Philip was attended to and his family stayed back praying for him.

Peter furiously stormed out of the hospital after seeing that his parents are not ready to do the right thing.

“Mum….you, dad and Philip will regret this if Philip also decides to keep silent over this issue. But I’m sure nemesis is gonna catch up on you soon.” Joy said to her mum where she was sitted praying.

Mrs Monica gave her an evil look but Joy cared not. She hissed and left the hospital too.

Pastor Walter kept on speaking in tongue and praying for Philip.

He smuggled her closer to himself as he couldn’t just get enough of her. The k-ss was so intense that they had no idea they’re now unclad.

Immediately they got back from the hospital, Emmanuel captured Cindy’s l-ips hungrily and Cindy wasted no seconds in giving in.

But, despite how lovely and passionate the k-ss was, Emmanuel’s heart wasn’t at peace. It’s busy wandering all around what Jenny said to him.

The little trace of hatred he felt for Cindy then has been cleaned a little when he got to know she’s a V-rgin.

His hand fondled with her right b**bs as he k-ssed her neck earning a mo-n from her.

“Babe….I want you in,side of me….” Cindy mo-ned out.

Emmanuel stopped the k-ss/rom-nce and Cindy wondered why he suddenly stopped.

“What happened?” She asked.

“Nothing. I’m…. I am….you know…I…you…you….yeah……you need to rest. Don’t let’s rush things. You own me and vice versa so we can do it anytime. For now, your health matter.” Emmanuel founded himself stuttering.

Cindy furrowed her brow..

“Are you okay?” She asked.

“Yes I am.”

“But you don’t look like you are okay. See the way you are stuttering.”

“Sorry….I got lost in the rom-nce and I didn’t regain my voice quickly.”

“No..that’s not it. I’m not blind you know?” Cindy said.

“Babe…” Emmanuel said k-ssing her earlobe thereby sending cold chills down her spine.

“I’m okay you just need to rest.” Emmanuel added.

“But…. Didn’t you hear what the doctor said?”

“What?” He asked.

“Nothing.” Cindy said and sat up in bed.

Her mind went to what the doctor told her. Emmanuel wasn’t there at that time.

The doctor had said ‘You will continue to feel the pains until you are copulated with. The pains is due to the fact that you are a V-rgin.”

“Babe….are you okay?’ He asked touching her.

She came back to life and let out an awkward smile.

“Can I ask you a question?” She asked.

“Yes, go on.”

“Do you really marry me because you truly love me or because….” Emmanuel interrupted her.

“Because I love you.” He answered.

“Then….why are you avoiding my body? the last time I checked, you are always in haste to get down with me. Then why did that change all of a sudden? Since we weren’t chanced to do anything last night I expect today as in right now to be rom-ntic. We should have left this world by now to the world of pleasures. Emmanuel, you’ve changed. Just a day….” She said.

Emmanuel breathed out before turning her to face him.

“It doesn’t seems like that my dear. Heaven knows I love you.” He said.

“But….why all these?” She asked.

He breathed out before speaking.

“Don’t you wanna know the father of the baby your unborn baby?” He asked.

Cindy looked at him questioningly without uttering a word.

“I mean….don’t get it wrong. What I mean is….if I get down with you now, you won’t be able to know the father of the baby ’cause my sp**m would do some makings too.” He said.

“Says who? Is it the baby that has been formed already or what? Are you a medical doctor? Was that what your doctor told you?” She questioned.

“Babe….calm down. No one told me.”

“Don’t tell me to calm down! Emmanuel, I never expect this from you this soon.” Cindy said yanking his hands away from her shoulders.

“Don’t you see senses in what I just said?” He asked.

“Senses? Did you just mentioned ‘senses’ in what you just said? How am I gonna give birth being a V-rgin? Do you reason at all? I would have call you a dullard if not because I know you’re a graduate.” Cindy spat.

“But t….I’m helping you indirectly to help you detect the father of your baby
.’ he said.

“My baby? Okay…fine. How are you helping me?”

“In the sense that, when you give birth, we’re gonna gather all your male friends and conduct DNA test on each of them.” He said.

“Emmanuel! What nonsense are you saying? How am I gonna give birth being a V-rgin? Is there any other way you’re thinking ?”

“Yes….I thought you’re a doctor. They can always carry out an operation on you. Or what do they call it again? C and S, right?” Emmanuel asked.

Cindy furiously stood up from the bed.

“You must be out of your mind. Is this how much you hate me? You’re praying for me to be operated on before I could give birth? Oh….I married a monster? ” Cindy said shockingly.

“No. Don’t get it wrong. People that are being operated on, are they not human being? Did they pray for it too? Anything can happen my dear.”

“Really?’

“Yes.’

“Fine. I understand. Thank you.” she said and walked into the bathroom.

Emmanuel let out a sigh.

“Jenny….what have you done to me?’ He muttered.

“You’re looking beautiful.” Fred complimented as Ellen walked in looking dashing as ever.

“Thank you.” She blushed.

“You miss Cindy, right?” He asked.

“Sure. I wonder the planet she would be by now in Emmanuel’s arms. Maybe mo-ning or scre-ming.” She said laughing a little.

“You are funny. didn’t know you have this naughty side.” Fred said.

“Everyone does, right?” She asked.

“Yeah…maybe you are right.” He answered.

“Please….place your order.” A waitress address them.

They looked up to her and smile.

“I wonder what’s happening in their room now.” Dammie said to Jenny.

They’re in Jenny’s apartment.

“Probably, she’s busy scre-ming out your brother’s name.” Jenny said.

Dammie shot her a cold glare.

“Is that not it? Or what do you expect of a new wedded couples in a room all alone? Do you expect them to be singing or dancing?” Jenny asked.

“Stop saying that! Think of a way out of this mess.” Dammie shouted at her.

“Gosh…I so much missed Cindy.” Mrs Veronica said.

“It’s not even up to a day.” Lawyer James said.

“I know. Just missed her.”

She continued..

“Are you sure what they told us in church was true?” She asked.

“Do you expect the church to lie?”

“I don’t know. Let’s go say our greetings.”

“Yeah… Let’s go.” Lawyer James said as they walked out of the house.

“Doctor, how’s my son?’ Mrs Monica asked.

“He hasn’t woke up yet. But he will wake up soon.” The doc said.

“What?” They both chorused.

“Keep on praying..” The doc said and went his way.
