I sat in the car as he got in beside me ,i could see lisa along with max and lily getting into the other car while the press ran to them seeking for more answers
The car we were in was also crowded by the reporters who wanted to get more info
With an order from lucas,the car sped off
“Why didnt you allow lisa along with max and lily to follow us”i said
“I wanted to be alone with you ,so we can talk”he said
“Talk about what?”
“Look am sorry ,i didnt mean to say those things but if i didnt they wouldnt let us through and they would try to put words in our mouth”he said
“You should have thought of something else,why decide to lie”i said feeling so very angry
“Its the only way i could think of to get us out of there”he said trying to hold my hand but i pulled away
“I dont want you touching me”i said angrily
“Arrrrrghhhhhh…………”he said suddenly beside me,holding his head
“Whats wrong with you!”i said moving towards him
“I just felt a sharp pain”he said touching his head
“Its your illness right ?”i said feeling worried
“Yes”he said stil holding his head
I keep on forgetting about his illness,he is sick and i keep on giving him problem
If something bad was to happen to him now,i wouldnt be able to forgive myself

I sat in the car smiling to myself,i watched her fuss all over me
Touching my head every seconds,holding my hand and saying soothing things to me
I know that this method am using to have milly to myself but all is fair in love
Yes,i love milly a lot and i knew that if i didnt use this kind of trick with her,she wont want to stay
Luck was on my side when we walked out of the airport to find those reporters there
I hadnt expect them there and them being there and asking all sort of questions only made me set my plan in motion
I was going to tell people that milly and i will get married,i was planning on sed-cing her and when she falls for me again i will pop the question but circ-mstances made me do it ahead of time
And if she is getting mad at me for it,i deserve it but what i wont like to deserve is if she decides to leaves without looking back
I smiled as i remebered luisa words
“If she decides to leave then use your sickness on her,faint or complain of a place hurting or just do something,all i know is you must find a way to stop her from leaving and thats that”
I cant believe that am following my sister advise but what can i do,its the only way to calm milly
Its working because she is fussing over me and am sure that she wont want to leave because she would want to take care of me
And thats what i want,if a day should come and she should know the truth then i will tell her
But now ,am willing to do anything to keep her with me
“Tell me should i tell the driver to take us to a hospital”she said gently touching my head
There are other places that i would have want her to touch instead of my head
“No dont,just take me home,i will be fine”i said
“Lucas your shaking,i better take you to the hospital”she said
“No,dont!!!”i said that too quickly and she stared at me
“I dont want to go to any hospital,at least for today indulge me please “i said
“Fine then but if something happens to you dont say that i did not try”she said angrily and i smiled
She might look angry but i could still see the worried look on her face
Well at least she is worried about me,isnt that just great,i thought
“If you really want to help,i could do with some cuddling”i said and she stared at me
“I mean to get the heat from your body,so i will stop my shiver”i said again
She seemed uncertain at first but she agreed and let me put my head on her shoulders,while she wrapped her arms around me
I breathe in her scent and it was like being in heaven
How i wish i could stay this way forever,i once had this kind of affection from her but because of my stupid revenge ,i let her her suffer and i pushed the most precious thing away from my life
I only hope that she can forgive me fully and take me back into her life

“Daddy are you okay now?”lisa said as she sat on the bed holding his hand
“Yes i am,just with enough sleep,i will be okay”he said giving her a smile
its been hours since weve arrived and instead of him to just sleep and have a rest,he kept on calling and answering calls
I wonder how he would be if he doesnt work for a while…
Holding him close in the car had did strange things to my heart
Things that i had felt before,felt for him,things that i dont want to feel for him not again
“Milly?”i turned to find the four of them starring at me
“Sorry my mind was somewhere else”i said
“I said that you should take lisa to her room,so i can rest”he said
“I hope you do rest”i said as we all got out of the room
A while later while max busied himself with work and lisa played around
Lily and i were cooking in the kitchen when i saw him dressed heading outside
“Lucas wait!!! Where are you going to?”i said
“I need to leave”he said
“But your sick!!!!”
“Its my dad milly,he is dying,i need to to go to him”he said
“Am coming with you,wait for me”i said stopping him
If only i knew that my life was going to turn around,i wouldnt have followed him……….
