Lucy have been to many org-nizations but have been declined to work there. she prayed to God to give her a good job so she is not bothered. As everyday she parted before going for the interview she has today. She was walking in the street one day when she saw the advert and she applied for it.

She applied for an assistant,she went for the interview and got chosen. The board of director of the company needed an assistant though her results was not what make her got chosen but her mode if dressing and the way she spoke to them

My daughter shouldn’t be treated like no one knows her. she has a good results,she shouldn’t end up being an assistant when she can be a boss of her own. I would think of how to do it but for now she should work in that company,for sure she must become a boss of her own.

Thanks to God I got a job at last. I put a call through Ivy and told her the news she was also happy for me. Well as for Jesse he wasn’t happy when he heard,he wants me to have a better job,only God knows what is stocked for me.

The company G.M.H group of companies where there are a lot of rich and wealthy people I apparently have a chance to be an assistant,I know that one day I will be promoted to e better department.

One day I was summon by the manager to his office,I was kind of nervous because the manager is known to always give a bad news or report.

Manager: Lucrecia

Lucy: yes sir {my eyes on the ground}

Manager: You are brilliant,smart and active but I have studied you very well,you don’t have passion for this career.

Lucy: I do sir {partly lie,I don’t have but I created }

Manager: The way you work,talk sometimes tell a different story about you. I think you were forced to this career.

Lucy: No sir only that I have been going through a lot of stress lately.

Manager: That’s a lie,I studied psychology before I came back to business. so I know when you are forced to do something,well if you were forced go back and pursue your right career. You are dismissed

Lucy: Thank you very much sir {relieved cause the tension was too much}

I got home that day to be astounded by my Dad news again. My Dad wants to set up a business for me,I declined but he insisted saying “you deserve a better job my daughter,let me do this”.

Right now am really fed up,I don’t feel like disobeying my Dad but he is pushing me to the wall. If my parents don’t allow me to make decision on my own free will then I won’t have options than to disobey them.

I am just tired I know that Jesse would be mad if he hear,but I can’t help it and fed up. Over the years I have developed interest in business,so am not going back. I won’t follow my Dad’s order,it is time to make decision on my OWN.

It almost a year and I think am getting somewhere in this chosen career of mine. I am now a regional manager in California which means am away from home. Mr. Zach Jesse father business is also in California,so we were never far from each other. Dad is still bent on setting up a business for me which I declining. Jesse Business is now the talk of the town,though he offered me a job at his company but I decline all because I want to be independent. Today is a great day for me I don’t know why,I woke up feeling happy and it’s good. I walked into my office and my personal assistant,Richærd told me about my schedule and am somehow free. I wanted to see Jesse badly,I missed him so much. I phones him and told him I would be coming to his office,he told me not to come but I was bent on seeing him so I went to meet the shock of my life. At 3:20 I was at Jesse company. I told the receptionist why I came there but she say u had to book an appointment first,I can’t book an appointment if i should book I will have to wait probably till tomorrow. I scanned the company all through till I saw the elevator to the CEO floor,I took it and it stopped at the front of his office as always good for the view. I was astounded and shocked at what my eyes saw,a lady clunged onto Jesse’s arms i shouted his name and rushed out of his office by using the elevator and get out of his company. My head kept banging and my heart shattered with only one reason Jesse cheated on me,he had a worried and sorry look but who cares he just cheated on me. I am done with this relationsh¡p for now,my instinct was saying something else entirely but right now,I am done hurh

I can’t think straight I rushed back home,I couldn’t take mind off it. How could he I never did anything wrong,I never disturb him or even burden him so why,why,why would he think of cheating on me.

It been a week and the image is still displaying on my mind. Tomorrow I a big day for me,I will be having a lot of meetings all because am having a very tight schedule I had to wake up early in other to meet up.

I woke up early and did my bathroom business,I didn’t bother to dress too much{Am mourning you know my feelings was hurt yesterday 😔},So I dressed casually. I got the company and met my personal assistant he told me am having meeting in the next ten minutes,I got to my office and begin the day.

At G.H.M group of companies,the meeting would last for about three hours and we barely started the meeting when the shareholders start leaving. As a manager I decided to go and see board of directors to give them my opinion. I did some research on why the shareholders left only to see that the Daughter of the province Governor was the one behind it,her name was Viona.
I look at the picture closely she look familiar but I can’t figure out where I met her before.

I started looking at her strategies,her strategies her weak. I decided to come up with a new strategy that well pull down hers. I worked and toiled through the night and found seven good and strong strategies,I retired to sleep about 3:56 since 7:40.

I tried to sleep but what happened displayed in my mind,Jesse and another lady. I felt like calling him,I looked at my phone on my only to see 12 missed calls and many messages,in all the way apologizing.
He shouldn’t be doing this,but why would Jesse cheat on me maybe because I am always busy and hærdly have time for him or because I didn’t offer him s€×.

Well that shouldn’t be enough reason for him to cheat,our should be able to overcome the lust and it a thing he could sit me down and tell me that he can’t hold it any longer. Nevertheless that not still enough reason to cheat,Right now I am done with Jesse.
No one can talk to me about this I am doing for myself.

After all the thought about Jesse it about time for work,so I started dressing you no casual dress{am still mourning 😪}. I got to the office as early as possible,the meeting with the board of directors is still about thirty minutes now early I came. My Secretary informed me that I have a visitor which I allowed to be ushered in.

The visitor turns out to be Jesse I stood there transfixed with the image flashing on my face, what did he want, he should just leave my sight he don’t have to come and mock me.

Jesse: {God look at her,she look pale all because of that slutty lady Viona} Look babe I know I didn’t tell you this but…..{she cut me off argh she is really mad cause Lucy has never been like this now and scared of her,have never seen this side of her Oh God help me one thing am sure of is that am not losing her not now not in the future}

Lucy: No buts. I am done with you,we are no longer together,go and meet that angel girlfriend of yours {I said bitterly holding back my tears though my mind was saying something else}

Jesse: Please I can explain,I swear to God it’s not what you think

Lucy: {I burst into tears. I couldn’t hold it anymore} it’s not what I think huh Jesse I caught you red handed God what am I thinking….{I trailed off,pulling up courage } I don’t want to hear anything, any of your cooked up explanation,Get out and remember Jesse remember I am done with you {I cried more fresh tears}

Jesse: {What,no no this is what I don’t want to hear I don’t even know what to say,no she can’t leave please help me beg her 🤨, who huh🤧}please Lucy just don’t say that please

Lucy: {I point at the door}Get out now I don’t want to see your face anymore

Jesse: please{she should just please,God please,Lucy please 🤧}

Lucy: {I looked away} I would call the security to you just get out please{I could not hold the tears}

Jesse: {the tears are breaking me God she might fall sick with all this,maybe I should came back some other time but we ending things is not happening} I would do that if that’s your wish {I got out with a heavy heart}

Lucy: {He got out and I started crying it too much for me to hold,Jesse why I cried for some minute before cleaning up to go for the meeting}
