NORMANI POV.

I woke up utterly and completely drained of energy, my head is throbbing and my eyes are itchy.

Although, i feel the comfort of the bed on my back, making me want to stretch out my arms so i can get more comfortable but the thing is, i can’t move them. I look up and they are handcuffed to the headboard. I sit upright and i feel a soft fabric under me, slowly i tried to put the pieces together and colour drained from my face. i was caught. I was dumbfounded, I thought I planed it all well but guess not.

I shake the chains back and forth but that only makes my wrists hurt, thankfully my legs were not tied. I keep wriggling my hand, the clinks of the headboard against the metal cuffs intensifying.

“I suggest you stop that, unless you want to hurt yourself by slicing your skin open.” A deep voice erupted the room, urging me to snap my head and look for the source. Only to see SIN casually sitting
on a couch in the room, his hands on each side of the seat with a glass of drink at one hand.

l open my mouth to talk but he interrupts me, “Don’t even try to talk, all you need to do is listen.” He hisses and i swallow the ball of nerves forming in my throat.

“You have no idea how angry i am at you Normani. You thought you could f-cking deceive me and run away from me,” He spits in rage, his eyes on me and I eye him in fear.

“When will you get it into that thick skulI of yours, that you’re mine?.How many times are you going to make an attempt to escape before you realize that you belong to me?” He questioned angrily and stood up to walk toward the bed, before stopping at the foot of it. Fisting his hand in rage as i struggle to move, he simply stared at me. He aggressively smashed the glass on the floor, my body shiver and I start to move backward till my back hit the bed board.

He griped my hair in his finger.

“you stupid little girl, you tried to cross a man like me,” thud, he slapped me hærd on my right cheek and before l could react, one more strike landed on my cheek. I sobbed hærd, my hair were again in
his rigid clutch.

Heat and anger radiated from his face and he was too close for my liking.

”I’m sorry please” I sobbed out, I kept my eyes cast down on the floor, fearing what he might do next.

“Look at me” his steel voice commanded calmly but I knew better. I remained motionless, i couldn’t bring myself to meet his gaze so my eyes strained on the white marble floor.

His hand grabbed my chin and made me look at his angry eyes.

“When I say you do something, you do it. Understand,” He said.

I looked at his handsome face, and I felt fear and pain numbing as fury rose in me.

Open your f-cking mouth and answer me Mani,” he spoke calmly but his body shook tremendously due to anger.

“No, I won’t,” I spat out, there was no way I’m listening to this monster, i rather die than obey him.

He stared down at me before handing me another hærd slap, i blacked out for a second, i couldn’t use my hands to relieve my cheek that was throbbing in pain due to being chained to the headboard.

He inch closer, closing the space between us.
