” its a joke right, like the last Gumiho was like decades ago,” Ezra said chuckling..
He crouched down and picked Klara wanting to leave.
“wait,just place her on the couch ” the Seer said.
“and why should I” Ezra asked in a possessive tone
“Because I want to check on her” the seer moved close to where Ezra stood and ushered him to place Klara on the couch.
He did like the seer said and she checked on Klara.
“she’s fine just tired” the seer said.
Then Ricardo and Melinda tiptoed to the door wanting to leave.
“hey,where are you going, can’t you see your daughter’s condition” the seer said to the Elvis couple who froze on their tracks.
“No,we just wanted to go and freshen up seer, right honey” Ricardo said smiling to Melinda who smiled back.
“yes Seer ” Melinda replied bowing her head as a sign of respect to the Seer.
“Really” the seer said and blew something to Ricardo and Melinda.
“Let’s see,if you will really freshen up”.
“Ooh,no,” they both said in unison as their body started changing its color to Palish.
“I knew you are not Ricardo and Melinda.”
“hahahaha, so you finally knew” .The one who was pretending to be Melinda changed her shape to a groggy old woman.
and Ricardo too.
“watch out ” Mateo said as he rushed to where Sera stood cause there was a dark fireball being thrown to her.
Thê seer raised his hands and a white ball appeared and threw it to them.
“Aaarrrgggghhh,you old wench”
“we shall be back ,prepare for war since that bitch has already started growing tails ,we will surely get her and you skimpy werewolves shall be doomed.”
and just like that they vanished.
leaving some dark smoke.
“Ezra was pissed he was sitting on the couch holding his mate securely In his arms.
“No one will lay hands on my mate,no one not even me, baby I will protect you,” he said looking at his mate.
“Who were they?” Mateo asked .
“Necr0mancers”
“what, so they are back ,they had vanished from here with no trace how comes” Mateo asked as everybody was shocked about the news.
“like they said ,they are back for her” the seer said pointing at the sleeping Klara.
“NO WAY” Ezra growled making everyone bow their head out of fear.
His eyes were bloody red.
“can you explain,what you said a minute ago” he said through gritted teeth.

“They,came back for her,they want to use her to annihilate .other supernatural creatures like werewolf’s and lycans.
they have already joined forces with witches and vampires even some Valkyries have joined them. so they are planning for a war”.
“and how is that related to my mate” Ezra asked .
“since the prophecy was said that the last Gumiho shall be the strongest,so they want to use her cause she is stronger and powerful than you could imagine,,,,so you have to protect her ,cause if the Necros manage to lay hands on her .they will try their best to make her a puppet and use her to kill us”.
“so because of me there would be a war” Klara asked as tears welled down her cheeks.
“hush,,,!! Beauty don’t say that,am here I will protect you,I will my love I promise,don’t blame yourself.”
Ezra comforted his mate.
“you have to be careful the Necros are so manipulative,” the seer added and walked out leaving the pack house as everyone was so lost in thoughts..
#EZRA’S POV
Am totally scared,I can’t loose my mate.even if I have to risk my life.
I was happy that since she didnt have a wolf at least she’s a fox.
but I didn’t know the outcome would be this bad.
“What’s a necr0mancer?” my mate asked bringing me back to reality .
“ooh, they are supernatural creatures that practice the darkest of black magic.They are creatures that feed on life forces and need to consume human souls and energy.Their powers enables them to summon the dead and do to their bidding.
Necr0mancers and werewolves have been mortal enemies for as long as the history book dates back in time.”.
“ok,and so why are they back ,if not for me ,” Klara asked .
“After the battle between Necr0mancers and werewolves fifty years ago.necr0mancers disappeared from the face of earth .with no traceand just overnight they appeared am shocked too”.
“am sorry son ,but I know nothing why they are back ,but as far as I know they want her they offered a truce and if we don’t want war Klara should mate his son Xalak as a sign of peace.” my mother said.
“no mom ,I can’t do that ,over my dead body .”
I was getting annoyed every moment I stayed listening to this war things .I carried Klara in my arms as I took her to my room on the East wing.

I put my mate on the bed as I went to take a cold shower to calm my nerves down.
just as I finished my bath I heard a deafening scre-m.
I rushed to find my mate again curled up in a balk wriggling on bed as the sheets curled around her body .
“what’s wrong babe ” I asked as fear was already eating me up ,
“it hurts ,it hurts Ezra ,please make it stop” she cried .
I moved to the bedside and removed the sheets as I threw them on the floor .
“where does it hurt ,” I asked
she just pointed at her butt .
I looked to see a black tail and white one too.

three tails per day unbelievable.just then my mom,Sera and Mateo rushed in and were surprised too .
“its gonna be okay my Løvê ” I whispered to her as she moved and hugged me tightly.
I just patted her back .
“I heard that A Gumiho grows tails for even a month ,but how comes her already three in an hour ” Mateo asked.

Many thoughts are killing my mind .am happy at the same time broken and angry at my fate .
I can’t believe that because of me there would be a war.
for the five days I have stayed with Ezra have made me feel lively again .
He always treats me with lots of love.
tomorrow I will be turning 18 .
am happy at that cause I will be a grown up as I call it.
Am happy,that am a fox thats a dog genre like wolves ofcourse.
I can’t believe that those were never my real parents.
They took me from one of a rogue that they killed just as they opened the jacket they found me wrapped in,side with a note written.
‘TAKE CARE OF HER .WHEN THE TIME COMES .THE RIGHTFUL OWNER WILL COME FOR HER.NAME HER KLARA FOR ME .’
Thats how Ricardo and Melinda said to Ezra.
I wish to meet them so that they can explain it from their mouth but the seer told me.
if they made a deal with the Necr0mancers then they are dead.And if they are back that will not be them.
they might be walking dead or people disguised like them.
I can’t believe this.it s-cks but I can’t understand why they made a deal with the Necros
“hey ,my love. what are you thinking?” Ezra jolted me from my thoughts..
“ooh, nothing and when did you come in” I asked as I straightened my face to have a better view of the handsome man in front of me.
“just a couple of minutes ago and I saw you were so lost in thoughts, is there anything troubling you”he asked in a worried tone.
” no ,am fine ” I said trying hærd to smile. But failed as the smile never reached my eyes.
“No you’re not ,tell me my love or you are worried about this rollercoaster of events,huh”
“yeah ,like I can’t believe the people I loved and cherished were never my real parents,and now am the cause why you will be having a war I can’t even pu…..”
“hush….don’t cry” he said as he wiped out the tears running down my cheeks I didn’t know that I was even crying.
“am just a curse Ezra ” I said clenching my fists in Anger.Just as Ezra tried to touch my white knuckles he retracted his hand and gro-ned.
“what’s it ?” I asked as I tried looking at his face that was frowning due to pain.
I pulled his hands and he gro-ned more .
“Ezra talk to Ezra,you’re scaring me ” I said as fear was now eating me.
“it’s…you….you..re..you’re burning ….me ”
he said through gritted teeth.
what burning him .
I looked at our hands and was shocked.
my hands were glowing purple and was burning Ezra’s hands.
“ooh my,what have I done ” I said as I retracted my hands.
Ezra’s hands were half burnt like grilled meat.
“.am sorry ,I don’t know what’s happening to me am sorry ….please forgive me ,I don’t know what’s going on with me.” I said between my sobs.
indeed am a curse.
Ezra had healed already.I watched as his wounds closed up.
he tried moving towards me but I moved back which made him frown.
“Don’t run away from me, its ok”.he said as he stretched his hand out for me.
And I remembered the scene minutes ago on how his hands looked .
“no nothing is ok Ezra look I hurt you, what if I…..”
“ssshhhh,,,,,there is nothing to worry about,it was I slight injury and am healed.” he moved towards me and hugged me tightly.
“Don’t ever ran away from me ,,,please if you do that I will have to punish you severely.”
#SANTOS POV
“yeah am almost finding her,and once I find her I will be healed “I said as I ran in,side the forest clutching on my arm that was injured by the Cyro disease.
“F*ck!?!?!!” I cursed as I felt a presence behind me..
I turned to find that silly dumb demon behind me.
“What do you want ,” I asked as he always followed me.
“you want to know what I want , Tch, my master said she will release me once I kill you ” he said giving me his evil smirk
“Release,you,,what did you do that he doesn’t want to release you until you kill me ” I asked trying to distract myself from the pain on my arm.
“its not a must for you to know ,me and my master’s release,for now let me kill you since I have a chance.” he said as he lunged towards me as black smoke emitted from him .
“shit” I cursed as I tried to use my powers but it seems am drained.
Just as his claws were inches away from me I knew .this is where I will die.
“sorry, Dan I can’t be able to fulfill my promise like I said I will be back” .
I closed my eyes and waited for the claws to tear me up but it never came. instead I heard a gro-n.
I opened my eyes to see that demon vomiting blood as from what I could see he had hit a tree trunk.
I looked around to see who hit him but the man was wearing a cloak and a mask.
“who are you” I asked aEZRA’S POV
I looked at my mate who slept peacefully in my arms.
I can’t even register what had hapenned hours ago .what was that I thought.
how come her hands glowed and burnt me it was painful and I tried not to cry .and look weak in front of my mate.
