” Dad !” I called entering his room …
I just pray he agree to this …
I don’t get why Ryan will talk back at his father which will lead to a serious argument .. maybe I should find out tomorrow
” Mara you are still awake why?”
” I want to ask for your permission ” I said while he sat upright
” What’s the problem?”
” It’s nothing Dad, I uhh.. I want to go visit a friend tomorrow ” I said nervously
” Is that why you are fidgeting? ”
He asked while I nodded smiling at him
” I don’t have a problem with that you know, so long you get back early ” he stated …
That’s where the problem lies
” Dad! I will be staying for a night”
” What? Why? Who is the friend ?”
” Uuh..mm Nina, my boyfriend’s sister that I told you about ” I said shyly..
I just can’t lie to him
” Oh, then you can go but just for a night Mara ”

Yeah, standing in front of the address Nina gave me, I stepped out of the car looking around and seeing people going about their business…
If I’m not mistaking, this should be their house.

My mouth was left hanging seeing how big the house looks..
This isn’t a house rather a mansion.. it’s too big to be a house….

” I will show you around later, for now we have to go in ” she dragged me along with her into the house …
I became hella nervous immediately I stepped my foot in the huge living room…
” Mum, dad she’s here ” Nina shouted ..
What did she mean? Did she inform them I was coming or what?
A middle-aged couple came down the stairs with gaze fixed on me …
I guess it’s their parents…
My nervousness increased to the highest level..
My body was visibly shaking, God! I might fall down ….
They came nearer taking a look at me from head to toe while Nina sat down on the sofa smiling widely …
