NORMANI POV.
It’s been a week since the family dinner
and Sin has been away. Always disappearing every single time I set my eyes on him. He wakes up before me and comes back after I have gone asleep. I didn’t know what to think about it and thought of confronting him but all he said was I need you to follow me somewhere
this evening, dress formally before leaving the room.
I didn’t want to think much of his secretive behavior but that didn’t stop my mind from running wild. Was it because I had added weight and I don’t look as s-xy as I was for him. Sighed.!
I got up from the bed to get ready. I walked to the bathroom, turning up the shower and immediately hopped in. I had an hour and thirty minutes to get ready. I walked back in,side the room once I was done showering, drying off my hair and body. I walked into the closet to look for a dress, shoes and other necessities, keeping them safely before taking my s
eat in front of the mirror to have my makeup done.
I did a very light make up, a little bit powder, mascara and nude l¡pstick. I was not a fan of heavy makeup, I always loved simple natural makeup. As for my hair, it was already dried. So l left it down, curling the tip.
After my hair and makeup were done, To assessed myself in the mirror for more time then stood up, picking up the blue
Curtail dress, putting it on. i put on a silver stilettos, with a silver necklace and
earrings, which made me look sophisticated. natural but still elegant. i looked at myself in the mirror, my head raised up in admiration.
I was already done getting ready when
my phone pinged I picked it up to see it
was Sin telling me to meet him outside. I put my phone in my mini bag, before walking out of the room and out of the house to where Sin was.
” amore.” He said, k-ssing my cheek
“Hi.”
” you look breathtaking. ” he compliments and I blushed, letting out a quick thank you, complimenting him as well. We got into the back seat of the car, with a driver at the front. The car started,
driving away from the mansion.
“Where are we going? ” I asked.
“VIPERA, I made dinner reservations for the two of us.” He smiled, holding my
hand as the car continued to move, heading to our direction.
We got to our destination in no time. Sin
got out to open the car door for me. I took his hand in mine and we walked into a fancy looking restaurant. A woman Who appeared to be the Manager, bowed nervously when she saw Sin and I.
“Mr Violente, it’s a pleasure to have you here.” She mumbled, getting just a heads nod from Sin. She gulped before speaking. ” The room is ready. right this way please” she gestured with her hands for us to follow, leading us into an elevator. She pressed the last button, standing at the far end of the elevator. The door ping and opened. We all stepped out in a corridor with a different set of doors. I’m guessing this is the VIP section.
She stopped at the last door, opening it
before ushering us in. The room was beautifully arranged. At the middle was a table with a beautiful red table cloth with only two chairs opposite each other. There were flowers and candles surrounding it
But what caught my attention was the transparent glass, surrounding the room making it possible for anyone to see what was going on outside. It was dark outside with the streetlights on, enhancing the beauty of the room.
Sin pulled out a chair for me and I smiled, thanking him as I took my seat. He walked over to his seat.
“I will leave you, lovely couple to it, a waiter will be assigned to the room, he is
going to be in charge of everything you
need. ” The manager said.
“Thank you. “I say to her as she bows, Ieaving the room.
It wasn’t long after we heard a knock at
the door before it opened and a man in a waiter uniform walked him. He had in his hands a bottle of wine and two sets of glass cups.
” Good evening. I’m Joshua, I will be your waiter for the evening. ” He greeted,a smile on his face. ” There are menus for you already on the table, you just need to press the bell at the center of the table when you are ready to order. ” he says, after pouring out the wine. He put the bottle back on the ice bucket, and left the room.
“So what do you think? ” Sin asked.
“I love it. I like how quiet and private it is and also the view is great. ” I said with a smile as well as Sin’s.
We took a sip of our wine, a smile stretched my l-ips as I looked outside the windows. I opened the menu looking at the
different Italian food, some I was familiar with and other I had no idea of. I was
conflicted and didn’t know which to choose so l left the decision for Sin.
He clicked on the button at the center of
the table, and the waiter knocked before entering, Sin told him his choices, ordering the same food for the both of us.
It took up to thirty minute before Joshua came back in,side with our food, we thanked as he made his way out. I looked
at the food in front of me, a bistecca fiorentina. I cut a piece of steak, putting it in my mouth and almost mo-ning out loud at how delicious it tasted.
“Do you like the food? “Sin asked, taking a bite from his plate.
”I do, it tastes really great.” I answered,
stuffing another piece of steak Into my
mouth.
We continued eating and in no time were done with our food. We sat there talking about a lot of things and also about the baby. I wanted to know if Sin knew about Samantha and Alexander being together sol decided to ask him.
“Alexander seems to Fancy Samantha.” I say to him, trying to see what his take was with his brother following Samantha.
He smiled, then nodded. “I know. He told me about his feelings and wanted to know if I was okay with him dating one of my men, seeing as she was part of the Mafia.”
“What did you say to him. ” I asked curiously.
He shrugged his shoulders before replying. “That I had no problem with him seeing Sam, I’m just happy that he finally
found someone he cares for.”
I squealed. ” Those two look good together. They make a perfect couple.”
He chuckled and then I remembered the way he acted this week, I thought I had done something wrong. “I thought you were angry at me because you always leave early and come back late. You won’t even spend time with me.”
“I was not angry at you amore, I had to take care of some things.” he said, getting a little frustrated.”I need to tell you something.

He sighed, looking nervous. “I know the way things started for the both of us and how I took you against your will, taking you from your friends, family and career. I didn’t realize the tears that filled my eyes till Sin used his free hand to wipe the
tears off my face.
“No crying, amore, I hate seeing tears in those beautiful eyes of yours. ” he kept his hand on my cheeks. Despite his words, I couldn’t stop the tears as they uncontrollably fell from my eyes.
“Do you forgive me amore, Do you forgive this Sinister for hurting you. ” He voice pleaded. I nody head, staring at his eyes that laid out all his emotions bare for
me to see.
He got up from his seat to my side, slunching down. He placed both hands on
my cheeks, wiping the tears off. He looked Into my eyes, his l-ips parted ways, uttering the one word I so desperately wanted to hear him say.

about something. He had a nervous look on his face and kept taking a deep breath. He held my hand as he spoke.
“Normani Parker, thank you for forgiving me and loving me despite everything. I want you to know that there is no one for me but you. If you were in a room filled with different women of the different class, I would still choose you because

A smile on his face, full without any hesitation. I stared at the ring in awe. my hands on my mouth trying to control the tears, knowing what was to come.
