PART 16

It was lunchtime, and I felt so hungry. I mumbled to eat something as soon as possible and so, I headed straight to the restaurant.

I got to the restaurant and I sat at the nearest table I saw close to me. Immediately I sat, I waved at the waiter to make my orders.

And as soon as I caught her attention, I stopped waving and started looking around the restaurant. For the fun of my eyes.

I loved what I saw. Still looking around, my eyes caught with the man that wanted to have lunch with me.

“Oh My… I forgot he wanted us to talk over lunch.”
He smiled widely as soon as he saw he got my attention. He stood up and began to approach me.

“Hey, can I sit?” He asked and I nodded trying to be nice after what that lady told me about him.

“Yes sure,” I responded and he sat in front of me.

“Thanks.” He replied and I bobbed not knowing what next to say to him.

“Have you ordered something?” He asked and when we both looked at the waiter, we saw her approaching.

“There she is,” I said and he chuckled.

“Yes, I didn’t see her coming earlier, my bad.” He stated and I shook my head.

“It’s nothing,” I replied giving the waiter my full attention afterward.

“What would you love to have Ma’am?” She asked so politely with a beautiful smile on her face. I was so moved by it.

“You have such a beautiful sense of communication.” I commended and she chuckled.

“Really? No one has ever told me that.” She uttered excitedly.

“Well, I am not everyone. Maybe they have met nicer waiters but you are my first and I must commend you.” I talked and she smiled.

“Thank you so much, Ma’am.” She answered.

“I am Sharon, and I would love to have noodles and chicken. What would you love to have?” Did I ask the man looking at him?

He seemed to be enjoying our conversation so much that he didn’t bother to utter a word when the waiter and I conversed.

“Anything you take is fine by me. Plus, I should be the one order, not you.” He added and I scoffed.

“You don’t have to act like a gentleman all the time, sometimes it’s boring. Two plates of noodles and chicken sweetheart.” I said to the lady and she wrote it down on the book she had in her hands.

“I am Surprise by name, so nice to meeting you, Miss Sharon.” She said and she turned to walk away.

“Miss Sharon?” I laughed inwardly, only if people could check out the ring on my finger. Then they would know I am married.

“You were so nice to her, as long as you work here, she would always be here for you.” He said and I smiled looking at him.

“I am yet to know your name,” I told.

“I was looking for the perfect time to make the formal introduction, and I think this is the time. I am Matt.” He said stretching his right hand towards me.

“Sharon,” I responded stretching my left hand towards him as I shook him.

“You have very nice hands.” He said turning my hand and his eyes met with the wedding ring on my hand.

I withdrew my hand slowly, display a smile on my face.

“I am married,” I told.

“Wow, that is so nice. You looked so young, I never thought you were with someone. My bad once again.” He said and I shook my head.

“It’s totally fine, this happens often,” I said and we heard the waiter approach.

She got to us and placed two trays in front of us, one for me and one for him. The plate of noodles and chicken was on the tray.

“Thank you, darling,” I replied and I saw her cheeks flush before walking away.

“She is a young beauty.” Matt praised and I smiled in support.

“Yes she is. I like her.” I retorted picking up my cutleries and I started digging in. I stopped for a quick prayer before I finally put some noodles in my mouth.

I felt Matt watch every step I took and I was kind of shy, I wanted him to lift attention away from me at least for once.

“Why aren’t you eating?” I asked as I chew on my food and he smiled picking up his fork.

“It was so nice watching you eat. I wanted to start a conversation, but I don’t think this is the best time.” He said and I nodded.

“No, it’s fine. I can respond anytime there needs to be one.” I answered back. I didn’t want to give him a cause to ask for another lunch for us to talk.

“You just got this job right? What department are you exactly?” He asked chewing his noodles too.

“My company just signed a contract with this company, and I am working in the graphics, painting, and media department,” I said and his eyes w¡dened.

“Wow, you must be a very talented lady.” He praised and I smiled softly.

“Thanks. I am still improving though.” I added and he nodded very fast.

“Of course, everyone is still improving.” He stated.

“So what do you do here?” I asked.

“I direct. Anything going on in the company, I see to it and make sure it’s the right way to do it. And that is why it is still very weird I didn’t know when you came in and what department you work.” He said and I arched my brows.

“Mr. Timi didn’t tell you?” I asked and he shook his head.

“That was why I kept looking at you anytime I saw you, I was wondering who you were and, how and why I didn’t get to know about the contract.” He replied.

“Well, maybe it slipped his mind. There are a lot of things going on in his head no doubt.” I stated and he bobbed.

“Sure, of course. So would you give me a brief explanation on what exactly this contract is all about?” He asked and I smiled shaking my head.

“I don’t think I am supposed to do that. Why not go to him yourself and inquire about the contract?” I asked and then saw him look up behind me.

“Good Day sir.” He greeted with a wide beam on his face. I looked back and I see Timi standing at my back.

“Good day Matt. Sharon, I need to take it to you. Walk with me.” He said and I gulped nodding. Thank goodness I finished my food already, I would have starved to death.

I carried my bag immediately and stood up. Inwardly I was so happy he came to call me, I didn’t like where Matt was driving the conversation. He wanted me to tell him things Timi didn’t tell him.

Timi must have his reasons for remaining silent, I wouldn’t just pour out everything I know to him.

Timi and I walked out of the restaurant, I didn’t bother looking back at Matt. When we were far from the restaurant, Timi spoke up.

“Was he bugging you?” He asked and I shook my head.

“He was just trying to be nice, that’s all,” I responded and he sighed.

“I need you to be careful around him.” He said and I looked at him.

“This is the second time I am hearing this today. If you are so insecure about him, why not fire him?” I asked and he shook his head.

“It’s not as easy as you think it is. Let’s talk better in my office, I can’t afford workers eavesdropping.” He said walking away and I followed behind him.

I made her choke on my d**k, I could see the veins in her head, it was super hot to me. I could see you were running out of air so I drew my d**k out of her mouth and she breathed in loud trying to regain her breath.

“You would have killed me if you didn’t pull out at that moment.” She said p-nting.

“Untie me now.” She commanded and I walked up to her doing exactly as she said.

“It’s time for me to dominate too.” She said and I went on my knees in front of her. I loved the idea of pleasure and pain so much.

“Are you afflicting pain?” I asked and she shook her head.

“Not today, we have days ahead of us. I would shift your punishment to the future. Now, come here and eat me up.” She said and sat on the bed opening her legs wide open.

“Stop teasing me, Victor.” She cried with a clenched jaw and I smiled wickedly against her.

PART 17

“Please sit,” I said to Sharon, and she sat In front of my table, while I sat behind her desk.

“So, what’s up with this Matt guy?” She asked and I sighed.

“I don’t trust him, especially when it comes to confidential information or things that would help the company grow,” I replied and she furrowed her brows.

“He is a snitch?” She asked and I nodded.

“Something like that, I don’t think he is happy with me and the progress of the company,” I responded.

“And then fire him, is it that hærd? He is a threat to you and the company. Fire him.” She advised and I shook my head.

“I wish it were that easy Sharon. His father helped me with the development of this company too and we signed a contract that his son would work here as long as he wants and I wouldn’t be able to fire him. He can only leave when he wants to.” I explained and her eyes w¡dened.

“What? Why would you even accept that in the first place?” She asked in awe

“He was the only one willing to help Sharon, I needed to start the company badly and so I signed the contract. Matt and I became friends and I didn’t know things would end up like this.” I further narrated and she breathed out loud.

“This is way serious than I thought. When he came to me and asked us to talk over lunch, a lady, definitely a worker told me to be very careful around him. She said that he acts like that to every new lady.” She told and I nodded.

“Yes, he does. I have been hearing things about him, like him trying to hit on the new ladies. I wish I can fire him, but I don’t have the power to do that. My livelihood would be at stake.” I said worriedly.

“This isn’t fair at all.” She muttered and I sighed.

“I don’t know what to do. I just need you to keep this contract deal private, he wants to know everything going on in the company now. He used to know before, but I stopped giving him details after seeing his attitude.” I explained.

“Don’t you think he is jealous and wants the company to himself?” She asked and I nodded standing up.

“I have thought about it different times Sharon, and I won’t let him have it because I have suffered so much on this company. He is not even close to collecting it from me.” I stated.

“You can’t be so sure of that Timi, you need to take precautions. You can’t risk it, you are not taking chances.” She said standing up too.

“I am telling you this so that you can help me, what do I do?” I asked walking closer to her and she sighed.

“Since you can’t fire him, then we have to make him fire himself. Make him go against himself.” She told me and I was lost.

“How are we supposed to do that?” I asked.

“It’s obvious we love girls right, it’s simple. We set him up with a lady, he would try to sleep with her against her will. He is someone like that, then the lady would report to the police and he would be detained.” She explained and my eyes w¡dened.

“Sharon isn’t that too extreme? He hasn’t shown a direct threat to me. I am just observing the traces, I can feel it in the air but he hasn’t made advancements.” I replied and she arched her brows.

“Then we are still a little safe, but immediately you notice a reason to get him out of the company immediately, when he makes another move, we do exactly what I said. Locking him up is the best way now.” She muttered.

“If at all we would go through with that plan, who would be the lady? I mean the bait. No lady likes him and he has seemed to lose interest in them.” I explained.

“But I am nice to him, and he seems to be interested in me based on the fact that I have information he needs. He wouldn’t lose interest in me.” She answered.

“So what are you insinuating?” I asked narrowing my gaze.

“I would be the bait.” She said and I shook my head walking away.

“Never, I would never let you walk into danger. We don’t know what this man is capable of. He may be more dangerous than we think he is, he is jealous and he would do anything to know about that contract. He may not even want to rape you but force the information out of you.” I expressed total disagreement.

“Do you have any other idea?” She asked folding her arms.

“We would come up with one. I am not losing you and that is final.” I uttered looking out of my window.

“Even if your livelihood is on the line?” She asked and I turned to look at her.

“Even if my life is on the line,” I answered back and I saw her swallow hærd. She nodded and I nodded in return.

“That would be all for now.” I started turning back again and I heard her walk out of my office.

I shut my eyes breathing out before sitting behind my desk again. I needed to get rid of Matt but not Sharon’s way, I would never do anything that would end up hurting her.

“I don’t know what he is up to this time, and I am getting tired of poking my nose almost everywhere in the company,” I complained on phone walking to the toilet and looking around making sure no one was following or listening.

“Matt don’t be stupid! Our lives rely on that company. We don’t give that company to him in six months and we are all dead.” He replied from the other end of the phone.

“Why can’t he just come and kill him himself? Why does he have to use us? I am so tired of working for him.” I replied.

“You dare not talk about him like that and you know it. Big brother has his reasons and we have no right to know what it is. We are being paid and that is our own business. Do your job and then quit after six months. You are almost out of there Matt.” He reassured and I sighed.

“Fine. I met this new girl Timi just employed, I know nothing about the employment and why she was employed, we talked at lunch and she mentioned the contract. That’s all I can say for now.” I whispered in a low tone.

“Good. Keep doing your work. And keep me posted if anything comes up.” He answered and hung up. I sighed and walked out of the toilet.

I saw no one and I walked to my office, teasing the ladies around with my winks and smile.

… AT EVENING…

“Hey Sharon, aren’t you done?” Matt asked knocking on my door and I stood up to get the door.

“I am almost done, why?” I asked.

“I thought we could take a walk down the street together.” He said smiling and I shook my head.

“Oh I am so sorry but I am still busy, plus I don’t have to walk. I have a car.” I replied and his eyes w¡dened in surprise.

“Oh my bad, I am so sorry, I never knew you had a car. I should leave you then. Good night.” He greeted with a large smile.

“Good Night,” I responded faking my smile so well. He walked away and I shut the door.

I was walking to my desk when I heard another knock on the door. I turned to go get it and I said…

“Did you forget something?” I opened up to meet Timi in front of my door.

“Forget something? Who was here?” He asked and I sighed walking to my desk

“Matt, he offered to walk me home. So I told him I was still busy and I have a car and wouldn’t need to walk.” I replied and he nodded.

“Hope he didn’t ask how you got the car?” He asked and I shook my head.

“No, why?” I asked and he shook his head.

“Nothing, you don’t have to worry.” He replied and I furrowed my brows.

“Does he own a car?” I asked and he shook his head.

“No, he doesn’t own a car.” He responded and my eyes w¡dened.

“You said the company gave me a car because I am a worker. But you are telling me now that Matt your director doesn’t have a car…” I said and paused to see his reaction.

“You got me the car personal right?” I asked and he breathed out sitting down.

“You don’t have to be so smart every time Sharon, it’s so tiring.” He stated and I stared at him.

“C’mon Timi, you didn’t have to get me a car personally!” I told in awe and he looked at me.

“You needed it like I always say. I would never see you get hurt. After seeing what those guys almost did to you because you were trekking, I didn’t have a choice.” He explained.

“This is so huge Timi, I can’t accept it,” I said picking the key from the table and putting it in front of him.

“You have used it and signed the papers. It is yours now not mine. Pretend it is from the company.” He said taking the key.

He took my hand and placed the key in my palm.

“You deserve more, please accept it. You know you need it more than anyone.” He said and I gulped looking away. His stare at my face was so intense for me.

“Thank you.” I appreciated and he smiled letting go of my hand.

“Stop working now. I have something to show you.” He said and I arched my brows.

“What?” I asked.

“It’s a surprise. I would be waiting, pack up.” He said walking out of the office and a smile crept on my face.
