! ” She urged. He was so stubborn. He had made up his mind and that was it, he reached out for her neck and began to strangle her. She felt her head get dizzy and found it hærd to breathe.

“Will you cooperate or not?”

Felix wasn’t getting in the mood of the party at all. Though he had nice time chatting with Lola but Blaire actions deeply hurt him a lot. He checked out his wristwatch and realized it was very late.

“Becky where is Felicia? I really have to go home ” He asked her. She stared around and realized she wasn’t seen around.

“Maybe she is dancing somewhere around. There are too many students you know. Chill. Let your sister have fun. The cake will be cut in few minutes.

“No. I can’t wait for that time. I have to leave. The party is boring anyway. I will look for her”

Felix began his search for his sister but found her no where at all. This got him really worried. He caught Becky’s attention to this and she joined in. After searching every possible places they got really worried now and informed Blaire. Blaire was of no help. She was drunk.

Felicia felt so useless as she cover herself up with her clothes sobbing so hærd. She watched Anthony dress up and walk out as if nothing had happened between them. It was all her fault. She knew it was all her fault. She was so weak. She couldn’t defend herself. If she had tried all she could to show the demon his place even if it meant killing him then she would have done it. She buried her face arms thinking of her reputation and how much her dad will yell at her so bad. Someone walked in immediately.

“Felicia… ” A male voice had called out getting her nervous.

“Stay away from me! Stay away from me! ” She warned dragging herself away.

“It is me Gregory. What happened to you? Why are you like this? ”

“I said stay away from me! Are you deaf? Go! ” She urged still dragging her self away. He got so confused.

“Who did this to you? Felicia tell me who did this to you” He asked.

“You are the one! You did! Now get away from me”

“What? I didn’t do… ” Just before he completed his statement Felix and the others walked in.

“Felix” She called out to her brother before reaching out to hug him. He got perplexed on what was going on and felt him self enraged in anger. Without warning He pushed her off and sent a punch right across Gregory’s face causing him to fall flat on the ground.

“Why did you do this to my sister? Why do you hate my sister so much? Since the day you met her you have caused her nothing but trouble! What do you want? ” He asked with his eyes all red. Gregory felt blood at the side of his mouth due to the hit. This got him annoyed.

Felicia watched still in a state or both anger and shock. She wasn’t in her right senses at all. She wrapped her arm around herself trembling in fear.

“I didn’t do anything to your sister. I know I hate her but I will never in my entire life do anything so stupid. How can you blame me for this? How? ” Gregory asked grabbing Felix by the shirt in retaliation. The others got a worried a fight would occur and tried separating them but no use.

“I know the type of person you are. I very well known you hurt my sister this way because you just can’t stand her. You are a disgusting person and I will also see you as such” Felix spat at him right at the face and let him go. He rushed straight to his sister and helped her tidy up. Gregory watched on with more anger and hatred but this time not for Felicia but for her brother himself. He cleaned the spit off his face and turned to Felicia who wouldn’t let her brother go in any seconds.

“Felicia, tell him who raped you. I can’t bear your brother drag my name unto the mud like this. Tell him who hurt you Felicia ” He pleaded to her almost going on his knees. Felicia said nothing. She held her brother rather tighter stepping away. Felix misunderstood it to be a hint that his accusations were right about Gregory. He threw him a disdain stare.

“I will make sure you pay for it. I will make sure of this” He threatened and helped his sister out. The party was still on. No one had any idea what was going on and Lola felt it would be a terrible idea to get them to find out either. She confirmed the back door from Blaire and sneaked her out without anyone knowing. As soon as they were off in Lola’s family car, Becky stayed alone with her elder brother wondering if to scold him or ask him for an explanation. She knew of his hatred for Felicia. She knew it very well. She just wasn’t ready to believe he could do something like that.

“Why did you do this to her Gregory? Why did you rape her? You know very well she meant you no harm” she finally spoke up breaking the silence between them.

“Of all people you are accusing me of this? ” He asked in shock. “Becky you know very well I don’t hate Felicia. I just don’t her timidity. Felicia has done no wrong to me and I have no reason to hurt her. You know it well enough”

“Well, that makes sense because I have always wondered what reason you had to hate her. If you don’t hate her as you said, how did she end up like that? ”

“I can explain Becky. I was looking for the game room and them I coincidentally entered that room and saw her crying. She was in a state of shock. I tried asking her who raped her but she said nothing ”

“Let us say she said nothing. But when you asked her to defend you why didn’t she? ”

“That’s what I don’t understand. I don’t know why she didn’t say anything but I am very sure she is doing this because she hates me”

“Maybe. You are my brother and I don’t think you will ever hurt a lady like that though you are stubborn. You have discipline Gregory and I am sure you’re innocent. Maybe you should apologize to Felicia and get her to say the truth ”

“For the first time in my life I have finally accepted I am weak. I am feeling scared Becky. I really don’t want to go to jail due to a crime I never committed ”

“Calm down. You are innocent. Felicia won’t let you get arrested ” Gregory assured him rubbing his shoulder slightly. He nodded.

“Maybe. She isn’t like me anyway. She wont keep her mouth shut for long. I have never seen a lady hurt like that before. I know I have seen ladies get hurt but I never feel their pain or melt for them at all”

“Well, that shows you how much girls suffer at times. It’s always difficult for a rape victim. It’s always hærd for them to be their self. That’s why the guy who did this to Felicia has to be imprisoned for life”

“I will help in catching that fool” He promised folding his fist.

“You will?” Becky asked in surprise.

“Yes I will” Becky felt proud seeing the soft side of her brother. She folded her arm in his and rested her head on his shoulder smiling.

“I am so happy to see this side of you Gregory. Continue being this way. Please”

Lola dropped them over in front of their home that night before heading to hers. Fekix tried as much as possible to hide his sister’s state from the gateman. Luckily the gateman had already slept off. He’d leave the gate open for them to come in when they arrive. He led her upstairs and gave her a warm shower before helping her with her pyjamas and leading her to sleep. He naively threw her gown in the wardrobe and changed into his pyjamas before going to sleep himself.

“You will have to be my girlfriend Felicia! You will have to” Felicia heard the words echo in her ears over and over again. “BE MY GIRLFRIEND FELICIA! BE MY GIRLFRIEND! ” It got louder getting her scared. She felt thousands of hands touching her body in an ungodly way and ripping her clothes off. “Get off me! Go away! ” She said in her sleep fighting off imaginary hands. “Go away. Leave me please! ”

“Felicia get hold of yourself. They will hear you” Felix warned holding her arms tightly. But she wouldn’t open up her eyes.

“Leave me! I said leave me” She tried fighting him off.

“Felicia! ” He called out getting her to get a grip of herself. She opened her eyes slowly and sat up quickly looking around her to see if any one was around.

“He was touching me Felix. I saw him” She panicked drifting closer to him with her eyes wandering about as if to catch sight of the virtual guy. Felix felt hurt seeing his sister in this state. He couldn’t help to grow hatred for Gregory rather more.

“Calm down Felicia. I am here with you. No one can harm you ”

“I swear. I saw him. His hands. I saw his hands”

“Please calm down. I will make things right. I promise. Just go to sleep” He pleaded hoping she listens.

“Are you show he won’t come back? ” She asked.

“Yes. He will never come back. Now just go to sleep as if nothing happened ”

“I feel to scared to sleep. Each time I shut my eyes, he comes back”

“Then fight him off Felicia. Fight him off and show him who you really are. Fight off your night mare”

“It’s difficult. He’s too strong”

“He is strong for now but soon he will be very very weak that he won’t be able to step out of his house at all. I will help you defeat him. I promise ” He gave him word helping her rest her head on the pillow.

“Will you watch out for me Felix? ”

“Yes. I will”

The next morning, the kids were still asleep when it was Dawn. They ought to have been awake early per the timetable. Emerald knew this and smirked knowing that was the perfect time to get the kids in a mess.

“Honey I don’t know why I haven’t told you this last night but I think I heard movements downstairs” She reported getting her makeup done.

“What? Thieves? ” Mr James panicked in alarm.

“Hmmmm…maybe. maybe thieves but I doubt that. Yesterday I heard the kids talking about attending a party but I wasn’t so sure what it was about ”

“Party?! They attended a party? ”

“I have told you I am not sure but that explains why they are still asleep by 9:30 right? Normally, by 7:00am they would be awake for their morning exercise ” She reminded him. This got him skeptical about what was going on. He did feel his wife made sense. He dropped the suit he was holding and hurried toward his children’s room. Emerald rolled her eyes and followed.

“Felix! Felicia! ” He scre-med out to them both as he stormed in. Felicia woke up and shook in fright seeing her father while Felix stared worriedly at them both. His eyes still felt heavy and weak. “Why are you both still in bed? ”

“Dad we… we… we… we’re studying all night” Felix tried covering them up. Felicia felt tears drop down her cheeks.

“Keep quiet! I am sure you both were up to something. I will get the both of you punished. I swear” He promised and went over to their wardrobe. There he saw

Felicia’s gown lying lifelessly. He grabbed hold of it and turned his gaze to Felicia who was already sobbing.

“Dad, I have been hurt enough already. Don’t hurt me” She pleased. Emerald smirked and saw it as a chance to take her revenge.

“You good for nothing idiot! You don’t want your dad to hurt you? How foolish you are. I will ensure you are punished so much that you are unable to sleep at all at night. Just look at this gown! So disgusting like your mother. You must have gone to the party to flirt with boys ”

“Leave me please. I have been through lots already. You people should leave me alone” She pleaded again.

“You stupid… ” Emerald raised her arm to slap her but Felix held it firmly immediately and pushed it off.

“Don’t dare! ” he warned. She got shocked and stepped back.

“Why did you stop her Felix? Your punishment will be doubled ”

“I don’t care about your punishment. Punish me as much as you can. All I know is that my sister needs help here. She is in dilemma here. Felicia was raped last night and all you two can do is yell at hell at us?! What sort of parents are you both? ” He asked in anger getting them even more shocked. “My sister is in this state because of the both of you”
