If your cousin truly loves this guy I’m sure she’ll find a way to communicate with him… You’ll get hold of her phone since she’ll be busy focusing on her dance.. Once you’re here.. I will personally makeup your face and make you look like your cousin.. Since your boyfriend brad is here.. Finally after all this weeks our convocation 🎓 was finally here… Our exams was already released two weeks ago and almost everyone had passed successfully, I did very well and so did Angelina.. All my buddies did good too, as for David and his accomplices.. They did well but some of them had to stay to rectify their spillovers especially David… Happiness too did great and we all wished each other a successful future.
On the day of the convocation, Our theater was parked.. Our families were there, and so were our academic scholars.. Those of us that passed were awarded with our degree.. It sure was a wonderful day, after convocation was over, we came out with our families taking pictures… Most of my relatives had come to the occasion and we snapped lots of pics.. Angelina too was quite occupied with her relatives as they were all taking pics.. After that we all went home and celebrated… We sure had quite a party, Both Angelina’s parents and mine decided we should have the party together and we did… There was lots food, music and of course entertainment which was cracking of jokes by our parents about me and Angelina… Mama Nneka was also present at our party and she generously brought over some of her special dishes in our honor.. Everyone in the party had a great time, even the troublesome b-tch, Charlene… Recently she’s been calm and quiet, I wonder what had happened to her? But nevertheless I watched my guard cause she could strike at any moment. After the party everyone went to their houses…

The next day, Charlene, Angelina and I were left to clean the mess of last night party, Angelina who was still feeling the groove of the party, danced while she cleaned up.

Charlene ➡ Jesus! Will you stop dancing? The party is already over.

Angelina ➡ Well.. It’s not over for me.. Peter come and join me.

Peter ➡ I can’t.. My stomach is still full from last night..

Charlene ➡ I hope you’re ready.. Cause by tomorrow.. We’ll be on the next flight to Europe.

As soon as Charlene said that, Angelina stopped dancing.. She looked sad and then left the place and went into their house. I too wasn’t happy about what Charlene did but whether I like it or not.. It was the truth.

Peter ➡ Did you have to say that? Why do you always ruin everything?

Charlene ➡ What? I just said the truth. What’s wrong with that?

Charlene continued her sweeping after that, after I was done with mine, I went to see Angelina.. She was in her bedroom when I got there, She lay on her bed facing her window.. I walked up to her slowly and sat on the edge of the bed without saying anything, after a while, I reached out and touched her shoulder.

Peter ➡ Hey.. Are you alright?

Angelina ➡ I don’t want to go to Europe.

Peter ➡ Come on.. Don’t be silly.. You have to go..

Angelina ➡ But I don’t want to leave you..

Peter ➡ Look, I don’t like this either but there’s nothing we can do.. This is an opportunity for you and you have to take it.. I don’t want you regretting not taking it in the future.. Who knows what good will come out of it.

Angelina ➡ You don’t understand.. I love you and we’re going to be apart.. Long distant relationsh¡ps don’t work.. I don’t want to be away from you.

Peter ➡ Angelina… Just go.. If God wills it, we’ll be together again.. We can’t change what fate has already decide.. I’ll be here until you return.. Just focus on the dance and do your best.

Angelina ➡ I will but please.. Don’t go anyway. Stay alive.

Peter ➡ Ah ah! Angelina I’ll be alright… Don’t worry… Just promise me.. You’ll focus on the dance, have a good time and don’t do drugs..

After that, Angelina went and hugged her parents and mine before heading to the plane.. After she had disappeared out of sight.. I decided to wait until her plane had taken off.. Angelina’s parents too had stayed to watch their daughter take off… After 10 minutes.. The plane took off soaring into the sky 🌈. As soon as the plane disappeared into the clouds, I turned around and went home.

Charlene ➡ Ah ah.. What’s wrong with you? You should be happy.. This trip is a life changer for you.. Everything you ever need is in Europe..

Angelina ➡ Not everything..

Charlene ➡ For God sake… Are you still thinking about Peter? Look forget about him.. There are better guys than him in Europe.

Charlene ➡ Look don’t even deceive yourself.. After a week.. He’ll be chasing other girls… That’s how men are..
